Introduction In all countries, the burden of mental disorders (MDs) spans the entire life course. Smartphones are currently widely used by families with a history of MD looking for the required mental health information. The use of digital media is an alternative to improving the ability of families to care for person with MD at home. Objectives This study aimed to explore the opportunity and the benefits of e-coaching as a method and media for empowering families of MD person. Methods This study was a qualitative study that recruited 21 participants. The mean age was 45.7 years old, male 42.9%, and female 47.1%. They were divided into four groups: families who have a family member with MD, nurses who provide mental health services, mental health cadres, and government elements in Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia. An in-depth interview was applied to collect data. Further, the data were analyzed using thematic content analysis using Colaizzi's frame. Results There were four themes related to the possibility of using e-coaching to empower families with a family member with MD: menus, needs, supporting factors, and hindering factors. The use of information technology can be used to improve the ability to take care of families, especially in treating MDs at home with the e-coaching application. Conclusions The findings show that developing e-coaching as a method and media is beneficial for person, families, and healthcare providers. In an effort to increase families’ capacity to treat MD at home, the findings of this study might be used to create an easy-to-use smartphone e-coaching application. Recommendation It is essential to establish e-coaching through a smartphone-based application in the Indonesian context. Additionally, to better treat MD person, nurses who provide mental health care should consider utilizing the mobile application.

Introduction: Patient safety incidents remain high in Indonesia and are a significant responsibility of nursing supervisors working in military hospitals. The purpose of this study was to explore the understanding and perception of nursing supervisors in implementing patient safety compliance in military hospitals. Methods: A descriptive qualitative approach was conducted with nursing supervisors at a military hospital through in-depth interviews. A total of 25 nursing supervisors from military hospitals participated in the interviews. The content analysis was employed to analyze the interview data. Results: Five themes were identified in this study: patient safety as our responsibility, implementation in practice, support in safety initiatives, barriers to safety goals, and tech-driven safety efficiency. Conclusions: The findings underscore that an in-depth understanding by nursing supervisors is critical to fostering appropriate behavior, particularly in achieving patient safety goals. Nursing supervisors articulated expectations for improvements in healthcare quality. As healthcare professionals, nursing supervisors must grasp the significance of a patient safety approach and be adept at executing it to enhance the quality of care, which will, in turn, lead to better healthcare outcomes.

Tujuan studi ini untuk mengeksplorasi strategi implementasi Diagnosis, Intervensi dan Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia terhadap perawat di Rumah sakit. Metode penelitian ini dengan pendekatan scoping review menggunakan kerangka Arksey dan O’Malley dengan kata kunci dalam pencarian artikel yaitu Nurse, Nurses, Nursing, Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards, Indonesian Nursing Intervention standards, Indonesian Nursing Outcomes Standards, Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Intervention Outcomes Standards, SDKI SLKI SIKI, Standard Nursing Language, Standard nursing terminology, Nursing terminology, Ward, Inpatient and Hospital. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 13 artikel yang menggambarkan strategi implementasi standar diagnosis, intervensi dan luaran keperawatan Indonesia terhadap perawat di rumah sakit yaitu Program edukasi, Diskusi studi kasus, Pendampingan menggunakan instrumen, Demonstrasi, Observasi, Inovasi dan Role Play. Simpulan implementasi Program edukasi, Diskusi studi kasus, Pendampingan menggunakan instrumen, Demonstrasi, Observasi, Inovasi dan Role Play dapat meningkatkan praktik keperawatan dan keselaamtan pasien dengan menggunakan standar keperawatan Indonesia di Rumah Sakit.

