The triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) holds significant potential for applications in energy harvesting and environment monitoring. However, a notable challenge lies in developing a combined system capable of efficiently harvesting energy and providing real‐time self‐powered sensing. Here, a combined wind energy harvesting and speed sensing (EHSS) system is constructed based on a noncontact electricity‐induced constant‐voltage TENG (EICV‐TENG) that achieves constant output by coupling two different phases and incorporates a parasitic sensing module in a single phase. Through the optimization of system integration, the EICV‐TENG achieves a current density of 28.7 mA m−2 and an average power density of 0.26 W m−2 Hz−1. With an optimal power management, the energy output efficiency of the EICV‐TENG reaches up to 96%. And EICV‐TENG can stably power 32 commercial hygrothermographs connected in parallel with the PMC at a wind speed of 7 m s−1. In addition, the EHSS system demonstrates excellent real‐time sensing performance based on the correlation between the peak number of pulse output in a single phase and wind speeds. The electrification of transportation in the past few decades has sparked the retirement of lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) which hinders sustainability derived from environmental impact and valuable elements loss through improper disposal. The challenges of recycling spent LIB are contamination, complicated processes, massive chemical/energy consumption, and secondary pollution. Here, a material and energy dual circulations method is proposed for a closed‐loop and sustainably recycling the components in spent LIBs. In the material circulation, the cathode, anode, and the accessories, like castings, aluminum‐plastic films, and binders, are recycled by electrochemical dual‐electrode recycling technology to regenerate LIBs and fabricate a triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG). In energy circulation, the fabricated TENG converts ambient wind energy into electricity to continuously power the material circulation by forming a self‐powered system. This system shows high element selectivity (Li, 99.7%; Ni, 96.1%; Co, 97.3%; and Mn, 97.2%), self‐powering, a simplified treating procedure, and high profit, which makes it feasible for commercial application. As promising energy harvesters, triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) can be widely used in the efficient harvesting of ubiquitous mechanical energy into electric power. However, the continuous fabrication of high-performance triboelectric nanogenerators is still a challenge. Here, with the roll-to-roll process, we report the continuous fabrication of a high-performance triboelectric nanogenerator by ultrafast UV-induced linking of the triboelectric layer to the conductive substrate. Benefiting from the grafting of the methacrylate functional group onto polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), methacrylate-functionalized PDMS (MAPDMS) can be polymerized under UV light. By introducing fluorine-containing silane to enhance electronegativity, fluorine MAPDMS (MAPDMS-F) can achieve a high surface charge density of 249 μC m−2, which is nearly double that of MAPDMS. Moreover, MAPDMS-F can also be used as a water resistance layer and combined with an interdigital electrode to harvest raindrop energy. This work not only provides an easy way to overcome a major bottleneck in the production of high-performance TENGs but also provides significant guidance on the design of the triboelectric layer. Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) has presented the huge potential application in distributed energy field which can realize the conversion from dispersed mechanical energy to electric energy. However, the natural characteristic of pulse output for conventional TENG, which means high crest factor, is defective for directly driving electronics. Here, a strategy to convert the pulse alternate current of TENG into a direct current with low crest factor is achieved through introducing a phase difference design into the structure of TENG. As a result, a direct current with a crest factor of 1.07 is obtained in a rotational free‐standing TENG (RF‐TENG) array at optimum phase difference, where 3D digital printing technology is used to accurately control the parameter of phase difference. Moreover, an adaptable contact mode structure between tribolayer and electrode improves the durability of the RF‐TENG array, which can present a stable performance after working 1.2 million cycles. Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) offers a novel approach for converting high‐entropy mechanical energy into electrical energy, yet achieving high charge density remains critical. Optimizations using dielectrics with high specific capacitance have mitigated air breakdown, but charge loss within dielectrics persists as a limiting factor. Here, based on poly(vinylidene fluoride–trifluoroethylene–chlorofluoroethylene) (P(VDF‐TrFE‐CFE)) with high specific capacitance, (P(VDF‐TrFE‐CFE)) composites’ trap density and energy are engineered using high‐polarity interfaces from barium titanate (BTO) nanoparticles and dense chain segment stacking induced by electrostatic interaction with polyetherimide (PEI) to enhance charge retention capability. With modified high interfacial traps, an ultrahigh charge density of 9.23 mC m−2 is achieved in external charge excitation (ECE) TENG using 0.2 vol% PEI/P(VDF‐TrFE‐CFE) film, marking the highest charge density reported for single‐unit TENGs.
