The total organic carbon (TOC) content is an important index for source rock evaluation. However, due to the scarcity of rock samples, the vertical continuous TOC change curve cannot be obtained, and the test cost is high, which bring great limitations to the evaluation of source rocks. Predecessors have also studied some TOC prediction models, such as the Δlg R method, support vector regression (SVR), and back-propagation neural network, but the TOC predicted by the Δlg R method and SVR has low accuracy and is difficult to calculate. However, back-propagation neural networks always have problems such as local optimal solution and slow convergence speed. In this article, a convolution neural network prediction scheme is proposed. Taking the source rocks of Pinghu Formation in the Xihu Sag as the research object, the advantages of this method are proved by comparing the prediction results of the Δlg R method, SVR, and BP neural network method. The results show that the prediction accuracy of this method is more than 90%, meeting the prediction requirements of TOC. By predicting the TOC curve of Well A, the TOC variation characteristics of Pinghu Formation are finally obtained.

UAVs are often limited by limited resources when performing flight tasks, especially the contradiction between storage resources and computing resources when the huge YOLOv3 model is deployed on the edge UAVs. In this paper, we tend to compress YOLOv3 model in different aspects to achieve load availability at the edge. In this paper, deep separable convolution is introduced to reduce the computation of the model. Then, PR regularization term is used as the regularization term of sparse training to better distinguish scaling factors, and then the hybrid pruning combining channel pruning and layer pruning is carried out on the model according to scaling factors, in order to reduce the number of model parameters and the amount of calculation. Finally, since the training data is a 32-bit floating point number, DoReFa-Net quantization method is used to quantify the model, so as to compress the storage capacity of the model. The experimental results show that the compression scheme proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the number of parameters by 97.5 % and the calculation amount by 82.3 %, and can maintain the original detection efficiency of UAVs.

This paper explores a periodic watermark-based replay attack detection method for Unmanned Marine Vehicles modeled in the framework of the Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy system. The precise detection of replay attacks is crucial for ensuring the security of Unmanned Marine Vehicles; however, traditional timestamp-based or encoded measurement-dependent detection approaches often sacrifice system performance to achieve higher detection rates. To reduce the potential performance degradation, a periodic watermark-based detection scheme is developed, in which a compensation signal together with a periodic Gaussian watermark signal is integrated into the actuator. By compensation calculations conducted with all compensatory signals in each period, the position corresponding to a minimum value of the detection function can be derived. Then, the time that the attacks occurred can be ensured with the aid of the comparison between this position with the watermark signal in the same period. An application on a UMV is shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented scheme in detecting replay attacks while minimizing control costs.

Transition-metal-catalyzed directed C–H functionalization with various carbene precursors has been widely employed for constructing a wide range of complex and diverse active molecules through metal carbene migratory insertion processes. Among various carbene precursors, iodonium ylides serve as a novel and emerging carbene precursor with features including easy accessibility, thermal stability and high activity, which have attracted great attention from organic chemists and have achieved tremendous success in organic transformation. In this review, recent progress on the application of iodonium ylides with multifunctional coupling characteristics in C–H bond activation reactions is summarized, and the potential of iodonium ylides is discussed.

Seasonal delta is a sandy fan-shaped sedimentary system formed by seasonal river flooding in continental basins. Modern sedimentary finds that seasonal deltas mainly develop in an arid-semi-arid climate environment with gentle terrain. However, the study of seasonal deltas in ancient rock records is still insufficient, leading to misinterpretations as other sedimentary systems, which poses challenges to the correct understanding of the origin and spatial distribution of sand body deposits. In this study, the red bed deposits of the Cretaceous Baxigai Formation in the west of the Tabei Uplift were selected as the research object. Based on core observation and description, a comprehensive analysis of the sedimentary environment, sedimentary characteristics and sedimentary model of the Baxigai Formation was carried out using data such as well-logging and analytical testing, combined with modern depositional characteristics. Research shows that the sedimentary sequence of the Baxigai Formation red bed developed a seasonal delta sedimentary system in the arid climate. The seasonal delta deposits provide an opportunity to understand the influencing of river flow and total sedimentary loading vary greatly on the sedimentary model, sedimentary mechanism, and distribution of sand bodies in arid climates. The sedimentary process of the seasonal delta in the Baxigai Formation was controlled by the dual-stage sedimentation process in an arid paleoclimate. During the flood period, the supercritical flow sedimentary structures are widely developed in the major distributary channels, and the distributary channels migrate and bifurcate frequently. On the delta plain, crevasse channels are formed through the avulsion of major distributary channels. During the dry period, due to the consumption of water seepage and evaporation transfer, terminal distributary channels are abandoned, crevasse channels are not developed, and the sediment is exposed. The density of the distributary channels is reduced, and the total sedimentary loading is low. The distributary channels sand body is the skeleton sand body of the seasonal delta. This study is of great significance for accurately explaining the formation process of seasonal deltas and provides a useful reference for further exploration and deployment of oil and gas reservoirs and paleogeographic reconstruction in the study area.