The purpose of implementing this community service is to provide information, knowledge, and equip teachers in arrange article ready scientific for published in journal scientific, grow atmosphere academic environment school so that could repair quality education and learning with to do activity study. The methods used in this activity include: (a) lectures or material delivery or information presentation for materials related to making scientific articles for publication, (b) questions and answers that provide opportunities for teachers to explore as much knowledge as possible about writing scientific articles, and (c) simulations to provide opportunities to practice the acquired training materials. The results of the implementation of community service can be felt by the community service team and participants. The training that has been carried out has gone well, smoothly in accordance with the goals to be achieved in this activity, and is very satisfying. The YPPD Vocational School teachers gain knowledge and experience sharing about techniques for writing scientific articles and publications to journals and also expect there will be assistance from FE UNJ lecturers in making articles so that they can be published in scientific journals. This is a good response from the training participants with training in the preparation of scientific article publications for SMK teachers.

The progress of ICT is closely related to teaching and learning activities in an educational institution. Coupled with the distance learning situation, the learning process must be interactive and attract students' interest in learning. To improve the quality of learning, lecturers need to present an innovative and interesting learning media. This community service activity is held to develop the ability of lecturers in teaching through Prezi and Canva media training. The activity was held by virtual zoom and was attended by 48 lecturers from Musi Rawas University, Malikussaleh University and STIEBI Prana Putra. This study uses qualitative methods to observe the object naturally. Participants' performance will be evaluated by pre- and post-tests. The post-test results show an increase in lecturers' skills in mastering Prezi and Canva media. The results of the satisfaction survey also showed that all participants were satisfied with this activity and expected similar activities to be held regularly.

The quality of hospital services depends on the quality of nursing care provided to patients, Nurses are a large fleet in hospitals both in terms of number and hours of service because nurses are 24 hours with patients. Patient satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of care that has been provided to patients, which until now has become the focus of attention for every health service to further enhance the role and function of nurses in improving the quality of care. The aim is to identify the effect of the implementation of Nursing Rounds on patient satisfaction—systematic review using electronic databases identified from Pubmed, EBSCOhost and Google Scholar. Search using keywords, namely nurse, Nursing rounds, hourly rounds and patient satisfaction. The search results contained seven articles that were filtered from 2017-2021 which showed that Nursing rounds could increase patient satisfaction, improve patient safety, and prevent extravasation of infusion fluids. Nursing rounds can also be done together with other professions. Nursing Rounds activities carried out by nurses in a measured and planned manner can increase patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is greatly influenced by the role of nurses in carrying out nursing rounds for patients.

This study aims to overcome the low level of critical thinking skills among students in the class 11th Social Science at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya, specifically in Economics. The study used the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model assisted by Wordwall media as an X variable. The research design is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group. The T-test analysis findings show the following: (1) There is an improvement in critical thinking abilities in the experimental group, with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. (2) There is also an improvement in critical thinking skills in the control group, with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. (3) With a sig value (2-tailed) of 0,199 > 0,05, there is no difference in critical thinking skills improvement between the experimental and control groups. As a result, it can be stated that employing the Think Talk Write (TTW) model assisted by Wordwall media has a considerable influence on strengthening students’ critical thinking abilities.

Textbooks used in schools today are available in both print and digital versions. The use of the digital version is not much different from the printed version, which is accessed page by page. The more technology develops, the more learning facilities and infrastructure are developed. Currently the availability of interactive technology that allows students and books to interact with each other. Interactive books can be designed to respond to student activities as a teacher responds to students. The purpose of this study was to develop interactive media on number material for class VII students with a drill and practice approach. The content of teaching materials has wetland content, including information on fruits, fish and handicrafts. This interactive media was developed using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Scratch, Mathjax, JSON, and Firebase technologies. The learning approach uses the drill and practice method. This interactive media was tested to organize online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the study, it was found that student learning outcomes showed the overall average score was above the KKM of the subjects, namely the average value of learning outcomes was 75.80 from the KKM of 75.00. The results of teacher and student responses showed a positive response to the developed interactive media.

