electromagnetic properties of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and a vector network analyzer. Graphene oxide and Ni2+ at the same time reducing the synthesis RGO/Ni nanocomposite have wide reflection loss band can reach 1.6GHz. Nickel is deposited directly on graphene synthesis RGO/Ni nanocomposite have relatively sharp absorption peaks can reach - 21.46 at 14.46GHz. The efficient complementarities between magnetic loss and dielectric loss can also contribute to the microwave absorption.
