The aim of this study is to find out and evaluate the transparency and accountability of village fund management on the level of community welfare in Gorontalo Regency from the perspective of Sharia financial management. This is a quantitative study that employs quantitative data as primary data from 129 village fund managers in Gorontalo regency. SEMP-PLS is used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that: (1) Accountability positively and significantly influences the level of community welfare; (2) Transparency positively and significantly influences the level of community welfare; (3) Transparency positively and significantly influences the management of village funds; (4) Accountability negatively but insignificantly influences the management of village funds; (5) Village fund management positively and significantly influences the level of community welfare; (6) Transparency, which is mediated by village fund management, has a favorable and considerable impact on the community's welfare level; (7) Accountability through village fund management has a detrimental but non-significant influence on community wellbeing; (8) According to the findings, village fund management has yet to consider the values of Sharia financial management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Gorontalo perspektif manajemen keuangan Syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan data primer dengan jumlah sampel 129 responden di ambil dari pengelola dana desa di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode SEM-PLS Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Transparansi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat; (2) Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat; (3) Transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa; (4) Akuntabilitas berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa; (5) Pengelolaan dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat; (6) Transparansi yang dimediasi oleh pengelolaan dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat; (7) Akuntabilitas yang dimediasi oleh pengelolaan dana desa berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat; (8) Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa dalam pengelolaan dana desa belum mencerminkan nilai-nilai pengelolaan keuangan Syariah.

This research aims to analyze educational innovations carried out by leaders at Private Islamic Universities in Jambi Province. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies at two institutes in Jambi Province, this research involved observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. Research locations include the Yasni Muaro Bungo Islamic Institute and the Tebo Islamic Institute. Research subjects included the IAI Chancellor, lecturers, and staff. The research results show that higher education leaders in Jambi Province have innovated in Islamic religious education through several leadership patterns. They optimize the internal and external potential of the campus, implement superior strategies for lecturers and students, and activate communication between campus leaders and employees. Obstacles include limited human resources, inadequate facilities, and an insufficient budget to support quality lecture activities. To overcome these obstacles, the Leadership has established a systematic work structure, explained job descriptions clearly, carried out collaboration and comparative studies with academic and government institutions, both private and state, and designed a qualification-based national curriculum. They also provide opportunities for lecturers to continue their education to the doctoral level and participate in certification programs, training and research seminars, and community service. Recommendations include competent support, management improvements, and adaptive leadership development. Government support and the development of quality and adaptive Leadership are also recommended.

Civil registration and vital statistics (CRVS) is known as an essential supporting system for effective policy-making and service delivery. Its primary purpose is establishing an individual's legal identity and vital events to ensure all citizens get their rights well. Furthermore, an advanced level of CRVS is equipped with a forecasting system to serve more useful data. This paper discusses the potential benefits and challenges of using Metabase and Bantu Warga as civil ministry support systems. The spatial data visualization system using open-source Metabase ran well and resulted in many visualization geospatial maps like birth, marriage and divorce, education, and employment. The forecasting autoregression model configuration and cumulative sum dataset reach the best error result in 1056618. The other aspects, like the self-isolation management system, civil documents classification system, and OCR system, have a good result.

This article aims to find out the form of connection that occurred between the Prophet Muhammad and the Jews in Madina. The population of Madina consists of a wide variety of tribes, religions, and social and economic levels. In this situation, it is perilous for conflict to occur. It is known that there were three popular Jewish groups in Madina, namely the Banu Qainuqā, the Banu Naḍīr, and the Banu Qurayẓah. In addition, the author wants to explore the factors that influence the dynamics of the connection between the Prophet Muhammad SAW and the Jews. In order to find out the answer to the question, this research was conducted using qualitative methods from the perspective of Ralf Dahrendorf's conflict theory. The results of this study were: First, the relations started when the Prophet Muhammad SAW moved to Madina and the involvement of the Jews in a mutual agreement. Furthermore, the axis of the conflict began to appear when there was a debate on the issue of faith and worship. Second, the factors that influenced the relations of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the perspective of conflict theory were three factor; the factor of the seizure of authority, the ethnocentrism factor and transferred culture factor.

Fitness is very important for prospective Pilgrims and Pilgrims because fitness can do all activities on Hajj and Umrah, which is famously very heavy. Currently, there is no form of exercise that can improve the fitness of prospective Pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the Burjiu program (Bugar Jamaah Hajj and Umrah or Bugarkan Jasmanimu) to support improving physical fitness through movement activities designed to help pilgrims who will perform Hajj and Umrah from a physical perspective. The research method is quasi-experimental research using a pre-test, post-test randomized group design, namely a pre-test of physical fitness level, then carrying out the Burjiu program, which is practiced twice a week and followed by a post-test of fitness level using MFT. The sample of this study was as many as 22 men with an age range varying between 28 to 57 years. Data collection techniques use practice tests, and data analysis techniques use t-test. The results showed that through implementing the Burjiu program, there was no effect on increasing physical fitness in participants, with test results of 0.055

Studies reported that sports participation contributively has impacts on society, the economy, and health. However, research on sports participation in developing countries, including Indonesia, is limited. This study aimed to investigate the level of sports participation and motivation of the community. Furthermore, this research also examined the role of government and public sports organizations. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, namely the data frequency from the questionnaire analysis. The study was conducted in Sidoarjo, Indonesia, involving 630 respondents and using a questionnaire developed from the Sports Development Index (SDI). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The samples should meet the criteria, including the specified age group, place of residence, not physically disabled, and could carry out daily activities independently. The study found that 41% of respondents regularly participated in sports activities, 20% of respondents irregularly participated in sports activities, and 39% of respondents were inactive. Soccer and running became the most played sports, performed by 26% and 18% of respondents. The main goal of exercising was to maintain health (64%). It was also found that most of them were engaged in the sports community. In addition, in the view of the community, the role of stakeholders in providing facilities, infrastructure, training, and sports socialization still needs improvements.

