The article presents a pioneering integrated approach to assessing compliance with environmental, fire, industrial safety, and labor protection requirements in open-pit mining operations. The study was conducted at two existing open-pit mining facilities located in the Trans-Baikal Territory of the Russian Federation, analyzing the causes of injuries, statistical data, and comparing the mining technologies used. The key findings emphasize that the efficiency of deposit development and the safety of mining operations are heavily dependent on the quality of the technical design. The article also discusses software systems used for the design of mining facilities, which enable monitoring of the safety and labor protection aspects during quarry operation. The results of the comparative analysis are expected to be of interest to both quarry design specialists and the engineering and technical personnel of existing open-pit mining facilities. This integrated approach represents a significant advancement in the field, providing a comprehensive framework for enhancing safety and operational efficiency in the mining industry.

The relevance of the study is explained by the need to form a scientific approach to monitoring and bioremediation of pond reservoirs located in suburban areas. Further climate change, population growth, and excessive water intake lead to a decrease of restoration functions of water bodies and an increase of the HAB (Harmful Algal Bloom) effect. Suburban areas combine features of rural and urban lifestyles. At these territories, pond fish farming is intensively developed, and a space-time continuum with Push-pull strategies is being formed. The fishery complex of the Russian South is on the rise. It constantly requires applying of innovations. The essence of the research hypothesis was to define economic motivators for the development of pond fish farming in a suburban area, and to substantiate scientific approach to monitoring and bioremediation of water bodies. The represented materials reveal the tools for the development and using of automated devices and smart technologies in biosphere monitoring. Also the materials describe the tools for promotion of environmentally friendly technologies (bioremediation in the pond business). It is shown that such key requirements as mobility, efficiency, and using of green technologies, including bioremediation, become more and more significant for the development of pond fish farming in suburban areas. =

The purpose of the article is to analyze the phenomenon of terminological metaphorization in the context of the hypothesis that this process is the cognitive basis for transsterminologization in the field of subject terminological nominations. The authors have selected such areas as programming and stock trading as an empirical base. To solve the research issues, the authors used the following general scientific and linguistic methods: descriptive method, method of definition analysis, method of continuous selection. The selection of 78 metaphorical terms of software development and exchange trading selected by the method of continuous selection from the total corpus of 2870 analyzed terms has served as the material for the research. The analysis has shown that a significant number of terms in the areas of programming and exchange trading are formed on the basis of metaphorical transfer. Subject terminological nominations designating certain fragments of the professional picture of the world has moved into this area without changing their form (simple terms) and served as the basis for the construction of derived term combinations based on a metaphorical transfer in new subject areas. The transition of a term to a different field of knowledge is conditioned by an analogy in the description of the phenomenon, or an analogy in the structure of the term, in its stylistic properties, in the functional and lexical meaning of the words that make up the term. The process of transsterminologization appears as a multi-stage and multidimensional phenomenon, which includes both the discursive use of the term, and its formal and semantic-stylistic characteristics. In general, the process of metaphorization plays an important role in term formation. The properties of metaphors suggest that the metaphor should be considered within the framework of an anthropocentric approach with the help of the cognitive-linguistic analysis.

The article describes the main results of modern foreign studies with modifications of classical visual search tasks, as well as proposed classification of such modifications. The essence of visual search is to find target stimuli among the distracters, and the standard task involves finding one target stimulus, which is usually a simple object. Modifications to the standard task may include the presence of more than one target on the screen, the search for more than one type of target, and options that combine both of these modifications. Proposed modifications of the standard task allow not only to study new aspects of visual attention, but also to approach real-life tasks within laboratory studies.

One of the problems of our time is the environmentally safe destruction of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and their hydroxylated derivatives. The aim of the study was to investigate the features and prospects of the decomposition of PCB 70 (2,5,3’,4’-tetrachlorobiphenyl) and hydroxylated chlorobiphenyls derived from it by Rhodococcus wratislaviensis strain CH628. As a result of the application of methods of periodic cultivation, gas chromatography and light spectrometry, it was found that the efficiency of destruction of PCB 70 1 g of cells of strain CH628 was 90 mg PCB/day, and the same indicator for a mixture consisting of hydroxy derivatives obtained from PCB 70 was 56 mg PCB/day. It was shown that the strain uses all components of the mixture of hydroxy-PCB 70 as a growth substrate, but with different degradation rates. When cultivated in a mineral medium with PCB 70 or a mixture of hydroxy-PCB 70, strain CH628 forms biofilms. The analysis of the obtained results shows that the use of the Rhodococcus wratislaviensis CH628 strain will make it possible to develop a technology for the environmentally safe destruction of PCB 70 and hydroxy-PCBs derived from it.

