ORGANISATION CULTURE The common values, attitudes, and customs that influence how work is done within an organization are referred to as its organizational culture. It includes the goal, vision, and values of the organization and affects how employees behave, make decisions, and interact. In addition to fostering a sense of belonging and helping employees align with the company's goals, a good organizational culture can have a substantial impact on overall performance and satisfaction. It is, essentially, the character of the company that directs how its members interact and work together. Purpose: The primary objective of this study is to examine the impact of workplace culture on hospital nurses' quality of life. The study looks at how the organizational culture of the workplace affects nurses' quality of life at work and how that affects their performance and job satisfaction in the future. Methodology: A systematic questionnaire was filled out by 375 nurses working in public and private hospitals in Kerala, India, in order to collect data. A survey is employed to gather information. SPSS was utilized for the analysis, and the sample t test and one-way ANNOVA were employed. Findings: In addition to providing benefits to the workforce, a strong organizational culture in nursing directly improves the standard of patient care. Nurses are more likely to feel appreciated and involved when they work in a courteous and encouraging setting. This increases contentment at work, which lowers turnover and burnout. Fostering a culture of mutual respect and teamwork among nursing staff members improves collaboration. Improved problem-solving skills in inpatient care and increased operational efficiency can result from effective teamwork. A culture that values lifelong learning and growth motivates nurses to seek more training and skill development, resulting in their professional and personal development. Positive organizational cultures frequently have greater retention rates. In a supportive and aligned workplace, nurses are more likely to stick around. Implications: The organizational culture within the nursing community has profound implications for the quality of work life (QWL) for nurses. A positive culture can lead to increased job satisfaction, reduced stress, and improved career development, while a negative culture can contribute to burnout and dissatisfaction. Job satisfaction, work-life balance, and institutional commitment are ever-researched topics in organizational psychology. Schools and colleges require satisfied teachers who are committed to their organization for the wellbeing of the students and society at large. The dedication and job satisfaction of educators are key factors in the development of educational institutions. Thus, school teachers' organizational commitment, work-life balance, and occupation cheerfulness have been seen as crucial elements for the growth of the educational system and the success of the educational institution. The current study concentrated on the organizational commitment, worklife balance, and job satisfaction of Keralan higher secondary school teachers. It examines how sociodemographic characteristics affect higher secondary school teachers in Kerala's organizational commitment and work-life balance. A systematic questionnaire utilizing Google Forms has been used to gather data from 224 higher secondary teachers employed by the government and assisted sectors. For analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, etc. are employed. The study concludes that work-life balance and organizational commitment were not significantly correlated with age or gender, but that work-life balance and organizational categories were significantly correlated. The paper presents an extensive bibliometric examination of the literature on job satisfaction among bank employees. It sheds light on the theoretical and conceptual framework in this area to pinpoint the most widely used sources, authors, documents, and countries. Using the Scopus database, 279 papers published between 1974 and 2023 were identified and examined using VoS Viewer and "bibliometrix," an R-tool. There has been an increase in interest in this topic among scholars, as seen by the fact that more than 60% of the studies have been published in the past nine years. The paper reveals that 84.22% of the publications were multi-authored and that Karatepe and International Journal of Bank Marketing are the most wellknown researcher and source, respectively. Given that India is the most productive nation and that Eastern Mediterranean University is a leading affiliation in this subject, it is clear that developing nations are also keen on this subject. We report the growth and characterization of 3-Amino benzene sulfonic acid (3-ABSA) of an organic single crystal for the first time under slow evaporation technique. The presence of characteristics vibrational groups and molecular structure were established by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) studies. The lower ultraviolet ray absorption edge was found to be 220 nm with a broad transmission window was observed in the visible region. The mechanical strength of grown crystal was assessed, and it belongs to soft material category. However, high thermal stability and other thermodynamic parameters were calculated using thermogravimetric (TGA) and differential thermal analyses (DTA). Therefore, the dielectric behavior of grown crystal was measured at various frequencies and temperature. A semi organic L-histidinium ammonium acetate (L-HAA) single crystal has been grown by slow evaporation technique. