Abstract

In the long-term work of industrial robot cables,the mechanical properties will be insufficient due to aging,which will affect the normal operation of the robot. In this paper,the thermal aging test was carried out to accelerate the aging of CPE rubber at the same temperature,and the tensile test was carried out to select the tensile strength at break and the elongation at break. The mechanical properties of CPE rubber after aging were studied. The results show that with the increase in aging time,the tensile strength and elongation of CPE break with the aging time,showing a trend of decreasing first and then rising. And the tendency towards the elongation at break is a delay from the tensile strength of the fracture. The slope of the elastic phase of the CPE tensile curve is greatly affected by the aging time,while the strengthening phase is less affected by it. And the slope of the elastic stage decreases rapidly in the early stage of heating,and it picks up later. This can provide some basis for further research to improve cable performance and prolong its service life.

Abstract

Considering physical properties variation of gray cast iron with temperature,difference mechanical behavior of material between compression and tension,relationship of elastic and plastic stress-strain of material,synthetically studied the temperature field,stress field,strain field and thermal crack strength of brake disc under different braking conditions,and revealed the opening mechanism of thermomechanical crack and crack distribution. Results of thermomechanical coupling simulation show the maximum temperature is 360℃ with initial speed of 180km/h,radial compression/tension stress are275Mpa/85 Mpa,circumferential compression/tension stress are 374 MPa/100 MPa,radial/circumferential plastic deformation are-4. 6 × 10-5/-6. 75 × 10-5. Results of thermomechanical opening calculation show stress intensity factor of radial crack ΔK6. 69 MPa·m1/2is larger than ΔK 5. 49 MPa·m1/2of circumferential crack,opening displacement of radial crack is larger than that of circumferential crack,which indicating radial cracks are mainly distributed on brake disc,and the sizes of radial crack are larger than that of circumferential crack.

Abstract

A structure scheme for a novel 3T2 R gantry hybrid machine tool（ HMT） is proposed. In this scheme,a novel（ 3- RPR + R） &UPS parallel mechanism is proposed as the parallel processing module,which can realize four motion,with assistance of a direction linear guide,5- axis machining can be realized.Firstly,the three- dimensional translations and two- dimensional rotations motion of this machine tool are analyzed based on screw theory of motion and constraints. The DOF of the mechanism is calculated,and the driving joints are chosen. Then,the inverse position solution equation of the mechanism is built by using analytical vector method and the geometric relation. At last,the position inverse solution equation is solved by using MATLAB and the results simulation verification is carried out by using ADAMS,which verify that the correctness of the inverse displacement analysis model and the feasibility of the mechanism.

Abstract

There is a huge growth in the amount of documents of corporations in recent years. With this paper we aim to improve classification performance and to support the effective management of massive technical material in the domain-specific field. Taking the field of petro-chemical process as a case, we study in detail the influence of parameters on classification accuracy when using Support Vector Machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) Text auto-classification algorithm. Advantages and disadvantages of the two text classification algorithms are presented in the field of petro-chemical processes. Our tests also show that more attention to the professional vocabulary can significantly improve the F1 value of the two algorithms. These results have reference value for the future information classification in related industry fields.

17. What Job Is a 'Good Job' for Chinese Undergraduates: An Exploration Study

Abstract

An exploration study was conducted to explore what Chinese undergraduates considered to be a "good job." A total of 143 (M = 21.45, SD = 1.53, 51.04% male) undergraduates from 10 cities participated in this study. The prototype research methodology was applied to explore the underlying complex structure of the "good job." The results revealed 157 items associated with the "good job" that were merged into two categories "high-quality work" and "high-quality life." Furthermore, each category included basic- and superordinate-levels prototypes. The structure depicted Chinese undergraduates' expectations of a "good job" and emphasized the importance of work-life balance among young people. Additionally, traditional Chinese culture was consistently found to have a significant impact on young people's expectations of a "good job." These findings have implications for career development research and career counseling practices about Chinese young people.
