Motivated by risk measure, super-hedge pricing, and modeling uncertainty in finance, Shige Peng established the theory of sub-linear expectation. In this article, we derive two results of laws of large numbers in the framework of sub-linear expectations. One is the strong law of large numbers for the array of random variables, which satisfies non identical distributed and exponential negatively dependent under sub-linear expectation. The other is the weak law of large numbers for the array of random variables, which satisfies non identical distributed and Φ -negatively dependent under sub-linear expectation. The development of deep learning greatly promotes the progress of speaker verification (SV). Studies show that both convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and dilated time-delay neural networks (TDNNs) achieve advanced performance in text-independent SV, due to their ability to sufficiently extract the local feature and the temporal contextual information, respectively. Also, the combination of the above two has achieved better results. However, we found a serious gridding effect when we apply the 1D-Res2Net-based dilated TDNN proposed in ECAPA-TDNN for SV, which indicates discontinuity and local information losses of frame-level features. To achieve high-resolution process for speaker embedding, we improve the CNN–TDNN structure with proposed repeated multi-scale feature fusions. Through the proposed structure, we can effectively improve the channel utilization of TDNN and achieve higher performance under the same TDNN channel. And, unlike previous studies that have all converted CNN features to TDNN features directly, we also studied the latent space transformation between CNN and TDNN to achieve efficient conversion. Our best method obtains 0.72 EER and 0.0672 MinDCF on VoxCeleb-O test set, and the proposed method performs better in cross-domain SV without additional parameters and computational complexity. To improve the effect of intelligent teaching in music classrooms, this paper combines the advanced music waveform iterative reconstruction algorithm to analyze the integration and reconstruction of the music curriculum. Aiming at the problem that the projection matrix occupies a large space and takes a long time to calculate in iterative reconstruction, a fast and real-time incremental method for generating a music wave matrix is proposed. The improved method avoids the judgment and comparison calculations performed by the incremental method when calculating the length and number of each voxel that the ray passes through. The research results show that the music curriculum integration and reconstruction model based on the advanced music waveform iterative reconstruction algorithm can effectively improve the teaching effect of modern music classrooms. Although intravenous bevacizumab (IVBEV) is the most promising treatment for cerebral radiation necrosis (CRN), there is no conclusion on the optimal dosage. Our retrospective study aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of high‐dose with low‐dose IVBEV in treating CRN associated with radiotherapy for brain metastases (BMs). This paper describes 75 patients who were diagnosed with CRN secondary to radiotherapy for BMs, treated with low‐dose or high‐dose IVBEV and followed up for a minimum of 6 months. The clinical data collected for this study include changes in brain MRI, clinical symptoms, and corticosteroid usage before, during, and after IVBEV treatment. At the 3‐month mark following administration of IVBEV, a comparison of two groups revealed that the median percentage decreases in CRN volume on T2‐weighted fluid‐attenuated inversion recovery and T1‐weighted gadolinium contrast‐enhanced image (T1CE), as well as the signal ratio reduction on T1CE, were 65.8% versus 64.8% (p = 0.860), 41.2% versus 51.9% (p = 0.396), and 37.4% versus 35.1% (p = 0.271), respectively. Similarly, at 6 months post‐IVBEV, the median percentage reductions of the aforementioned parameters were 59.5% versus 62.0% (p = 0.757), 39.1% versus 31.3% (p = 0.851), and 35.4% versus 28.2% (p = 0.083), respectively. Notably, the incidence of grade ≥3 adverse events was higher in the high‐dose group (n = 4, 9.8%) than in the low‐dose group (n = 0). Among patients with CRN secondary to radiotherapy for BMs, the administration of high‐dose IVBEV did not demonstrate superiority over low‐dose IVBEV. By incorporating psychopathology and subjective well-being (SWB), the dual-factor model of mental health (DFM) can comprehensively measure psychological health. We examined the utility of the DFM among 1,293 Chinese adolescents (Grades 7-12). Furthermore, we examined the dynamics of mental health group membership via a two-wave longitudinal study of 531 students. SWB, psychopathology, affective self-regulatory efficacy, academic self-efficacy, and academic emotions were measured via self-report scales. Mental health group membership was determined according to combinations of high or low SWB and high or low psychopathology. The DFM was supported by our identification of its four constituent groups (i.e. complete mental health, vulnerable, troubled, and symptomatic but content). Significant group differences were found in affective self-regulatory efficacy, academic self-efficacy, and academic emotions, with clear contrasts observed between adolescents with complete mental health and their vulnerable peers, as well as between troubled adolescents and their symptomatic but content peers. Moreover, youth with complete mental health demonstrated the highest stability and troubled youth the lowest, whereas vulnerable youth had the highest rates of transitioning into both the complete mental health and troubled groups. Implications for practice are explored within the context of screening and intervention.

