Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of modified SWIM technique for mechanical thrombectomy in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Total 114 patients with acute ischemic stroke who underwent mechanical thrombectomy in The Third the People's Hospital of Bengbu from January 2021 to January 2024 were included. Modified SWIM technique (modified thrombectomy group, n = 57) and conventional SWIM technique (conventional thrombectomy group, n = 57) were given respectively. Vascular recanalization rate of the first thrombectomy, overall vascular recanalization rate, the number of thrombectomy, puncture⁃to⁃reperfusion time, near⁃term neurological deficits [National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) at 14 d postoperatively] and long⁃term neurological prognosis [modified Rankin Scale (mRS) at 90 d postoperatively] were recorded, as well as symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) rate and mortality. Results The vascular recanalization rate of the first thrombectomy in modified thrombectomy group was higher than that in conventional thrombectomy group (χ2 = 5.054, P = 0.025), the number of thrombectomy was less than (Z = 2.014, P = 0.044), and puncture⁃to⁃reperfusion time was shorter than (Z = 2.630, P = 0.009) conventional thrombectomy group. There was a statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between modified thrombectomy group and conventional thrombectomy group before and after surgery (F = 5.185, P = 0.025), and there was also a statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between the 2 groups at admission and 14 d after surgery (F = 133.705, P = 0.000). There was not an interaction between treatment factors and measurement times (F = 3.148, P = 0.079). The NIHSS score 14 d after surgery in modified thrombectomy group was lower than that in conventional thrombectomy group (t =2.969, P = 0.004). The NIHSS score of modified thrombectomy group (t = 10.286, P = 0.000) and conventional thrombectomy group (t = 6.428, P = 0.000) were lower at 14 d after surgery than those at admission. There was a statistically significant difference in mRS score between modified thrombectomy group and conventional thrombectomy group before and after surgery (F = 7.581, P = 0.007), and there was also a statistically significant difference in mRS score between the 2 groups at admission and 90 d after surgery (F = 277.328, P = 0.000). There was an interaction between treatment factors and measurement times (F = 10.471, P = 0.002), and the effect of modified SWIM technique was better. Modified thrombectomy group had a better prognosis (mRS score ≤ 2) at 90 d after surgery than conventional thrombectomy group (χ2 = 4.267, P = 0.039). There were no significant differences in the incidence of postoperative sICH rate (χ2 = 0.077, P = 0.782) and the mortality (χ2 = 0.101, P = 0.751) between 2 groups. Conclusions The application of modified SWIM technique in mechanical thrombectomy has better efficacy and safety than conventional SWIM technique, and is worthy of clinical promotion.

To make full use of young pear fruit thinned from the trees for optimal fruit load during cultivation, this study explored the nutritional diversity in young fruit of seventy-nine different pear varieties, focusing on their bioactive compounds. Our results showed significant variability in total phenolic content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), and antioxidant activity of pear varieties. The TPC values ranged from 0.317 ± 0.051 mg GAE/g to 0.0054 ± 0.021 mg GAE/g FW; the highest TPC value has been found in Lixian new bapan, mulberry pear, and red pear varieties, while the lowest value has found in yaqing, weining fragrant pear and apple pear varieties. Similarly, the TFC values demonstrated substantial differences, with Lijiang sesame pear (0.16 ± 0.01), Lixian new bapan (0.13 ± 0.04), and Xiangyuan (0.13 ± 0.02) pear exhibiting the highest flavonoid content. Antioxidant activity, assessed using the Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP) assay, varied significantly, indicating diverse phytochemical profiles across the varieties. HPLC analysis showed that the high value of bioactive compounds is chlorogenic acid (17.86 ± 4.5), arbutin (2.57 ± 0.3), Epicatechin (1.57 ± 0.27), rutin (0.04 ± 0.03) and ferulic acid (0.30 ± 0.04) found in the mulberry pear variety. Molecular docking studies revealed that chlorogenic acid, Epi-catechin, Rutin, and Ferulic acid showed strong affinity towards proteins such as Nrf2, NF-κB, and iNOS, suggesting potential health benefits. These findings provide valuable insights for breeders, nutritionists, and the food industry, emphasizing the importance of the nutritional quality of pear fruits, and their recycling utilization in the production practice.

