AIM:To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of iris fluorescein angiography(IFA)combined with fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA), indocyanine green angiograph(ICGA), fundus fluorescein angiography in the diagnosis of early diabetic retinitis(DR). METHODS: Totally 70 patients(136 eyes)with early diabetic retinopathy enrolled in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected in this study. All patients were respectively treated with ICGA, FFA and IFA+FFA, and the detection results of three kinds of imaging methods were analyzed. RESULTS: There were 120 pathological eyes(88.2%)were detected by FFA, 124 pathological eyes(91.2%)were detected by ICGA, 130 pathological eyes(95.6%)were detected by IFA+FFA, and there was no significant difference in the detection rate between the three methods(P>0.05). FFA detected 48 eyes with neovascularization, 18 eyes with vitreous hemorrhage, 38 eyes with macular edema, 16 eyes without perfusion area; ICGA detected 49 eyes with neovascularization, 38 eyes with macular edema, 17 eyes with vitreous hemorrhage, 20 eyes without perfusion area; IFA+FFA detected 17 eyes with proliferative diabetic iridopathy(DI), 22 eyes with non-proliferative DI, 5 eyes with NVG, 92 eyes without DI. CONCLUSION: In the diagnosis of early diabetic retinopathy, iris fluorescence angiography, fundus fluorescein angiography and indocyanine green angiography all have good diagnostic value, but IFA+FFA can detect the diabetic retinopathy in time and provide the help for the timely treatment.

In the context of vigorous development of big data and 5G technology,information encryption in high-speed communication systems has become a new research hotspot.How to increase data throughput and reduce the difficulty of adapting encryption algorithms to different application scenarios while ensuring high data security has become important research topics.Aiming at the problem that traditional software’s SM4-GCM algorithm has a low throughput rate and is difficult to apply in changing 5G and big data scenarios,this paper analyzes the characteristics of SM4-GCM algorithm based on the reconfigurable characteristics of FPGA,using Mastrovito,Karatsuba and fast remainder algorithms.Two high-performance,CNC-separated and expandable circuit structures are designed.Full-pipeline technology and four-degree parallel technology are used to accelerate the optimization of SM4-GCM algorithm.While ensuring high security,it can achieve a high throughput rate,and can be flexibly transplanted to various application scenarios.Experimental results show that the throughput rates of the proposed two solutions in this paper for a single SM4-GCM module have reach 28.16 Gbps and 28.8 Gbps,respectively,which are superior to similar published designs in terms of performance and scalability.

Purpose: To study the influence of cordycepin (Cor) on cisplatin insensitivity in bladder carcinoma, and its underlying mechanism of action. Methods: The effects of cisplatin and Cor treatments on the viability of T24-sensitive and T24/DDPinsensitive bladder carcinoma cells were investigated by using 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl- 2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) method to assess selectivity index. Flow cytometry was employed to evaluate the apoptosis of T24/DDP-resistant bladder cancer cells treated with cisplatin and Cor. The concentrations of PTEN, p-AKt and Akt in T24/DDP-resistant bladder cancer cells treated with cisplatin and Cor were determined by western blot assay. Results: Compared with T24-sensitive cells, the sensitivity of T24/DDP-resistant bladder cancer cells to cisplatin was significantly decreased, along with significant increase in half-inhibitory concentration (IC50) value, resulting in 10.56-fold increase in resistance (p < 0.05). The median effective concentration (EC50) value of Cor for DDP reversal was 1.03 ± 0.15 μM, and it had a high selectivity index for normal cells (> 48.5). The results from flow cytometry showed that Cor significantly enhanced the apoptosisinducing capacity of DDP in T24/DDP-resistant cells (p < 0.05), while Western blot data indicate that PTEN protein expression increased and phosphorylated Akt protein expression decreased in T24/DDPresistant cells after Cor treatment when compared with control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Cordycepin significantly improves the sensitivity of T24/ DDP-resistant bladder cancer cells to cisplatin via a mechanism related to the activation of PTEN/AKt signaling pathway, thus indicating that it is a potential candidate reversing DDP-resistance in bladder cancer. In the present study, double-sided gas shield welding (GSW), in a single pass, was applied to Fe-21Cr-15Ni-6Mn-Nb nonmagnetic stainless steel plate. The microstructure and performance of the welded joint were investigated via microstructural and phase analysis, mechanical testing and magnetic analysis. The results showed a satisfactory micrographic appearance with full penetration, and no solidification defects observed in the welded joint, which showed typical epitaxial growth characteristics in the welding solidification. Slight grain growth, with an average size of ~ 18.9 μm, occurred in the heat-affected zone (HAZ). The primary dendrite arms, on both sides of welding joint, grew along the direction of