In traditional channel sand body modeling methods, the method based on target modeling is difficult to condition, and multipoint geostatistics have difficulty reproducing the shape of continuous channel sand bodies, which makes the modeling results difficult to directly apply to oilfield production. Through depth learning, the depth generation model can generate a sufficiently accurate channel sand body model, reproduce the complex channel sand body shape, meet the well point conditions, and compensate for the shortcomings of the traditional modeling algorithm. In the process of modeling, 20 000 channel sand body models and corresponding condition sets are established based on the target simulation method and computer matching operation. Combined with the theory of variational autoencoders (VAE) and generative adversarial networks (GAN), a depth generation model is established, including a classifier, encoder, decoder and discriminator. The condition data and the real model are input into the depth generation model to obtain the corresponding channel sand body model. Through extensive training, a generator that can generate channel sand bodies that meet the well point conditions is established. Finally, the well point data are input into the generator to establish the corresponding channel sand body model. The results show that compared with the traditional modeling algorithm, the depth generation model modeling algorithm not only shows a continuous and clear channel sand body but can also generate multiple channel sand body models under given conditions. This modeling method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional channel sand modeling methods and provides a new solution for channel sand reservoir modeling. The established channel model can provide a reference for the oilfield development stage.

This paper surveys the recent advances in dynamic positioning (DP) control for marine crafts. DP of marine crafts means that a craft can maintain a fixed position and heading, or move along a predetermined trajectory slowly without the anchoring system, using only its own thruster system to counteract ocean disturbances. The survey is by no means exhaustive but provides a survey of some of the major technological advancements in DP controller design over the years of research and development. Firstly, the model of marine crafts and some difficult problems in DP control are introduced including the impact of multiple source disturbance, unavailable velocity measurement information, resource conservation and performance optimization, destabilizing impact of faults and network security and compound multi-constraint restrictions. Then, the DP control schemes in recent years are summarized and classified in detail. Finally, some theoretical and technical problems are proposed, including online data-driven model-free control, man–machine combination intelligent control and composite hierarchical anti-disturbance control to guide future investigations.

Abstract Background Plants synthesize metabolites to adapt to a continuously changing environment. Metabolite biosynthesis often occurs in response to the tissue-specific combinatorial developmental cues that are transcriptionally regulated. Polyphyllins are the major bioactive components in Paris species that demonstrate hemostatic, anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects and have considerable market demands. However, the mechanisms underlying polyphyllin biosynthesis and regulation during plant development have not been fully elucidated. Results Tissue samples of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis during the four dominant developmental stages were collected and investigated using high-performance liquid chromatography and RNA sequencing. Polyphyllin concentrations in the different tissues were found to be highly dynamic across developmental stages. Specifically, decreasing trends in polyphyllin concentration were observed in the aerial vegetative tissues, whereas an increasing trend was observed in the rhizomes. Consistent with the aforementioned polyphyllin concentration trends, different patterns of spatiotemporal gene expression in the vegetative tissues were found to be closely related with polyphyllin biosynthesis. Additionally, molecular dissection of the pathway components revealed 137 candidate genes involved in the upstream pathway of polyphyllin backbone biosynthesis. Furthermore, gene co-expression network analysis revealed 74 transcription factor genes and one transporter gene associated with polyphyllin biosynthesis and allocation. Conclusions Our findings outline the framework for understanding the biosynthesis and accumulation of polyphyllins during plant development and contribute to future research in elucidating the molecular mechanism underlying polyphyllin regulation and accumulation in P. polyphylla.

