This study investigates the impact of knowledge management on dynamic capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage in Private Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) in Indonesia. Drawing on the knowledge-based view and dynamic capabilities framework, the study employs a structural equation modeling approach to analyze data collected from 92 leaders of 10 PHEIs in Jakarta, Indonesia. The findings reveal that knowledge management has a significant positive effect on both dynamic capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage, with dynamic capabilities partially mediating the relationship between knowledge management and sustainable competitive advantage. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the interplay between knowledge management, dynamic capabilities, and sustainable competitive advantage in the context of PHEIs in Indonesia. The findings of this research suggest that the establishment of a framework and the facilitation of knowledge integration among learning, research, and community service are crucial for effective knowledge management governance among students, universities, and society. The study also highlights the need for future research to validate the findings in different contexts and explore the boundary conditions of the relationships examined.

The situation during Covid-19 requires businesspeople to adapt to existing conditions and survive in an industry. It should be realized that not all SMEs have the same digital literacy, so it needs support from various parties to provide understanding and assistance to improve the skills of SMEs in utilizing digital platforms in business activities. The contribution of Lapaksenggol.com in community service activities to the Jakarta SMEs group (Jakpreneur), which is under the guidance of the East Jakarta Sub-Department of Trade, Industry, Cooperatives and SMEs is in its second year, where through this proposal, the team seeks to improve service quality by developing the service features of the Lapaksenggol.com website. The workshop was carried out for six months, starting from April to September 2022. Considering the Covid-19 pandemic, various activities will be implemented face-to-face (on the network) through Zoom. The results obtained from the socializations are the introduction of the Lapaksenggol.com marketplace and provided understanding to SMEs about the importance of doing social media advertising, managing finances in business activities, and introducing the SIAPIK application to support the business activities of SMEs in East Jakarta.

This activity is a “Design and Development of a Web-Commerce-based Strategy for Promotion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for SMEs in the East Jakarta Region.” This is motivated by various obstacles experienced by SMEs when they are not sufficiently competitive with competitors in the market. The disruptive era has driven changes in various aspects of life, including market behavior. It is undeniable that business digitization plays a very important role in business activities. For this reason, this program aims to make SMEs especially those in the East Jakarta area able to be competitive through the designed Web-Commerce, which is named lapaksenggol.com. The lapaksenggol.com web-commerce is a promotional media that can be used optimally by SMEs in the East Jakarta area to make it easier to expand market share and get closer to consumers. In addition, in the long term, the existence of lapaksenggol.com Web-Commerce will increase consumer awareness of the existence of SMEs, build networking with other business units, and increase market confidence in SMEs. As a result of the collaboration with the East Jakarta Regional Cooperative, SMEs and Trade Sub-Department, the soft launching of the lapaksenggol.com web-commerce was carried out on June 22, 2021, and the socialization of lapaksenggol.com to SMEs in East Jakarta on August 19, 2021.

Background: Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform is one of key disruptive business models in financial technology. It bridges lenders and borrowers directly. Researchers have studied the leverage mechanism behind the P2P lending platform. Objective: This research proposes an enhanced technology acceptance model (TAM) to investigate how consumers embrace P2P lending platforms using quality of service and perceived risk as drivers of trust. Methods: This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesised connections between the latent variables. Results: The findings show that users' trust, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use in P2P lending platforms significantly influence attitudes towards adoption. Meanwhile, consumers' perceived risk in using P2P lending platforms is unaffected by the quality of service. Conclusion: The estimated model is consistent with the results shown in previous studies. The findings of the current research are useful for fine-tuning platform marketing plans and putting strategic goals into actions. For future research, we suggest including more variables to better understand the adoption intention of P2P lending platforms. This study aims to analyze individual and organizational factors from the perspective of gender amongst millennial employees in creative industries. The populations in this study are employees in the creative industries with sample limited to employee from millennial generation category. Based on these considerations, the sample taken in this study were 202 respondents. The research proves that exogenous variables (ethical behavior of leaders and internal communication) have positive and significant effects for endogenous variables (psychological capital, work attachment, meaning of work) on employees (millennial generation) of the creative industry sector. The results also showed that psychological capital was only determined by the ethical behavior of the leadership, whereas psychological capital was the most dominant variable in determining work engagement. Meanwhile, internal communication provides the most dominant influence on the meaning of work. This research is able to contribute by generating novelty research in the form of literature studies using gender roles. From the gender point of view, millennial employees who are female have the highest value for internal communication, work engagement and meaning of work. Meanwhile, the highest value of psychological capital is dominated by male respondents. Ethical behavior of leaders viewed from a gender perspective has the same value between male and female respondents.

