Based on the new energy power prediction data with the highest probability of occurrence to check the security and stability of the deterministic dispatching plan, the conclusion is quite different from the actual situation of the power grid. In order to improve the adaptability of the results, a security and stability checking method of dispatching plan considering uncertainty of new energy is proposed. Based on the quantitative assessment results of the safety and stability of traditional deterministic dispatching plan, a safety and stability margin minimization model with confidence interval constraints on the predicted power of new energy stations is constructed to realize effective identification of high-risk planning modes. Based on the active power sensitivity, the equivalence aggregation and uncertainty variable dimensionality reduction of new energy stations are carried out to improve the efficiency of the security and stability margin minimization model. Based on the parallel processing platform, the multi-mode grouping parallel security check of the dispatching plan is carried out. The results of security and stability check considering the uncertainty of new energy power prediction are obtained. The proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy and timeliness of the security and stability check of the high-proportion new energy grid dispatching plan. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an actual grid case.

The addition of polar functional groups to porous structures is an effective strategy for increasing the ability of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) to capture CO2 by enhancing interactions between the dipoles of the polar functional groups and the quadrupoles of CO2. However, the potential of MOFs with polar functional groups to activate CO2 has not been investigated in the context of CO2 electrolysis. In this study, we report a mixed‐ligand strategy to incorporate various functional groups in the MOFs. We found that substituents with strong polarity led to increased catalytic performance of electrochemical CO2 reduction for these polarized MOFs. Both experimental and theoretical evidence indicates that the presence of polar functional groups induces a charge redistribution in the micropores of MOFs. We have shown that higher electron densities of sp2‐carbon atoms in benzimidazolate ligands reduces the energy barrier to generate *COOH, which is simultaneously controlled by the mass transfer of CO2. Our research offers an effective method of disrupting local electron neutrality in the pores of electrocatalysts/supports to activate CO2 under electrochemical conditions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

It has been known that plastics with undegradability and long half‐times have caused serious environmental and ecological issues. Considering the devastating effects, the development of efficient plastic upcycling technologies with low energy consumption is absolutely imperative. Catalytic hydrogenolysis of single‐use polyethylene over Ru‐based catalysts to produce high‐quality liquid fuel has been one of the current top priority strategies, but it is restricted by some tough challenges, such as the tendency towards methanation resulting from terminal C−C cleavage. Herein, we introduced Ru nanoparticles supported on hollow ZSM‐5 zeolite (Ru/H‐ZSM‐5) for hydrocracking of high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) under mild reaction conditions. The implication of experimental results is that the 1Ru/H‐ZSM‐5 (~1 wt % Ru) acted as an effective and reusable bifunctional catalyst providing higher conversion rate (82.53 %) and liquid fuel (C5−C21) yield (62.87 %). Detailed characterization demonstrated that the optimal performance in hydrocracking of PE could be attributed to the moderate acidity and appropriate positively charged Ru species resulting from the metal‐zeolite interaction. This work proposes a promising catalyst for plastic upcycling and reveals its structure‐performance relationship, which has guiding significance for catalyst design to improve the yield of high‐value liquid fuels. Bi5O7I doped with Zn2+ (Zn2+/Bi5O7I) was prepared using a precipitation calcination method. Its photocatalytic activity was improved by adjusting the band gap of Bi5O7I, and its photocatalytic performance was evaluated by degrading RhB. The experimental results showed that Zn2+/Bi5O7I-8 had the highest photodegradation efficiency, and the degradation rate for RhB after exposure to light for 30 minutes was 91% and reached 100% in 60 minutes. The degradation rate constant k of Zn2+/Bi5O7I-8 reached 0.10813 