This article discusses the behavioristic counseling model of role-play collaboration techniques based on audiovisual media to increase the solidarity of state junior high school students in the Sigi district. This study aims to implement the audiovisual media-based behavioral counseling model of role-play collaboration techniques to increase student solidarity. increasing student solidarity is expected to minimize the occurrence of conflicts between students and contribute to creating peaceful schools. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study show that: (1) the average score of all assessment subjects as much as 93% of guidance and counseling teachers stated that counseling models and guidelines were very easy to implement. (2) based on the recapitulation table of student responses, it shows that the strongly agree category is 93.12%, which indicates a behavioristic counseling model, role play collaboration techniques based on audiovisual media, can increase the solidarity of junior high school students in Sigi Regency

The synthesis of the organometallic complexes of Co(I) and Co(III) with the same ligands using either the functionalized cyclopentadiene or its Li15, or Na16 salts is described. Cyclopentadienyllithium or -sodium salts are used as reagents for the introduction of cyclopentadienyl ligands. Results implied that metallocene-type complexes and half-sandwich compounds of cobalt containing the ((dimethylamino)ethyl)cyclopentadienyl ligand can be synthesized easily. It was also observed that protonated Co(III) complexes can be characterized by special solubility in water and polar solvents.

Objective: To determine the prevalence and compare the types of female sexual dysfunction between diabetics and non-diabetics. ' Design: Cross-sectional study Materials and Methods: The study was conducted on 178 diabetic women and 175 non-diabetic women in Out Patient Clinic and Diabetic Centre in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia using systematic random sampling. Malay Version of Female Sexual Function Index was used. Data was entered and analysed by SPSS 12 0 using descriptive and Simple Logistic Regression analyses. ' Results: The prevalence of sexual dysfunction among diabetics was 26.4% and among non-diabetics was 20.0%. Arousal disorder was reported in 28.7% diabetics and 17.1% non-diabetic (p value 0.040). Sexual satisfactions disorder among diabetics and non-diabetics was 15.2% and 8.0% respectively (p value 0.042). Conclusion: The prevalence of female sexual dysfunction among diabetics was 26.4% and among non-diabetics was 20.0%. Screening for sexual dysfunction should be part of general screening especially among diabetics and interventions were advice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Neutron diffraction provides an experimental method of directly locating hydrogen atoms in proteins, a technique complimentary to ultra-high-resolution [1, 2] X-ray diffraction. Three different types of neutron diffractometers for biological macromolecules have been constructed in Japan, France and the United States, and they have been used to determine the crystal structures of proteins up to resolution limits of 1.5–2.5 Å. Results relating to hydrogen positions and hydration patterns in proteins have been obtained from these studies. Examples include the geometrical details of hydrogen bonds, H/D exchange in proteins and oligonucleotides, the role of hydrogen atoms in enzymatic activity and thermostability, and the dynamical behavior of hydration structures, all of which have been extracted from these structural results and reviewed. Other techniques, such as the growth of large single crystals, the preparation of fully deuterated proteins, the use of cryogenic techniques, and a data base of hydrogen and hydration in proteins, will be described. Unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat merupakan salah satu unit di Universitas Respati Yogyakarta yang bertugas untuk mengelola kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen. Dalam proses pengolahan data kegiatan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat masih mengalami beberapa permasalahan yaitu belum adanya basis data yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data rekam jejak kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh dosen dan sistem pengarsipan dokumen masih berbentuk kertas yang berdampak pada kerusakan dokumen, hilangnya dokumen, efisiensi ruang dan pencarian data. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan menghasilkan luaran sistem informasi yang dapat melakukan proses pengolahan data penelitian dan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dikelola oleh Unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat di Universitas Respati Yogyakarta. Pengolahan data mengacu pada komponen beban kerja dosen dibidang penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode pengembangan dilakukan dengan tahapan analisa sistem, perancangan sistem, coding dan implementasi sistem. Hasil pengembangan sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu Unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat dalam proses pengolahan data rekam jejak kegiatan penelitian dan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dosen.