Objective: To describe and explore the experiences of hospital employees with the causes of fraud in the health insurance program at the hospitals. Design And Setting: This research was carried out at government hospitals in the Southeast Sulawesi Province in collaboration with BPJS Health, namely the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital and the Kendari City Regional General Hospital. Triangulation was carried out at BPJS Health, the Center for Health Insurance Financing at the Ministry of Health and the Center for Health Policy and Management at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted for one year, namely January 2020 to February 2021qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection methods were carried out through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and document studies. The number of participants in this study was 44 people consisting of doctors in charge of services, nurses, midwives, and case-mix team including coders who met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used the Moustakas method. Result: The causes of health insurance fraud in hospitals financial motives (the desire to get money or material or economic or welfare benefits, get high service services and low employee salaries), behavioral motives (low integrity, lifestyle and employee habits of committing fraud0, and social motives (kinship, humanitarian factors, avoiding conflict, social position, and the existence of pressure), internal controls (a weak monitoring system, poorly enforced regulations, unclear regulations and limited hospitals providing services, no monitoring and evaluation, and there are no sanctions for fraud perpetrators), revenue targets (hospitals income and increasing the number of claims), leadership (leadership style or weak leadership in the hospitals and the absence of transparency), incentive systems (poor distribution of incentives and the absence of transparency of services from hospitals management), National Health Insurance (NHI) regulations (dynamic regulations and the availability of the National Guidelines for Medical Services has not been fulfilled and there is no standard for readmission and fragmentation), the NHI financing system (inconvenience of the financing system and the adequacy of the INA-CBGs tariff calculation), and the BPJS Health system (inconvenience of the BPJS Health system and the BPJS Health system which makes it difficult). Conclusions: The causes of health insurance fraud in hospitals can be explained by the gear fraud theory that Internal factors are the main cause and external factors predispose to health insurance fraud in hospitals. These internal and external factors interact with each other like the working mechanism of a gear. Understanding the theory of gear fraud will help formulate fraud prevention efforts in health insurance programs in hospitals that are more comprehensive and focus on eliminating the causes of fraud.

Getting a job has been more difficult nowadays due to the scarcity of job opportunities. The number of available manpower is much higher than the job vacancies. The incompatibility of expertise and difficulties to meet company’s requirement with suitable job seeker also increase the unemployment rate. This program is performed to stimulate young people to think creative innovative and eventually encourage them to start their own business as solution to the problem. The method used is explanation, experiences sharing, question and answer, discussion, and business plan presentation. Based on these activities, not only participants’ knowledge about entrepreneurship increases, but also their ability to create a product or business systematically is trained. Furthermore, capital issue is solved by providing alternatives of business form such as dropshipper, franchising, or joint venture. Last but not least, a message group is formed as a media to discuss, consult, and encourage each other to start a business or participate in business plan competition.

Tourism plays an important role in increasing the use of labor. The hospitality industry is the biggest part of the world of tourism. The study aims to analyze the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT Jaktour employees, which is one of the hospitality companies seen from the organizational culture, interpersonal communication and organizational commit-ment. The research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population is em-ployees, taking samples using simple random sampling technique obtained 237 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS software which was previously tested by the model. The results of research show that there was a posi-tive and significant relationship between organizational culture and communication skills on organizational commitment. There is also a positive and significant influence of organization-al culture and commitment to OCB, and there is a significant and negative influence between communication skills and OCB and there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and communication skills on OCB mediated by organizational commitment. The findings of the study suggest that organizational culture and communication skills did not show any significant results, meaning that communication skills did not support OCB. It is expected that the next researcher can deepen the research with different objects, while paying attention to communication skills.

