Vehicle ‒ energy‒road‒ cloud collaboration seamlessly integrates vehicles, energy, transportation, and the cloud, which is conducive to accelerating the formation of a new intelligent, low-carbon, safe, and efficient ecosystem of travel and life. The collaboration aims to promote the high-quality development of the automobile industry. However, in the new technological situation, further forming a sound ecology that features “intelligent car + interactive energy + digital road + collaborative cloud” and exploiting its value advantages are important tasks for the vehicle‒energy‒road‒cloud collaboration in China. This study analyzes the development trend of China’s automobile industry in the context of new energy transformation, the development of intelligent connected vehicles, artificial intelligence, carbon neutrality, and other new technological situations. It introduces the system composition, current development status, interrelationships, and overall framework of the vehicle‒energy‒road‒cloud industry from five aspects: vehicle, energy, road, cloud, and industry integration. This study also summarizes the opportunities and challenges faced by the integrated development of China’s vehicle‒energy‒road‒cloud industry. Based on this analysis, this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the vehicle ‒ energy‒ road ‒ cloud collaboration, covering five aspects: adhering to an application-oriented principle, promoting positive innovation, demonstrating city-level applications, leveraging diversified investments, and promoting the efficient development of circular industries. These suggestions aim to provide references for the high-quality collaboration of China’s vehicle, energy, road, and cloud industries, thereby strengthening the automobile, transportation, and manufacturing sectors of China.

[Objective] A long-term and high-precision land cover dataset was constructed for the Loess Plateau. The spatiotemporal pattern of land cover in 2001 and 2020 was analyzed in order to provide a scientific underpinning for initiatives concerning ecological environmental preservation and sustainable development within the region. [Methods] Training samples were constructed using multiple sources of land cover products and ground feature data from various time periods. The Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform and a random forest classification model were used to generate the land cover of Loess Plateau (LCLP) dataset. Spatial analysis and a univariate linear regression model were then used to analyze the spatiotemporal pattern of land cover types on the Loess Plateau. [Results] According to the validation set built using random forest, LCLP exhibited an overall accuracy and kappa coefficient greater than 90%. Moreover, based on the independent verification set, LCLP demonstrated an overall accuracy ranging from 0.58% to 20.23% higher than existing products. Additionally, the accuracy of the classification of various land cover types, including cultivated land, forest land, grassland, impervious surface, and bare land, was increased. [Conclusion] Compared with other datasets, LCLP significantly improved classification accuracy and is suitable for accurately reflecting land cover changes for the Loess Plateau region. During 2001—2020, there has been a decreasing trend in cultivated land and shrubs in the Loess Plateau region, while forest land, water bodies, and impervious surfaces have shown a significant increasing trend. From the perspective of land cover changes, cultivated land and grassland were the primary sources of newly added land cover types.

Abstract To offer a pilot view on the application of cfDNA in diagnosing early gastric cancer in patient with situs inversus totalis (SIT), accompanied by a literature review. Within this study, we assessed the feasibility of diagnosing early gastric cancer in a SIT patient by detecting cfDNA concentration and mutations. Meanwhile, a search through PubMed using key words of “situs inversus totalis and gastric cancer” covering English studies from 2008 to 2019 was carried out to provide an associated literature review. Of all the 24 publications we reviewed, 25 patients were diagnosed with SIT and GC. The majority of them (23/25) were from the eastern Asia area. More than 40% (11/25) of the patients were diagnosed at advanced tumor stages. In the case of an early staged GC in our center, when both radiographic and endoscopic exams failed to establish an accurate diagnose, we found that not only the concentration of cfDNA was above normal, the frequent genetic mutations for GC were also detected within preoperative cfDNA. The concomitance of SIT and GC is still a rare incident, only limited cases have been reported and were often diagnosed in late cancer stages. By measuring the concentration and mutations of cfDNA, early GC may be detected in SIT patients.

To evaluate the value of liquid-based cell examination combined with human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes in the detection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.