The article proposes a conceptual framework with empirical foundations, prerequisites, theoretical foundations and implementation, and validity criteria. It also presents methods to improve transport and interchange hubs on the example of the St. Petersburg agglomeration, aimed at improving the efficiency of hubs operation, developing infrastructure and stations, improving the capacity of the transport network, achieving uniform loading system and traffic safety, increasing the attractiveness of rail transport for the population, increasing the index of passenger satisfaction. The analytical review of normative documents, theoretical provisions, programs and measures, carried out and planned for implementation for the development of St.-Petersburg railway junction has been made. The existing models of transport-transfer hubs in the St.-Petersburg agglomeration were investigated and the directions for their improvement were revealed by creating the concept. On the basis of the proposed synergistic-logistic concept, the provisions to ensure the improvement of transport-transfer hubs (on the example of the St. Petersburg agglomeration) have been developed.

In terms of instructional sequencing and cognitive load research, it remains unclear what effect different instructional sequences have on cognitive load and how to use problem-solving support within instructional sequences to reduce cognitive load. The current study examines how instructional sequencing and problem-solving support interact with different types of cognitive load and learner performance. University students (n = 254) were randomly assigned to one of three conditions: an explicit instruction first sequence, an unsupported problem-solving first sequence, and a supported problem-solving first sequence. Results show that intrinsic load did not differ across the three conditions, extraneous load was lowest in the explicit instruction first and supported problem-solving first conditions, germane load was highest in the supported problem-solving first condition, and performance was highest in the explicit instruction first condition. Providing insight into specific ways instructional sequencing and problem-solving support can reduce cognitive load; results suggest that either problem-solving activities need support or explicit instruction is needed before problem-solving.

The paper is devoted to the study of the dynamics and stability of the coast. The seaside territories are an active geodynamic system, which,being at the junction of the land and sea systems, has a high rate of change(transformation) processes. Relevance of the topic due to the economic value of the shores and a huge in-crease in anthropogenic load on them. A dynamic simulation model is presented to calculate the optimal amount of beachforming material to be maintained on the beach. The studies carried out made it possible to significantly clarify the ideas about the hydro- and lithodynamic processes occurring in the coastal zone of the beach. The influence of the parameters of waves and sediments that make up the beaches on such morphometric characteristics of the surf zone, which are important for the practice of marine coastal protection, such as the length and height of the wave run-up, the depth at the point of their collapse, is shown.

The article presents data of applied social and psychological research of resourcing inclusive practices in an educational organization. The theoretical part defines methodological grounds for facilitating specialized educational environment to students with physical limitations. It offers an analysis of characteristics of necessary recourses. Various international networking models of inclusive education are discussed. The empirical part is dedicated to a study facilitating specialized educational environments to students with disabilities as a managerial resource in the context implementation of the inclusive practices. It describes the details of activities carried out by the members of the network and concludes that such a multi-component model can be applied to facilitate specialized educational conditions for students with disabilities. Summarized the results of the event, held on the basis of educational organizations of the Troitsk and Novomoskovsk administrative districts. The results of this study can be relevant for the inclusive education system in Russia because of the significance of the resource deficit problem in educational organizations at the current stage of development of the Russian education system.

