With the progressive advance and application of information technology, general artificial intelligence technology is leading the fourth industrial revolution, and opens a new era in terms of changing people's production, life and learning. The digital age is characterized by more emphasis on the comprehensive cultivation of competence, trans-border integration, collaborative communication, innovative consciousness, critical thinking and problem-solving. Data-driven educational transformation is one of the important directions of education reform, in which digital literacy of college teachers is crucial to data-driven educational transformation. From the perspective of data-driven educational transformation enabling the improvement of digital literacy of medical college teachers, the present article analyzed the positive impact on improving the quality and personalization of education as well as professional capacity building and faculty development to meet the needs of medical education in the new era.

It is an important mission of medical schools in the new era to cultivate high-quality talents with social responsibility and patriotism family, humanistic qualities, innovative spirit, practical skill and global vision, to be socialist qualified builders and reliable successors with all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor. The ideological and political construction of the curriculum is an necessary pathway for medical schools to improve the professional quality of medical students and cultivate medical workers with good medical ethics and medical style, and is of far-reaching significance for cultivating the health guardians and successors of the medical and health undertakings with skills, feelings and responsibilities. This article raises some suggestions for the ideological and political construction integrated into medical school courses from the perspective of building an online platform as an ideological and political teaching resources for students.

The organic coating on the surface is common and the most effective method to prevent metal materials from corrosion. However, the corrosive medium can penetrate the metal surface via micropores, and electrons cannot transfer in the pure resin coatings. In this paper, a new type of anticorrosive and electrically conductive composite coating filled with graphene oxide/carbon nanotube/polyaniline (GO/CNT/PANI) nanocomposites was successfully prepared by in situ polymerization of aniline (AN) on the surface of GO and CNT and using waterborne epoxy resin (WEP) as film-forming material. The structure and morphology of the composite were characterized using a series of characterization methods. The composite coatings were comparatively examined through resistivity, potentiodynamic polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and salt spray tests. The results show that the GO/CNT/PANI/WEP composite coating exhibits excellent corrosion resistance for metal substrates and good conductivity when the mass fraction of GO/CNT/PANI is 3.5%. It exhibits a lower corrosion current density of 4.53 × 10−8 A·cm−2 and a higher electrochemical impedance of 3.84 × 106 Ω·cm2, while only slight corrosion occurred after 480 h in the salt spray test. The resistivity of composite coating is as low as 2.3 × 104 Ω·cm. The composite coating possesses anticorrosive and electrically conductive properties based on the synergistic effect of nanofillers and expands the application scope in grounding grids and oil storage tank protection fields. Chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL) is a rare type of myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN). Due to its nonspecific clinical symptoms and lack of specific molecular markers, it was previously difficult to distinguish it from other diseases with increased neutrophils. However, the discovery of the CSF3R mutation in CNL 10 years ago and the update of the diagnostic criteria by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016 brought CNL into a new era of molecular diagnosis. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology has led to the identification of numerous mutant genes in CNL. While CSF3R is commonly recognized as the driver mutation of CNL, other mutations have also been detected in CNL using NGS, including mutations in other signaling pathway genes (CBL, JAK2, NARS, PTPN11) and chromatin modification genes (ASXL1, SETBP1, EZH2), DNA methylation genes (DNMT3A, TET2), myeloid-related transcription factor genes (RUNX1, GATA2), and splicing and RNA metabolism genes (SRSF2, U2AF1). The coexistence of these mutated genes and CSF3R mutations, as well as the different evolutionary sequences of clones, deepens the complexity of CNL molecular biology. The purpose of this review is to summarize the genetic research findings of CNL in the last decade, focusing on the common mutated genes in CNL and their clinical significance, as well as the clonal evolution pattern and sequence of mutation acquisition in CNL, to provide a basis for the appropriate management of CNL patients. We investigate the implications of recovering real-world conditional expectation of return functions using options on the S&P 500 index and Treasury bond futures. First, we construct estimates of the probability of disasters, defined as higher than 6%, 5%, or 4% equity market declines over option expiration cycles. This measure of disaster probability forecasts realized disasters. Second, we employ options on the futures of the 10- and 30-year Treasury bonds to construct estimates for the expected return of bond futures. Employing super-hydrophilic substrates is a feasible approach to suppress pinholes and buried voids in perovskite films statistically over large areas. However, substrates terminating with organic functional groups are usually not super-hydrophilic. Herein, constructing surface nanostructures with NiOx nanoparticles is proposed as a universal strategy to transform ordinary hydrophilic organic hole transport layers (HTLs) into super-hydrophilic HTLs. In addition, coating organic layers on NiOx can passivate the surface defects of NiOx nanoparticles. Based on this strategy, pinhole- and void-free Dion–Jacobson-type quasi-two-dimensional (Q-2D) perovskite (BDA)MA4Pb5I16 films have been blade-coated on NiOx/MeO-2PACz substrates. Perovskite solar cells with inverted structure show a remarkable power conversion efficiency of 19.52% and a low non-radiative open-circuit voltage loss of 0.12 V, proving the vital role of substrate wettability on device efficiencies. In this study, we investigate the ability of three higher-order risk-neutral return cumulants to predict short maturity (weekly) returns of oil futures. Our data includes weekly West Texas Crude Oil futures options that expire in 7 days (7DTE). Using a model-free approach, we estimate these risk-neutral return cumulants at the beginning of each options expiration cycle. Our results suggest that the third risk-neutral return cumulant consistently predicts the returns of various oil futures (including WTI, Brent, Dubai, Heating Oil, and RBOB Gasoline). We compare our findings with 14 other predictors and offer a theoretical explanation for the negative coefficient observed for the 7DTE third risk-neutral return cumulant. Our theory connects higher-order risk-neutral return cumulants with the risk premiums of oil futures. Online Innovation Community (OIC) serves as a virtual space for users to exchange products and services, and share knowledge and information. Previous studies have indicated that community climate is an important factor affecting users' value co-creation behavior, however, the influencing process has not been clearly revealed from the perspective of motivation. In this study, we explored the relationship between online innovation community climate (supportive climate and controlling climate), user motivation and value co-creation behavior (user's participation behavior and user's citizenship behavior) based on the SOR model. The study sample included 29,835 pieces of information from 3,315 users in 14 product sections of the OnePlus Community which were analyzed with Mplus8.1. The findings revealed that: (1) The supportive climate had a positive impact on user's citizenship behavior(β = 0.042), while the controlling climate exerted a significant positive impact on user's citizenship behavior (β = 0.078) and user's participation behavior(β = 0.099); (2) The need for achievement played a suppressing effect between community climate and user's participation behavior, the need for power played a suppressing effect between supportive climate and user's value co-creation behavior, and the need for affiliation played a mediating role between supportive climate and user's citizenship behavior (β = 0.010) and user's participation behavior(β = 0.006); (3) Community trust positively moderated the relationship between the need for achievement and user's participation behavior(β = 0.058) as well as between the need for power and user's participation behavior(β = 0.043).