The Anthropocene proposal suggested that the Earth may have entered a new geological epoch, in which human activity and climate change are influencing the environment at global scale. Arrival of the Anthropocene is bringing an unprecedented challenge to the biodiversity that is essential to humans, and enhancing many benefits of nature to human being. However, biodiversity loss is aggravating in the rhythm of inevitable change in the Anthropocene, and the adaptation of biodiversity to the anthropogenic disturbance seems unable to keep pace with the human activity and climate change. Therefore, re-examination of the assumptions and practices upon the current conservation endeavor are needed. We suggested that biodiversity conservation should be paid more attention to the response from biodiversity to the human activity and climate change in the Anthropocene. Thus, the concept of biodiversity arks in the Anthropocene is proposed, that is, biodiversity arks in the Anthropocene are the areas where vulnerable biodiversity is sheltered to alleviate human activity and buffered from climate change under the anthropogenic disturbance. The concept should be implemented for biodiversity conservation to fill gaps between our knowledge and build on successful conservation and sustainability in the Anthropocene. It will be certainly important to conservation policy instruction and management under climate change, especially the implementation of climate buffering zones preserving biodiversity in the face of warming climate.

Abstract Background Euphorbiaceae is one of the largest families of flowering plants. Due to its exceptional growth form diversity and near-cosmopolitan distribution, it has attracted much interest since ancient times. SBP-box (SBP) genes encode plant-specific transcription factors that play critical roles in numerous biological processes, especially flower development. We performed genome-wide identification and characterization of SBP genes from four economically important Euphorbiaceae species. Results In total, 77 SBP genes were identified in four Euphorbiaceae genomes. The SBP proteins were divided into three length ranges and 10 groups. Group-6 was absent in Arabidopsis thaliana but conserved in Euphorbiaceae. Segmental duplication played the most important role in the expansion processes of Euphorbiaceae SBP genes, and all the duplicated genes were subjected to purify selection. In addition, about two-thirds of the Euphorbiaceae SBP genes are potential targets of miR156, and some miR-regulated SBP genes exhibited high intensity expression and differential expression in different tissues. The expression profiles related to different stress treatments demonstrated broad involvement of Euphorbiaceae SBP genes in response to various abiotic factors and hormonal treatments. Conclusions In this study, 77 SBP genes were identified in four Euphorbiaceae species, and their phylogenetic relationships, protein physicochemical characteristics, duplication, tissue and stress response expression, and potential roles in Euphorbiaceae development were studied. This study lays a foundation for further studies of Euphorbiaceae SBP genes, providing valuable information for future functional exploration of Euphorbiaceae SBP genes.

Paris polyphylla Smith is a perennial medicinal herb with records from around 2000 years ago. Polyphyllins are the main bioactive compounds of this herb, which are found to have remarkable effects on bacteriostatic, antiphlogistic, sedative, and antitumor. However, the market demand for P. polyphylla is sharply increasing, and the wild resources are threatened by plundering exploitation. Integrating molecular data of P. polyphylla can benefit the sustainable resource exploitation. Here, we constructed PPDP (Paris polyphylla Data Portal) to provide a data platform for polyphyllin biosynthesis and germplasm resource research. PPDP integrates related molecular data resources, functional genomics analysis, and morphological identification. The database provides abundant data (transcriptome, CDS, lncRNA, alternative splicing, gene family, SSR, and chloroplast genome) and practical analytical tools (network construction, heatmap of expression profiles, enrichment, and pathway search) with a user-friendly interface. So far, PPDP is the first biomolecular database for the genus Paris plants. In the future, we will gradually add genomic data and other necessary molecular biological information to improve the database.