Shock waves interacting with turbulent boundary layers on wings can result first in self-sustained flow unsteadiness and eventually in structural vibration. Due to its importance to modern wing design and aircraft certification, the transonic flow physics continue to be investigated intensively. Herein we focus the discussion on three main aspects. First, we assess a practical implementation of an iterative resolvent algorithm in the linear harmonic incarnation of an industrial computational fluid dynamics code for computing optimal forcing and response modes. This heavily relies on the efficient solution of large sparse linear systems of equations. Second, we showcase its application as a predictive tool to detect transonic buffet flow unsteadiness, well before a global stability analysis can first identify its dynamics through weakly damped eigenmodes, using the NASA common research model at wind-tunnel conditions. Third, we discuss its ability to uncover modal physics, not identifiable through global stability analysis, revealing higher-frequency wake and wingtip vortex modes while shedding some light on the elusive finite wing equivalent of the aerofoil buffet mode. We demonstrate that earlier computational limitations of resolvent analysis, when solving the truncated singular value decomposition using matrix-forming methods with direct matrix factorisation, have been overcome ready for industrial use.

The training is part of the community service activities of the lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Workshop is to educate and train teachers or prospective teachers to make teaching materials that are certainly interesting for students. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, where everyone is encouraged to work or distance learning, all teachers must also teach students remotely. In addition, this training is also to prepare teachers to continue to adapt to the times because it is possible that learning and teaching activities will be carried out online and offline in the future.

IntroductionNurses are on the front line and are at high risk of experiencing a mental health crisis during the pandemic due to the psychological impact and stigma. The aim of this study was to identify the role of psychological status and social stigma in anxiety, fear, depression, and mental health crises during the pandemic.Materials and MethodsA cross-sectional design during December 2020–August 2021. A total of 2,156 nurses who work in health facilities, either hospitals, or communities based on the criteria of nurses who interact directly with COVID-19 patients, work at least 3 months, age 20–54 years, are literate, have internet access, and have the ability to access the electronic form. The eligible participants filled in online questionnaires that were sent to them via WhatsApp. Data were analyzed using Spearman rho correlation test with statistically significant p value < 0.05.ResultsA total of 2,156 respondents responded to the questionnaire, and the response rate was 100%. The psychological status of nurses was 78.4% moderate, 18.5% experienced social stigma, 44.0% showed an anxiety response, 53.5% fear, 64.5% depression in the very severe category, and 63.5% fell into a mental health crisis. The results of the inferential analysis showed that all P < 0.05 which indicated that psychological status and social stigma had a significant relationship with anxiety, fear, depression, and mental health crisis in nurses.ConclusionThe psychological status and social stigma experienced by nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic indicate a bad situation and lead to a mental health emergency crisis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet petanque kabupaten Pekalongan pada tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deksriptif kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet petanque kabupaten Pekalongan yang berjumlah 16 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian dilakukan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa tes lari 2,4 km. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet petanque kabupaten Pekalongan berkategori sangat kurang sebanyak 6 orang (37.5%), berkategori kurang sebanyak 3 orang (18.75%). Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet petanque kabupaten Pekalongan berkategori sedang sebanyak 5 orang (31.25%), dan berkategori baik sebanyak 2 orang (12.5%). Disimpulkan bahwa lebih dari 56.25% atlet petanque kabupaten Pekalongan memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang kurang baik.

