Case description: The present report demonstrates the classic imaging features of calvarial hemangioma on plain radiography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging in 50-year old female patient. Conclusion: The calvarial intra-osseous hemangiomas are rare benign tumors with classic features on various radiologic modalities. Keywords: Calvarial hemangioma, Sun-burst appearance, MR angiography, Computed tomography