Lateral organ boundaries domain (LBD) proteins are plant-specific transcription factors that play important roles in organ development and stress response. However, the function of LBD genes has not been reported in Euphorbiaceae. In this paper, we used Jatropha curcas as the main study object and added rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis), cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) and castor (Ricinus communis L.) to take a phylogenetic analysis of LBD genes. Of LBD, 33, 58, 54 and 30 members were identified in J. curcas, rubber tree, cassava and castor, respectively. The phylogenetic analysis showed that LBD members of Euphorbiaceae could be classified into two major classes and seven subclasses (Ia-Ie,IIa-IIb), and LBD genes of Euphorbiaceae tended to cluster in the same branch. Further analysis showed that the LBD genes of Euphorbiaceae in the same clade usually had similar protein motifs and gene structures, and tissue expression patterns showed that they also have similar expression profiles. JcLBDs in class Ia and Ie are mainly expressed in male and female flowers, and there are multiple duplication genes with similar expression profiles in these clades. It was speculated that they are likely to play important regulatory roles in flower development. Our study provided a solid foundation for further investigation of the role of LBD genes in the sexual differentiaion of J. curcas.

Germline mosaicism should be suspected when the same de novo mutations are identified in a second pregnancy with asymptomatic parents. Our study aims to find a feasible approach to reveal the existence of germline mosaicism. Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification was performed on a Duchenne muscular dystrophy affected pedigree to detect deletion mutations. Then gap-polymerase chain reaction was performed to amplify the breakpoints junction sequence. Droplet digital polymerase chain reaction was utilized to identify the mutation frequencies in healthy parents. The same deletion in the exon 51 of the dystrophin gene, which was 50,035 bp in size, was detected in the proband and the fetus but not in their parents. Droplet digital polymerase chain reaction analysis of peripheral blood samples revealed mutant alleles of 3.53% in maternal blood cells. We here report a case of maternal low-level mosaicism confirmed by droplet digital polymerase chain reaction in peripheral blood samples, which reveals the existence of germline mosaicism. Gap-polymerase chain reaction combined with droplet digital polymerase chain reaction provide insights into the detection of germline mosaicism.

Abstract In this paper, a time-space fractional advection diffusion equation is considered for the natural extension of the convection diffusion equation. An explicit difference scheme and an implicit difference scheme are presented. The stability and convergence of the two difference schemes are discussed. It is shown that the explicit difference scheme is conditionally stable and convergent, and the implicit difference scheme is unconditionally stable and convergent. The convergence order of the two methods is O(τ+h) $O (\tau+h)$.

Paris polyphylla is an important medicinal plant that can biosynthesize polyphyllins with multiple effective therapies, ranging from anti-inflammation to antitumor; however, the genetic diversity of Paris polyphylla is still unclear. To explore the genetic characteristics of cultivation populations in primary planting areas, we developed 10 expressed sequence tag simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) markers related to polyphyllin backbone biosynthesis and utilized them in 136 individuals from 10 cultivated populations of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis. The genetic diversity index showed that ten loci had relatively high genetic polymorphism levels. Shannon information of loci suggested that more information occurred within population and less information occurred among population. In addition, the overall populations exhibited a low degree of differentiation among populations, but maintained a high degree of genetic diversity among individuals, resulting in high gene flow and general hybridization. The genetic structure analysis revealed that 10 populations possibly derived from two ancestral groups and all individuals were found with different levels of admixture. The two groups were different from the cultivation groups at population level, suggesting the cross-pollination among cultivars. These findings will provide insights into the genetic diversity of the germplasm resources and facilitate marker-assisted breeding for this medicinal herb.

Abstract Background Species of Paris Sect. Marmorata are valuable medicinal plants to synthesize steroidal saponins with effective pharmacological therapy. However, the wild resources of the species are threatened by plundering exploitation before the molecular genetics studies uncover the genomes and evolutionary significance. Thus, the availability of complete chloroplast genome sequences of Sect. Marmorata is necessary and crucial to the understanding the plastome evolution of this section and facilitating future population genetics studies. Here, we determined chloroplast genomes of Sect. Marmorata, and conducted the whole chloroplast genome comparison. Results This study presented detailed sequences and structural variations of chloroplast genomes of Sect. Marmorata. Over 40 large repeats and approximately 130 simple sequence repeats as well as a group of genomic hotspots were detected. Inverted repeat contraction of this section was inferred via comparing the chloroplast genomes with the one of P. verticillata. Additionally, almost all the plastid protein coding genes were found to prefer ending with A/U. Mutation bias and selection pressure predominately shaped the codon bias of most genes. And most of the genes underwent purifying selection, whereas photosynthetic genes experienced a relatively relaxed purifying selection. Conclusions Repeat sequences and hotspot regions can be scanned to detect the intraspecific and interspecific variability, and selected to infer the phylogenetic relationships of Sect. Marmorata and other species in subgenus Daiswa. Mutation and natural selection were the main forces to drive the codon bias pattern of most plastid protein coding genes. Therefore, this study enhances the understanding about evolution of Sect. Marmorata from the chloroplast genome, and provide genomic insights into genetic analyses of Sect. Marmorata.