Birgit Kröner-Herwig, Anastasia Gorbunova, Jennifer Maas Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, Georg-Elias-Müller-Institute of Psychology, University of Göttingen, Göttingen, Germany Abstract: The aim of the current study was to identify predictors of recurrent headache and back pain in young adults (aged 18–27 years) from data assessed in childhood or adolescence, i.e., 9 years before the final survey. Our interest was whether psychological characteristics contribute to the risk of pain prevalence in adult age when controlling for already empirically supported risk factors such as parental pain, pediatric pain and sex. The study was part of a five-wave epidemiological investigation of >5000 families with children aged between 7 and 14 years when addressed first. In a multiple hierarchical regression analysis, the abovementioned three variables (Block-I variables) were entered first followed by five psychological trait variables (Block-II variables: internalizing, anxiety sensitivity, somatosensory amplification, catastrophizing and dysfunctional stress coping) to find out the extent of model improvement. The multivariable hierarchical regression analysis confirmed the hypothesis that the Block-I variables significantly enhance the risk of future pain at young adult age. None of the psychological variables did so. Thus, the hypothesis of a significant surplus predictive effect was not confirmed. The amount of total explained variance differed strongly between headache and back pain. In particular, a valid prediction of back pain was not possible. When analyzed separately in simple regression analysis, psychological variables turned out to be significant predictors, however, of very low effect size. The inclusion of Block-I variables in the model clearly reduced the impact of the psychological variables. This risk profile is discussed in the context of the different trajectories of headache and back pain from childhood to adult age, which were proposed by various studies. We propose that a biopsychological characteristic denoted as emotional negativity, especially regarding self-reference, might be a common factor behind all selected variables. Risk research in recurrent pain is a field where much more multidisciplinary research is needed before progress can be expected. The article discusses the specifics of the management of a modern educational organization through the application of various innovative technologies. Thus it concentrates on IT technology, which represent a special stage of technological progress. The organizational and management activities by applying such technologies in the implementation and development process of these technologies for the educational and morale building activities of the modern teacher are being considered. Strategies for introducing and developing IT technology into the modern educational process are defined. The research resulted in comprehensive analytical conclusion, based on a survey aimed at future teachers, managers in education as well as students of different fields of training. In the course of the research, there was a survey conducted on "The application of IT technology in the modern educational process: factors of influence and effect" among students and graduates of the Federal Autonomous Education Institution of Higher Education "Crimean Federal University named after V.I. Vernadskiy". Respondents were 265 students and 120 teachers.

The article analyses the stages and peculiarities of development of ethnological expert examination as an institution in the Russian Federation. It is beyond argument that different actors to various extent involved in the implementation of the project in question, adhere to divergent approaches, namely: from defining the key regulatory authority (federal center or regions), correlation between ethnological and ecological expert examinations, social and technocratic approaches to the territory development and the role of indigenous small-numbered peoples. Pursuant to the strategic planning documents, ethnological expert examination represents a tool for implementation of the Russian state policy regarding different nationalities. However, state-recognized ethnological expert examination with all legal consequences it entails is only pursued in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) based upon a regional law. The federal legislator only provides a definition of ethnological expert examination (scientific research into the influence of changes in the original living environment of indigenous small-numbered peoples and sociocultural situation on the development of an ethnic group) without enacting any statutory instrument to regulate the procedure. The analysis has shown that Russian legislation requires statutorization of the ethnological expert examination procedure and its binding character along with elaboration of conceptual framework, subject matter and object of this research.

One of the most important directions of Russia's economic and energy strategy is to increase the efficiency in the field of heat supply. One of the options for solving this issue is using preinsulated pipelines, such as steel pipes in polyurethane foam polyethylene insulation. The experience of their application indicates several disadvantages associated with defects in pipes in polyurethane foam insulation and installed pipelines. The studies carried out made it possible to identify the main defects and inconsistencies in the manufacture and installation of preinsulated pipelines and the reasons for their occurrence. Following this, the authors have developed a set of operations and control tools during the installation of pipes in polyurethane foam PE insulation, clarifying the requirements of the input, operational and acceptance types of control, which contribute to improving the quality of the finished product, which was the purpose of this work.

In this article, based on the analysis of modern trends in the digital transformation of the education system, as well as taking into account the need to increase the efficiency of all processes implemented in the higher education system, the necessity of forming a digital model of the university is substantiated. The model implementation is aimed at constantly improving the higher education quality and the university competitiveness. The objective prerequisites for the formation of the complex model based on the socio-economic role of higher education are revealed. It has been proven that the accelerated development of digital technologies stimulates the creation and implementation of innovative education forms that can flexibly respond to changes in the external environment. The necessity of applying the model of lifelong education at the present stage is substantiated, the implementation of which will make it possible to form the competencies required by the labor market timely. An important condition for the digital competencies formation and development is the transition of the university to a digital development model, as well as the establishment of business ties with potential customers of educational services and employers. The implementation of the proposed model will make all business processes transparent, eliminate unproductive processes, which will lead to an increase in the efficiency and quality of educational services.

