Research related to the influence of facilities on the quality of fish landed and auctioned has been done previously, but the catches under this study are still limited to large pelagic fish with complex fish auction facilities. This study was conducted for small pelagic fish where the handling facilities at this location are still very limited. Therefore, survey research with purpose to analyze the effect of handling facilities (ships, fish auction sites, baskets) on the quality of small pelagic fish. The data taken is daily data with the method of observation at the location on the ship, fish auction place, and baskets. The species that taken were Eleutheronema tetradactylum, Ilisha elongate, Pampus argenteus, and Johnius trachychepalus. Each species consists of 5 individuals. Its tests was done by looking at the organoleptic and pH values. The tests were done to every species of fish. The pH value was obtained by testing the fish meat sample on the meat pH meter, while the organoleptic value was obtained by looking at the physical condition of the fish using a score sheet of fresh fish quality parameters. Then after the results are obtained, an analysis is carried out to determine the magnitude of facility influence on fish quality by simple linear regression analysis. The organoleptic values of four kinds of samples were on average 6.84 - 4.95, while the pH values measured in these fish ranged from 6.3 - 5.94. The effect of fish handling facilities on the organoleptic value is 82% compared to other factors. The fish quality as measured by the organoleptic test showed a fairly good quality, while measured by the pH test showed good results. Handling facilities do not greatly affect the quality of fish and there are other factors that can affect the decline in fish quality other than facilities. The relationship between fish handling facilities and quality can give an overview of the contribution of handling facilities to fish quality. HIGHLIGHTS • Nutrition status, hemoglobin, and albumin levels are not predictors for platinum resistance. • Hemoglobin and albumin levels increased in both platinum-sensitive or platinum-resistant. ABSTRACT Objective: This study aimed to determine whether nutritional status, hemoglobin, and albumin levels could serve as reliable predictors for predicting platinum resistance in patients with ovarian cancer. Materials and Methods: Conducted as a cross-sectional analysis, this study included 80 ovarian cancer patients who had completed six cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy. Patients were divided into two categories: those with platinum-resistant cancer and those with platinum-sensitive cancer, based on recurrence status following chemotherapy. Nutritional status was assessed through body mass index (BMI), and both hemoglobin and albumin levels were measured pre- and post-chemotherapy to investigate potential differences between the groups. Results: The analysis revealed no significant difference in BMI between the platinum-sensitive and platinum-resistant groups (p = 0.743), suggesting that nutritional status, as measured by BMI, did not correlate with platinum resistance. Hemoglobin levels were similarly non-significant before (p = 0.072) and after chemotherapy (p = 0.055), indicating no clear association between hemoglobin levels and platinum response. However, hemoglobin levels showed significant increases post-chemotherapy in both the platinum-sensitive (p = 0.002) and platinum-resistant (p = 0.025) groups, though without affecting resistance outcomes. Pre-chemotherapy albumin levels did not significantly differ between the two groups (p = 0.218); but a significant post-chemotherapy difference was observed (p = 0.027), with both groups experiencing substantial increases from pre- to post-chemotherapy (p = 0.000). Conclusion: The findings suggest that BMI, hemoglobin, and albumin levels are not reliable predictors of platinum resistance in ovarian cancer patients. Although both hemoglobin and albumin increased significantly after chemotherapy, these changes did not correspond with platinum resistance status.

Background: The presence of anemia in pregnant women significantly affects the health of both mothers and their fetuses. Around 37% of pregnant women worldwide experience anemia. In the Community Health Center of Tanjung Sekayam, the prevalence of anemia in women at the third trimester of their pregnancy was notably high, at 50.4%. Objectives: This study aims to identify the risk factors for anemia in women at third trimester of pregnancy in the working area of the Community Health Center of Tanjung Sekayam Subdistrict, Sanggau Regency. Methods: This study was an observational research with a case-control design. The study population consisted of 153 women at third trimester of pregnancy, receiving antenatal care in the Community Health Center of Tanjung Sekayam. The samples included 62 respondents, selected through a simple random sampling, comprising of 31 cases and 31 controls. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with the Chi-Square test to assess the factors associated with the occurrence of anemia. Results: There was a relation among maternal age (p=0.000; OR=22.9), interpregnancy interval (p=0.024; OR=6.9), parity (p=0.011; OR=2.2), nutritional status (chronic energy deficiency) (p=0.000; OR=11.3), compliance (p=0.021; OR=3.9), and knowledge (p=0.001; OR=8.2) and the prevalence of anemia in the third trimester. However, the family support did not show any significant relation. Conclusions: Maternal age, pregnancy interval, parity, nutritional status, compliance with iron tablet intake, and knowledge are related to the prevalence of anemia in third trimester of pregnancy. Family support did not show any significant relation with the incidence of anemia, possibly due to the limitations in measuring the family support itself and other factors, such as discomfort in consuming iron tablets and forgetfulness. More structured interventions and intensive education on the importance of iron and nutrition during the pregnancy are needed to reduce the risk of anemia.