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies confirm the monoclinic crystal system. Vibrational spectroscopic studies confirm the various functional groups present in the crystal. The ultraviolet-visible spectrum analysis has been carried out and the optical band energy gap for a grown crystal is calculated to be 5.5 eV which indicates that the material is a good insulator and provides large transmission in visible region. Thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis reveals that the material is thermally stable up to 273.02 °C. The nonlinear optical single crystals of diglycine barium chloride monohydrate were grown by slow evaporation solution growth technique from the mixture of an aqueous solution of glycine and barium chloride in the ratio 2:1 at room temperature. The grown crystals were characterized by various techniques such as single crystals X-ray diffraction, FTIR, UV-Vis-NIR spectra, Vickers hardness studies, thermogravimetric analysis, and fluorescence spectra. Single crystals of tris (Thiourea) magnesium sulphate (MTS) were grown from aqueous solution by low temperature solution growth technique. The grown crystals have been characterized by X-ray diffraction to confirm the formation of the crystalline phases. The presence of functional groups was identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The optical transmission spectrum showed that a lower cut-off wavelength of MTS crystal is below 300 nm and it has a wide transparency window, which is suitable for second harmonic generation of laser in the blue region. The thermal stabilities were studied by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA). Nonlinear optical characteristics of MTS were studied using Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (λ=1064 nm). The micro-hardness studies reveal the mechanical properties of the grown crystals. Optically highly transparent and colored single crystals of ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid doped with ferrous sulfate hepta hydrate (FeSO 4 ·7H 2 O), a nonlinear material, FeEDTA, has been grown from aqueous solution by slow evaporation technique. The good quality single crystals were harvested within 25 days. The grown crystals were subjected to single crystal X-Ray Diffraction and powder X-Ray Diffraction. The recorded powder diffraction pattern confirmed the purity and crystalline nature of the as grown crystal. The wide transparency seen in the recorded UV-vis-NIR spectrum proved the utility of the crystal in optoelectronics. The photoluminescence spectrum for the grown sample was also recorded. Abstract: Single crystal of Zinc sulphate doped with Magnesium sulphate, a nonlinear material, was grown from aqua solution by slow evaporation method at room temperature. Good quality single crystals were grown by slow evaporation technique (four weeks) and the crystals subjected to single crystal X-ray diffraction and FT-IR analyses to confirm the formulation of new crystals. The TGA and DTA reveal that the material has good thermal stability. The UV–Vis spectrum confirms that the material has wide optical transparency and the existence of the second harmonic generation has also been ascertained by Kurtz powder method. The new semiorganic potassium sulphato oxalate (KSO) single crystals are grown at room temperature by a slow evaporation method using an aqueous solution. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is used to ascertain the various functional groups present in the grown KSO sample. The single crystal X‐ray diffractometer (XRD) results confirm the grown KSO crystal is a triclinic structure with lattice parameters a = 6.37 Å; b = 7.03 Å; c = 10.61 Å; and space group P1. Powder XRD study proves the crystallinity and purity of the grown crystal. The optical behaviors of KSO are analyzed by UV–vis‐near infrared reflectance (NIR) spectrophotometer. Photoluminescence (PL) studies of KSO reveal its strong green emission at 576 nm. The laser damage threshold (LDT) of the title compound is measured to be 6.135 GW/cm2. The thermo gravimetric and differential thermal analysis indicated that KSO is stable up to 103 °C. From the Vickers microhardness tester, the mechanical behaviors of the title compound are studied. The frequency conversion property of KSO crystal is analyzed using Kurtz–Perry method, and it is found to be 1.16 times higher than that of the reference potassium dihydrogen phosphate which indicates KSO is well suited for optoelectronic device fabrication. A novel potassium sulphato oxalate semiorganic single crystal is grown by slow evaporation method. The structural, thermal, laser damage threshold and optical properties are investigated in detail. Interestingly, the second harmonic generation efficiency of the grown crystal is 1.16 times than that of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP), which can be employed as an efficient candidate for optoelectronic applications. In recent years, nonlinear optical materials have received attention due to their potential applications in photonics and opto‐electronics. In this pursuit, lithium sodium sulfate (LSS) single crystals are synthesized by adopting a slow evaporation technique at constant temperature (40 °C). The single‐crystal X‐ray diffractometer (XRD) study confirms that the grown LSS belongs to trigonal symmetry with the lattice parameters a = b = 8.452 Å, and c = 30.27 Å. The crystalline nature and purity of LSS are confirmed by the powder XRD technique. The lower cutoff wavelength and optical bandgap of the grown crystal are determined using transmission spectra and found to be 335 nm and 3.5 eV, respectively. The photoluminescence spectrum of the crystal shows the strong blue/green emission at 510 nm, which explains the second harmonic generation (SHG) property. The SHG efficiency is confirmed by the Kurtz and Perry powder method and the SHG efficiency of LSS is 1.09 times greater than that of pottasium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP). Thermal parameters of the titled material are calculated using a thermogravimetric (TG)/differential thermal analysis (DTA) analyzer. Microhardness studies and the diamagnetic nature of LSS are carried out using a Vicker's hardness tester and a vibration sample magnetometer. An attempt is made to grow a lithium sodium sulfate (LSS) inorganic single crystals due to its higher optical quality and mechanical stability (up to 270 kg mm−2). Prominent thermal stability is also observed as the melting point of the crystal is 521.4 °C.
