Penyengat Island has a valuable historical footprint not only for Indonesia but also for Malaysia and Singapore, as well as having a wealth of ancient literacy and influential religious values. Data were collected from tourists visiting Penyengat Island through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, combined with in-depth interviews, focused discussions with representative and competent key persons related to the issues discussed. This study found that the accommodation and amenities components are still the main problems in developing tourism on Penyengat Island. The factors of tourism management, tourist safety, public awareness of tourism, and environmental preservation are other central issues that need attention. The development of broad tourism promotion using information technology media and supported by professional management will be able to accelerate the tourism growth of Penyengat Island. Purpose of this study is to measure the dynamics of historical and religious tourism on Penyengat Island using the 5 A attribute approach (attractions, accessibility, accommodation, amenities and awareness). This research is focused on the empirical conditions of the dynamics of tourism development in Penyengat Island, with a qualitative descriptive research method through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observations, and transects. The attributes of accommodation, amenities, and awareness of public tourism are still low. The main factor of the problem lies in the management of tourism in Penyengat Island that has not been done professionally and integratedly by targeting foreign tourists Overall and integrated tourism management by building destinations that ensure the comfort and safety of tourists, building information technology-based promotional media that can reach the wider community, and building a network of partnerships with stakeholders in the development of tourist destinations and strengthening human resources.

Good science process skills demonstrated by the attitude of students in conducting experiments in the laboratory. This study aims to determine the mastery of science process skills of students of Physics Education in Universitas Jambi, both students who use the printed Guidebook and students who use the e-module as guide in practicum activities by reviewing eight aspects of integrated science process skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods, namely true experimental. In the study sample used was a student of Physics Education were divided into two groups, 35 students for experiment class and 30 students for control class. Assessment instruments used were observation sheet science process skills with a score of skills used in the form of Likert scale. Based on the analysis score mastery of integrated science process skills of students in the experimental class, operationally defining variables have the highest percentage of 51.4% to the category of very good, whereas in the control class, analyzing aspects of investigations has the highest percentage of 53.3% with a good category.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran IPA dari hasil deskripsi sikap siswa dengan menggunakan indikator implikasi sosial, kesenangan dalam mata pelajaran IPA dan ketertarikan berkarir di bidang IPA di SMPN 17 Batanghari. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan prosedur penelitian survei dengan instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 145 siswa di SMPN 17 Batanghari. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari indikator Implikasi sosial dengan kategori cukup berpersentase 36.6%. Indikator kesenangan dalam mata pelajaran IPA berkategori cukup dengan persentase 43.6%. Indikator ketertarikan berkarir di bidang IPA berkategori baik dengan persentase 53.1%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, siswa di SMPN 17 Batanghari memiliki sikap yang cukup terhadap pembelajaran IPA.

Penerapan alat dan mesin pertanian (alsintan) merupakan salah satu upaya mewujudkan kedaulatan pangan di Indonesia. Alsintan dinilai mampu meningkatkan produksi pertanian dengan mempercepat pekerjaan petani hingga mengurangi kehilangan hasil panen saat proses panen maupun pasca panen. Dalam penerapan alsintan dibutuhkan adanya proses analisis untuk mengetahui potensi wilayah dan potensi jumlah yang dapat diterapkan dan penambahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan objek penelitian kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan 3 (tiga) alsintan yaitu Traktor Roda Dua, Rice Transplanter, dan Combine Harvester, dengan tujuan mengetahui potensi wilayah penerapan dan potensi jumlah yang dapat diterapkan dan ditambahkan dengan menggunakan software ARCGIS 10.3. Metode yang digunakan adalah Overlay/tumpang susun dan skoring dengan data spasial berupa peta kemiringan lereng, peta jenis tanah, dan peta curah hujan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas lahan sawah di Lampung Tengah masuk dalam kategori Potensi Wilayah II (Dua) yaitu 92,76% sedangkan sisanya adalah Potensi Wilayah I (satu) ada 7,24%, dan Potensi Wilayah III (tiga) tidak ada atau 0%. Untuk potensi jumlah penerapan terbanyak adalah Rice Transplanter yaitu 22.321 unit dengan potensi penambahan 22.171 unit. Traktor Roda Dua memiliki potensi penerapan sebanyak 10.147 unit dengan potensi penambahan 4.369 unit. Combine Harvester memiliki potensi penerapan sebanyak 3.190 unit dengan potensi penambahan 3.155 unit.

The purpose of this research for increase activities and result study of XI TKR B students of Vocational High School Tamansiswa academic year 2015/2016 in electrical light vehicle. Type of this research is action research class, subject of this research is XI TKR B students amount 25 students and the object is increase activities and result of study in electrical light vehicle using guided discovery method. Data accumulator technique in this research using observation, interview, test, and documentation. Data analysis technique about students doing observation during learning activity, while the result of study conduct by calculating the average value and percentage that completed KKM. Result of this research showing after using guided discovery method, activeness and result of student learning increase. It can be seen pra-cycle condition students activeness percentage 44,8%, cycle I percentage of students of activity 62%, cycle II percentage of students activity 70,8%, cycle III percentage of students activity 83,6%, while students average value before activity 64,40 with percentage of completeness about 33,33%, cycle I student average score 7,04 with percentage of completeness about 76%, cycle II students average before increased to 7,56 with percentage of completeness about 88% and cycle III students average score increased to 7,84 with percentage of completeness about 96%.

The attitude of students during the learning process is essential to be known by an educator to understand how to deal with students in the class. This study aims to determine how students 'attitudes towards science subjects and this study also aim to determine whether there is a comparison of students' attitudes towards natural science subjects in junior high schools in Indonesia. This research was conducted at some state junior high schools in Jambi. Specifically, the research sites were Junior High School 5, Junior High School 6, and Junior High School 26 in Jambi. The research design used in this study was a quantitative approach with survey methods. The research instrument was a science attitude questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that students' attitudes toward science subjects based on indicators of adoption of scientific attitudes, fun in learning science, and interest in increasing the time to study science were in good categories and also there are significant differences of students' attitude towards science subjects in the three schools with a comparison value of 0.042 < 0.05.