Background: Mapping memory ability is highly correlated with an orienteer’s level, and spatial memory tasks of different difficulties can reveal the spatial cognitive characteristics of high-level athletes. Methods: An “expert–novice” experimental paradigm was used to monitor behavioral performance and changes in cerebral blood oxygen concentration in orienteering athletes with tasks of different difficulty and cognitive load using functional near-infrared spectroscopic imaging (fNIRS). Results: (1) there was no difference between high-/low-level athletes’ map recognition and memory abilities in the non-orienteering scenario; (2) with increasing task difficulty, both high-/low-level athletes showed significantly decreasing behavioral performance, reduced correctness, longer reaction time, and strengthened cerebral blood oxygen activation concentration. There was no significant difference in L-DLPFC cerebral oxygen concentration between high-/low-level athletes in the simple map task, and the cerebral oxygen concentration in all brain regions was lower in the expert group than in the novice group in the rest of the task difficulty levels; (3) the correctness rate in the expert group in the complex task was closely related to the activation of the right hemisphere (R-DLPFC, R-VLPFC). Conclusions: Experts have a specific cognitive advantage in map-recognition memory, showing higher task performance and lower cerebral blood oxygen activation; cognitive load constrains map-recognition memory-specific ability and produces different performance effects and brain activation changes on spatial memory processing.

Analyze the force of the agitating mechanism of double shaft vibrating mixer under different working conditions.Combined with the finite element software analysis,the stress,strain and modal shape of the agitating mechanism is obtained.At the same time,the strain pattern is compared with the actual deformation zone to verify the rationality of the finite element analysis.An optimization scheme is proposed aiming at improving the stiffness.After the simulation analysis,the stiffness of the optimized agitating mechanism is obviously enhanced to meet the work requirements.Meanwhile,the strength and natural frequency of the mechanism have also improved.It has an important significance for reducing safety incidents.At the same time,it also lays a theoretical foundation for vertical shaft vibration mixing technology.

Target normal sheath field acceleration via laser interaction with structured solid targets has been widely studied for its potential use in a wide range of applications. Here, a novel nanowire target with a corrugated front surface is proposed to improve the proton acceleration by a target normal sheath field. Two-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations demonstrated that with the existence of the corrugated surface, the cut-off energy of accelerated protons nearly doubles compared to the planar nanowire target. When interacting with the corrugated surface, the incident laser pulse is reflected multiple times, focused and reinforced in each cavity near the front surface, which leads to suppression of the reflectivity and an improvement in the absorption rate. Electrons are heated more efficiently and the sheath field at the target rear side is naturally enhanced. To further investigate the performance of this novel target, a series of simulations with various laser intensities and target sizes were also carried out. This simple target design may provide insights for experiments in the future and should arouse interest because of its wide application.

The metal fueled steam Rankine cycle has been successfully applied to Unmanned Underwater Vehicles. However, the suitable turbine configuration is yet to be determined for this particular application. In this paper, the mean-line design approach based on the existing empirical correlations is first described. The corresponding partial admission axial and radial inflow turbines are then preliminarily designed. To assess the performance of designed turbines, the three-dimensional Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations and steady-state structural analysis are performed. The results show that axial turbines are more compact than radial inflow turbines at the same output power. In addition, since radial inflow turbines can reduce the exit energy loss, this benefit substantially offsets the increment of the rotor losses created by the low speed ratios and supersonic rotor inlet velocity. On the contrary, due to the large volume of dead gas and strong transient effects caused by the high rotor blade length of radial inflow turbines, the overall performance between axial and radial inflow turbines is comparable (within 4%). However, the strength of radial inflow turbines is slightly superior because of lower blade inlet height and outlet hub radius. This paper confirms that the axial turbine is the optimal configuration for underwater vehicles in terms of size, aerodynamics and structural performance.

Soil organic matter (SOM) content is one of the most important indicators of the sustainability of soil. To maintain sustainable soil utilization and management in fragile Hani terraced field, it is meaningful to investigate the effects of topography and land use type on SOM content. Descriptive statistics and geostatistics were used to analyze the data and the kriging method was applied to map the spatial patterns of SOM content. The results showed that the mean SOM content was 32.76 g/kg, with a variation coefficient of 40%. The SOM content was affected by elevation and land use type. As the increase of elevation, the SOM content in Hani terraced field also increased obviously. The SOM content in tea garden, which is almost at high elevation, was the highest in all six land use types, and the SOM content decreased in a following sequence: tea garden > paddy field > corn field > banana garden > cassava field > sugarcane field. In addition, at the same elevation, the paddy field had the highest SOM content compared with other land use types. All these results demonstrate that paddy field is the most efficient and suitable land use type for SOM conservation at high, middle or low elevations in the fragile Hani terraced field. In order to protect soil quality and maintain the sustainable agricultural development, it is necessary to maintain or even to enlarge the area of paddy field in Yuanyang county, Yunnan Province, China.