Abstract Background Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a debilitating autoimmune disease affecting tens of millions of people in the world. The genetics of AS is unclear. Analysis of rare AS pedigrees might facilitate our understanding of AS pathogenesis. Methods We used genome-wide linkage analysis and whole-exome sequencing in combination with variant co-segregation verification and haplotype analysis to study an AS pedigree and a sporadic AS patient. Results We identified a missense variant in the ankyrin repeat and death domain containing 1B gene ANKDD1B from a Han Chinese pedigree with dominantly inherited AS. This variant (p.L87V) co-segregates with all male patients of the pedigree. In females, the penetrance of the symptoms is incomplete with one identified patient out of 5 carriers, consistent with the reduced frequency of AS in females of the general population. We further identified a distinct missense variant affecting a conserved amino acid (p.R102L) of ANKDD1B in a male from 30 sporadic early onset AS patients. Both variants are absent in 500 normal controls. We determined the haplotypes of four major known AS risk loci, including HLA-B*27, 2p15, ERAP1 and IL23R, and found that only HLA-B*27 is strongly associated with patients in our cohort. Conclusions Together these results suggest that ANKDD1B variants might be associated with AS and genetic analyses of more AS patients are warranted to verify this association.

Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is a severe motor neuron degenerative disease caused by loss-of-function mutations in the survival motor neuron gene SMN1. It is widely posited that defective gene expression underlies SMA. However, the identities of these affected genes remain to be elucidated. By analyzing the transcriptome of a Caenorhabditis elegans SMA model at the pre-symptomatic stage, we found that the expression of numerous nuclear encoded mitochondrial genes and vacuolar H+-ATPase genes was significantly down-regulated, while that of histone genes was significantly up-regulated. We previously showed that the uaf-1 gene, encoding key splicing factor U2AF large subunit, could affect the behavior and lifespan of smn-1 mutants. Here, we found that smn-1 and uaf-1 interact to affect the recognition of 3′ and 5′ splice sites in a gene-specific manner. Altogether, our results suggest a functional interaction between smn-1 and uaf-1 in affecting RNA splicing and a potential effect of smn-1 on the expression of mitochondrial and histone genes.

Conservative gene families in plants, which are closely related to innovations in flowering plants, have long and complex evolutionary histories. Here, we used the SQUAMOSA promoter-binding protein (SBP-box) gene family as an example to study conservative gene families in flowering plants. In total, 11 groups, including nine angiosperm-conservative groups and two monocot- and eudicot-specific groups, were identified. Among the nine angiosperm-conservative groups, four are conserved in all land plants and the remaining five are angiosperm-specific. The five angiosperm-specific groups exhibit structural and functional diversity and evolved together, along with the evolution of flowering plants. The expansion of SBP genes was affected by miR156, and the miR156-regulated SBP genes tend to retain more copies. Our results reflect the dynamic evolutionary process of the different groups, with the identification of two genetic lines via synteny analyses. In addition, miR156 showed a close evolutionary relationship with SBP genes, suggesting that it may originate from face-to-face tandem duplication of SBP genes. SBP genes without an miR156 binding locus are usually functionally conservative or housekeeping like, belonging to the terrestrial-conservative group. In contrast, SBP genes with miR156 binding sites are selected by angiosperms to regulate more complex physiological processes.