Pandemi COVID-19 membawa perubahan fundamental terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, terutama Pendidikan Jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) yang harus beralih dari pembelajaran di lapangan menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Namun hingga saat ini belum ada studi mengenai implementasinya pada Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Surabaya. Informasi ini sangat penting agar dapat memberikan gambaran kondisi riil dan arah perbaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan data riil implementasi pembelajaran PJOK di SD se Kecamatan Dukuh Pakis, Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, menggunakan kuesioner online, data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, guru pendidikan jasmani di SD swasta di Kecamatan Dukuh Pakis (100%) tetap memberikan pendidikan jasmani; 83,3% menggunakan metode pembelajaran online. selanjutnya 66,7% sesuai rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tetapi tidak berurutan, 100% peserta didik antusias mengikuti pembelajaran, dan 58,3% menyatakan penilaian hasil belajar pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) tidak efektif. Kendala terbesar dari PJJ ini adalah ketersediaan internet. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam situasi darurat COVID-19 pelaksanaan PJJ PJOK di SD swasta se Kecamatan Dukuh Pakis surabaya mayoritas sesuai dengan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, namun terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar dan ketersediaan sarana internet.

The tradition of mangaji kamatian is a form of acculturation of Minangkabau and Islamic culture in Minangkabau. The community interprets this tradition as a form of practice of the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. However, some other people interpret this form of tradition as an act of bid'ah (heresy), and some understand it as a form of the practice of jahiliyah, which is haram (forbidden) to carry out. This study uses field research methods using a phenomenological approach with a living hadith model. The results showed that the mangaji kamatian tradition that lives in the Lareh Nan Panjang community is acculturation between Islamic teachings with clear arguments in the Qur’an and hadiths with the customs and cultures that exist in the area. Historically, the mangaji kamatian tradition is a form of interpretation of Shaykh Burhanuddin, a Muslim scholar who spread Islam in Padang Pariaman in the 16-17 century on verses of the Qur’an and hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW related to takziyah. Shaykh Burhanuddin slowly transformed the people who at that time wept when they were stricken by death with a procession of reciting verses from the Koran, prayers, zikir, tahlil and prayers.

Friday prayers at the Grand Mosque of Darul Ma'ruf Batang Kabung, Padang City. The implementation of the Friday prayers they perform is different from the usual Friday prayer practices. However, in the implementation of Friday, which is in the mosque, the sermon is in the form of a foreign language (Arabic) which is not the language understood by the local congregation at all. In the implementation of Jum'at jama'ah pray together while waiting for Friday to enter and there are two call to prayer and two preachers in one Friday. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the congregation's understanding of the Great Mosque of Darul Ma'ruf Batang Kabung about the Virtue hadith and Friday prayer practices and how the congregation is implemented at the Great Mosque of Darul Ma'ruf Batang Kabung regarding the Virtue hadith and Friday prayer practices. . The purpose of this study is to determine the understanding of the congregation of the Masjid Raya Darul Ma'ruf Batang Kabung regarding the Virtue hadith and Friday prayer practices and to describe the implementation of the congregation at the Grand Mosque of Darul Ma'ruf Batang Kabung regarding the Virtue hadith and Friday prayer practices. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Observation data collection methods (Observation), interviews, and documentation. After the data has been collected, it is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study are related to the understanding of the congregation of the Grand Mosque of Darul Ma'ruf about the hadith of the Prophet about the virtue and practice of Friday prayers, they understand that Friday as Friday is a day of forgiveness, Friday is the day of association and Friday. 'at is the greatest almsgiving and sacrifice. As for the implementation of the Friday prayer practice at the Masjid Raya Darul Ma'ruf Batang Kabung, the congregation divides it into three stages, namely the time to wait for Friday prayers, the time for prayer has entered and the prayer time has finished. Suggestions in this study are to revive the recitations, especially the discussion about prayer services and provide a variety of comfortable and peaceful facilities.

A child's birth in Islamic teachings will be welcomed with akikah, but the archipelago people have local traditions in welcoming this event. The dialectic between religious teachings and local traditions gave birth to new traditions: assimilation or acculturation of Islamic teachings and community traditions. The tradition of holding Paja in Nagari Kamang Mudiak, Agam Regency, West Sumatra, is one of the traditions born from the Islamic dialectic process and the Minangkabau's local culture people. This research aims to describe the tradition of carrying out Paja due to the dialectic of akikah teaching in Islam as a guide to the Prophet's Sunnah in the socio-cultural context of the society in the Religion District of West Sumatra. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach and cultural interpretation. This research found that society tries to articulate Islamic teachings about akikah sunna contextually. The old and young dialectic influences the implementation of this tradition in its development in Minangkabau. This dialectic patterned its implementation into two models, namely traditionalist and modernist. The tradition of making the Paja continues with both models. As for the motive for the implementation of this tradition is for theological and cultural reasons.