This research aims to determine the effect of hybrid learning using the project based learning method on creative thinking abilities and learning motivation. The research method is the true experimental research technique, utilizing The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population for this study included all students in Senior High School 1 Purwokerto, totaling 1015 students across 36 classes. Simple random sampling was employed to select a total sample of 112 students (n = 112, age = 17.1 ± 1.2 years). This research uses two instruments to obtain data, including 1) The Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) and 2) The Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). The data analysis used was the data normality test, data homogeneity test, paired t-test and independent t-test. The data used is normally distributed (sig=0.434) and homogeneous (sig=0.533), The research results show that the effect of Hybrid Learning with the Project Based Learning method on creative thinking skills and learning motivation (sig=0.000), control group (sig=0.002), and there is a significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group (sig=0.000). It can be concluded that 1) PjBL model has a favorable impact on students' critical thinking skills in physical education, 2) PjBL model positively influences learning motivation in physical education, and 3) PjBL model yields a more positive outcome compared to the direct teaching model in enhancing students' creative thinking skills in the context of physical education. The problem delivered in this study is that some fighters are easily caught when performing side kicks, need help attacking rivals with a higher posture, and need to reach the optimal point when performing splits. This study aims to determine the correlation between leg length and flexibility with the speed of side kicks in martial arts. This quantitative research defines the correlation between the independent and dependent variables. This research uses sampling of 30 fighters by utilizing purposive sampling. The research instrument for limb length uses a rolling meter and flexibility using a side split test, while a statistical test uses multiple correlations. The results showed that (1) there was no significant correlation between leg length and sidekick speed with a sig. of 0.621; (2) There is a significant correlation between flexibility with sidekick speed and the sig value of 0.002;(3) There is a significant correlation between leg length and flexibility with sidekick speed, with an r-value of 0.007. This study concludes that anthropometric components are needed to do side kicks quickly and well in martial arts, especially leg length and physical condition aspects of flexibility.

This study aims to identify Body Composition consisting of Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage using the Healthy Fitness Zone norm of the fitnessgram with the risk of injury to high school basketball players. This study uses a descriptive correlationalresearch method, the research sample is students of SMAN 4 and SMAN 5 Purwokerto who follow extracurricular selected using purposive sampling a number of 20 boys and 10 girls. The research instruments used were body composition measurements using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) and Functional Movement Screening (FMS) tests for risk of injury. The results showed that the measurement of the Body Mass Index of students who took basketball extracurricular activities was in the Healthy Fitness Zone criteria of 77%. The percentage of body fat of students who take basketball extracurricular activities is mostly within the criteria of Healthy Fitness Zone 23 students (77%) and multiple correlation value (R) = 0.674 and sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 then the relationship is significant, or it can be stated that there is a significant relationship between Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage with Functional Movement Screening. The results of the regression test show that the value of R square = 0.454, the magnitude ofthe relationship between Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage with Functional Movement Screening is 45.4% while the remaining 64.6% is influenced by other factors.

Tujuan pembuatan pemanfaatan larvitrap adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan larvitrap. Kegiatan ini di latar belakangi oleh dikarenakan pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan masih dalam masa pandemi COVID-19. Masalah yang diprioritaskan adalah dalam membekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota sehingga kader Kesling dan kader 1R1J dapat menggunakan jenis larvitrap sebagai alat pengendalian vektor yang mudah, murah dan produktif, serta tidak menimbulkan resistensi. Hasil analisis alternatif uji T Wilcoxon perbedaan peningkatan pengetahuan kader sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Pemanfaatan larvitrap melalui media buku pedoman dan video animasi mengalami peningkatan. Hasil uji alternatif wilcoxon di dapatkan p value = (0,004) < 0,05 sehingga disimpulkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan tersebut signifikan.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran dari mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan SMA di masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Brebes. Data dari penelitian ini adalah data pokok yang diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner oleh guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dan 32 SMA di kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini memiliki 2 kriteria tujuan yaitu secara umum dan khusus, yang mana untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran PJOK di tinjau dari beberapa aspek, yaitu kontek, input, proses, dan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori yang dicetuskan oleh Sugiyono (2012). Metode penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah evaluasi rekapitulasi dari 4 aspek dari guru yaitu 78.99% (baik) dan siswa 68% (cukup). Serta hasil evaluasi dari keseluruhan yaitu 73.5% (baik). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran PJOK secara daring ternyata dapat dikategorikan dengan kesimpulan baik dengan prosentase 73.5%, namun aspek produk menjadi terendah. Sehingga aspek produk membutuhkan perbaikan dan pengingkatan serius dalam program pembelajaran PJOK secara daring.