min−1, which is 13 times more than that of Bi5O7I. As a result of Zn2+ being added into Bi5O7I, the band gap of Zn2+/Bi5O7I became narrower than that of Bi5O7I, and the photogenerated electrons and holes were successfully prevented from recombining; therefore, the photocatalytic activity of Zn2+/Bi5O7I was higher than that of Bi5O7I. After four rounds of photocatalytic experiments, the photocatalytic efficiency of Zn2+/Bi5O7I-8 remained high. The composition and microstructure of the materials were characterized using XRD, FTIR, XPS, SEM, and TEM. The optical properties and degradation mechanism of the material were investigated using DRS, PL, photocurrent response, and active substance capture experiments. Lhx3 is a LIM-homeodomain transcription factor that affects body size in mammals by regulating the secretion of pituitary hormones. Akita, Shiba Inu, and Mame Shiba Inu dogs are Japanese native dog breeds that have different body sizes. To determine whether Lhx3 plays a role in the differing body sizes of these three dog breeds, we sequenced the Lhx3 gene in the three breeds, which led to the identification of an SNP in codon 280 (S280N) associated with body size. The allele frequency at this SNP differed significantly between the large Akita and the two kinds of smaller Shiba dogs. To validate the function of this SNP on body size, we introduced this change into the Lhx3 gene of mice. Homozygous mutant mice (S279N+/+) were found to have significantly increased body lengths and weights compared to heterozygous mutant (S279N+/−) and wild-type (S279N−/−) mice several weeks after weaning. This essay probes the understudied relationship between the hypermediated urban environment and the coding of femininity in the late 1960s and 1970s Japan. Through reading Ōshima Nagisa's Man Who Left His Will on Film (1970), this essay explores the unique gender dynamics remapped in the avant‐garde media practice in an era when "urban" and "media" became interconnected and filmic medium was redefined in relation to the vibrant media milieu. This essay is motivated by "the imperishables," a prevalent trope that can be located in a wide array of literary and filmic works in the 1960s and 1970s: the vanishing men and the "plastic" women. Resilient, enduring, prone to violations but always "failing" to disappear from the screen, women's bodies occupy central roles in reorienting the epistemic structures in many prominent radical works that investigate the opaque urban network during Japan's Cold War restructuring. This essay reads cinema as a contentious site where articulations of sociopolitical sentiments and concerns with film's medium specificity find catalytic convergence with the continuous coding of gender. Rather than simply viewing female bodies as representations of social reality or fetishized objects, this article traces how femininity, constructed as both cultural artifact and techno‐aesthetic device, showcases internal dissidence in the leftist urban critique and the emergent somatic politics in the avant‐garde imaginaries of alterity. In the past few decades, researchers have conducted extensive studies on cell micromanipulation methods. However, there has consistently been a lack of a micromanipulation system that excels in both precision and speed. Additionally, many of these methods rely on manual control, thus significantly reducing efficiency. In this paper, a robotized micromanipulation system employing a two-finger microhand is proposed. The microhand has a 3-DoF parallel mechanism driven by three piezoelectric actuators, enabling high-precision micromanipulation. Replacing the needle-tip end-effector with a hemispherical end-effector makes cell grasping easier and more stable. In addition, a vibration-based release method combined with gel coating is proposed to reduce the release difficulty caused by adhesion forces. Through multiple sets of experiments, we have determined the optimal grasping and releasing conditions while balancing precision, stability, and damage degree to cells. An automated cell assembly strategy based on microscopic visual feedback and pick-and-place path planning is proposed to achieve the robotized high-speed cell array. Hela cells were chosen as the operation objects, achieving a 95% success rate in grasping and a 97% success rate in releasing. A "T" letter array formed by cells was successfully assembled with an average grasp and release time of less than 0.8 s and an assembly accuracy of 4.5 μm for a single cell. Introduction: The relationship between the expression of opioid-associated receptors and cancer outcomes is complex and varies among