Abstract: One of the successes of humans in adapting to their environment is the existence of social support in every challenging life process. For students, this challenge is closely related to the completion of academic assignments and the dynamics of interactions that occur in campus life. Students with disabilities face tougher challenges, in which they are not only charged with academic burdens but also have to struggle to break through the limits of their physical disabilities. The present study explains the relationship between social support and self-adjustment of students with disabilities at State Universities in Padang. The research design used was a quantitative method. In addition, by using total sampling technique, the sample of this study involved seventeen students with disabilities at State Universities in Padang. Furthermore, the discussion in this study also used an Islamic perspective, in which a study of the Quran was applied in finding out the relationship between the two research variables. The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between social support and self-adjustment of students with disabilities at the State University in Padang with a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 0.05) and the Pearson correlation coefficient value of 0.856. The value of R square showed the number of 0.732, which means that the contribution of social support to adjustment is 73.2%. This result is in line with the explanation of Quran, especially in Surah At-Tin verse 4 and Al Baqarah verse 286. Pada mahasiswa tantangan ini erat kaitannya dengan penyelesaian tugas-tugas akademiknya dan dinamika interaksi yang terjadi dalam kehidupan kampus. Tantangan lebih berat dihadapi oleh mahasiswa disabilitas yang dituntut dengan beban akademik namun juga harus berjuang menembus batas kekurangan fisik yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa disabilitas Universitas Negeri di Kota Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah 17 mahasiswa disabilitas. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan perspektif Islam sehingga dilakukan kajian alqur’an dalam memandang hubungan antar kedua variable penelitian. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa disabilitas Universitas Negeri di Kota Padang. There were differences of attitudes taken by the caliphs Abu Bakr al-Siddiq and Umar bin al-Khattab in the narration of the hadith, as compared to those carried by the Prophet Muhammad. In his time, the Prophet (SAS) invited and motivated the Companions to narrate the hadith to others. But the caliphs Abu Bakr al-Siddiq and Umar bin al-Khattab carried out a different policy between the obligations of the Companions to tighten the narrations of the traditions of the Prophet SAW or called taqlid al-riwayah. The paper aims to discuss taqlid al-riwayah policy based on background, forms, and objectives. They were related to the policy and bring up the positive and negative of the application of the policy to the development of hadith in the aftermath. The results of the study found that there were political and social factors that cause policies to be taken. They oppose politics, oppose false prophets, the number of people who apostatize, and do not run Islamic law with kaffah, exchanging friends who gave false traditions. The taqlil al-riwayah policy takes various forms. They are to reduce narration, strictness (tatsabbut) in accepting competition, punishing and renewing friends who had multiply the narration of traditions. The traditions of the Prophet Muhammad were from mistakes and falsification. Besides, this policy also opposes the development of traditions, both regarding the positive, preserved, authenticity and quality of the traditions of the Prophet SAW and also does not violate false traditions (maudhu ') among Muslims. It is also free of negative impacts. According to part of the distribution and the list of traditions, the Prophet (PBUH), the lively discussion of hadith meanings and the delay in the process of codifying the traditions of the Prophet PBUH.

Artikel ini berisi ulasan mengenai hubungan keterkaitan kisah Bani Israil tersesat selama empat puluh tahun dalam kitab Jami’ al-Bayan ‘an Takwil Ayy Al-Qur’an karya Imam Al-Thabari dengan kisah serupa yang terdapat dalam kitab tafsir Al-Qur’an Al-‘Azhim karya Ibnu Katsir. Penelitian deskriptif-analitis ini memakai teori intertekstualitas Julia Kristeva melalui telaah perpustakaan (library research). Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan adanya tiga hubungan intertekstualitas Tafsir al-Thabari dalam Tafsir Ibnu Katsir yaitu dalam hal penjelasan bahasa, penjelasan qiraat, dan perbedaan pendapat di kalangan ulama. Selanjutnya, pola intertekstualitas yang digunakan oleh Ibnu Katsir adalah ekspansi, transformasi, haplologi dan paralel. Dengan begitu, terlihat jelas bahwa adanya keterpengaruhan Ibnu Katsir dalam kitab tafsirnya terhadap kitab Tafsir al-Thabari. Namun, dibalik keterpengaruhannya Ibnu Katsir masih memiliki kreativitas dalam kitab tafsirnya, yaitu dalam hal jumlah sumber pengutipan ulama dan riwayat israiliyyat.

This study explores the impact of the conversion of paddy fields on farmers’ quality of life in Parung Panjang District, Bogor Regency. Income level, condition of house construction, asset ownership, and source of income are the parameters of the quality of life in this study. The analytical method used was descriptive quantitative with the Wilcoxon signed rank statistical test. According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the concept that is used as reference is the theory of quality of life from an objective perspective. In 2017-2019, paddy fields in Parung Panjang District shrunk by 104.50 hectares, and the survey showed that the conversion of paddy fields is due to the massive construction of housing complexes. The impact of the life quality showed improvement in condition and the area of the house buildings by 16.1%, on contrary the study found that the ownership of paddy fields was decreased by 48.4%. Additionally, there was a reduction in the level of the economy based on income per month by 67.7%.

Muhammad Nāsir ad-Dīn al-Albānī merupakan salah satu sarjana hadis yang dianggap kontroversial. Banyak ulama yang mengatakan bahwa penilaian-penilaiannya terhadap hadis tidak dapat diperpegangi. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya kontradiksi penilaian al-Albānī dalam banyak hadis. Dalam satu kasus ditemukan ia men-da’īf-kan suatu hadis, namun dalam karyanya yang lain hadis itu dinilainya hasan, atau bahkan sahīh, atau sebaliknya. Artikel ini berupaya mengungkap bagaimana konsistensi al-Albānī dalam kritik hadis, khususnya hadis-hadis yang telah direvisi penilaiannya oleh al-Albānī dari hadis yang awalnya ia hukumi dengan status da’īf kemudian diralat menjadi sahīh dalam karyanya Daī’f al-Jāmi’. Ditemukan bahwa dalam menerapkan konsep tashīh terhadap hadis-hadis yang telah di-da’īf -kan, tampaknya ia kurang konsisten. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan kasus al-Albānī men-sahīh-kan hadis yang telah dihukuminya dengan status da’īf jiddan (hadis matrūk dan hadis mungkar), dan hal itu bertentangan dengan metodenya yang menyatakan bahwa hadis da’īf tidak dapat dinaikkan derajatnya jika tingkat ke-da’īf -annya berat meskipun ditemukan riwayat-riwayat lain sebagai pendukung.