The article reveals the necessity to use a foresight when designing strategic plans and programs for the socio-economic development of rural municipalities in the present conditions of spatial and harmonious development of rural territories. A phased algorithm for forecasting the social development in rural areas. The article presents the results of foreseeing the social development of rural territories of the Non-chernozem zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The proposed unified foresight research methodology that makes it possible to provide a realistic target setting and precise «targeting» of strategic planning for the social development in rural areas. Summing up that the foresight technologies should be used as a system tool for developing a strategy for sustainable development of rural territorial systems.

The article proposes a methodology for an indicative assessment of the socio-economic development of the region in order to ensure the sustainability of development. The author’s methodology is based on the principles of indicative management; based on the use of a system of indicators of development indicators, intervals of threshold values; is a step-by-step process of assessing the social and economic development of the region; takes into account the contribution of each factor to ensuring sustainable development; allows you to identify “strong” and “problem” areas of social and economic development of the region. The analysis of the results obtained in dynamics makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of development indicators.

Today's youth, being a keyactor in the use of digital technologies, prefers digital participation in the political sphere of society. The main practices used by young people in their online participation are marginal. The marginality of the political practices of youth is revealed in their hybridity, which manifests itself in the binary of normativity - abnormality, norm - deviation, etc. Using the trend-watching method in the course of the research made it possible to identify the nonlinear and virulent nature of the marginal practices of youth, which makes it difficult to predict their impact, that, according to the authors, actualizes the need to identify the value foundations of their application. Content analysis of young people (18-30 years old) accounts in social networks, Instagram and Youtube channels of public opinion leaders revealed such value foundations of marginal political practices of young people as: patriotism, solidarity, non-violence, participation and independence.The nature of the identified axiological foundations made it possible to draw a conclusion about the transition from the traditional values of political participation of young people to the values of self-expression, the acquisition and implementation of civic subjectivity.

The article considers the problem of the fourth industrial revolution influence on changing the forms and educational technologies of personnel professional training of industry personnel and justifies the importance of cooperation between educational organizations of different countries in coordinating professional training programs. The authors explain the importance of harmonization and coordination processes of the Bologna project by the factors of the objective pattern of changing the technological paradigm and the formation of technoscience, diversifying educational technologies, which is actualized by the growing need for new generation specialists. The article emphasizes the importance of international cooperation and international interdisciplinary interaction in the development of forms and technologies of professional training in the logic (The Project of the Digital Competition of EU). On the example of educational projects of Russia and China in nuclear energy, the authors show the mutual influence of factors for the development of professional education in different countries. The article analyzes promising areas of professional training, based on the experience of mutual cooperation and the practice of diversifying programs in Russia and China, including the development of nuclear medicine, wind energy, ASU SMART- cities, the creation of digital products and environmental projects. The methodology of the article is based on research in the field of professional education in the context of informatization and the strategy of digitalization of production technologies, noting the special importance of engineering training in China.

The data on locations, habitats and vegetation season of 205 species agaricoid basidiomycetes new for the Karakol natural park UchEnmek (Altai Republic) are presented. They were collected in the steppe, forest, forest-steppe and highland belts. Among them 32 species are recorded for the first time for Altai Republic, 6 species are rare in Altai Republic and Western Siberia.

The paper discusses the technology of growing, keeping and feeding dairy cows in the conditions of Zolotaya Niva LLC, one of the largest high-tech dairy complex in the Smolensk region, a European type for the production of raw cow milk, which has the status of pedigree producer. The structure of the feed and the quality of mixing are determined by means of the Pennsylvania sorting system, the level of feed on the sieves is in line with the normative. The results of the production experiment on feeding dairy cows with Actisaf Sc 47, which has a probiotic effect, indicate better digestibility of the feed when the additive is introduced, the use of the drug contributes to: reducing ketone bodies in milk, the beneficial effect of improved feeding, by including yeast on the health of animals, improving the health of the udder, manifested in a decrease in somatic cells in milk. The milk yield with the use of the additive is increased, the milk protein is also increased, since its absorption in the rumen is improved. With the use of additives, the appetite and eatability of the feed improves, so in the group before feeding the probiotic, the percentage of feed residue on the feed table is higher than in the experiment. Dry matter intake is 4.32% higher when feeding supplements, while feed conversion is increased. Saving feed costs per 1 kg of milk is 0.97 rubles. Saving feed costs per year for a livestock of 1800 animals will amount to 523,800 rubles.