studies.Methods: This study focused on six opioid-related receptors (OPRM1, OPRD1, OPRK1, OPRL1, OGFR, and TLR4) and their impact on cancer patient survival. Bioinformatics analysis was conducted on 33 cancer types from The Cancer Genome Atlas database to examine their expression, clinical correlations, mechanisms in the tumor microenvironment, and potential for immunotherapy. Due to significantly lower expression of OPRM1, OPRD1, and OPRK1 compared to OGFR and TLR4, the analysis concentrated on the latter two genes.Results: OGFR was highly expressed in 16 tumor types, while TLR4 showed low expression in 13. Validation from external samples, the Gene Expression Omnibus, and the Human Protein Atlas supported these findings. The diagnostic value of these two genes was demonstrated using the Genotype-Tissue Expression database. Univariate Cox regression models and Kaplan-Meier curves confirmed OGFR's impact on prognosis in a cancer type-specific manner, while high TLR4 expression was associated with a favorable prognosis. Analysis of the tumor microenvironment using a deconvolution algorithm linked OGFR to CD8+ T cells and TLR4 to macrophages. Single-cell datasets further validated this correlation. In 25 immune checkpoint blockade treatment cohorts, TLR4 expression showed promise as an immunotherapy efficacy predictor in non-small cell lung cancer, urothelial carcinoma, and melanoma.Conclusion: In a pan-cancer analysis of 33 tissues, OGFR was consistently highly expressed, while TLR4 had low expression. Both genes have diagnostic and prognostic significance and are linked to immune cells in the tumor microenvironment. TLR4 has potential as an immunotherapeutic response marker. To clarify the photosynthetic mechanism contributing to the enhancement of intercropping advantages through co-ridge intercropping of maize and peanut, we conducted a field randomized block experiment under two phosphorus levels of 0 (P0) and 180 kg P2O5 ⋅ hm-2 (P180) with flat intercropping of maize and peanut (FIC) as the control. We analyzed the effects of co-ridge intercropping of maize and peanut (RIC) and groove-ridge intercropping of maize and peanut (GIC) on crop leaf area index (LAI), SPAD values, CO2 carboxylation ability, photosystems coordination (ΦPS I/PS II), and intercropping advantage of yield. The results showed that RIC significantly increased SPAD value at the silking stage of intercropping maize, and significantly improved the apparent quantum yield of photosynthesis (AQY), maximum electron transfer rate (Jmax), maximum rate of Rubisco carboxylation (Vc, max), net photosynthetic rate at the CO2 saturation (Amax) and ΦPS I/PS II of intercropping maize compared with those of FIC and GIC at silking stage and milking stage, but reduced the ratio of variable fluorescence Fj to amplitude Fp -Fo (Wk) and the ratio of variable fluorescence Fk to amplitude Fj -Fo (Vj) of the functional leaf photosystem II (PS II) at the milking stage of maize. There were no significant differences in these parameters between FIC and GIC. Compared with FIC, both RIC and GIC increased LAI of intercropping peanut at late growth stage and SPAD value at pod setting stage, significantly improved Vc, max, Amax, and ΦPS I/PS II and reduced Wk and Vj values of intercropping peanut functional leaves at pod expanding stage. The difference in these parameters between RIC and GIC were not significant. The land equivalent ratio and intercropping advantages of RIC were higher than those of FIC and GIC. Phosphorus application could further promote Vc, max Jmax, Amax, ΦPS I/PS II of intercropping maize and peanut, and significantly improve yield advantages of intercropping. The findings indicated that co-ridge intercropping could enhance CO2 carboxylation and fixation by improving photosynthetic electron transport and photosystems coordination, improve the photosynthetic rate of functional leaves of maize and peanut, thus increase crop yield and intercropping advantages. (001)-TiO2/BiOI photocatalysts with microsphere morphology were synthesized by a solvothermal method. The (001)-TiO2/BiOI demonstrated highest photocatalytic performance for the RhB degradation rate of 0.049 min−1 under visible light, which is 5 and 7 times that of (001)-TiO2 and BiOI, respectively. The increased photocatalytic efficiency is due to the construction of heterojunctions, which promote the transportation of photo-generated carriers. The good photochemical stability of the prepared photocatalysts was demonstrated by cycling experiments. The radical quenching experiments show that ˙O2− and ˙OH are the principal active species in the photocatalytic reaction mechanism.