This paper firstly investigates the visual scene testing method with image processing technique and predicts the number of scenes by UML structure. Secondly, the scene recognition of the transport supervision hall is performed by using image processing technology, and the ant colony optimization algorithm is proposed for local search to update the scene information and edge extraction. Then, the ED-AlexNet network model is constructed to detect and identify the target scenes. Finally, an error matrix is introduced to calculate the confidence of the sample model distribution in the test set, and the recognition extraction performance and recognition accuracy of the ED-AlexNet network model are analyzed. The study shows that when the error matrix is introduced, the highest value of ED-AlexNet F – measure is close to 0.9, and the end value is over 160, which has a good performance of scene target recognition extraction. The average recognition accuracy of ED-AlexNet is higher than 95%, with good compatibility and high accuracy of recognition.

The purpose of this article is to summarize the current research progress and dig the gaps in the current research by combing and reviewing the existing research on social network influence. Specifically, this paper mainly analyzes the research progress of social network influence, and through summarizing and analyzing the related literatures of the social network influence of individual Weibo, the influence of user social network and the social network influence of the topic, we put forward the research progress and existing problems, based on them the direction of future research is put forward. We believe it has considerable reference value for the research of social network influence.

Background Host response diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (HR DLBCL) shares features of histologically defined T-cell/histiocyte-rich B-cell lymphoma, including fewer genetic abnormalities, frequent splenic and bone marrow involvement, and younger age at presentation. HR DLBCL is inherently less responsive to the standard treatment for DLBCL. Moreover, the mechanism of infiltration of HR DLBCL with preexisting abundant T-cells and dendritic cells is unknown, and their associated underlying immune responses incompletely defined. Here, hub genes and pathogenesis associated with HR DLBCL were explored to reveal molecular mechanisms and treatment targets. Methods Differentially expressed genes were identified in three datasets (GSE25638, GSE44337, GSE56315). The expression profile of the genes in the GSE53786 dataset was used to constructed a co-expression network. Protein-protein interactions analysis in the modules of interest identified candidate hub genes. Then screening of real hub genes was carried out by survival analysis within the GSE53786 and GSE10846 datasets. Expression of hub genes was validated in the Gene expression profiling interactive analysis, Oncomine databases and human tissue specimens. Functional enrichment analysis and Gene set enrichment analysis were utilized to investigate the potential mechanisms. Tumor Immune Estimation Resource and The Cancer Genome Atlas were used to mine the association of the hub gene with tumor immunity, potential upstream regulators were predicted using bioinformatics tools. Results A total of 274 common differentially expressed genes were identified. Within the key module, we identified CXCL10 as a real hub gene. The validation of upregulated expression level of CXCL10 was consistent with our study. CXCL10 might have a regulatory effect on tumor immunity. The predicted miRNA (hsa-mir-6849-3p) and transcription factor (IRF9) might regulate gene expression in the hub module.

BackgroundLarge-grained UO2 pellet and coated zirconium cladding are the most practical fuel pellet and cladding material scheme for accident tolerant fuel (ATF) solutions, which are expected to be commercially available in the next few years. However, the existing fuel rod design criteria for commercial pressurized water reactor (PWRs) are based on the material characteristics and application experience of traditional UO2 pellets and zirconium alloy cladding. If the properties of the constituent material of fuel rod change, it is necessary to re-examine the usability of the design criteria based on the corresponding research results.PurposeThe study aims to clarify the potential problems of large-grained UO2 pellet and coated zirconium cladding through the fuel rod design standards, and to provide a reference for the follow-up materials testing.MethodsBased on these two material schemes for ATF on the design criteria, latest research on the material properties of large-grained UO2 pellet and coated zirconium cladding were investigated, and the influence of new ATF fuel rod based on these two schemes on fuel rod design criteria was analyzed.ResultsThe results show that most of the design standards can still be used, and the new ATF fuel rods have certain performance improvements in oxidation and hydrogenation, hence the corresponding design margin is increased. However, the newly added cladding coating may introduce new fuel rod failure mechanisms, including cold spraying and some other coating processes that may damage the zirconium substrate and cause a significant decrease in the fatigue performance, local oxidation after coating damage, etc. Due to the influence of the cladding coating, the equivalent cladding reacted coefficient (ECR) originally used to evaluate the embrittlement level of zirconium alloy cladding is no longer applicable.ConclusionTherefore, in view of these new phenomena, it is necessary to carry out further research work and improve the corresponding design criteria accordingly.

