Objective To investigate the risk factors of the recurrence of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of 516 patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma treated in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from January 2010 to December 2017. The recurrence rate of the patients was followed up. Results The recurrence rate was 8.91%(46/516). Age, body weight, hypertension, stage of operation and pathology, pathological type, low expression of ER and PR were correlated with the recurrence of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma (P < 0.05). Diabetes mellitus, vascular metastasis, pathological differentiation, lymph node excision and ascites cytologic examination were not correlated with the recurrence of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma (P > 0.05). Age, body weight and blood pressure were independent risk factors for the recurrence of stageⅠ-Ⅱendometrial carcinoma (P < 0.05). Conclusion Age, body weight, hypertension, stage of operation and pathology, pathological type, low expression of ER and PR affect the recurrence of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma. Advanced age, low body weight and hypertension are independent risk factors for the recurrence of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma. In clinical work, we should follow up closely stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma patients with advanced age, low body weight and hypertension, for early detection and in-time treatment of recurrence lesions.

This research proposes a new method to solve group decision-making(GDM) problems with intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations(IFPRs). First, a new definition of multiplicative consistency of IFPR is presented to address the defects of the existing consistency definitions. Then, two programming models are established to obtain the most optimistic and pessimistic consistent IFPRs and corresponding intuitionistic fuzzy priority weights. Also, in order to improve the accuracy of aggregate information, a new method to determine the weights of decision-makers(DMs) is offered by considering the interaction among DMs. Subsequently, by combining the vagueness and non-vagueness of the aggregated information, a multiplicative consistency definition of the collective IFPR is provided. Moreover, to simplify the GDM process, a programming model for solving the priority weight is established, which effectively avoids the consistency test and correction of IFPRs. Limonite resources is rich, but the utilization rate is very low. In this paper, limonite is used as the raw material for iron correction, and the cement ingredients are controlled by changing the lime saturation coefficient, silicon rate and aluminum rate, in an attempt to prepare a cement, so as to realize the purpose of resource utilization of limonite. Based on a series of laboratory tests on compressive and flexural strength and petrographic analysis, it was concluded that the optimal combination ratio of cement prepared by limonite was: lime saturation coefficient 0.92, silicon ratio 2.55 and aluminum ratio 1.45. The content of limonite was 1.72%, the free calcium oxide of clinker samples was 0.95%, the liquid content was 28.34%, the 3 d flexural strength was 6.0 MPa, the 28 d flexural strength was 8.4 MPa, the 3 d compressive strength was 30.1 MPa, and the 28 d compressive strength was 59.5 MPa. Influence of molding pressure on Ca(OH)2 carbonation reaction was analyzed by temperature and humidity monitoring, cube compressive strength testing, XRD and SEM test. The conclusions are as follows: calcium hydroxide test block formed under 8 MPa exhibited the most violent carbonation reaction, which is reflected in the high temperature and humidity in the carbonation kettle during the carbonation reaction process. When the molding pressure increases from 10 MPa to 14 MPa, the cube compressive strength and weight gain rate both decreased obviously. For 8 MPa molding pressure, the strongest diffraction peak of calcite exhibited sharper front and smaller half height and width, and the calcite generated by Ca(OH)2 reacting with CO2 presents ellipsoidal shape.
