[Objective] The physical and chemical properties and water characteristics of substrates under different eroded microhabitats were studied to provide a theoretical basis for understanding the driving and limiting mechanisms of vegetation settlement and restoration, and to provide scientific references for the practice of vegetation reconstruction in early abandoned mining areas in the North China. [Methods] The mechanical composition, bulk density, capillary porosity, pH value, electrical conductivity, and moisture characteristics of bare slopes, rills, shallow gullies, and deposit bodies were studied, and the relationships between them were analyzed. [Results] Particle size matrices varied among different eroded microhabitats, and there were differences among different soil layers. The bulk density of the substrates in different eroded microhabitats followed the order of shallow gully>rill>bare slope>deposit body, while capillary pore size followed the order of deposit body>bare slope>shallow gully>rill. There were no significant differences in the pH value of different eroded microhabitats, but there were differences in the changes in different soil layers. Electrical conductivity followed the order of deposit body>bare slope>shallow gully>rill, and was higher in the 10—20 cm soil layer than in the 0—10 cm soil layer. The matrix moisture content and capillary water capacity of different eroded microhabitats followed the order of deposit body>bare slope>shallow gully>rill. The matrix moisture content and capillary water capacity of the bare slope and the shallow gully were the lowest on the upper slope, while they were lowest for the rill on the middle slope. [Conclusion] The substrate moisture characteristics of weathered gangue dumps were significantly affected by bulk density and capillary porosity. There were relatively more sand and medium-coarse grain particles in bare slopes and deposit bodies of weathered gangue dumps, and the moisture characteristics were superior. Bare slopes and deposit bodies can provide a safe habitat for vegetation settlement and restoration.

Haze is a phenomenon caused by excessive PM2.5 (air-borne particulate matter having a diameter of fewer than 2.5 μm) and other pollutants and results from the interaction between specific climatic conditions and human activities. It significantly impacts human health, transportation, and the natural environment and has aroused widespread concern. However, the influence of haze on human mental health, being hidden and indirect, is often overlooked. When haze pollution occurs, people express their feelings and concerns about haze events on media such as Weibo. At present, few studies focus on haze public opinion, as well as the changing trends in people's discussion of haze since its emergence, which is of great significance for haze response and resource management. Based on the perspective of topic analysis, this study explores the psychological impact of haze on people by exploring the feelings of netizens in haze public opinion and investigates the evolution of people's concerns based on long-term public opinion data. In this study, seven typical provinces and cities in China with severe haze pollution were selected as the research area. Based on data on the "haze" theme from Weibo from 2013 to 2019, first, the microblog posts were preprocessed, and the keyword co-word network was constructed. Second, the Louvain algorithm was used to detect the topic community. Based on this, the cosine similarity was calculated to realize the temporal evolution analysis of topics. The results show that with the development and change in haze pollution, the content and intensity of the topics netizens pay attention to have changed, including five types: merger, split, survival, transformation, and rebirth/extinction. People's attention to haze shows obvious spatial differences, and it is related to the degree of haze pollution, which is bipolar. Areas with severe haze tend to pay more attention to haze itself and its influence, while areas with light haze pay more attention to haze control. Both cortical and cerebellar developmental differences have been implicated in attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Recently accumulating neuroimaging studies have highlighted hierarchies as a fundamental principle of brain organization, suggesting the importance of assessing hierarchy abnormalities in ADHD. A novel gradient‐based resting‐state functional connectivity analysis was applied to investigate the cerebro‐cerebellar disturbed hierarchy in children and adolescents with ADHD. We found that the interaction of functional gradient between diagnosis and age was concentrated in default mode network (DMN) and visual network (VN). At the same time, we also found that the opposite gradient changes of DMN and VN caused the compression of the cortical main gradient in ADHD patients, implicating the co‐occurrence of both low‐ (visual processing) and high‐order (self‐related thought) cognitive dysfunction manifesting in abnormal cerebro‐cerebellar organizational hierarchy in ADHD. Our study provides a neurobiological framework to better understand the co‐occurrence and interaction of both low‐level and high‐level functional abnormalities in the cortex and cerebellum in ADHD.