An immediate quenching using liquid N2 is applied for synthesizing the 5d transition-metal oxides (Sr1-xCax)2IrO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.15) single phase. X-ray diffraction together with Rietveld refinement shows that the lattice parameters along a and c directions and the bond angle of Ir-O2-Ir decrease with the increase of Ca content. X-ray Absorption Fine Spectroscopy measurements prove that the valence of Ir and the average Ir-O bond-length substantially remain unchanged with Ca content increasing in the phase. The effective magnetic moment μeff and Néel temperature TN decrease simultaneously with increased Ca content. Electrical resistivity shows complex temperature dependence behavior, which follows the three-dimensional variable range hopping behavior at low temperature, Arrhenius-type behavior at middle-temperature, and a weak electronic localization in quasi-two-dimensional at high temperature.

RNA splicing is a major regulatory mechanism for controlling eukaryotic gene expression. By generating various splice isoforms from a single pre-mRNA, alternative splicing plays a key role in promoting the evolving complexity of metazoans. Numerous splicing factors have been identified. However, the in vivo functions of many splicing factors remain to be understood. In vivo studies are essential for understanding the molecular mechanisms of RNA splicing and the biology of numerous RNA splicing-related diseases. We previously isolated a Caenorhabditis elegans mutant defective in an essential gene from a genetic screen for suppressors of the rubberband Unc phenotype of unc-93(e1500) animals. This mutant contains missense mutations in two adjacent codons of the C. elegans microfibrillar-associated protein 1 gene mfap-1. mfap-1(n4564 n5214) suppresses the Unc phenotypes of different rubberband Unc mutants in a pattern similar to that of mutations in the splicing factor genes uaf-1 (the C. elegans U2AF large subunit gene) and sfa-1 (the C. elegans SF1/BBP gene). We used the endogenous gene tos-1 as a reporter for splicing and detected increased intron 1 retention and exon 3 skipping of tos-1 transcripts in mfap-1(n4564 n5214) animals. Using a yeast two-hybrid screen, we isolated splicing factors as potential MFAP-1 interactors. Our studies indicate that C. elegans mfap-1 encodes a splicing factor that can affect alternative splicing.