Data laporan bulanan puskesmas Sui Kakap Kabupaten Kuburaya kasus Tuberkulosis (TB) masih menjadi permasalahan dan cenderung mengalami kenaikan kasus. Desa kalimas merupakan salah satu desa yang memberikan sumbangsih kasus TB di wilayah kerja puskesmas Sui Kakap. Dalam hal penanganan penyakit TB, kader bertindak sebagai rujukan penderita ke puskesmas setempat sehingga penemuan dan penanganan serta pengendalian TB dapat segera ditanggulangi. Untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi kader di perlukan penguatan kader baik dari jumlah dan informasi sehingga peran kader lebih optimal, memiliki capaian kinerja dan memudahkan evaluasi. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah 10 kader TB di Desa Kalimas. Pelatihan dengan metode edukasi dan pelatihan dengan penguatan informasi TB, fungsi kader, keterampilan berkomunikasi, serta keterampilan pencatatan dan pelaporan TB. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pada kader, kemampuan komunikasi kader TB, Kemampuan pencatatan dan pelaporan kader TB. Disarankan Pihak puskesmas dapat selalu memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja kader sehingga penularan dan pengendalian TB dapat ditekan melalui peran optimal kader.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor fisik dominan yang dapat mendukung keterampilan bermain sepak takraw yang terdiriri dari servis, mengumpan dan smash. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan sampel atlet sepak takraw yang sudah mewakili kabupaten BARLINGMASCAKEB sebanyak 52 orang atlet. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes fisik dan keterampilan bermain sepak takraw. Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor dominan yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan servis adalah koordinasi dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.937, pada keterampilan mengumpan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi adalah koordinasi dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.933, serta faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keterampilan smash adalah kekuatan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.603.

The aim of the study is to identify the influence of providing mini game situation and full game session training methods at the level of youth players' futsal playing skills. This is experimental study with 30 youth futsal athletes of Banyumas Regency (Age= M 16.2 ± SD 0.761), divided into two experimental groups design. Futsal skill instruments are used to analyze the mastery of an athlete's technique as measured by the speed of time in completing a task. The variables analyzed relate to the main techniques in the game of futsal: passing, controlling, dribbling, and shooting. In this regard, the results showed that the value obtained from the mini game situation exercise is higher than the full game session and a significant difference is found in the results of both exercises (M ± 47.00; p = 0.012), while the value of the influence of full game session (M ± 49.00 ; p = 0.003). It is seen that more complex practice patterns will improve the player's skills progressively. Overall, these findings suggest that coaches need to take into account the effective use of exercise to support the improvement of futsal skills in adolescent athletes.

The tactical approach needs to be applied in the learning of the hand ball because it makes students move actively during learning, so far the approach used by the teacher is still in the conventional way so that the tactical approach can be one of the new breakthroughs in physical education learning in school. The purpose of the study was to find out whether the tactical approach model could be an alternative problem solving so that students could master the basic techniques of handball in high school Lembang. The research method uses Classroom Action Research. The study sample was a class X student of high school Lembang. The research instrument uses basic technical tests and the skills of playing bola tangan. Analysis of data using the Norm Reference Reference. The results showed students experienced an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I with a good percentage of 26.7%, cycle II 33.3% and cycle III by 36.7%, this happened because with a tactical approach students could get more opportunities to perform basic technical skills in the game handball The conclusion of this study is that a tactical approach can make it easier for students to overcome difficulties in playing handball.

The objectives of this research are: (1) to assess the strategies used in improving public image; (2) assessing the suitability of organizational goals with the strategies used; (3) assessing the effectiveness of the organization in implementing the strategy; and (4) provide recommendations to leaders in improving the weaknesses of the strategies used. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, with interview and observation data collection techniques. The research was conducted at SMA Panjura Malang City with the key informant, namely the principal, with the teacher as additional informants. The results of this study indicate that to improve the public image of the school is to publish about the excellence of the school. The strategy used by the school is also very suitable for the purpose of publication to attract enthusiasts to attend SMA Panjura Malang City. In addition, the strategy used for the publication program was very effective. This can be proven by the progress of the number of interested students. The community in implementing the public relations program at SMA Panjura Malang City also provides criticism and suggestions to the school so that this program can be carried out effectively and efficiently.

