The ecology and all of its components are suffering greatly as a result of the unchecked speed of development. At this rate, environmental degradation will have an impact on humanity and associated fields. In order to prevent the consequences of expansion from pushing the environment into a situation from which it is incapable of recovering, there should be ongoing, earnest efforts made towards sustainable development. The three pillars of ecodevelopment are the environment, humanity, and economy. A stable growth rate is necessary to attain a just balance between these pillars. Since agriculture employs the majority of the population, it also has an impact on the balance of the ecosystem. Because every unplanned step towards progress puts us back in the environmental front, we must thus be mindful of the boundaries of environmental challenges in order to achieve equitable economic growth. The hope for sustainable development lies in decreased deforestation, greater food security, conservative agricultural practices, the use of biopesticides, and prudent use of natural resources. To be effective, environmental policy probably needs to employ a variety of tools, each addressing a distinct aspect of the issue and attempting to minimise redundancies and pointless regulations. Appropriately pricing environmental inputs facilitates sustainable resource provision and use management. Long-term corporate investment in new technology and innovation is encouraged by a consistent and clear environmental policy, which also increases investment certainty. Environmental and economic success are interdependent. Economic activity and advancement depend on the natural environment because it provides the resources needed to produce goods and services and because it processes and absorbs waste and pollution, which are unwanted byproducts. This paper focuses on how environmental assets assist control risks associated with social and economic activities, flood risks, local climate regulation (temperature and air quality), and the availability of clean water and other resources.

The inclusion of several new models and methods had been taken into consideration by the educational institutes and organisations to battle the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic across the educational paradigm. The study looked into the research questions and the research objectives which were based on the core topic of the study. With the help of the section of the literature review, the examination of the past research was looked into. The provision of the themes and concepts was done through the integration of data from secondary sources and the qualitative research method was implemented. The future scope of the study and the limitations of the respective assignment was also jotted down.

The study provided an overview of the different factors which prove to have a dramatic influence on employee turnover and the job satisfaction of the workers. The strategies integrated by human resource management for the heightening such crucial aspects of employee turnover and job satisfaction was observed in the study.

In researching whether investment advisors tend to promote investments with a cost benefit to themselves, it was found that mutual funds with the best cost benefit setup tend to permit derivative investments. The decision is based on increasing efficiency rather than advisor opportunism.

A study on exchangeable debt calls and security returns is conducted. Results show that announcements of exchangeable debt calls are not related to an abnormal capital loss for the calling firm shareholders. On the other hand, such announcements are found to result in lower shareholder wealth for target firms. This result may be the result of a lower probability of takeover due to diffusion of ownership concentration of the target firm.

BACKGROUND: The Medical Council of India (MCI) was previously responsible for regulating medical education and practice in India. Over the years, the MCI faced several allegations in terms of corruption and lack of transparency. The NMC Act had thus replaced MCI with the National Medical Commission (NMC) in this context with the power for policy direction. These policies can affect Indian public health directly or indirectly. STUDY METHODS: This study is achieved by conducting an observational study by collecting primary data through online means. The study population is divided into three major categories: medical practitioners, lawyers, and the general population. Aspects from these various backgrounds about the awareness of the NMC Act are analyzed through this study. The Internet and World Wide Web which offer online articles will be used as tools for conducting this research with human resources and questionnaires using electric resources. RESULTS: The general awareness about the NMC Act among the respondents was found to be poor. Opinions on the Center-State relations for decision making in terms of health outcomes varied by profession, with the respondents acknowledging that each state performs differently. Regular inspections by third parties in Medical Colleges and exit tests under the NMC Act were seen as moves to ensure the provision of quality health care to the public by graduates from good institutions. The appointment of Community Health Providers in rural areas seemed favorable to most except for people from the medical background. We reexamine investor tendency to overweight recent experiences when predicting future performance of firms by examining a sample of firms making private equity placements. Our findings are consistent with the projection argument that investors use the recent experiences of other firms to predict the success of placing firms. Specifically, we find that the placements preceded by a larger number of recently very successful firms are associated with the significantly more favorable market reaction to the placement announcement and significantly poorer post-placement stock price performance. This paper reports a review of 55 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome by general practice registrars in the Waikato region of New Zealand. In addition to demographic data, presenting symptoms, diagnostic tests, associated conditions and treatment post-diagnosis are discussed. The majority of cases (76%) were first diagnosed by the general practitioner. The review suggests there may be a need for better recording of key diagnostic criteria and that ultrasound is being widely used as a diagnostic test despite local guide lines discouraging its use if other appropriate diagnostic criteria are met. In this study the role of private placements of debt in the capital acquisition decision of public utilities is investigated. Whereas public offerings are sales of securities through financial intermediaries to the public-at-large, private placements are direct sales of securities by an issuing corporation to a limited number of institutional investors. In contrast to the negative stock price reactions typically found for public security sales, private placements are associated with significant positive abnormal returns in the shares of the issuing public utilities. Also, larger private placements appear to elicit a more favorable market response.
