To analyze the differentiation process and morphological characteristics of flower buds of Camellia petelotii, C.perpetua and C.flavida, clarify their flowering characteristics, and provide information for the long-flowering breeding of Camellia petelotii Reference. [Method] The flower bud differentiation process of three kinds of camellia was dynamically photographed, and the external morphology of the flower buds at each stage was observed by anatomy, and the structural characteristics of the flower bud differentiation at different stages were observed by modified paraffin section technology. [Result] The flower bud differentiation of Camellia camellia lasted 66 days, the differentiation of flower buds of Four Seasons Camellia flower lasted for 30 days, and the differentiation of light golden camellia flower buds lasted for 43 days. The differentiation of flower buds of Four Seasons Camellia and Camellia is not synchronized. Among them, Camellia has flower buds from May to August, and Camellia has a flower bud differentiation throughout the year. In the process of flower bud differentiation of the three kinds of camellia, the horizontal diameter of the flower bud is closely related to the stage of flower bud differentiation, and the differentiation stage of the flower bud can be judged according to the size of the flower bud horizontal diameter. According to the differences in the anatomical structure and morphological characteristics of the flower buds, the flower bud differentiation process of the three kinds of camellia can be divided into 7 stages: undifferentiation, early differentiation, bract differentiation, petal differentiation, stamen differentiation, pistil differentiation, and ovary formation. period. [Conclusion] The flower bud differentiation process of Golden Camellia, Four Seasons Camellia and Light Golden Camellia is similar, but Four Seasons Camellia flower buds differentiate the fastest, and there is obvious overlap differentiation, which can be used for the breeding of Camellia plants, garden applications and research on its flowering The regulatory mechanism provides a morphological basis.