Subjective evaluation plays an important role in assessing indoor thermal quality (ASHRAE-55). This study assesses the physical and pyschological aspects of thermal comfort in two modified rooms, namely the Department of Architecture Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta (UMJ) Building Technology Laboratory (Room A) and the Architecture Student Community “Fathirista” Room (Room B). Both rooms have similar microclimate factors (humidity, temperature, radiation and air velocity) were distinguished as one of the room was modified with an additional void and indoor garden space, while another room would be only added indoor garden space. In the experimental process, four types of modification were applied to both rooms. 26 students, who were familiar with the indoor climate environment of the modified rooms, were then asked to experience the four thermal condition modifications and to describe them by completing a Likert scale questionaire as a subjective evaluation step. Through this semi-experimental research, the aim was to discover different levels of thermal comfort experience through a perceptional study as an interpretation of subjective evaluation. The second purpose was to establish whether voids and indoor gardens could significantly affect thermal comfort. The data were analysed with SPSS software, with the results showing that the modified rooms with a void and additional indoor plants (Room A) was the most comfortable room according to the respondents’ subjective evaluation. Even though the respondents had experienced the same thermal environment for years, they had different subjective evaluations towards the four modified conditions.

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of an expandable additive on the compressive strength and linear expansion of geopolymer cement, which is an alternative to ordinary Portland cement, for oil-well cementing. Fly-ash-based geopolymer cement samples, with the addition of slag cement as a strength enhancer, were prepared by using an elastomeric expandable additive (R-additive), which consists of styrene–butadiene rubber with a specific gravity of 0.945, at concentrations of 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% by weight of the solid blend, and cured in a water bath at 60 °C and atmospheric pressure, and a curing chamber at 90 °C and 3000 psi, or approximately 20.68 MPa. Mixability, amount of free water and slurry density were studied, and the effects of the concentration of R-additive on the compressive strength (F) and linear expansion (∆l/l0) of the samples were analyzed. When cured at 60 °C and atmospheric pressure, the highest F of 15.01 MPa was obtained when the concentration of R-additive was 10%, while the highest ∆l/l0 of 0.9985% was obtained when the concentration of R-additive was 25%. An increase in the curing temperature and pressure to 90 °C and 3000 psi (≈20.68 MPa) resulted in the reduction of F from 15.01 to 14.62 MPa and from 10.33 to 9.61 MPa, and the increase in ∆l/l0 from 0.52% to 0.63%, and from 0.99% to 1.32%, when the concentrations of R-additive were 10% and 25%, respectively. The findings suggest that the formulations adopted, which contain R-additive at concentrations ranging from 10% to 25%, fulfilled the requirements of the oil and gas industry.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kesulitan, daya beda, dan efektifitas distraktor butir soal pada tes sumatif Bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 SMP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, pertama, tingkat kesulitan soal tes sumatif bahasa Indonesia Kurikulum 2013 menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas soal berkategori sedang. Adapun rincian kategori tingkat kesulitan soal tes sumatif, yaitu: mudah = 27,5%, sedang = 62,5%, sulit = 10%. Kedua, analisis daya beda menunjukkan tingginya soal yang tidak signifikan sehingga tidak bisa membedakan kelompok tinggi dan kelompok rendah dalam menjawab soal, yaitu sebanyak 50% layak, 37,5% tidak layak, dan 12,5% tidak terpercaya. Analisis ini diikuti dengan analisis distraktor yang menunjukkan bahwa masih banyaknya jumlah pengecoh yang tidak efektif dan tidak dipilih oleh peserta tes yaitu sebesar 25,84% untuk alternatif pilihan jawaban soal Kurikulum 2013, sehingga alternatif pilihan jawaban kurang mengecoh peserta tes.

This experimental study investigated the effects of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and copper-coated steel (CCS) on the mechanical properties and the post cracking behavior of fiber reinforced concrete (FRC). In designing high-performance concrete mixes, cement replacement materials are the essential ingredients. Therefore, the research objective was to investigate PVA and CCS fiber’s post-cracking performance in 100% cement concrete and concrete with 80% cement and 20% fly ash. The fiber content was fixed as a 0.3% volumetric fraction. CSS fibers required 15% more superplasticizer to achieve the desired slump of fresh concrete than the PVA fibers. Simultaneously, CCS fibers showed a 10% higher compressive strength than the concrete made of PVA fibers. Both fibers exhibited a similar effect in developing tensile and flexural strength. PVA fibers showed a value of 47 Gpa of secant modulus, and CCS fibers resulted in 37 Gpa in 100% cement concrete. In post-cracking behavior, CCS fibers showed better performance than the PVA fibers. The reason for this is that CCS showed 2.3 times the tensile strength of the PVA fibers. In comparing the two concretes, fly ash concrete showed about 10% higher compressive strength at 56 days and about 6% higher tensile and flexural strength. Similarly, fly ash concrete showed more than 15% first crack strength and flexural toughness than the 100% cement concrete in post-cracking behavior. Fiber-reinforced concrete containing PVA or CCS fibers showed enhanced post-cracking characteristics and its use could be preferred in structural applications.

