Recent advances in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) technology and deep learning have revolutionized agricultural monitoring, yet challenges remain in processing low-resolution field imagery for precision floriculture. Here, we presented an innovative approach combining state-of-the-art super-resolution reconstruction (SRR) and object detection for accurate rose growth monitoring in large-scale greenhouse environments. We introduced MambaIR, a novel SRR algorithm based on selective state-space models, which significantly outperforms existing methods in enhancing low-resolution UAV imagery (PSNR: 28.34 dB, SSIM: 77.07 %). We also developed ROSE-YOLO, an improved object detection model tailored for rose identification, achieving 95.3 % mean average precision (mAP) on high-resolution images. The synergy between MambaIR and ROSE-YOLO enables 94.4 % mAP on reconstructed super-resolution images, nearly matching high-resolution performance. Through comprehensive experiments and Grad-CAM visualizations, we demonstrated our method's superior focus on key rose features and identify an optimal super-resolution magnification factor balancing detail enhancement and computational efficiency. This integrated approach overcomes resolution limitations in UAV-based agricultural monitoring, offering a scalable and accurate solution for rose growth assessment. Our method reduces technical barriers, offering a scalable and cost-effective solution for greenhouse monitoring by addressing low-resolution imagery challenges and enhancing decision-making processes. This research lays the groundwork for broader applications of UAV and AI technologies in sustainable agriculture. A series of Co1-xZnxFe2O4 particulate nano-ferrites with x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, and 0.8, fabricated by the co-precipitation method, have been investigated. The lattice parameter is found to increase and particle size decreases with increasing x. Mössbauer spectroscopy at room temperature exhibits ferromagnetic hyperfine splitting sextet peaks with a doublet peak overlapping at its center as Zn contents x<0.6, and only a single doublet as x⩾0.7. The fitting results of Mössbauer spectra reveal the occupation rule of nonmagnetic Zn2+ ions and superparamagnetic behavior. At room temperature, the superparamagnetic excitation plays an important role in the magnetic properties. The fitted hyperfine magnetic field of the octahedral and tetrahedral sublattices decreases with increasing Zn content. The saturation magnetization and coercivity monotonously reduce to a small value. However, at low temperature of 5K, the saturation magnetization (Ms) fully reflects the occupation of Zn ions. Zn substitutions that occupied first the tetrahedral sites cause the increase of magnetization when Zn content is below 0.4, while when Zn content is above 0.4, Zn substitutions occupied both the tetrahedral sites and the octahedral site, which leads to the decrease of magnetization. The limited information on the genetic differences among the 15 currently known serotypes of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae has significantly hampered the development of typing-based diagnostic methods and multivalent vaccines. In this study, we compared the genomic differences between A. pleuropneumoniae strains CVCC259 (serotype 1) and CVCC261 (serotype 3) by representational difference analysis. Of the eight differential DNA sequences in the CVCC259 strain and 11 differential DNA sequences in the CVCC261 strain that we identified, seven represent known virulent genes, 10 encode putative proteins, and two encode hypothetical proteins. We also investigated the distribution of these 19 sequences among the 15 serotypes, and each serotype showed a different distribution pattern. The autotransporter adhesin occurred as a novel putative virulence factor in serotypes 1, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11. Notably, the presence of wzm and wzt in serotypes 1, 9, and 11 and the diverse distribution of wzz and wzy in the other serotypes suggest the presence of different O-antigen biosynthesis pathways among serotypes. The information on the differential distribution of these DNA sequences in the 15 serotypes of A. pleuropneumoniae may contribute to future research on the pathogenic mechanisms of different serotypes, typing-based diagnosis methods, and multivalent vaccines.
