The article discusses on the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) based at Hamburg, Germany. It is presented the ITLOSs' primary responsibilities to interpret and apply a treaty, the 1982 Law of the Sea Convention which tackled the maritime boundaries and jurisdiction of every country. It settled international disputes and likewise have the authority to implement the Law of the Sea.
