This study deals with fatigue and ageing of elastomers under marine and thermal environments. We focused more specifically on the proposal of tools that can be applied at an industrial scale and permit the integration of the ageing effects on the evolution of the mechanical properties, especially for the fatigue properties. A large experimental campaign has been performed on two industrials materials and for two kinds of environments (marine and thermal environments). The ageing is characterized at different scales, from the identification of the ageing mechanisms (ageing causes) to the evolutions of the mechanical properties (ageing consequences). The classical extrapolation methods for the lifetime prediction are then applied and compared to results that come from naturally aged industrial structures. The second aspect of this study concerns the proposal of a specific method for the rapid estimation of the fatigue properties of rubber-like materials. This method relies on the use of heat build-up measurements (using infrared thermography), on the description of the defects population under cyclic loadings (using X-ray computed micro-tomography) and on the use of a heat sources model to feed an energetic fatigue criterion. Finally, we present some tools that allow the extension of the previous method to industrial structures taking into account the properties gradients induced by ageing., Cette étude concerne la fatigue et le vieillissement des élastomères en environnements marin et thermique. Elle vise plus particulièrement à proposer des outils applicables à l'échelle industrielle permettant d'intégrer les effets du vieillissement sur l'évolution des propriétés mécaniques, en particulier sur les propriétés en fatigue. Une vaste campagne expérimentale a ainsi été lancée pour deux matériaux industriels et pour deux types d'environnements (marin et thermique). Le vieillissement est caractérisé à toutes les échelles, depuis l'étude des mécanismes de dégradation (causes) jusqu'aux évolutions du comportement mécanique (conséquences). Les méthodes classiques d'extrapolation de la durée de vie sont ensuite appliquées et confrontées à des données issues de structures vieillies en service. Pour cela, une méthode spécifique, dédiée aux matériaux élastomères, est proposée. Elle repose sur l'utilisation de mesures d'auto- échauffement par thermographie infrarouge, sur la description des populations de défauts sous chargement cyclique par micro-tomographie aux rayons X et sur l'utilisation d'un modèle de terme source pour alimenter un critére d'endurance énergétique. Enfin, dans la dernière partie, nous présentons les outils manquants à l'extension de ces résultats aux structures industrielles permettant de prendre en compte les gradients de propriétés induits par le vieillissement.