Numerous technology-based companies have emerged in Indonesia due to the rapid growth of the technology sector over the last decades. Employees are required to be more adaptive to help the company succeed. Identifying which factors affect employees to adapt in a dynamic and competitive industry is essential. However, study related to adaptive performance affected by servant leadership among technology companies’ employees is still limited, particularly in Indonesia. Thus, this research is expected to contribute by providing new knowledge and literature for academics, especially in the field of human resources, as well as other areas related to employee performance, leadership, work engagement, and trust in leaders. Using the structural equation model with Lisrel 8.8 version, we provide the linkages on how work engagement and trust in leaders mediate the effect of servant leadership on adaptive performance of technology companies’ employees in Indonesia. The data (N=333) was collected from employees working in Indonesia’s technology sector such as financial technology, ecommerce, online transportation and food delivery, online travel, and so forth. Our findings showed that servant leadership has a significant and positive effect on adaptive performance through work engagement. However, trust in leaders does not have a positive mediating effect. Thus, it is important for management in the company to encourage the implementation of servant leadership and assess employees’ work engagement on a timely basis to boost employees’ adaptive performance. On October 1 2022, 131 people died in a "riot" at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang, East Java. The riot occurred after Persebaya silenced Arema, the host football group. Arema supporters, who did not accept the defeat, then rushed into the stadium, so that the police (Polri) who were on guard at the location, dispersed the crowd by spraying tear gas, leaving the exit doors tightly closed, thus triggering massive panic. What happened in Kanjuruhan was an example of a stampede or crowd crisis which created chaotic conditions to the point that many were found dead. The aftermath of the tragedy was the erosion of public trust in the National Police institution. This research outlines the image restoration strategy of the National Police in overcoming the Kanjuruhan stampede, using Bennoit's Image Restoration theory. This qualitative research uses descriptive analysis to explain this phenomenon. The research results show that strategies to improve the image of the National Police, including denial, evading responsibility, reducing effectiveness, corrective action, mortification, have in fact proven to be ineffective. Because, this strategy failed to boost the institution's positive image. Thus, public trust in this institution has collapsed to this day.

Political marriage is a practice that can be traced to its history since the era of the Javanese Hindu kingdom. This practice continues in the current period and is carried out by political elites from local to national levels, from the executive to the judiciary. In the latest case, a political marriage was carried out by the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Anwar Usman and the younger brother of Indonesian President Jokowi, Idayati, on March 26, 2022. This research found that the political marriage showed similarities in patterns, motives, and goals with political marriages that had occurred before, namely to perpetuate the status quo, secure power, and seek allies. This descriptive qualitative research results align with the theory of power relations and knowledge presented by the philosopher Michel Foucault. That power in political marriages has an estuary to perpetuate these relations, strengthen, or isolate them from other power relations. However, in the discipline of Communication and Politics itself, research on political marriage is still rarely carried out in Indonesia. Therefore, this research is essential to fill this gap.

Riau is a province prone to illegal fishing activities which are harmful to the state. This is due to the lack of optimisation of its marine potential, which then became exploited by foreign fishermen. This research will discuss the strategy employed by the Marine and Fisheries Department of Riau (Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan/DKP) in combating illegal fishing in Riau waters. This paper argues that the strategy is to engage with local communities, increase technical and human capital, and perform patrols by engaging with stakeholders such as PSDKP, Polair, and TNI AL. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method, and the data is collected through interviews (via Zoom meeting) with DKP Riau, to discover the right strategies in combating illegal fishing in Riau to promote maritime security. This research discloses that the necessary strategies are to increase the number of workers, facilities, and infrastructures for maritime surveillance to engage with local communities, in this case, the Monitoring Community Group (Kelompok Masyarakat Pengawas/Pokmaswas), by supporting the government in monitoring and deterring threats towards Indonesian marine resources; to implement policies for prosecution; and to increase maritime patrols like synergy between DKP Riau and other government agencies for the process of monitoring and arresting carried out due to the lack of facilities owned by DKP Riau. The joint patrols for inspecting marine and fishery resources are carried out in collaboration with DKP, Satpol PP, TNI AL, and Polair.

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan sanksi pidana hukuman mati di Indonesia yang tidak sesuai dengan dasar negara dan filosofi pemidanaan Indonesia sehingga perlu dibandingkan dengan negara Belanda. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa perbandingan penerapan sistem serta aturan hukuman mati di Indonesia dan Belanda. Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa hukuman mati diterapkan di Indonesia karena Indonesia merupakan bekas jajahan Belanda. Namun, penerapan hukuman mati tersebutbertentangan dengan asas konkordasi dan ICCPR, sehingga tidak layak untuk digunakan. Sedangkan di Belanda hukuman mati sudah tidak digunakan karena dalam pelaksanaannya terpidana selalu mendapat grasi dan pengampunan raja dan pada tahun 1870 hukuman mati dihapus untuk menghargai HAM.