Agriculture differs from other sectors of the economy by the presence of various forms of ownership, as well as the discrepancy between the calendar year and the production year. Therefore, for organizations specializing in the production and processing of products in agriculture, it is very difficult to choose programs for automating cost, operational and tax accounting. But, at the present stage, automation is necessary to maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise. In a market economy, planning is one of the most important management functions. The volume and quality of information provided by the accounting service is of great importance for proper and prompt financial planning. From this point of view, in our opinion, the system for organizing production, accounting, control and budgeting is relevant. Automation of budgeting in agro-industrial organizations will ensure production efficiency, increase productivity and labor efficiency, as well as competitive products manufacturing. The article describes the features of the introduction and application of information technologies, taking into account the specifics of agricultural industries. The theoretical and methodological possibilities of the automated budgeting system for the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are also considered and analyzed. In summary, the main conclusions on improving automated cost accounting and budgeting are formulated.

The results of mathematical modeling of the bentonite-like clay’s process of modifying various concentrations sulfuric acid depending on time the modification process is given in the presented article. As a result, the optimal parameters of this process were determined by the experimental and calculation method.

The modern level of technological development involves the use of traditional materials modified with additives of various types and functional purposes, as well as composite materials allowing to obtain a product with improved properties. Expanding the area of application of products based on gypsum for facade systems involves the creation of weather-resistant, and, first of all, waterproof materials based on gypsum polymers. The purpose of the experiment, the results of which are presented in the article, was to assess the possibility of using polycondensation polymers as a component of gypsum polymer, to model the properties of the material and to evaluate its characteristics as a result of climatic and humidity influences. The modeling and optimization of gypsum polymer properties were based on statistical methods as well as methods of mathematical analysis of functions of several variables. The assessment of the water resistance of gypsum polymer samples was carried out under test conditions in an open reservoir with an almost unlimited reaction capacity of the medium. The weather resistance was checked according to the results of tests in a climatic chamber. Experiments have shown that the strength of samples with 20% modified melamine-formaldehyde resin in compression and in bending for 80 days of storage in air increases by 30% and 25%, respectively. The compressive strength is 60 MPa, and the flexural strength is 12 MPa. Gypsum polymer has high frost resistance up to 150 cycles of alternate freezing and thawing. The result of the research was the confirmation of the possibility of using polycondensation resins and the foundations of the method for selecting the composition of the gypsum polymer were developed. The results obtained can be used in the development of the technology of gypsum polymer products, and, in particular, piece products (building cladding tiles).

Modern society presents high requirements to the quality of humanitarian education, and one of the methods of optimization is the use of interactive education technologies. Formation of the system of teacher’s domination in implementation of active learning methods (ALM) is based on the development of meaningful components of own subject experience, representing continuous and purposeful process, the active use of which is an expression of independence and educational activity. In the metropolis environment, the degree of development of each component of the subject experience and their ratio between each other determine the teacher’s ability to construction and subsequent implementation of own educational route. The research objective was to develop a model of ALM selection for humanitarian education in metropolis and estimate it experimentally with consideration for existing level of development of subject experience of teachers of higher education. The research was based on theoretical (analysis of psychological and pedagogical scientific publications, regulatory documents, state educational standards, simulation, analysis and generalization of pedagogical experience) and practical (monitoring, expert appraisal, pedagogic experiment) methods. For the first time, the objective and subjective factors have been revealed and systemized, which can influence the development and subsequent implementation of subject experience of teachers in humanitarian education under conditions of metropolis. With consideration for highlighted scientifically substantiated meaningful components of subject experience, the model has been developed to support ALM by teachers depending on the level of formation of subject position of a teacher. During the performed pedagogical experiment the efficiency of different variants of the recommended model of pedagogical support during ALM selection has been determined.