Mesophase pitch was prepared by co-carbonization of the hydrocracking tail oil (HCTO) and coal tar pitch-based mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB). The effects of the addition amount of coal tar-based MCMBs on the C/H atomic ratio, softening point, carbon residue, optical texture, aromatic lamellae stacking order degree, and chemical reaction kinetics of mesophase pitch were investigated. The results show that MCMB can be used as a nucleating agent to accelerate the nucleation of mesophase spheres and reduce the energy barriers for the formation of the anisotropic phase. However, excessive MCMB greatly increases the viscosity of the pitch matrix and weakens the mobility of condensed aromatic macromolecules, leading to the formation of mesophase pitch with a mosaic structure and poor lamellar orientation. When the addition amount of MCMB is 5 wt%, the mesophase pitch with a large domain texture, high aromatic lamellar stacking order degree, and low softening point can be formed. This work provides a pathway to efficiently prepare mesophase pitch without catalyst removal.

Liquid–liquid phase transitions hold a unique and profound significance within condensed matter physics. These transitions, while conceptually intriguing, often pose formidable computational challenges. However, recent advances in neural network (NN) potentials offer a promising avenue to effectively address these challenges. In this paper, we delve into the structural transitions of liquid CdTe, CdS, and their alloy systems using molecular dynamics simulations, harnessing the power of an NN potential named LaspNN. Our investigations encompass both pressure and temperature effects. Through our simulations, we uncover three primary liquid structures around melting points that emerge as pressure increases: tetrahedral, rock salt, and close-packed structures, which greatly resemble those of solid states. In the high-temperature regime, we observe the formation of Te chains and S dimers, providing a deeper understanding of the liquid's atomic arrangements. When examining CdSxTe1−x alloys, our findings indicate that a small substitution of S by Te atoms for S-rich alloys (x > 0.5) exhibits a structural transition much different from CdS, while a large substitution of Te by S atoms for Te-rich alloys (x < 0.5) barely exhibits a structural transition similar to CdTe. We construct a schematic diagram for liquid alloys that considers both temperature and pressure, providing a comprehensive overview of the alloy system's behavior. The local aggregation of Te atoms demonstrates a linear relationship with alloy composition x, whereas that of S atoms exhibits a nonlinear one, shedding light on the composition-dependent structural changes. The professional pressure of preschool teachers in rural China is closely related to the stability of the teaching staff and the development of children. A study of 734 teachers in 155 rural preschools from three national-level poverty-stricken counties and one non-poverty county in Hubei Province showed that current rural preschool teachers are facing greater professional pressure. Approximately 44.47% thought that the pressure is high, but has not yet reached the level of high burnout; non-poverty county preschool teachers have relatively high pressure. According to the Demand-Control-Support (DCS) model, the main pressure stems from the work requirements of children and parents, especially parents' excessive emphasis on children's safety, knowledge, and skills. The results of the Ordered Probit Model showed that the influencing factors of preschool teachers' professional pressure in rural preschools in China include work factors such as workload and the number of children in difficulty; control factors like perseverance and professional identity; support factors such as staffing status, salary satisfaction, family support, and work support; as well as demographic variables such as age and household registration type (Hukou); and certain inter-county differences exist. Therefore, we recommend that the government, society, and preschools establish effective incentive and restraint mechanisms to reduce the professional pressure of preschool teachers in terms of salary, social status, parental guidance, workload, and stress training, and improve their ability to cope with pressure. Meanwhile, more focus need to be given on teachers who are for the first year preschool, older in age, lacking staffing status, no non-agricultural household registration, and overloading working.