Losing members due to death in battle or desertion from their units is detrimental to the military unit. Both will interfere with the implementation of the overall task. Killed in battle were recorded as a hero and desertion was classified as an unlawful act. The desires of desertion of soldiers must be sought to be prevented, and become part of the task of the unit commander. Likewise, the work environment must be improved so that soldiers become comfortable in working or esprit de corps as a spirit of unity must be maintained and enhanced as the pride of the corps that is able to bind members in a single unit. This quantitative study aims to empirically determine what factors directly influence the level of desertion intention of the soldier. By using structural equation modeling (SEM) estimation techniques on 302 Navy soldiers. The results of processing existing data found that esprit de corps is a very central aspect in an effort to reduce desertion intentions. Leadership also has a significant negative direct effect, although it is not as strong as esprit de corps, while the quality of work life has a direct but not significant negative effect on desertion intentions. It is interesting that the influence of leadership on esprit de corps is very significant. Leadership that pays attention to members through direct communication is capable of increasing unit esprit de corps.

This study aims to measure the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial intention of Muslim vocational school students. There is a lack of scholarly attention focusing on the Muslim students in the entrepreneurship field of the study. There were three models to be tested in this study. The first model covered six dimensions of motivation linked directly to entrepreneurial intention. The second model grouped the dimensions under the motivation variable. The third model linked taking motivation to giving motivation and giving motivation to entrepreneurial intention. Data were collected from 626 vocational school students in Jakarta. The exploratory and structural equation models were used for data analysis. This study found that, in the first model tested, “entrepreneur is cool” dimension had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. In the second model tested, “entrepreneurial is cool”, “financial freedom”, and “public service” dimensions represented entrepreneurial motivation that could predict Muslim students’ entrepreneurial intention. In the third model, taking motivation significantly affected giving motivation and giving motivation significantly affected intention. Recommendations for educators and future study are discussed.

GenerationY is the work force of the future and now the number is dominating the industry.The increasing number of employees of generation Y becomes a separate problem for the company in meeting the availability of young professional workforce. The research aims to investigate effect of performance appraisal, compensation and job satisfaction to loyalty of generation Y.Method used in this study was quatitative. The research sample was 117 students. Data was anaysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study reveals there are a positive relationship between performance appraisal with job satisfaction, compensation with job satisfaction and job satisfaction on loyalty.

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance, transformational leadership on job satisfaction, transformational leadership towards work attachment, influence of work attachment to teacher performance, job satisfaction influence on teacher performance, direct influence between transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by job satisfaction, and the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by work attachment. The research method uses quantitative research using causal effect and type of primary data. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and observations with the media questionnaire. The analysis method uses inferential statistics with parametric data types, and for internal analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of the research shows that tranasformational leadership toward performance has positive and significant effect because it has p-value 0.000 ≤ α 0,05. Likewise transformational leadership of job satisfaction has a value of p-value 0.000 ≤ α 0.05 which means transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction on teacher performance has no significant effect with p-value value 0,060 ≥ α 0,05. In variables of transformational leadership on performance mediated by job satisfaction showed a significant influence. Transformational Leadership variable on work attachment has positive and significant influence with t-value value of p-value 0.000 ≤ α 0,05. In variables of work attribute to performance variable has p-value 0.000 ≤ α 0,05. Finally can be seen transformational leadership variable to performance with work attachment as a variable mediation can be interpreted transformational leadership variable significantly influence the performance of employees with work attachment as a mediator variable.

