Ecotherapy healing forest (EHF) is a new approach that utilizes forest resources for health and increasing ecosystem value. EHF is an alternative that functions to provide physical and mental health interventions by utilizing the environment and forest ecosystem. Ecotherapy healing forest can also help ensure that environmental conditions can always be maintained, so that people's health and welfare can improve, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research was conducted in the area of Mount Kelam National Tourism Park, Sintang Regency, with data collection time in August 2022 - January 2023. Location selection is determined purposively by considering accessibility, travel time, and location value. The method used uses a site identification approach carried out on the routes available at NTP. The suitability of the Mount Kelam NTP location as a new EHT location was carried out by taking measurements at 6 location points covering an area approximately 8 ha, including measurements of vegetation, microclimate, noise level, wind speed and negative ion content. Based on the results of the analysis of site identification, community perceptions and preferences, site carrying capacity, and thermal comfort, the Mount Kelam Sintang Natural Tourism Park conservation area is very representative of being a site of ecotherapy healing forest which is beneficial for health. The final results of this research are described in the form of design recommendations for the site of ecotherapy healing forest at the six observation points. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pathogenic microorganisms that cause infectious diseases are widely spread in the environment, especially in public places that allow microorganisms to multiply. Disinfectants are used to prevent the spread of these microorganisms. The use of chemical-based disinfectants can cause side effects, so it is necessary to look for alternatives from natural materials, such as a mixture of bamboo stem liquid smoke and methanol extract from Sengon twig wood. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a mixture of bamboo stem liquid smoke and methanol extract of Sengon twig on bacteria and fungi. This research method began with an inhibition test of the disc and well diffusion method with five comparison treatments (50:50, 40:60, 30:70, 20:80, 10:90) to obtain the most effective comparison of the volume of 100% bamboo stem liquid smoke mixture and 11% sengon twig wood methanol extract, then tested using the Total Plate Count (TPC) method with swab samples on wooden tables. The results showed that the most effective comparison of the volume of 100% bamboo stem liquid smoke mixture and 11% sengon twig wood methanol extract was the volume ratio of 50:50 from the results of the inhibition zone on Salmonella typhimurium with a diameter of 10.3 mm. The results of the mixed effectiveness test with a ratio of 50:50 with the swab test on the table showed a decrease in the number of bacteria (51%) and fungi (65%). This shows that the mixture of bamboo stem liquid smoke and methanol extract of Sengon twig wood is effective as a disinfectant.

The posture of water flow velocity generated by the rotation of the ship’s propeller needs to be studied to see the performance of the propeller and the potential for scouring that the seabed can cause. This study aims to comprehensively determine the characteristics of the water flow velocity of the External Counter Rotating Twin Propeller (ECRTP) system based on variations in water depth and propeller rpm. The investigation uses an empirical approach, numerical simulations and scale model experiments in the hydrodynamics laboratory to approach the actual water flow velocity. Maximum water flow velocity occurs around the propeller blades and decreases gradually as the horizontal distance to the rear of the propeller increases. In contrast, the water flow velocity on the centerline axis between the propeller axes shows the opposite trend. Each depth has a different water flow velocity posture based on the propeller rpm variation. This research can be applied to improve the performance of a ship’s twin propeller system and anticipate the impact of scour on the seabed.

This paper investigates the interaction within a liposome-based drug delivery system in silico. Results confirmed that phospholipids, cholesterol, beta-carotene, and vitamin C in the liposome structures interact noncovalently. The formation of noncovalent interactions indicates that the liposomal structures from phospholipid molecules will not result in chemical changes to the drug or any molecules encapsulated within. Noncovalent interactions formed include (i) moderate-strength hydrogen bonds with interaction energies ranging from −73.6434 kJ·mol−1 to −45.6734 kJ·mol−1 and bond lengths ranging from 1.731 Å to 1.827 Å and (ii) van der Waals interactions (induced dipole-induced dipole and induced dipole-dipole interactions) with interaction energies ranging from −4.4735 kJ·mol−1 to −1.5840 kJ·mol−1 and bond lengths ranging from 3.192 Å to 3.742 Å. The studies for several phospholipids with short hydrocarbon chains show that changes in chain length have almost no effect on interaction energy, bond length, and partial atomic charge. iso 10005 standards, iso 9001 standards, gap analysis, quality management systems, quality plan improvement ,Naval Science - Abstract
Ensuring quality is of utmost importance for the shipbuilding sector, as it involves addressing both the quality of processes and the final products to achieve efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. It has become a standard practice for shipyards to adopt certifiable management systems. ISO 9001:2015 sets out the necessary criteria for a Quality Plan, which is influenced by the company's overall quality policy and contractual obligations. In this context, ISO 10005:2018 offers guidance that can be utilized within the framework of quality plans to meet the specific requirements of a project. Several quality plans for Indonesian shipyards, only adopting ISO 9001 and ISO 10005:2018, have yet to be widely implemented. Thus, this paper adopts ISO 10005:2018 to identify the quality plan of three selected shipyards in Indonesia. The gap analysis technique is used to compare the current state of the quality plan with the desired conditions outlined in the ISO 10005:2018 standard. The identified gaps will determine the areas that require immediate attention and improvement in order to meet the requirements of ISO 10005:2018. The primary objective of this study is to facilitate the creation of a quality plan that adheres to the ISO 9001 and 10005 standards. Based on the comparison results of quality plans according to ISO 10005:2018 in shipyards A, B, and C, the recommendation is to integrate distinct clauses (6.4, 6.7.1, 6.7.3, 6.10, 6.13, and 6.15) to improve the quality plans across these specific shipyards.