Pada saat melakukan aktivitas fisik, selain terbentuk senyawa radikal bebas, tubuh akan membentuk antibodi berupa antioksidan endogen. Apabila terjadi ketidak seimbangan pembentukan radikal bebas dengan antioksidan (stress oksidatif) pemberian antioksidan eksogen akan membantu memulihkan keseimbangan radikal bebas dengan – antioksidan. Pemberian vitamin dan manipulasi massage segera setelah latihan fisik diharapkan berdampak pada nilai hitung jenis leukosit darah. Merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan design post tes control group design dengan jumlah sampel 40 mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepeltaihan Olahhraga Unipa. Yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok yang masing kelompok berjumlah 10 mahasiswa. Kelompok kontrol, kelompok Vitamin E, Kelompok Massage, kelompok vitamin E dan massage. Sampel melakukan lari 2.4 km setelah iu mahasiswa diberi perlakuan masing-masing berupa vi E dan manipulasi massage. Dari Sampel didapat nilai hitung jenis leukosi dengan nilai P Value > 0.05 kecuali pada nilai hitung trombosit dengan nilai P Value:0.069 > 0.05. Dengan demikian pemberian manipulasi massage dan Vitamin E mempengaruhi nilai hitung lekosit darah setelah latihan fisik submaksimal.

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Arsitektur Lanskap Rumah tradisional Bali terhadap pendekatan perancangan Arsitektur ekologis di daerah tropis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskripsi yang dipadu dengan observasi terhadap arsitekur lanskap rumah tradisional Bali. Data yang dihasilkan akan dikelompokkan dan disusun sehingga menjadi sebuah data yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara elemen lanskap dengan norma–norma yang diterapkan dalam penataannya. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah konsep Asta Kosala kosali terbukti berhasil membuat Arsitektur Lanskap Rumah Tradisional Bali khususnya, bertahan sampai sekarang. Penataan ruang dengan Kasta di Bali sudah menunjukan dan membuktikan merupakan produk Arsitektur Lanskap yang ekologis. Having a good memory is essential for carrying out daily tasks. People cannot study, plan, remember or navigate life effectively if they are memoryless. People may be at risk when mistakes made in the past will be repeated and lessons regarding danger cannot be learned. In the community, traumatic brain injury (TBI) is common and individuals with TBI frequently have memory problems. It is crucial to study how TBI affects memory to better understand the underlying mechanism and to tailor rehabilitation for patients with a range of pathologies and severity levels. Thus, this paper aimed to review studies related to TBI's effect on memory. This review examined recent studies to learn more regarding and comprehend the connection between TBI and memory, including short-term memory (STM), working memory (WM) and long-term memory (LTM). This will undoubtedly have a big impact on how memory problems that may arise after TBI will be addressed. This study aims to analyze the effect of Price, Brand Image, and Promotion on Customer Repurchase Intention on Easy Shopping with Customer Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable. The population are Easy Shopping's customers and numbers of samples are 170. The analytical method used in this study is the SEM, with data analysis method by Partial Least Square (PLS). Primary data is obtained by distributing Google Form questionnaire to respondents. The results shows that Price, Brand Image, and Promotion have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Repurchase Intention and can mediate the effect of Price in the partial mediation category, Brand Image, and Promotion in the full mediation category on Customer Repurchase Intention. Research suggestions for Easy Shopping, they can set more reasonable price policy for customers, particularly for member customers who have loyally purchase with certain amounts on Easy Shopping catalog products. Food security is the state of having reliable access to a sufficient quantity of affordable, safe, and nutritious food for all people. It is a critical point to be achieved yet has many aspects to be considered, which include food availability, stability, access, and utilization. Each aspect has its own challenge, which makes food security a complex goal to achieve. Therefore, this paper aims to demonstrate how the Local Food Network (LFN) might be able to address the challenges of food security and eventually achieve it. Moreover, this paper also takes the standpoint of sustainability aspects to ensure food security can be achieved sustainably and responsibly. A case study in Indonesia is given in this paper to provide a concrete explanation of the topic. Rice commodity is used in this study as the staple food of Indonesia. To achieve the goal of this paper, a Multi-objective Linear Programming (MOLP) model, which reflects the LFN, is developed. Furthermore, sustainability's social, economic, and environmental aspects are directly incorporated into the model. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of an expandable additive on the compressive strength and linear expansion of geopolymer cement, which is an alternative to ordinary Portland cement, for oil-well cementing. Fly-ash-based geopolymer cement samples, with the addition of slag cement as a strength enhancer, were prepared by using an elastomeric expandable additive (R-additive), which consists of styrene–butadiene rubber with a specific gravity of 0.945, at concentrations of 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% by weight of the solid blend, and cured in a water bath at 60 °C and atmospheric pressure, and a curing chamber at 90 °C and 3000 psi, or approximately 20.68 MPa. Mixability, amount of free water and slurry density were studied, and the effects of the concentration of R-additive on the compressive strength (F) and linear expansion (∆l/l0) of the samples were analyzed. When cured at 60 °C and atmospheric pressure, the highest F of 15.01 MPa was obtained when the concentration of R-additive was 10%, while the highest ∆l/l0 of 0.9985% was obtained when the concentration of R-additive was 25%. An increase in the curing temperature and pressure to 90 °C and 3000 psi (≈20.68 MPa) resulted in the reduction of F from 15.01 to 14.62 MPa and from 10.33 to 9.61 MPa, and the increase in ∆l/l0 from 0.52% to 0.63%, and from 0.99% to 1.32%, when the concentrations of R-additive were 10% and 25%, respectively. The findings suggest that the formulations adopted, which contain R-additive at concentrations ranging from 10% to 25%, fulfilled the requirements of the oil and gas industry. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Tarannum, or melodic recitation of Quranic verses, employs the softness of the voice in reading the holy verses of the Quran. Melody training technology allows users to practise repetitively while also providing feedback on their performance. This paper describes an application that captures the pattern of tarannum melodies (from Quranic recitations) and provides feedback to the user. Recordings of Quranic verses are collected from an expert reciting Bayati tarannum. The samples are pre-processed into segmented tarannum verse-contours using pitch sequences. Using the k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) classifier, the melody patterns are trained on 20 samples. Input vectors are formed by computing the melody verse-contour representation using mean, standard deviation, and slope values and combining them with an identified Tilt-based contour label. A tarannum training prototype is built to test similarity between a user's recitation and the trained patterns. To identify similarity between a pair of versecontours, the application employs a shape-based contour similarity algorithm. The proposed application also provides feedback in the form of a grade and a percentage of accuracy, as determined by a melody curve similarity algorithm. As results, the current samples have an overall shape-based weighted score of 66%. Some samples are successfully classified with a similarity score as high as 80% individually. The study provides an alternative interactive session for people who want to learn Tarannum, as well as a preliminary step toward understanding the melodic patterns for tarannum. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is classified as one of neurodegenerative disease caused by neuronal death. It is characterized as memory impairment, including the inability to produce new memories. Since AD has low treatment effectiveness, proteomics research opens possibilities for advancement. Proteomics is the study of proteomes produced by the disease-bearing host to identify and understand diseases. In this case, to investigate the use of protein as a reliable molecular entity and their involvement in AD. Therefore, this review focused on three main applications of proteomics; the potential use of proteomics as a diagnostic tool for AD, the use of proteomics to assess the treatment progression of AD and the advancement in AD research. The review discussed three research areas utilizing the proteomics approach: ageing, behavioural, and demographic research of AD populations. Proteomic approaches have also been shown to be effective to discover the biomarkers for infectious diseases, cancers, heart diseases, and neurological disorders. Although much work remained to be done, the proteomics approach is an interesting method to be carried out in detecting AD at an earlier stage and will be very useful for AD treatment and management in the future. Abstract Mine operational safety is an important aspect of maintaining the operational continuity of a mining area. In this study, we used the InSAR time series to analyze land surface changes using the ICOPS (improved combined scatterers with optimized point scatters) method. This ICOPS method combines persistent scatterers (PS) with distributed scatterers (DS) to increase surface deformation analysis’s spatial coverage and quality. One of the improvements of this study is the use of machine learning in postprocessing, based on convolutional neural networks, to increase the reliability of results. This study used data from the Sentinel-1 SAR C-band satellite during the 2016–2022 observation period at the Musan mine, North Korea. In the InSAR surface deformation time analysis, the maximum average rate of land subsidence was approximately > 15.00 cm per year, with total surface deformation of 170 cm and 70 cm for the eastern dumping area and the western dumping area, respectively. Analyzing the mechanism of land surface changes also involved evaluating the geological conditions in the Musan mining area. Our research findings show that combining machine learning and statistical methods has great potential to enhance the understanding of mine surface deformation.