The aim of this study is to improve knowledge and skill about digital marketing, especially social media, for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) business maker to enhance their sales and profit. Attended by 13 women SMEs participants, the method used in this activity is; first, explanation using power point slides and LCD projector; second, experience sharing and discussion; and last, direct practice of creating social media (Facebook and Instagram) account and how to make it attractive for buyers (the pictures, the wording, the story, etc). Held on May 7, 2017, the community service is funded by DIPA BLU Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The result shows that only few who actively use social media as their promotion tools and they have not separated their online shop account with their personal account, several others use it occasionally, and the rest participants have never used social media marketing for being lack of technological skill. The research aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and work environment to employee’s job satisfaction with organizational culture as moderating variable at balai kesehatan penerbangan Jakarta. the research used quantitative method. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least square. 84 public services were used as samples, but 78 samples were given questionnaire back. The research revealed that: a) leadership style has impact on work environment (0,549); b) leadership style influences significantly to organizational culture (0,454); c) work environment does not have impact on organizational culture (0,161); d) organizational culture has strong relation to job satisfaction (0,840); e) leadership style has not effect on job satisfaction (0,038); f) work environment has not influence on job satisfaction (0,037); g) thought organizational culture, leadership style has significant effect on job satisfaction (0,660); and h) through organizational culture, work environment has not significant effect on job satisfaction (0,129).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan antara pola asuh dengan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ; (2) hubungan antara kurikulum kewirausahaan dengan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ, dan (3) hubungan antara pola asuh dan kurikulum kewirausahaan dengan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasi. Pendekatan korelasi digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh antara tiga variabel bebas yaitu pola asuh orang tua dan kurikulum kewirausahaan yang mempengaruhi dan diberi simbol X1 dan X2, dengan variabel terikat intensi berwirausaha sebagai yang dipengaruhi dan diberi simbol Y. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada korelasi yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ, di mana koefisien korelasi ganda (Ry.12) = 0,359, F hitung (F Change) = 21,959, p-value = 0,000 < 0,05, dan koefisien determinasinya atau R square = 0,129; (2) ada korelasi yang signifikan antara kurikulum kewirausahaan dengan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ, di mana koefisien korelasi X2 ke Y = 0,343, F hitung (F Change) = 19,695, p-value = 0,000 < 0,05, dan koefisien determinasinya (R square) = 0,117; (3) ada korelasi yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dan kurikulum kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ di mana hasil perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi ganda (Ry.12) = 0,424, F hitung (F Change) = 16,122, p-value = 0,000 < 0,05, dan koefisien determinasinya (R square) = 0,180. Dengan uji kecocokan model didapat bahwa model hipotesis sesuai dengan model empirik dengan nilai yang sama sebesar yang menyatakan bahwa model tersebut dapat diterima.

The studyaims to examine the influence of leadership on organizational culture at Indonesian education institutions.It was conducted from April to October 2015. Meta-analysis approach was used to study of the 12 research publications related to the examined variables.These correlational researches were conducted in 2010-2015. The data was retrieved from two public higher education libraries in Indonesia. The study concluded that leadership had directy effect on organizational culture. The result of meta-analysis indicates that average of correlation coefficient ( ) is0,573 with standard deviation equals 0,101565 and corrected correlation (rc) values0,623. The differences of the 12 correlations coefficient are caused by sampling error (ó2e) = 0,006749 with variance estimation (2) = 0,01061.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT “X” di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT “X” di Jakarta yang berjumlah 210 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 89 orang dengan teknik acak proposional. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: 1) job insecurity (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention (Y); 2) job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention; 3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Hasil Uji analisis jalur diperoleh besaran job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar -0,441 dan pengaruh job insecurity terhadap turnover intention sebesar -0,417. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara job insecurity (X1) dengan turnover intention (Y) yang dimoderatori oleh kepuasan kerja (X2) dengan nilai koefisien jalur px1x2 . pyx2 = -0,441 x -0,417 = 0,184 atau 18,4%. Adapun nilai R2 adalah sebesar 0,554 yang berarti bahwa turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh variabel job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 55,4% dan sisanya 44,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pada karyawan kantor pusat PT “X” di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik acak proporsional, sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 48 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis melalui uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri atas uji-f dan uji-t. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa; 1) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja (nilai thitung sebesar 3,464 > 2,014 ttabel); 2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi kerja (thitung 2,952 > 2,014 ttabel); 3) Budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja (Fhitung (30,929) > Ftabel (3,20)). Persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ŷ = 39,278+0,288X1+0,254X2, dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,579.