One of the aspects that need to be considered in designing a submarine is the effect of the hydrodynamic aspect on resistance and maneuverability in various operating conditions. In certain conditions, submarines operate in conditions near the seabed. In general, submarines are designed to operate in submerge and surface mode. However, under certain conditions, submarines need to operate near the surface of the seabed. Only a few papers or journals have discussed the hydrodynamic aspects of submarines in their operating mode near the seabed. Several methods such as numerical and physical modeling tests can be used to predict the hydrodynamic capabilities of a submarine. This paper discusses the effect of the hydrodynamic aspects that occur in submarines when operating near the sea bed using the numerical CFD method. This method has high flexibility compared to experimental methods and does not require a long time to get the results. In this simulation, a submarine model with a length of 2 m is used.

The quality of livable housing services is the ability of the Aceh People's Housing and Settlement Area Office to meet the needs of livable housing in accordance with the expectations of the beneficiaries. In the literature review, there are 35 indicators which are part of the five dimensions of service quality for livable housing. The hypothesis in this study is that not all of the 35 indicators of service quality for livable housing in Banda Aceh City and Aceh Besar District are at performance levels that need to be maintained. This means that there are a number of indicators whose performance does not need to be maintained, performance needs to be increased at low priority, and performance needs to be improved at high priority. This study aims to evaluate the quality of livable housing services based on the level of satisfaction and interest of the beneficiaries, evaluate indicators of livable housing quality services that need to be improved in terms of performance, and evaluate the value of the beneficiary satisfaction index on the quality of livable housing services. This study uses a quantitative method approach through a questionnaire. The variables reviewed include 5 factors, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling of 175 beneficiaries. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that the quality of livable housing services based on the level of beneficiary satisfaction was at the satisfaction level with a mean of 3.108 and based on the level of interest of the beneficiaries was at a very important level with a mean of 3.537. The indicators for the quality of livable housing services that need to be improved in terms of performance as a top priority are not leaving beneficiaries waiting for the requested information and understanding the wishes of beneficiaries. The beneficiary satisfaction index value for the quality of livable housing services was obtained at 77.72% which is considered satisfied.

Objective: To present a case of rare secondary chronic immune thrombocytopenia in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Methods: A case of secondary ITP associated with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in a 58-year-old woman suffering from hemorrhagic tendencies that was refractory to conventional treatments of ITP was reported. This case is a rarity because there are not many cases of secondary chronic ITP due to DLBCL have been reported to date. Results: A 58-year-old woman was diagnosed with ITP around 11 months before she was admitted to the Emergency Room with bleeding. Previous treatment with steroid and azathioprine was only temporarily effective. During the course of treatment, splenomegaly and lymphadenopathy were identified, but lymph node biopsy was delayed by the thrombocytopenia. The drug was then replaced to the eltrombopag, which showed good response. However, the patient had to undergo splenectomy because of the mechanical effect of splenomegaly, with the biopsy result showed DLBCL. Immune thrombocytopenia then went into a complete remission after splenectomy. Conclusion: In cases of ITP that are refractory to conventional treatments, a thorough search for secondary ITP might be helpful, even if no underlying disorder is detected at the initial presentation.