Volcanic eruptions cause large-scale damage and leave piles of volcanic material that destroy plants, agricultural lands, animals, and soil microorganisms, decreasing soil fertility. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate soil fertility recovery in post-volcanic eruption areas to resume agricultural activities. This study aims to elucidate the effect of volcanic deposits on soil fertility as well as explore tolerant plants and bacteria after Mt Semeru eruption. Soil, volcanic ash, and plant samples were collected from Pronojiwo Sub-regency, Lumajang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Soil and volcanic ash chemical properties were analyzed (pH, available and total phosphorus (P), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), and calcium (Ca) content). Bacteria were isolated and enumerated, then tested for P solubilization (PSB). The result showed that 3 months after Mt Semeru’s eruption, the first succession was fern, moss, and fungi. Some local plants (banana and coconut) emerge new shoots and recover. A high total P (137.32 mg/kg) with neutral pH (6.8) was found in the volcanic ash. Total P and available P were higher at the closest distance from the crater, and soil pH controlled P availability in the soil covered with volcanic deposits. Also, the thickness and distance from the crater strongly affect organic C, which reduces the PSB population (10^3 to 10^4 CFU/g) compared to unaffected areas. The bacteria exhibited P solubilization activities even under harsh environmental conditions. Thus, accelerating soil fertility restoration by adding organic materials and inoculating beneficial bacteria (such as PSB) in the post-eruption area is essential as the bacteria benefit both soil fertility recovery and agriculture sustainability in degraded lands (e.g., post-eruption).

