The continuous growth of satellite network scale brings great challenges to the eff ective scheduling of TT＆amp;C resources.Aff ected by weather and other factors, the performance of the satellite-ground link is of high uncertainty.In order to took into both resource utilization and task reliability, a robust scheduling method of TT＆amp;C resources was proposed.This method could arranged the start time and duration of the transmission window for TT＆amp;C tasks by the predicted the channel state distribution of satelliteground link and the task distribution in the planning period, and optimized the resource allocation scheme by backward iteration to maximized the expected profit of the tasks.The experimental results showed that compared with the traditional non-robust scheduling method, the scheduling method proposed could obtain more task profi t under diff erent channel distributions and achieve the improvement of both resource utilization and task reliability.

BackgroundA few intracranial lesions may present only with positional vertigo which are very easy to misdiagnose as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV); the clinicians should pay more attention to this disease.ObjectivesTo analyze the clinical characteristics of 6 patients with intracranial tumors who only presented with positional vertigo to avoid misdiagnosing the disease.Material and methodsSix patients with intracranial tumors who only presented with positional vertigo treated in our clinic between May 2015 to May 2019 were reviewed, and the clinical symptoms, features of nystagmus, imaging presentation, and final diagnosis of the patients were evaluated.ResultsAll patients presented with positional vertigo and positional nystagmus induced by the changes in head position or posture, including one case with downbeating nystagmus in a positional test, two cases with left-beating nystagmus, one case with apogeotropic nystagmus in a roll test, one case with right-beating nystagmus, and one case with left-beating and upbeating nystagmus. Brain MRI showed the regions of the tumors were in the vermis of the cerebellum, the fourth ventricle, the lateral ventricle, and the cerebellar hemisphere.

An innovative form of steel–concrete composite beam, the steel–coarse aggregate reactive powder concrete (CA-RPC) composite beam with uplift-restricted and slip-permitted (URSP) connectors, is introduced in this paper. The aim is to enhance the cracking resistance under negative bending moments, which is a difficult problem for traditional composite beams, and to make the cost lower than using ordinary reactive powder concrete (RPC). An experimental investigation of the behavior of six specimens of simply supported steel–CA-RPC composite beams with URSP connectors under negative bending moments is presented in this paper. The test results validated that the cracking load of steel–CA-RPC composite beams could be approximately three times that of the ordinary steel–concrete composite beams while the bearing capacity and stiffness are almost the same. A numerical model, using the concrete damaged plasticity (CDP) model to simulate the behavior of the CA-RPC material, was proposed and successfully calculated the overall load–displacement relationship of the composite beams with sufficient accuracy compared with the experimental results, and the distribution of cracks and the failure mode of the beams could also be captured by this model. Furthermore, a parametric analysis was carried out to find out how the application of prestress, CA-RPC, and URSP connectors could affect the cracking resistance of the composite beams, and the results indicated that using CA-RPC and prestress made the main contributions and that the usage of URSP could boost the effect of the other two factors. The plastic resistance moment of the beams was also compared with the calculation results using the methods introduced in Eurocode 4, and it was proved that the calculation results were lower than the experimental results by approximately 10%, which meant that the method was reliable for this kind of composite beam. Recent studies have shown that Nogo-A and the Nogo-A receptor affect β-amyloid metabolism and the downstream Rho GTP enzyme signaling pathway, which may affect the levels of β-amyloid and tau. Nogo-A may play a key role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms of Fasudil treatment in Alzheimer's disease are not yet clear. Our results have found that Fasudil treatment for two months substantially ameliorated behavioral deficits, diminished β-amyloid plaque and tau protein pathology, and alleviated neuronal apoptosis in APP/PS1 transgenic mice. More importantly, two well-established markers for synaptic function, growth-associated protein 43 and synaptophysin, were upregulated after Fasudil treatment. Finally, the levels of Nogo-A, Nogo-A receptor complex NgR/p75NTR/LINGO-1 and the downstream Rho/Rho kinase signaling pathway were significantly reduced. These findings suggest that Fasudil exerts its neuroprotective function in Alzheimer's disease by inhibiting the Nogo-A/NgR1/RhoA signaling pathway.