the temperature gradient and met at the centerline of the weld with no parting microstructure in evidence. The secondary dendrite arm spacing was stable in all parts of the weld zone (WZ). The hardness of the weld zone was higher than that of the HAZ and the base metal (BM), with the lowest hardness occurring in the HAZ. The results of tensile testing showed a higher strength of the welded metal (WM) compared to the BM, and a good strength-ductility balance of the welded joint. The impact energy of the HAZ was higher than that of the WZ, corresponding to 60.5 J at room temperature and 52.7 J at − 196 °C. Microvoid coalescence, concurrent with crack propagation along the direction of the long axis of the dendritic sub-grains, was observed during plastic deformation in the WZ. The effect of final rolling temperature and cooling process on the microstructure of 1.0C-1.5Cr bearing steel was studied, and the relationship between the microstructure parameters and subsequent spheroidization annealing was analyzed. The results indicate that the increase of water-cooling rate after hot rolling and the decrease of final cooling temperature are beneficial to reducing both the pearlite interlamellar spacing and pearlite colony size. Prior austenite grain size can be reduced by decreasing the final rolling temperature and increasing the water-cooling rate. When the final rolling temperature was controlled around 1103 K (830 °C), the subsequent cooling rate was set to 10 K/s and final cooling temperature was 953 K (680 °C), the precipitation of grain boundary cementite was suppressed effectively and lots of rod-like cementite particles were observed in the microstructure. Interrupted quenching was employed to study the dissolution behavior of cementite during the austenitizing at 1073 K (800 °C). The decrease of both pearlite interlamellar spacing and pearlite colony size could facilitate the initial dissolution and fragmentation of cementite lamellae, which could shorten the spheroidization time. The fragmentation of grain boundary cementite tends to form large-size undissolved cementite particles. With the increase of austenitizing time from 20 to 300 minutes, mean diameter of undissolved cementite particles increases, indicating the cementite particle coarsening and cementite dissolution occuring simultaneously. Mean diameter of cementite particles in the final spheroidized microstructure is proportional to the mean diameter of undissolved cementite particles formed during partial austenitizing. To investigate the expression of feeding-related peptide receptors mRNA in GT1-7 cell line and roles of leptin and orexins in the control of GnRH secretion. Receptors ofbombesin3, cholecystokinin (CCK)-A, CCK-B, glucagon-like peptide (GLP)1, melanin-concentrating hormone (MCH)1, orexin1, orexin2, neuromedin-B, neuropeptide Y (NPY) 1 and NPY5, neurotensin (NT) 1, NT2, NT3, and leptin receptor long form mRNA in GT1-7 cells were detected by reversed transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. GT1-7 cells were treated with leptin, orexin A and orexin B at a cohort of concentrations for different lengths of time, and GnRH in medium was determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Receptors of bombesin 3, CCK-B, GLP1, MCH1, orexin1, neuromedin-B, NPY1, NPY5, NT1, NT3, and leptin receptor long form mRNA were expressed in GT1-7 cells, of which, receptors of GLP1, neuromedin-B, NPY1, and NT3 were highly expressed. No amplified fragments of orexin2, NT2, and CCK-A receptor cDNA were generated with GT1-7 RNA, indicating that the GT1-7 cells did not express mRNA of them. Leptin induced a significant stimulation of GnRH release, the results being most significant at 0.1 nmol/L for 15 min. In contrast to other studies in hypothalamic explants, neither orexin A nor orexin B affected basal GnRH secretion over a wide range of concentrations ranging from 1 nmol/L to 500 nmol/Lat 15, 30, and 60 min. Feeding and reproductive function are closely linked. Many orexigenic and anorexigenic signals may control feeding behavior as well as alter GnRH secretion through their receptors on GnRH neurons. The spheroidized 1.0C–1.5Cr bearing steel with 30% cold deformation in thickness was subjected to austenitizing treatment. Interrupted quenching was employed to study the effect of prior cold deformation on the microstructure evolution during austenitizing. The results indicate that, due to the formation of many low angle boundaries, the prior cold deformation facilitates the initial dissolution of cementite during the austenitizing and decreases the final prior austenite grain size. With the dissolution of cementite, mean diameter of cementite particles decreases first and then increases. When the volume fraction of undissolved cementite was within 3.7–4.9%, the mean diameter of cementite particles would have the smallest value of approximately 0.21 µm. After tempering at 170 °C for 2 h, the impact toughness and hardness of the experimental steels with the austenitizing temperature of 850 °C were measured. The prior cold deformation increases the impact absorbed energy by approximately 7%. The fracture surface exhibits quasi-cleavage fracture. At the austenitizing time of 30 min and 60 min, nearly no fibrous region can be observed, and fracture occurs by the nucleation of microcracks at the interfaces of martensite-cementite.