Energy Management Systems (EMS) have become increasingly important in efforts to address global energy challenges, such as increasing energy demand and climate change. EMS can be used to improve energy efficiency; reduce greenhouse gas emissions; and increase energy security. The purpose of the research is to review the latest research progress which focuses on EMS from various sectors based on energy efficiency and renewable energy. This research method involves four steps: selecting the EMS topic, searching for related papers using keywords on Google Scholar; summarizing and categorizing the obtained papers, and creating a table for easy understanding of the collected research; followed by analysis and discussion. As a result, recent research progress on sustainable EMS has been discussed, emphasizing categories like IoT; cloud data; controllers; reinforcement learning; renewable energy sources; energy storage; energy trading; and dashboards. The focus in EMS studies lies on IoT devices; controllers; reinforcement learning; and renewable energy; with less emphasis on energy trading and dashboards. The primary objective is to facilitate energy use tracking for users in various sectors, enabling them to assess efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This review facilitates energy tracking across diverse sectors for users, enabling evaluation of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Landslides are geological hazards that can have severe impacts, threatening both the people and the local environment of highlands or mountain slopes. Landslide susceptibility mapping is an essential tool for predicting landslides and mitigating landslide-associated damage in areas prone to these events. This study aims to investigate the combination of using an adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) with metaheuristic optimization algorithms: gray wolf optimizer (GWO), particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO), and the imperialist competitive algorithm (ICA) in mapping landslide potential. The study area was Pyeongchang-gun, South Korea, for which an accurate landslide inventory dataset is available. A landslide inventory map was organized, and the data were separated randomly into training data (70%) and validation data (30%). In addition, 16 landslide-related factors consisting of geo-environmental and topo-hydrological factors were considered as predictive variables. This landslide susceptibility model was be evaluated based on the value of the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) to measure its accuracy. Based on the maps, the validation results showed that the optimized models of ANFIS-ICA, ANFIS-PSO, and ANFIS-GWO had AUC accuracies of 0.927, 0.947, and 0.968, respectively. The result from the hybrid algorithms model of ANFIS with metaheuristic algorithms outperformed the standalone ANFIS model in terms of accuracy in predicting landslide potential. Therefore, the ML algorithm and optimization algorithm models proposed in this study are more suitable for landslide susceptibility mapping in the study area.

The COVID-19 pandemic and humanitarian challenges such as war and conflict, climate changes, and economic crises bring unexpected humanitarian challenges, such as food insecurity. Especially for developing countries, this is a double crisis, food poverty and COVID-19 pandemic. This situation needs an alternative food network (AFN), which can improve the local food sources to fulfill the food demand. The local food hubs’ (LFHs) development as an AFN that considers local producers and customers could serve as an alternative strategy to reduce the uncertainty of food availability. However, the challenge in developing LFH in developing countries is the problem of logistics efficiency. Therefore, this study discusses the development of food logistics efficiency by determining the optimum location of LFH and the fulfillment of food supply for each optimum location of LFH in rural areas. Robust optimization is applied to the Multi-Objective Many-to-Many Location-Routing Problem (MOMMLRP) model to handle the uncertain demand and production capacity. This study focused on West Java Province, Indonesia, as areas that represent developing countries. Based on our result, eight sub-districts have been determined as an optimum location to develop LFHs. This study also elaborates on the food network in the worst situation that needs regional food hubs’ (RFHs) support. The RFH support can be used when the LFH faces an unexpected problem that cannot fulfill their demand.

Abstract. Sidodadi Village, Garum District is a fertile area that located 18 KM from the city. The majority of its residents work as farm laborers and sand miners. Almost all residents have yards that are left without any productive use. Natural conditions are still full of trees also cause the leaf litter that less conditioned. This is the idea for us to introduce an innovation in terms of land use and neglected organic waste, that is Hydroponic. The output of this activity is expected to be an additional economic source for local residents. In addition, it is also to make new job opportunities for local youth. The methods used are Explorative Survey, SWOT Analysis, Micro Teaching, Focus Discussing Group, Participatory Rural Appraisal and e-Mentoring. In its implementation, youth organizations is very enthusiastic. So the assistance and implementation process can run well and smoothly. The enthusiasm of the team and youth organizations in this activity succeeded in establishing two greenhouses with the installations. As well as making production and marketing designs which are the final determinants in this activity. Hal inilah yang memunculkan ide bagi kami untuk memperkenalkan sebuah inovasi dalam hal pemanfaatan lahan dan sampah organik yang tak terurus, yaitu hidroponik. Luaran kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber ekonomi tambahan bagi warga setempat. Selain itu juga, untuk membuka lapangan kerja baru bagi pemuda setempat. Recent developments in remote sensing research have resulted in a large amount of variability in the data provided by researchers. Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is a tool used to measure surface deformation and assess changes in the Earth’s surface. Here, we consider the usefulness of Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) in assessing past volcanic activity as a key to learning the characteristics of the deformation around a volcano. The Hantangang River volcanic field (HRVF) is a geoheritage site in the Korean Peninsula that has interesting geological characteristics. This volcanic field has formed along 110 km of the paleochannel of the Hantangang River. Since the eruptions occurred from 0.15 to 0.51 Ma, the source is limited, which has raised interest in the assessment of volcanic landforms. The recent integration of machine learning and InSAR processing has shown promising results for many purposes, such as classifying, modeling, and detecting surface deformation. To examine the future impact based on information from the past, we utilized a synthetic interferogram with the Okada model and transferred it to a machine learning algorithm. The synthetic interferogram was formed based on Sentinel-1 C-band satellite data to simulate the deformation phases. The orbital errors, the topographical data errors, and the atmospheric effect were also simulated and added to the synthetic interferogram to enrich the learning input. A convolutional neural network (CNN) trained with the unwrapped simulated interferogram data and its performance was evaluated. Our proposed method exhibits the capability to detect volcanic activity’s deformation patterns with synthetic interferogram data. The results show that an overall accuracy of more than 80% was achieved using the CNN algorithms on the validation dataset. This study is the first to use machine learning approaches for detecting prehistorical volcanic deformation and demonstrates potential techniques for developing an approach based on satellite imagery. In addition, this study has introduced the possibility of developing a rapid detection of surface deformation using InSAR data based on a machine learning approach.