A membrane adsorbent was successfully made from palm empty fruit bunches (PEFB), which was pyrolysed as physical activation. The effect of adding the impact of one-step catalyst (hydrochloric acid) and differences in the concentration on the characteristics and structure and deconvolution are investigated in this study. The results of the research have been successfully created and characterised using Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) isotherm, and membrane morphology using SEM test. Membrane performance testing was carried out using a biogas flame test. The adsorber membrane was made by adding NH4Cl as a cationic surfactant, polyvinyl acetate (PVA), and polyethylene glycol (PEG) with a ratio of 1:3. The FTIR test has a functional group: O-H; C-H stretch; C=C-C; Arly O-Strech; C-O. Adsorbent membrane with the addition of 0.5 M HCl catalyst had the highest ratio of O-H/C=C-C relative area of 4.33. The diffractogram shows an amorphous structure with (002) and (100) graph planes. Adsorber membrane with a concentration of 1.5 M HCl has formed amorphous structured fibre. The adsorber membrane with a concentration of 0.5 HCl activator gave a surface area of 0.5345 m2 g−1 and a pore volume of 0.000983 cm3 g−1.

Hippoid crab is a crustacean group which inhabits sandy beach in tropical and subtropical areas. There are seven species of hippoid crab has been reported from Indonesia so far, i.e. six from family Hippidae and one from family Albuneidae. One of them is Hippa admirabilis Thalwittz, 1891. This species is first record from Tomini Bay, province in our study. The Specimens were collected from Tomini Bay in 2016. To confirm the species, we used CO1 gene as DNA barcoding. The DNA was extracted from the muscle tissues. The upper part of CO1 gene was amplified using Primer AF215-216. The CO1 gene that we retrieved was 634 bp. The samples from our study have about 99.8% similarity with the sequence of Hippa admirabilis in Genebank with the accession number is KR047031.1. Based on morphological and molecular data, our samples are confirmed as H. admirabilis.

Internal medicine ,RC31-1245 - Abstract
Background Rheumatoid arthritis is the most prevalent form of inflammatory arthritis. One of the key components for its multidimensional outcome is the disease activity, measured by DAS28-ESR. The physical, emotional, and social aspects of RA contribute to the quality of life, and SF-36 questionnaire can be used to measure it. This study aims to ascertain the correlation between the disease activity (DAS28-ESR) and the quality of life (SF-36) in RA patients. Method This study was an analytical, descriptive study with a cross sectional design that took primary data from RA patients undergoing treatment in Rheumatology Clinic of Hasan Sadikin Hospital from February to April 2015. The patient’s data included sex, age, marital status, employment status, educational level, serostatus (RF and Anti-MCV), duration of diagnosis, total number of medications, total number of DMARD, DAS28-ESR scores, and SF-36 scores. The data was analysed with the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, followed by the Rank-Spearman correlation analysis. Result There were 42 subjects, with an average age of 41 ± 12. The ratio between females and males was 20:1, and the majority of subjects (73,8%) had a positive serostatus (RF and/or anti-MCV). The score median of DAS28-ESR was 4,3, with the score median for SF-36 PCS being 39,8 and the score median for SF-36 MCS being 48,2. Based on the the Rank-Spearman analysis (CI of 95%), there was a correlation between DAS28-ESR score and SF-36 PCS score, with the correlation coefficient (r) of -0,577 (p < 0,001), and there was also a correlation between DAS28-ESR score and SF-36 MCS score with r of -0,368 (p = 0,008). Conclusion There was a strong negative correlation between disease activity and physical component of quality of life, and a moderate negative correlation between disease activity and mental component of quality of life, and the two correlations were statistically significant.

Indian pennywort ,liver tissue malondialdehide ,necrosis ,serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase ,Medicine - Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Indian Pennywort methanol extract on carbontetrachloride (CCl )- 4 induced hepatitis rats model, compared with vitamin E. Parameters used were levels of serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT), malondialdehide (MDA), and extent of liver necrosis. Experimental laboratory study was conducted at Pharmacology Laboratory Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung, October 2009, with randomized complete design on 40 rats divided into 8 subgroups. The level of SGPT was analyzed by enzymatic method, MDA level was analyzed by Wilbur method. The extent of liver necrosis was analyzed by hematoxylin eosin staining. The results, the extract, if given pre-induction of hepatotoxicity, can significantly prevent the increase of SGPT levels and the extent of necrosis (p ≤0.05), but can't significantly prevent the increase of liver tissue MDA levels (p >0.05). Postinduction, the extract can significantly reduce the SGPT levels, liver tissue MDA levels, and the extent of liver necrosis (p≤0.05). Therefore, effect of the Indian Pennywort extract is better than vitamin E, and can act as hepatoprotector