Background: Adolescents require life skills and individual and interpersonal abilities to grow into adults with a healthy lifestyle. Although the majority of the literature indicates that life skills increase teenagers’ cognitive, social, and emotional abilities, there is a lack of data correlating life skills to sexual risk behaviors. Objective: This study aimed to examine the relationship between life skills and sexual risk behaviors among adolescents aged 15–19 in Bandung, Indonesia. Methods: This study was conducted using a cross-sectional survey of 480 adolescents from April to May 2021. A representative sample was drawn from the students aged 15–19 years. The participants were selected using simple random sampling generated by computer software. Life Skill Training Questionnaire High School (LSTQ-HS) and sexual risk behaviors instruments were used for data collection, and logistic regression was used for data analysis. Results: From a total of 480 respondents, about 23.3% had masturbation experience, 25.8% had petting experience, 8.3% had sexual intercourse, 5% had sex before 18 years of age, and 4.2% had oral sex experience. Sexual risky behaviors were associated with unfavorable refusal skill (AOR = 6.46, 95% CI = 2.37, 17.53), assertiveness skill (AOR = 3.51, 95% CI = 1.32, 4.33), problem-solving skill (AOR = 5.35, 95% CI = 2.88, 11.39), and self-control skill (AOR = 7.31, 95% CI = 2.79, 17.24). Conclusion: Life skills are important protective aspects for those who engage in sexually risky behavior. Considering the study findings, tailored life skills programs are critical for adolescent wellbeing and risk reduction. Nurses who take a proactive role in providing sexual and reproductive health services may provide more accurate information and provide early screening and assessment for sexual and reproductive behavior to reduce risky sexual behavior among adolescents. Schools are also encouraged to work with local health departments to conduct sexual education counseling programs.

The target audience is high school / vocational teachers of Amal Mulia Education Foundation, Bogor. This training was carried out in several materials, among others, What was the study of class action? Learning models that can be developed in classroom action research, differences in classroom action research with formal research, the initial steps of classroom action research, classroom action research procedures, systematics of classroom action research proposals and examples of classroom action research. From the results during the training, the participants' enthusiasm took place so that it walked live, and the products of PTK titles produced from each participant were then compiled.

This research aims to examine the effect of Regional Original Income, General Allocation Funds, and Specific Allocation Funds for Capital Expenditures both partially and simultaneously. The subjects in this study were Regency/ City Regional Governments in Central Java Province. This research used a sample of 32 regencies/ cities in Central Java originating from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) Report from 2014-2016 obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using t-statistics and F-statistics and coefficient of determination. The results of the research provide information that Regional Original Income and General Allocation Funds have an effect on Capital Expenditures, while Special Allocation Funds do not affect Capital Expenditures.