BackgroundMaffucci’s syndrome is characterized by the coexistence of multiple enchondromas and soft-tissue hemangiomas. It has been clear that somatic mosaic isocitrate dehydrogenase type 1 (IDH1) or isocitrate dehydrogenase type 2 (IDH2) mutations are associated with Maffucci’s syndrome and Ollier disease, but the mechanisms underlying hemangiomas of the Maffucci’s syndrome is still obscure. This study aimed to determine the mechanism of hemangiomas in Maffucci’s syndrome.MethodsWe received a 26-year-old female patient with typical Maffucci’s syndrome, and exome sequencing was conducted using DNA from her peripheral blood and enchondroma tissues. Somatic mutations were characterized by a comparative analysis of exome sequences and further confirmed by the sequencing of PCR products derived from original blood and tissue samples. The mutations of an additional 69 patients with Ollier disease were further tested. The functional impacts of these somatic mutations on Maffucci’s syndrome, especially the development of hemangiomas, were evaluated.ResultsWe reported a typical case of Maffucci’s syndrome, which was confirmed by both imaging findings and pathology. Through exome sequencing of this patient’s DNA samples, we identified an R132C mutation in the isocitrate dehydrogenase type 1 (IDH1) gene and an L309I mutation in the ELKS/RAB6-interacting/CAST family member 2 (ERC2) gene in this patient. Approximately 33.3% of the clones were positive for the IDH1 R132C mutation, and 19.0% of the clones were positive for the ECR2 L309I mutation. The IDH1 R132C mutation was detected in most of the patients with Ollier disease (51/69 patients), and the mean frequency of this mutation was 63.3% in total sequence readouts, but the ECR2 L309I mutation was absent in all of the patients with Ollier disease. In vitro experiments confirmed that the IDH1 R132C mutation promotes chondrocyte proliferation, and the ERC2 L309I mutation enhances angiogenesis.ConclusionsOur results suggest that while IDH1 is a known pathogenic gene in enchondromatosis, ERC2 is a novel gene identified in Maffucci’s syndrome. The somatic L309I mutation of ERC2 contributes to the pathogenesis of hypervascularization to facilitate the development of hemangiomas in Maffucci’s syndrome. The combination of the IDH1 R132C and ERC2 L309I mutations contributes to the development of Maffucci’s syndrome, and these results may enable further research on the pathogenesis of Maffucci’s syndrome.

Steel–concrete composite structures have advantages in terms of strong bearing capacity and full utilisation of performance, and thus, composite frame beams are widely used in building construction. However, in the design and use of existing composite frame beams, the composite effect of a slab and steel beam cannot be completely taken into account. In this study, the effective flange width method is utilised to calculate the contribution of the slab reinforcement to the section moment of inertia to check the beam-end crack width via simulations using the general finite-element software MSC.MARC 2020. A parameter sensitivity analysis of the reinforcement tensile stress is conducted to determine critical influential geometric parameters for the side-column and centre-column hogging moment regions. Finally, design formulae for calculating the effective flange widths of the side- and centre-column hogging moment regions are proposed. In the formula for the side-column hogging moment region, the half column width (R) and steel-beam height ( h s ) are critical variables, whereas, in the formula for the centre-column hogging moment region, the steel-beam height ( h s ), slab width ( b c ), and half clear-span length (l) are critical variables. Both formulas are verified via a multiparameter simulation, which enables more accurate crack-checking calculations for the hogging moment region in the serviceability limit state. This study provides an important reference for fine finite-element simulations of serviceability limit states and shows the factors affecting the effective flange width that differ from those in the ultimate limit state. AIM: To investigate the diffusion changes in both the optic nerve and optic tract in orbital space-occupying lesion patients with decreased visual acuity, and its clinical significance using probabilistic diffusion tractography (PDT). METHODS: Twenty patients with orbital space-occupying lesions and 25 age- and gender-matched healthy persons were included. All patients and controls underwent routine orbital magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), using a 3.0T magnetic resonance scanner (Trio Tim Siemens). After the image data were preprocessed, each DTI parameters of the optic nerve and optic tract was obtained by PDT, including fractional anisotropy (FA), mean diffusivity (MD), axial diffusivity (AD) and radial diffusivity (RD). The asymmetry index (AI) of each parameter was calculated. Compared the parameters of the affected side optic nerve and ipsilateral optic tract with the contralateral side by paired sample t-test; compared AI of parameters of optic nerve and optic tract between the patient group and the control group by independent sample t-test. Patients were divided into three subgroups according to the low vision grade standard of WHO, compared the FA and AI of FA between the three subgroups by single factor variance analysis. RESULTS: The affected side optic nerve presented significantly decreased FA, increased MD, AD, and RD values compared to the unaffected side (P0.05). The AIs of the FA value of the optic nerve in the eyesight