The time-domain electromagnetic (TDEM) method is acknowledged for its simplicity in setup and non-intrusive detection capabilities, particularly within shallow subsurface detection methodologies. However, extant TDEM systems encounter constraints when detecting intricate topographies and hazardous zones. The rapid evolution in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology has engendered the inception of UAV-based time-domain electromagnetic systems, thereby augmenting detection efficiency while mitigating potential risks associated with human casualties. This study introduces the UAV-TDEM system designed explicitly for discerning shallow subsurface targets. The system comprises a UAV platform, a host system, and sensors that capture the electromagnetic response of the area while concurrently recording real-time positional data. This study also proposes a processing technique rooted in robust local mean decomposition (RLMD) and approximate entropy (ApEn) methodology to address noise within the original data. Initially, the RLMD decomposes the original data to extract residuals alongside multiple product functions (PFs). Subsequently, the residual is combined with various PFs to yield several cumulative sums, wherein the approximate entropy of these cumulative sums is computed, and the resulting output signals are filtered using a predetermined threshold. Ultimately, the YOLOv8 (You Only Look Once version 8) network is employed to extract anomalous regions. The proposed denoising method can process data within one second, and the trained YOLOv8 network achieves an accuracy rate of 99.0% in the test set. Empirical validation through multiple flight tests substantiates the efficiency of UAV-TDEM in detecting targets situated up to 1 m below the surface. Wetlands are widely distributed all over the world, and have many wildlife resources, which are the main pieces of the puzzle for natural resource conservation and sustainable development on earth and have important irreplaceability. In this paper, through questionnaire survey, field research, literature review, etc., importance weight analysis was conducted by using principal component analysis, and field survey and questionnaire were carried out to collect data on ecological environment function, environmental protection function, landscape beautification function, disaster prevention and mitigation function of urban wetlands. The problems in wetland parks of Nanjing were discussed, such as lack of awareness of landscape planning, deficient late management of wetland parks, weak ability of sustainable development, and unreasonable landscape layout and function. Finally, corresponding solutions were proposed, such as adhering to the planning and design of urban wetland parks with green as the base and health as the basis, persisting in the construction of a wetland system with high biodiversity and near-natural characteristics, adhering to the principle of sustainable development, adopting the construction idea of symbiosis and circulation of urban wetland parks, strengthening education and publicity work, and paying attention to the organic combination of system protection and coordinated construction. The research can build a new development direction for the model of urban wetland parks and green healthy cities, and provide theoretical support for urban sustainable construction. Driven by the concept of landscaping, this paper analyzed the impact of plant diversity on landscaping function, arrangement methods and community structure by taking plot sampling method as the experimental axis and 3 urban parks in Hefei as the blueprint. Six plots with the size of 20 m x 20 m were selected for investigation. There were 56 species of plants belonging to 50 genera and 42 families in the plots of Zhongshan Road City Park, 48 species of plants belonging to 44 genera and 40 families in the plots of Four Seasons Flower Sea City Park, and 69 species of plants belonging to 57 genera and 45 families in the plots of Xiaoyaojin Park. The survey results show that there are following problems in city parks: lack of plant effectiveness, too homogeneous plant community, disharmony between landscape and environment, poor plant maintenance and lack of attention to ecological maintenance. Based on this, the optimization measures are put forward: increasing evergreen plants to avoid no scenery in autumn, developing plants with excellent landscape effects and a variety of colorful plants, paying attention to the shaping of spatial structure and landscape pattern, regularly taking care of plants and their surrounding environment. It is expected to provide some reference for the construction and development of Hefei city parks, ensure the healthy and stable development of city parks, and provide ideas and methods for the improvement of plant landscaping in city parks. Both Khinchin's law of large numbers (Khinchin's LLN) and Lindeberg's central limit theorem (Lindeberg's CLT) are fundamental results in probability theory. In this paper, we give the new proofs of these two theorems. A law of large numbers and a central limit theorem are proved for independent and non-identical distributed random variables. In this paper, we investigate the dynamics of a high‐dimensional human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) model with treatment and standard incidence, which is perturbed by telegraph noise. The switching is formulated by a continuous time Markov chain. Firstly, we show the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution. Then, conditions for extinction of the disease are established. Moreover, through constructing suitable Lyapunov functions, we derive sufficient conditions for the existence of positive recurrence of the solutions. Immune infiltration of ovarian cancer (OV) is a critical factor in determining patient's prognosis. Using data from TCGA and GTEx database combined