We study the Reynolds-number scaling and the geometric self-similarity of a gain-based, low-rank approximation to turbulent channel flows, determined by the resolvent formulation of McKeon & Sharma (J. Fluid Mech., vol. 658, 2010, pp. 336–382), in order to obtain a description of the streamwise turbulence intensity from direct consideration of the Navier–Stokes equations. Under this formulation, the velocity field is decomposed into propagating waves (with single streamwise and spanwise wavelengths and wave speed) whose wall-normal shapes are determined from the principal singular function of the corresponding resolvent operator. Using the accepted scalings of the mean velocity in wall-bounded turbulent flows, we establish that the resolvent operator admits three classes of wave parameters that induce universal behaviour with Reynolds number in the low-rank model, and which are consistent with scalings proposed throughout the wall turbulence literature. In addition, it is shown that a necessary condition for geometrically self-similar resolvent modes is the presence of a logarithmic turbulent mean velocity. Under the practical assumption that the mean velocity consists of a logarithmic region, we identify the scalings that constitute hierarchies of self-similar modes that are parameterized by the critical wall-normal location where the speed of the mode equals the local turbulent mean velocity. For the rank-1 model subject to broadband forcing, the integrated streamwise energy density takes a universal form which is consistent with the dominant near-wall turbulent motions. When the shape of the forcing is optimized to enforce matching with results from direct numerical simulations at low turbulent Reynolds numbers, further similarity appears. Representation of these weight functions using similarity laws enables prediction of the Reynolds number and wall-normal variations of the streamwise energy intensity at high Reynolds numbers (${Re}_{\tau } \approx 1{0}^{3} {\unicode{x2013}} 1{0}^{10} $). The purpose of this research was to study the significant effect of Managerial Ownership and Dividend Policy to Debt Policy The Non-Financial sector on Listed Companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015. The method used is quantitative descriptive survey method with a descriptive and statistical analysis and regression approach. The research using the secondary data obtained from the reference center Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. Variable X as the independent variable is Managerial Ownership in measured by Managerial Ownership Ratio (MOWN) and Dividend Policy in measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Meanwhile variable Y is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The sampling technique was conducted by random sampling. The attainable population in this research were all manufacture companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and the sample used by the computation Isaac Michael is 47 companies.The simple linier regression and resulted Ŷ=0,780+0,018X1+0,122X2. The result of this research concluded that Managerial Ownership has not affect the Debt Policy where Thitung of Managerial Ownership is 0,625 smaller than Ttabel amounted to 2,000 and Dividend Policy in has positive and significant effect the Debt Policy where Thitung of Dividend Policy is 2,192 and Ttabel amounted to 2,000. In simultan. The Influence Between Managerial Ownership and Dividend Policy with Debt Policy is not significantly related. This study aims to find out how to develop media ice breaker talking pen and media feasibility on the subjects of PAI. The research method used is Borg and Gall development model which includes requirement analysis, validation test, and test phase. The result of this development research is ice breaker talking pen media product which consists of command card and music developed through data collection, planning, product development, and validation and testing. Based on the validation results obtained the average score of the material experts of 4.75 (very good), and from the media experts of 3.78 (good), and the results of student responses about this media amounted to 4.39 or very good category. Therefore the ice breaker talking media on the eyes of learning PAI class X is declared eligible for use with very good category. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini adalah produk media ice breaker talking pen yang terdiri dari kartu perintah dan musik yang dikembangkan melalui tahap pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan produk, serta validasi dan uji coba. Berdasarkan pada hasil validasi didapat skor rata-rata dari ahli materi sebesar 4,75 (sangat baik), dan dari ahli media sebesar 3,78 (baik). Serta hasil dari tanggapan siswa mengenai media ini sebesar 4,39 atau kategori sangat baik. Maka dari itu media ice breaker talking pen pada mata pelajaran PAI kelas X dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dengan kategori sangat baik. Guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang bertujuan mencapai kompetensi sesuai profil kemampuan tamatan pada Kurikulum 2013 diperlukan kemampuan guru untuk dapat mengembangkan secara tepat. Dengan pendekatan scientific diharapkan siswa dapat menguasai kompetensi-kompetensi secara utuh, sesuai dengan kecepatan belajarnya serta penyediaan bahan ajar modul yang disusun dan di rancang agar siswa lebih aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tersebut. Metode kegiatan di lakukan dengan ceramah, panel, diskusi kelompok dan praktek untuk merancang dan menyusun pengembangan bahan ajar modul sebagai sumber pembelajaran dengan pendekatan scientific serta dengan media yang menarik dan interaktif.

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in early 2020 around the world has implications for Indonesia’s education sector. This pandemic led to the Indonesian government policy to study from home at all academic levels using a distance learning approach. Studies on e-learning preparedness in Indonesia involving more comprehensive samples of universities during the pandemic are still limited. This study extended samples from several public and private universities in Indonesia to get a broader picture of e-learning readiness in various faculties with diverse university online learning cultures. This study used Rasch analysis to determine the validity and reliability of the instrument and differential item functioning (DIF) analysis to identify responses based on students’ demographic profiles. The results show that most students were ready to study online, but a few were not ready. Moreover, the results show significant differences in students’ e-learning readiness based on the academic year at university, the field of study, the level of organizational e-learning culture of the university, gender, and region. This work provides an insight into student readiness to study online, especially in higher education in Indonesia. The article presents the implications of online learning practices in universities and recommendations for future e-learning research.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CAR(CAR) dan Non-Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Bank Umum Konvensional Periode 2013 – 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu dengan mengambil data dari laporan tahunan masing-masing website bank umum konvensional. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Konvensional yang berjumlah 43 bank dengan sampel 39 bank. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara CAR(CAR) dengan Kinerja Keuangan, sedangkannon-performing loan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara CARdan Non-Performing Loan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.

