Esto se basa en el uso util y eficiente de diferentes herramientas y metodos de compensacion, teniendo en cuenta tanto las diferencias y aspectos comunes de la empresa familiar con respecto a otro tipo de empresas, como su tamano. EnglishThe purpose of this research study is to examine the importance of the total compensation model in family business as an essential element for human resources management, in line with the organisation’s strategic management, in order to optimise organisational behaviour. This is based on the useful and efficient use of different compensation tools and methods, taking into consideration both the differences and common aspects of family businesses with regard to other type of companies, as well as their size.
