This article discusses a prospective study conducted in France that aimed to evaluate the feasibility of placing fiducial markers under Endoscopy Ultra-Sound (EUS) guidance for the treatment of esophageal or rectal cancers. As the diagnosis of pancreatic TB was highly suspected, anti-TB chemotherapy was initiated with three drugs for the first two months (rifampicin 720 mg [12 mg/kg], isoniazid 300 mg [5 mg/kg], pyrazinamide 1,800 mg [30 mg/kg]) and two drugs for the four following months (rifampicin 600 mg [10 mg/kg] and isoniazid 300 mg [5 mg/kg]).