Training is an important aspect in human resources development (HRD) in the organization, as an effort to improve knowledge, skills, and expertise. It should be organize effectively in accordance with the needs of the organization’s member.This research was conducted to evaluate the training for students organized by Pusat Sumber Belajar Universitas Negeri Jakarta (PSB UNJ); and it aimed to find out the effectiveness of training at level II, based on the theory of Four Levels Kirkpatrick. The training that we observed in this study includingtraining of scientific approach learning, training of project-based learning, training of internet based learning, training of simple medium and training of authentic assessment. Population in this study is all students who participate in these programs that came from the entire faculty in UNJ. Using purposive sampling, the sample is randomly selected proportionately based on the type of training provided by PSB UNJ. The number of samples obtained is 110 students.By comparing pre and post-testdata using paired samples t-test, the resultsshown that there are significant difference in knowledge and skills before and after attending the training.

This study aims to determine the influence of family environment and Self Efficacy against Entrepreneurship Motivation At the Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. Research carried out for 3 months starting from the month of April 2015 to June 2015 at Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. The method used in this research is the method ext post facto correlational approach. The research data obtained by questionnaires distributed to 74 students of the study. In this study, researchers took 20% of the population so that the sample obtained by 20% x 372 = 74 people. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. Where the family environment directly affect entrepreneurship motivation, self-efficacy directly influence entrepreneurship motivation, and family environment directly affect self-efficacy. The results showed that the magnitude of the direct influence of family environment on entrepreneurship motivation amounted to 0.581. The amount of direct influence on the motivation of entrepreneurial self-efficacy is equal to 0.538, and the magnitude of the direct influence of family environment on self-efficacy is equal to 0.380. With the model fit test the hypothesis that the model obtained in accordance with empirical models with the same value of which states that the model can be as they arrive.

This researchaimed to find out what explains the concepts of economic resilience through information and technology based assesment for the purpose of studying the micro and small enterprises in The Jakarta Province. In collecting the research datas, interviews were being conducted while the answers from the informants would lead the researchers’ conclusions. Thisresearch have resulted on confirmation that there is a growing trend of economic development in the community of micro and small industrial center as a way to enhance economic resilience. The Jakarta province should reinforce this kind and a like industrial center to build the strengths of the enterprises as economic stimulation to the community. Another result is in the terms of information and technology based assesment, we have found that the concepts of economic resilience could be achieved through the distribution of economic development in the attempt of increasing businesses’ productivity as the result of information and technology applications. Furthermore,the respectively regulation and laws coming from the authorities have provided the protection and guidence needed by the enterprises in the creation of economic development and long-term businesses’ growth.

This study aims to confirm the effect of industrial education 4.0 on data, technology, and human literacy among postgraduate students in Indonesia. The research adopted covariance-based structural equation modeling by employing AMOS 25 to examine the relationship between variables. The model estimation was performed using confirmatory factor analysis as a standard model for measuring industrial education 4.0 and involved structural model analysis to confirm the hypotheses. The population in this research paper was 2.958 postgraduate students in 32 study programs, while the sample was 312 respondents, which was determined using the proportional random sampling technique. This study tested the three hypotheses proposed, showing that industrial education 4.0 has a positive and significant effect on data literacy, technological literacy, and human literacy among postgraduate students in Indonesia. This paper raises the need for developing industrial education 4.0 on these literacies.

This research discusses the evaluation of operational, organizational and public leadership by the Faculty Board and Department of the Faculty of XYZ University. The evaluation of effective leadership here refers to the assessment of National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (NAAHE) in Indonesia. Effective leadership in this sense is leadership that combines three characteristics, namely effectiveness of operational leadership, organizational leadership and public leadership. Descriptive analysis based on data from a questionnaire was employed in this exploratory research. Both academics and non-academics of the Faculty of XYZ University were involved as respondents. The questionnaire was distributed to 69 academics and 27 non-academics. Findings show that the assessment capability of the Dean and Department Coordinator is considered good, and so are their roles and the lecturers’ motivation. Another assessment on the capability of the head of administration division, heads of sub-divisions is also considered good, and so are their roles and the staff’s motivation. Therefore, it is expected that all of the boards are able to maintain and organise activities for both the staff and the lecturers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