with WGCNA and ESTIMATE methods, 46 genes related to OV occurrence and immune infiltration were identified. Lasso and multivariate Cox regression were applied to define a prognostic score (IGCI score) based on 3 immune genes and 3 types of clinical information. The IGCI score has been verified by K‐M curves, ROC curves and C‐index on test set. In test set, IGCI score (C‐index = 0.630) is significantly better than AJCC stage (C‐index = 0.541, p < 0.05) and CIN25 (C‐index = 0.571, p < 0.05). In addition, we identified key mutations to analyse prognosis of patients and the process related to immunity. Chi‐squared tests revealed that 6 mutations are significantly (p < 0.05) related to immune infiltration: BRCA1, ZNF462, VWF, RBAK, RB1 and ADGRV1. According to mutation survival analysis, we found 5 key mutations significantly related to patient prognosis (p < 0.05): CSMD3, FLG2, HMCN1, TOP2A and TRRAP. RB1 and CSMD3 mutations had small p‐value (p < 0.1) in both chi‐squared tests and survival analysis. The drug sensitivity analysis of key mutation showed when RB1 mutation occurs, the efficacy of six anti‐tumour drugs has changed significantly (p < 0.05). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper focuses on the spread dynamics of an HIV/AIDS model with multiple stages of infection and treatment, which is disturbed by both white noise and telegraph noise. Switching between different environmental states is governed by Markov chain. Firstly, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution. Then we investigate the existence of a unique ergodic stationary distribution by constructing suitable Lyapunov functions with regime switching. Furthermore, sufficient conditions for extinction of the disease are derived. The conditions presented for the existence of stationary distribution improve and generalize the previous results. Since November 2019, each country in the world has been affected by COVID-19, which has claimed more than four million lives. As an infectious disease, COVID-19 has a stronger transmission power and faster propagation speed. In fact, environmental noise is an inevitable important factor in the real world. This paper mainly gives a new random infectious disease system under infection rate environmental noise. We give the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the system and discuss the ergodic stationary distribution and the extinction conditions of the system. In this paper, we study the dynamical behavior of a stochastic two-compartment model of B -cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia, which is perturbed by white noise. Firstly, by constructing suitable Lyapunov functions, we establish sufficient conditions for the existence of a unique ergodic stationary distribution. Then, conditions for extinction of the disease are derived. Furthermore, numerical simulations are presented for supporting the theoretical results. In this paper, we study the dynamical behavior of a stochastic food chain chemostat model, in which the white noise is proportional to the variables. Firstly, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution. Then by constructing suitable Lyapunov functions, we show the system has a unique ergodic stationary distribution. Furthermore, the extinction of microorganisms is discussed in two cases. In one case, both the prey and the predator species are extinct, and in the other case, the prey species is surviving and the predator species is extinct. The Tremella fuciformis Berk polysaccharides (TP) have significant cytokine‐stimulating activity and low oral bioavailability owing to their large molecular volume. Identifying and studying the smallest active structure of TP can potentially be beneficial for further utilization and research, therefore, TP was hydrolyzed and fractionated to obtain its (1→3)‐mannan backbone fragments. The fragments were further isolated by ion‐exchange resin, ultrafiltration, gel, and HPLC chromatography, and three oligosaccharide fractions, named TL4‐1, TL4‐2, TL4‐3, were obtained. According to the determination of their physicochemical properties, they were composed of Man, and after methylation analysis they were mainly characterized as (1→3)‐mannan oligosaccharides with a straight chain. TL4‐1 contained di‐, trisaccharides, TL4‐2 included tetra‐, penta‐saccharides, and TL4‐3 was made up of hex‐, hepta‐, octa‐saccharides, according to LC‐ESI/MS analysis. Cytokine stimulation experiments showed that the degree of polymerization (DP) should be more than six to maintain the activity of mannosan. Therefore, the smallest active unit of oligo‐mannose was determined. Practical applications: This paper reports the physical and chemical parameters, structure and biological potential of oligosaccharides from T. fuciformis Berk, a common edible fungus. Tremella has been used as an improving immunity drug in China with good effect. Oligosaccharides are more easily digested and utilized by human body, and maintain good activity. Aim: To achieve safe and biocompatible gene carriers. Materials & methods: A core/shell-structured hierarchical carrier with an internal peptide/gene coacervate 'core' and a dextran nanogel 'shell' on the surface has been designed. Results: The dextran nanogels shield coacervate (DNSC) can effectively condense genes and release them in reducing environments. The dextran nanogel-based 'shell' can effectively shield the positive charge of the peptide/gene coacervate 'core', thus reducing the side effects of cationic gene carriers. In contrast with the common nonviral gene carriers that had high cytotoxicities, the DNSC showed a high transfection efficiency while maintaining a low cytotoxicity. Conclusion: The DNSC provides an effective environmentally responsive gene carrier with potential applications in the fields of gene therapy and gene carrier development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