Background Low-pass genome sequencing (LP GS) is an alternative to chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA). However, validations of LP GS as a prenatal diagnostic test for amniotic fluid are rare. Moreover, sequencing depth of LP GS in prenatal diagnosis has not been evaluated. Objective The diagnostic performance of LP GS was compared with CMA using 375 amniotic fluid samples. Then, sequencing depth was evaluated by downsampling. Results CMA and LP GS had the same diagnostic yield (8.3%, 31/375). LP GS showed all copy number variations (CNVs) detected by CMA and six additional variant of uncertain significance CNVs (>100 kb) in samples with negative CMA results; CNV size influenced LP GS detection sensitivity. CNV detection was greatly influenced by sequencing depth when the CNV size was small or the CNV was located in the azoospermia factor c (AZFc) region of the Y chromosome. Large CNVs were less affected by sequencing depth and more stably detected. There were 155 CNVs detected by LP GS with at least a 50% reciprocal overlap with CNVs detected by CMA. With 25 M uniquely aligned high-quality reads (UAHRs), the detection sensitivity for the 155 CNVs was 99.14%. LP GS using samples with 25 M UAHRs showed the same performance as LP GS using total UAHRs. Considering the detection sensitivity, cost and interpretation workload, 25 M UAHRs are optimal for detecting most aneuploidies and microdeletions/ microduplications. Conclusion LP GS is a promising, robust alternative to CMA in clinical settings. A total of 25 M UAHRs are sufficient for detecting aneuploidies and most microdeletions/microduplications. This paper proposes a novel technology for waste heat recovery from a coal-fired curing barn flue gas, which can reduce simultaneously the flue gas pollutants. The upper and lower shed tobacco leaves are used as the research object during the curing of tobacco leaves in the rural curing tobacco house. The temperature and the humidity are monitored during the curing process, the change in the appearance of the tobacco leaves is observed. The desulfurization and de-nitration system can improve the uniformity of the overall tobacco leaves temperature and humidity, and can realize the integration of waste heat recovery of coal-fired boilers and flue gas pollutants treatment. An experiment is carried out and the results show that the technology can save energy to the greatest extent while ensuring the quality of tobacco leaves. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Fe27.45Co30.19B42.36 (referred to as FeCoB) films with 100 nm in thickness were co-sputtered on (011)-cut lead zinc niobate-lead titanate (PZN-PT) single crystal substrate under RF powers of 80W for Fe50Co50 target and 120W for B target, respectively. The anisotropy field HK of the FeCoB/PZN-PT multiferroic composite is increased by more than 10 times, from 56 to 663 Oe under the E-field from 0 to 7 kV/cm due to the strong magnetoelectric coupling, corresponding to a large tunability of HK of 86.7 Oe cm/kV. At the same time, the self-bias ferromagnetic resonance frequency fFMR is dramatically shifted upwards by an electric field from 2.57 to 9.02 GHz with an increment of 6.45 GHz, corresponding to E-field tunablity of fFMR 921.4 MHz.cm/kV. These features demonstrate that FeCoB/PZN-PT multiferroic laminates prepared under an integrated circuits process are promising in fabrication of E-field tunable monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMIC) devices and their components. Strong converse magnetoelectric coupling was observed in a multiferroic heterostructure of Fe59.3Co28.0Hf12.7 film on (011) cut lead zinc niobate-lead titanate (PZN-PT) slab, which exhibited a large electric field (E-field) tunability of microwave magnetic properties. With the increase of E-field from 0 to 6 kV/cm on PZN-PT, the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) field Hr shifts downwards by 430.7 Oe along [100] direction and upwards by 492.9 Oe along [100] direction of the PZN-PT. Accordingly, the strong magnetoelectric coupling led to a significantly enhanced self-biased FMR frequency from 4.2 to 7.9 GHz under zero bias magnetic field, and the magnetic damping constant α was decreased from 0.0260 to 0.0185 at the same time. A Fe0.7Co0.3-B multilayer was laminated by three Fe0.7Co0.3-B ferromagnetic sublayers prepared by composition gradient sputtering. Three Fe0.7Co0.3-B ferromagnetic sublayers have their individual directions of uniaxial magnetic anisotropy, and the easy magnetic axis of neighboring sublayer successively rotates 60° in the film plane. It is exciting that a quasi magnetic isotropy was achieved in the designed multilayer with a quasi-isotropic hysteresis loop and quasi-isotorpic ferromagnetic resonance around 3.7 GHz. An immediate quenching using liquid N2 is applied for synthesizing the 5d transitionmetal oxides (Sr1-xCax)2IrO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.15) single phase. X-ray diffraction together with Rietveld refinement shows that the lattice parameters along a and c directions and the bond angle of Ir-O2-Ir decrease with the increase of Ca content. X-ray Absorption Fine Spectroscopy measurements prove that the valence of Ir and the average Ir-O bond-length substantially remain unchanged with Ca content increasing in the phase. The effective magnetic moment μeff and Néel temperature TN decrease simultaneously with increased Ca content. Electrical resistivity shows complex temperature dependence behavior, which follows the three-dimensional variable range hopping behavior at low temperature, Arrhenius-type behavior at middle-temperature, and a weak electronic localization in quasi-two-dimensional at high temperature. The existing contour restoration methods assume the position of the known occlusion, and do not consider the human cognitive characteristics. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new method of contour restoration. Firstly, the moving region detection template is obtained by bilateral weighted cumulative frame difference and block high order statistics algorithm in the time domain, which can improve the speed of the algorithm by using the time domain information. The following is then carried out: i) determine the curvature minimum as energy minimization criterion, the outline of the partial absence of repair, ii) corner contour shading, the corner points of the two curves the visible portion of the structure of two sparse matrix, iii) according to the scalability of the sparse matrix we construct the matrix of continuation and intersection, iv) determine the restoration angle point occluding contour. The simulation result indicates that our algorithm can reduce the packet loss probability of the user of wireless video transmission system and improve the throughput performance of the user under the precondition of ensuring the fairness among users and it can also meet the requirements for quality of service of video business. As both electronic structure methods and the computers on which they are run become increasingly complex, the task of producing robust, reliable, high-performance implementations of methods at a rapid pace becomes increasingly daunting. In this paper we present an overview of the Tensor Contraction Engine (TCE), a unique effort to address issues of both productivity and performance through automatic code generation. The TCE is designed to take equations for many-body methods in a convenient high-level form and acts like an optimizing compiler, producing an implementation tuned to the target computer system and even to the specific chemical problem of interest.
