Digitalization and transition to a new technological structure bring humanity to another level of development. The changing technological structures, industry and society progress, enhance the importance of improving the university development model. The existing management system and infrastructure in universities are often outdated and unable to ensure their competitive and adequate functioning. Hence, the need to improve the processes of using the university infrastructure through digital technology. The composition and range of the resources should also be reviewed and supplemented with new components. The purpose of this work is to reveal the principles and requirements for improving the university infrastructure using digital technology. The methodology is based on modeling the university management system, with the concept of infrastructure logic as a core, meant to include new elements in the university management infrastructure: university stakeholders, cultural values, investments and translation. The management model transformation implies a transition from structural to infrastructural approach, from infrastructure management to managing the infrastructure logic. The digital network platform incorporating the information on all the infrastructure facilities, their status, will provide effective user access management to each university resource. The recommendations formulated to improve the university infrastructure using digital technology will make higher education more effective.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to analyze how the audiovisual teaching aids are applied in the modern educational environment and to assess their application efficiency in the context of the secondary-level vocational education establishments. Design/methodology/approach: A pedagogical experiment was conducted to confirm this hypothesis. At the preparatory stage, the authors have analyzed the teaching and learning process, as well as students learning at the secondary-level vocational education establishment. Statistical sample was 300 people. Findings: Based on the research results, main mistakes made while applying the audiovisual teaching aids were identified, formulated and investigated. These mistakes were related to the insufficient methodological preparation. As these mistakes were eliminated, student achievements and learning skills have increased by 15-20 percent (experiment data). The average marks, obtained by students before and after eliminating the methodological mistakes, were taken in points (from 2 to 5) as achievement and learning skill criteria. Research conclusion is that audiovisual aids application quality can be improved only through the research on students' educational and creative potential, their perception of various learning materials, and their preferences in the information structure, composition, types and forms. Originality/value: Applying audiovisual teaching aids in the learning process is a challenge. This paper is driven by the need of new unique methods for applying audiovisual aids related to identifying the optimal temporal lesson structure, as well as the composition and the amount of auxiliary teaching materials, interactive communication level and ways to stimulate the emotional and creative activity of students.

The article identifies the goals and objectives of digitalization in education, and presents the forms of implementation of educational processes. It investigates the methods of ensuring information security in educational institutions, and identifying 4 basic types of risk to build a threat model. Investigations into the invasion of our institution were carried out, vulnerabilities were identified for 4 types of risk, the results in the form of successful attacks were shown and recommendations for their elimination were developed. After the recommendations had been implemented, repeated testing was carried out. The results showed a significant decline in the number of successful attacks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The modern world is entering a new state of its development associated with the digitalization process. It affects all aspects of society, changes the traditional foundations and imposes new requirements for the educational process. National educational systems cannot remain aloof from this process. The purpose of this article is to study the digitalization process and its impact on the education system of the world and the Russian Federation. The methodology of the article is based on a systemic and structural-functional approach. The validity of the results of the study is based on the use of popular scientific and special methods, including analysis, synthesis, historical and comparative analysis. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the authors formed an overall picture of the problem under consideration. The work analyzes the processes occurring in the world associated with the beginning of a new historical period. The new time also imposes new requirements on various branches of knowledge, updates approaches to the use of modern and future information technologies. A particular place is given to the synergistic approach, which is an optimistic alternative to mastering the knowledge and competencies of the digital education. In the article the authors point to the lag in the theoretical base of the digitalization process, the lag in infrastructure, shortcomings in the organization of the educational process, reveal cognitive contradictions and, at the same time, show possible ways to solve them. The world has entered a new phase of development -- the era of digital society. Under the influence of a new round of technological progress, the mechanisms and practices of the world order, as well as equipment and technologies, are changing. The range of innovations today is not limited to one or two industries; changes cover almost everything -- telecommunications, information and communication sectors, nanotechnology, space, bioengineering, robotics, etc. The research aims to study the processes of changing the paradigm of social development under the influence of the formation of a digital society. The article analyzes the concept of "digital society," shows how the tools of the digital economy are used to justify a paradigm shift in social development for the modern generation. The research methodology is based on a systematic and structural-functional approach. Also, methods of sociological survey and statistical processing of information were used. As a result of the analysis, plans to the definition of the digital economy are formulated, the stages of development of digital society are presented, the trajectories of technological changes in the digital era are identified, and problems that inhibit the digitalization process are formulated.
