Abstract Double-layer island working face main roadway coal pillars are affected by complex mining stress superposition, when different coal pillar width combinations, the surrounding rock stress field will produce different degrees of regional loading increase effect; the study of the surrounding rock stress field regional superposition loading increase law is meaningful to explaining the failure mode of the roadway and determining the critical control area. This study combines numerical simulation with on-site monitoring and other methods and draws the following conclusions: The superimposed loading increase law (“decreasing” → “increasing”) of the abutment pressure and deviatoric stress in the lower coal seam of the double-layer island working face during the mining; the type of the principal stress deflection in the advance working face region; and by obtaining the three types of development morphology of the deviatoric stress peak zone of the roadway and its corresponding nine evolution modes (one type of circular tube → four types of inverse hyperbolic body → four types of hyperbolic body) in the double-layered island working face mining. Indicated the critical reinforcement area corresponding to the main roadway when at different combinations of coal pillar widths; determined the main track roadway protective coal pillars width for 40 m and the shape of the roadway peak deviatoric stress zone is the inverse class hyperbolic body mode; according to the evolution mode of the peak deviatoric stress zone, determined the synergistic failure control program for the asymmetric critical zone of the roadway surrounding rock which is a targeted scientific support method; after the feedback of on-site monitoring and, the support program is reasonable and effective.

To study the occurrence mechanism of rock burst during mining the irregular working face, the study took irregular panel 7447 near fault tectonic as an engineering background. The spatial fracture characteristic of overlying strata was analyzed by Winkler elastic foundation beam theory. Furthermore, the influence law of panel width to suspended width and limit breaking span of key strata were also analyzed by thin plate theory. Through micro-seismic monitoring, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and working resistance of support of field measurement, this study investigated the fracture characteristic of overlying strata and mechanism of rock burst in irregular working face. The results show that the fracture characteristic of overlying strata shows a spatial trapezoid structure, with the main roof being as an undersurface. The fracture form changes from vertical “O-X” type to transverse “O-X” type with the increase of trapezoidal height. From the narrow mining face to the wide mining face, the suspended width of key strata is greater than its limit breaking width, and a strong dynamic load is produced by the fracture of key strata. The numerical simulation and micro-seismic monitoring results show that the initial fracture position of key strata is close to tailgate 7447. Also there is a high static load caused by fault tectonic. The dynamic and static combined load induce rock burst. Accordingly, a cooperative control technology was proposed, which can weaken dynamic load by hard roof directional hydraulic fracture and enhance surrounding rock by supporting system. This work mainly studies on Sc microalloying in Al-7075 alloys. The microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties of the Sc-contained Al-7075 alloys were investigated after homogenization at 460 ℃ for 10 h. The corrosion behavior of the 7075 alloys after aging was examined using a three-electrode system. The results showed that significant reduction in grain sizes from 129.92 μ m without Sc alloy to 32.17 μ m with 0.6% Sc. The microhardness increased with the increase of Sc content in the alloy from 71.7 ± 1.3 HV without Sc alloy to 89.2 ± 4.7 HV. The tensile strength also increased from 151.82 ± 1.07 MPa to 212.85 ± 7.35 MPa. The results also revealed that the addition of Sc element in 7075 aluminum alloys not only reduced the corrosion current density of the alloy, but also increased the corrosion resistance of the alloy in the corrosive environment.

The gob-side roadway of 130205, a large-mining-height working face in the Yangchangwan coal mine, was investigated in terms of the mine pressure law and support technology for large mining heights and narrow coal pillars for mining roadways. The research included field investigations, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field tests, and other methods. This paper analyzes the form of movement for overlying rock structure in a gob-side entry with a large mining height and summarizes the stress state and deformation failure characteristics of the surrounding rock. The failure mechanism of the surrounding rock of the gob-side roadway and controllable engineering factors causing deformation were analyzed. FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to explore the influence law of coal pillar width, working face mining height, and mining intensity on the stability of the surrounding rock of the gob-side roadway. Ensuring the integrity of the coal pillar, improving the coordination of the system, and using asymmetric support structures as the core support concept are proposed. A reasonably designed support scheme for the gob-side roadway of the working face for 130205 was conducted, and a desirable engineering effect was obtained through field practice verification.
