Background As global population continues to age, disability has become one of the most prominent health problems in the aging population. Chinese older adults with chronic diseases often diagnosed with multi-morbidities resulting in increased risks for disability. However, previous evidence on disability rates in this population have been inconsistent. Objective To systematically evaluate the prevalence of disability in older adults with chronic diseases in China. Methods We searched databases including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Scopus, CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, CBM and China Medical Journal Full-text Database up until August 2023 for publications on disability prevalence in Chinese older adults with chronic diseases. Literature screening, quality appraisal and data extraction were performed independently by two researchers. Meta-analysis was conducted using Stata 16.0 software. Results A total of 32 publications (34 studies) were included. Sample sizes ranged from 221 to 16 566 cases with a disability rate of 6.9%-82.8%. Meta-analysis showed that the prevalence of disability in Chinese older adults with chronic diseases was 43.2% (95%CI=32.9%-53.5%). Subgroup analyses showed: disability rate was higher in female (36.6%, 95%CI=27.0%-46.2%) than in male (33.9%, 95%CI=23.9%-43.9%) ; disability prevalence increased with age (60-69 years old: 24.2%, 95%CI=14.3%-34.0%; 70-79 years old: 34.9%, 95%CI=24.1%-45.7%; ≥80 years old: 47.7%, 95%CI=36.3%-59.1%) ; compared to other chronic diseases, individuals with dementia/Parkinson's disease (56.3%, 95%CI=40.9%-71.7%), mental illness (53.9%, 95%CI=46.0%-61.7%), and cerebrovascular disease (49.2%, 95%CI=33.5%-64.8%) had the highest prevalence of disability; and the prevalence of disability increased with the number of comorbidities (1 disease: 33.1%, 95%CI=20.8%-45.3%; 2 diseases: 36.3%, 95%CI=22.6%-50.0%; ≥3 diseases: 49.7%, 95%CI=31.3%-68.0%) . Conclusion The prevalence of disability among Chinese older adults with chronic diseases is high and can be impacted by both the type of chronic disease and the number of comorbidities. It is recommended to strengthen chronic disease monitoring and management efforts to prevent and eliminate disability and promote healthy aging in this population.

TC4 alloy is widely used in the high temperature environment. This paper proposed an ununified viscoplastic constitutive model according to the uniaxial creep experiment and high temperature tensile experiment of TC4 alloy. The inelastic strain rate was decomposed into two parts: creep strain rate and plastic strain rate. The creep strain was calculated by multiaxial ductility exhaustion creep damage law, and the plastic strain was get from the yield function containing the damage and the kinematic hardening effect. The implicit stress integration algorithm and the consistent tangent modulus of this model were derived. The material constants of the proposed model were determined by using genetic algorithm. The proposed constitutive model was compiled in a UMAT subroutine of finite element software Abaqus and 3D eight nodes isoparametric brick element was employed to simulate the creep and the tensile behavior of TC4 alloy. Form the result, the proposed constitutive model can predict the three stages of creep curves and the softening stage of tensile curves accurately.

The security protection of power system is still the focus of power enterprises. In order to solve the problem of untimely and inaccurate secret-related detection of the existing power monitoring system, cloud computing access control technology was used to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency. Firstly, a hierarchical architecture of the power monitoring system was built; with the focus on the control center of the system application layer, the data module and service module in the business layer were regularly scanned, and the system access control and database detection sub modules were connected. Finally, the security model of cloud computing access control was constructed in the sub module, and the self-test process of database secret-related sensitive data was designed to realize the system user access control and confidential and sensitive data self-test. The results show that the average accuracy of the designed secret-related self inspection model is more than 90%, and its response time is less than 7 s, which is better than the comparison model. With the support of the designed model, the power monitoring system can quickly complete the system secret-related detection and response, prevent users from accessing and ensure the security of the system.

Aimed at the buckling problem of deep implantation of flexible neural probe, a grooved cross-section silicon needle is designed as an auxiliary implant tool to provide temporary stiffness for probe implantation. In order to quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive performance of auxiliary tools, combining critical buckling force and cross-section area, and considering mechanical and biological properties, the performance evaluation index of auxiliary tools is proposed. Based on this evaluation index, the optimal groove depth ratio and groove width ratio of the grooved cross-section silicon needle are studied. The best groove depth ratio is the maximum value within the process requirements while the best groove width ratio increases with the thickness of the silicon needle. Moreover, the performance evaluation index is used to quantitatively prove that the grooved cross-section silicon needle has obvious performance advantages over the traditional circular and rectangular cross-section silicon needles. The simulation design of the grooved cross-section silicon needle is conducive to screening the best parameter combination of the cross-section, reducing the number of processing and the cost of experiments.

ESG as a concept advocates companies to pay more attention to environmental friendliness, social responsibility and corporate governance in their development process. Companies can attract investment and enhance their competitiveness by developing ESG concepts. Based on the data of Chinese listed companies for five years from 2017 to 2021, relevant indicators are constructed, and regression analysis is conducted on them using static panel models to empirically investigate the impact of ESG performance on corporate value. Specifically, this study documents a significant positive relationship between ESG performance and corporate value. The results still largely hold after a robustness checks, including alterative measure of corporate value. This study contributes to the existing literature on the economic consequences of ESG and provides implications for both researchers, investors, and practitioners.