A hot working environment can cause health problems for workers, one of them being dehydration. The hydration status of a worker can be influenced by the characteristic of the worker, physical environmental factors, and fluid intake. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between workers’ characteristics, physical environmental factors, and fluid intake with the hydration status of workers. This study was conducted using the cross-sectional design method and used a simple random sampling technique to select 17 respondents and 17 home industries originally derived from 20 respondents and 20 home industries. The research location was on Jalan Banyu Urip Lor X Surabaya. Data were analyzed using cross-tabulation and fisher’s exact test with a confidence level of 95%. The data were collected through interviews, measurements, questionnaires, and verification. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between physical environmental factors, which included temperature (p = 0.002), humidity (p = 0.029), and fluid intake (p = 0.029), with the hydration status of workers. In general, it can be concluded that physical environmental factors and fluid intake are relevant towards the hydration status of workers. Therefore, it is recommended that the workers improve air circulation in the room by adding natural ventilation, an exhaust fan in the kitchen, and are advised to consume enough mineral water while working. The impact of salinity on paddy production in Indonesia was pronounced with an average decline of 6.83% (2015-2019). Salinity interferes with macronutrients' absorption into plants, causing stunted growth (salinity contributed to a 42% decrease in paddy production). One solution to solve the salinity problem in paddy is to use saline varieties. There were very few studies on macronutrient content analysis in resistant varieties response to the salinity source's distance. This research conducted in Jabon Sidoarjo, Indonesia, aims to see the macronutrient response and plant growth to the saline source's distance. This research was conducted in Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency, using two transects with a length of 2 km and 3.4 km, respectively. The distance between the research location and the salinity source was 10.65 km. The survey used a free grid to adjust paddy fields' location and the presence of resistant varieties. The results showed that the closer to the salinity source, the salinity indicators consisting of Electrical Conductivity, Sodium Adsorption Ratio, Exchangeable Sodium Percentage, and pH H2O would increase. The increase in salinity then affects the decrease in macronutrients (Nitrogen, Phosphor, and Kalium) in plants. However, tillers and leaves (length and number) were unaffected by high salinity levels in the soil.

Study region: The study area was the Anseong-si area that located in the southernmost part of Gyeonggi-do Province at 127°19′ E, 36°82′ N. Anseong has a transitional climate between that the north and the south regions. Its climate is characterized by the geographical conditions of forming expansive plains that stretch from the Charyeong Range. The entire area of the city is surrounded by many high and low mountains to the south and the west, late-middle age and old age hills are spread, while there are many plains due to the development of rivers. Study focus: In this study, machine learning algorithms were used based on convolutional neural network (CNN) and long short-term memory (LSTM) to generate a groundwater potential map in Anseong, South Korea. A total of 295 wells locations were divided by the median value of transmissivity data (T) and produced “1” point with high groundwater productivity data and “0” as the point with the low groundwater productivity and divided into 70:30 for training and validation the model. 14 groundwater potential related factors were used in this study such as topo-hydrological and geo-environmental factors to define the spatial correlation with the high groundwater productivity data. The validation of the model is evaluated using the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve analysis method. The area under the ROC curve (AUC) is calculated to test the model. New hydrological insight for the region: The results shows a good accuracy, as the AUC values were all higher than 0.8. Finally, the groundwater potential maps generated by CNN and LSTM can be used to analyze the areas that potentially provided groundwater in Anseong, South Korea. This study could help the local environment to manage groundwater resources and can be used to assist development planners and decision-makers in groundwater sustainability planning.

This article presents the data as a support for “Designing a Food Supply Chain Strategy during COVID-19 Pandemic using an Integrated Agent-Based Modelling and Robust Optimization” [1]. An integration framework of Agent-Based Modelling (ABM) and Robust Optimization (RO) is proposed to address the food supply network development involving normal and pandemic condition issue regarding the actual food production data availability. In this article, the data associated with the integrated ABM simulation and RO are discussed. Particularly, this article provides the output rice production capacity data from the ABM simulation. This article also discusses how the output data from ABM simulation are processed to construct the polyhedral uncertainty set, which will later used by RO. By showing the output data from the ABM simulation and explaining how it is processed to be used in RO, other researchers and investigators could integrate their own ABM simulation model with RO to address their respective problems considering any uncertainty. Furthermore, the additional data needed for the optimization model are also included, which are mainly retrieved from the reports of government agencies.

Biogrease is a semi-solid lubricant produced using vegetable oil. The biogrease consists of base oil and thickening agent. Base oil modification is done to change properties such as viscosity, adhesive properties to iron, etc. which have an impact on tribological properties. One of the modifications made is the epoxidation of the base oil to increase the viscosity value. Epoxidation of the olein fraction /RBDPO (Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Olein) was carried out by reacting olein with acetic acid and peroxide acid. This study aimed to find the best time in the synthesis of RBDPO epoxy base oil, to study the effect of variations in % thickener on the characteristics of biogrease, and the best characteristics of biogrease produced from RBDPO epoxy base oil. The epoxidation was carried out with a ratio of RBDPO : acetic acid : peroxide acid of 1: 5: 2 at a temperature of 50°C, with various experimental times of 3 hours, 4 hours, and 5 hours. The epoxidation results calculated the oxirane number and iodine number with two replications, then analyzed ANOVA statistics and LSD test. Furthermore, the best epoxidation results were formulated with a thickening agent with a ratio of 80:20 and 85:15 to produce biogrease. The statistical analysis showed that the best epoxidation time is 3 hours. Thickening agent affects the texture of biogrease. Biogrease with a ratio of base oil with a thickener of 80: 20 has a short fibrous texture (short fibril) with an NLGI value of 3, while biogrease with a ratio of 85: 15 has a brittle texture with an NLGI value of 00. The best biogrease produced in this study is biogrease with a ratio of 80:20 with an NLGI value of 3.
