A new aromatic polyketide, alternaphenol B2 (1), and four known compounds (2–5) were isolated from the coral-derived fungus Parengyodontium album SCSIO SX7W11. Their structures were elucidated by high-resolution mass spectrometry, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and comparison with reported literatures. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited selective inhibitory activity against isocitrate dehydrogenase mutant R132H (IDH1m), with IC50 values of 41.9 and 27.7 μM, respectively. Medulloblastoma (MB) stands as one of the prevalent malignant brain tumors among pediatric patients. Despite its prevalence, the intricate interplay between the regulatory program driving malignancy in MB cells and their interactions with the microenvironment remains insufficiently understood. Leveraging the capabilities of single‐cell Assay for Transposase‐Accessible Chromatin sequencing (scATAC‐seq), the chromatin accessibility landscape is unveiled across 59,015 distinct MB cells. This expansive dataset encompasses cells belonging to discrete molecular subgroups, namely SHH, WNT, Group3, and Group4. Within these chromatin accessibility profiles, specific regulatory elements tied to individual subgroups are uncovered, shedding light on the distinct activities of transcription factors (TFs) that likely orchestrate the tumorigenesis process. Moreover, it is found that certain neurotransmitter receptors (NTRs) are subgroup‐specific and can predict MB subgroup classification when combined with their associated transcription factors. Notably, targeting essential NTRs within tumors influences both the in vitro sphere‐forming capability and the in vivo tumorigenic capacity of MB cells. These findings collectively provide fresh insights into comprehending the regulatory networks and cellular dynamics within MBs. Accurate online acquisition of tool wear degradation indicators is an important prerequisite for tool wear monitoring and tool remaining life prediction. The tool degradation process is usually accompanied by the flank face of cutting tool wear and blade breakage, however, the existing degradation indicators only consider the flank face wear value, but not the tool breakage value, resulting in the lack of accuracy of degradation indicators. To this end, an online identification method of tool degradation indicators based on the fusion of image sensors and laser displacement sensors is proposed, which adopts the VGG16-UNet network to identify the wear value in the image and obtains the tool breakage value based on the time series data of the laser displacement sensor. Finally, the tool wear and breakage degradation label containing wear and breakage values is established. Compared to manual measurements, the absolute average error is within 15 µms for cutter face damage values and within 3 µms for cutter face wear values. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Slurry wall protection is the key to the success of the design and construction of underground diaphragm walls; however, in the analysis of its grooving mechanism, the original slurry in the surrounding environment was usually equivalated to the slurry pressure, while the slurry penetration characteristics and the formation of a filter cake were often neglected, leading to obvious defects in the existing literature. In this paper, by combining computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and the discrete element method (DEM), a model based on the strain softening constitutive equation was proposed to investigate the formation of a filter cake by the effects of slurry penetration and cementation and to calculate the stability of grooving. In this model, material parameters were used to describe the mechanical properties of the filter cake, and the microscopic parameters that were calibrated through experiments were used to explore the optimal particle radius ratio of the filter cake. Then, the feasibility and rationality of the model in describing the slurry penetration and failure trends were verified through comparative analysis. In the stability analysis, the safety factor was introduced to evaluate the impact of the slurry and other influencing factors on the grooving process. The results show that the properties of slurry and the environmental factors such as groundwater level have significant effects on the formation of the filter cake and stress distribution, thereby affecting the grooving effect. Combining edge devices with intelligent inspection for transmission lines can fulfill the demand for real‐time defect detection in the field. However, there has been limited research on algorithms suitable for edge devices with low computational power and memory, and the existing research primarily focuses on CPU optimization. To address these issues, this paper proposes a real‐time defect detection method for transmission line endpoints based on YOLO‐GSS (YOLOv8 with Mosaic‐9, G‐GhostNet, S‐FPN, and Spatial Intersection over Union (SIoU) modifications). First, the authors improve the input of the YOLOv8 network using Mosaic‐9 to increase the number of input features in the training phase and enhance algorithm robustness. Next, the authors introduce G‐GhostNet and S‐FPN to enhance the backbone and neck sections while improving inference speed and accuracy. Finally, the authors modify the Complete Intersection over Union loss function of YOLOv8 using SIoU to further improve the detection accuracy. Experimental results demonstrate that compared to the original YOLOv8, the proposed method achieves a 5x increase in inference speed on Nvidia Jetson NX edge devices and a 7.7% improvement in accuracy, meeting the real‐time defect detection requirements for transmission line field inspections. This paper focuses on the study of the induction heating process of a camshaft in a marine diesel engine. A three-dimensional finite element model for dynamic induction heating is established using the finite element method of multi-physical field coupling, aiming to investigate the temperature uniformity of the cam during this process. Three elements are analyzed in this study: the moving speed, the gap between the induction coil and the workpiece, and the width of the induction coil. These factors allow for an analysis of the temperature distribution in the thickness direction and contour line direction of the cam under various conditions. On this basis, an equivalent parameter about the temperature uniformity in the thickness direction of the cam is proposed to guide the selection of the camshaft induction heating process parameters. A series of K3YSi2O7:xTm3+,yDy3+ (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.13, 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.13) white emitting phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid state method. The crystal structure, crystal lattice occupation and luminous properties of the prepared phosphors were characterized and analyzed by XRD, Rietveld refinement, SEM and fluorescence spectra. The results show that two kinds of Y sites exist in the lattice structure, Y3+ (II) has smaller crystal field strength and better symmetry than Y3+ (I). K3YSi2O7:Dy3+ shows the characteristic emission of Dy3+ with emission peaks at 481, 573 and 665 nm. The chromaticity coordinates of K3YSi2O7:Tm3+,Dy3+ phosphors migrate from the blue region to cold white to natural white region with the increase of Dy3+ doping amount. K3YSi2O7:0.09Tm3+, 0.03Dy3+ phosphor can maintain 90% emission of the initial intensity (300 K) at 450 K. Its corresponding chromaticity coordinates (0.3367, 0.3415) are close to the standard white light (0.333, 0.333). As the main components of mechanical products and important transmission components of mechanical motion, shaft workpieces (SW) need to undergo high-speed motion while also withstanding high torque motion, which has high processing requirements. At the same time, the processing quality of the workpieces determines the success of the entire processing process, and the quality-inspection methods and the accuracy of the technology directly affect the evaluation of the product. This paper designs an intelligent detection system for the surface shape error (SSE) of SW that combines multiple sensors. Based on the principle of sensor use and specific experimental status, the overall scheme of the detection system is designed, followed by research on the spatial positioning algorithm and surface measurement algorithm of the workpiece to be tested. We then compensate and correct the errors with the algorithm. The effectiveness of the system is verified by measuring the surface size of the workpiece. Finally, the radial circular runout error is taken as an example to verify the detection system. The results show that the measurement error is less than 5%, and the accuracy of the system is high. A nanosecond laser is used to fabricate groove-patterned textures on the upper surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloys, and then molybdic sulfide solid lubricants are filled into the grooves. The treated titanium alloy is subjected to friction and wear tests. The tribological performances of Ti-6Al-4V alloys are evaluated, and the wearing mechanism is analyzed. The combination of solid lubricants and surface texturing can effectively reduce the frictional coefficient and reduce the adhesion of Ti-6Al-4V materials on the steel balls for friction. The main wearing mechanism is the adhesive wear of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy and the adhesion of Ti-6Al-4V alloy materials on the surface of the steel balls. During the friction process, solid lubricants are squeezed from the grooves and coated at the friction interface to form a solid lubrication layer. This is the important reason why the combination of surface texturing and solid lubricants can improve the friction properties of titanium alloys effectively.