This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data about The Relationship Between The Perception of the Tax Penalty and Tax Compliance on Taxpayer Land and Building Tax at Duri Pulo Villages Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method with correlational approach. This research was conducted on February to December 2014. The population in this research were all taxpayer. Affordable population in this research were taxpayer land and building tax, amount to 71 persons. Total of samples used were 58 persons research. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. The result from this study partial and simultaneous testing of consciousness there significantly influence to tax penalty and Tax Compliance on Taxpayer Land and Building Tax.

This research using the secondary data obtained from the reference center Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012, Elektronik Bursa and IPOT Indonesia. Variable X as the independent variabel is Earning Per Share and Proceed. Meanwhile variable Y isInitial Return. The sampling technique was conducted by random sampling. The attainable population in this research were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange conducting IPO in 2010-2013 and the sample used by the table Isaac and Michael is 78 companies. The multiple linier regression and resulted Ŷ = 0.296 – 0.001X1 – 8.550X2. The result of this research concluded that Earning Per Share has negative significant where Thitung of Earning Per Share is -2.782 greater than Ttabel amounted to -1.665 and Proceed has negative and significant effect on Proceed where Thitung is -2.402 and Ttabel amounted to -1.665. In Simultan, The Influence Between Earning Per Share and Proceed with Initial Return is significantly related. The ability of Earning Per Share and Proceed explain Initial Return is 37,5%.

Merokok merupakan suatu kebiasaan yang merugikan bagi kesehatan dan jembatan ke penyalahgunaan napza. Rokok diketahui banyak mengandung racun/bahan kimia berbahaya yang dapat menimbulkan berbagai penyakit seperti penyakit jantung, stroke, dan kanker. Menurut WHO (2009) saat ini Indonesia masih menjadi negara ketiga dengan perokok aktif terbanyak di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku merokok pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat. Jenis penelitan ini adalah explanatory study dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Total populasinya adalah 2616 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 347 orang dipilih dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. Analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square dan analisis multivariat dengan regresi logistik metode enter. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan (p 2 menjadikan hasil analisis ini sah untuk diintepretasikan dalam analisis pengaruh bersama-sama (multivariat).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara conscientiousness dengan kinerja pada guru SMK Negeri di Jakarta Pusat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala conscientiousness dan skala kinerja guru berupa DP3. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara Simple Random Sampling. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di kelas akuntansi SMK Negeri Jakarta Pusat yang berjumlah 65 guru dan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel Isacc dan Michael adalah 55 guru. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ŷ = 518.38 + 0.36X. Dari persamaan tersebut, dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis dengan uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors didapat Lo < Lt (0,1054< 0,1194). Hal itu berarti data berdistribusi normal. Pada uji kelinieran regresi didapat hasil Fh < Ft (-1.04< 1.91) yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa model regresi berbentuk linier. Sedangkan untuk uji keberartian didapat Fh > Ft (19.13>4.02) yang menandakan bahwa persamaan regresi signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan product moment dari Pearson diperoleh nilai rxy = 0,5149. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif antara conscientiousness dengan kinerja. Dari perhitungan uji-t didapat thitung> ttabel, yaitu 4.46 > 1.67 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara conscientiousness dengan kinerja pada guru SMK Negeri di Jakarta Pusat

One of the outstanding problems in the dynamical systems approach to turbulence is to find a sufficient number of invariant solutions to characterize the underlying dynamics of turbulence [Annu. Rev. Fluid Mech. 44, 203 (2012)]. As a practical matter, the solutions can be difficult to find. To improve this situation, we show how to find periodic orbits and equilibria in plane Couette flow by projecting pseudorecurrent segments of turbulent trajectories onto the left-singular vectors of the Navier-Stokes equations linearized about the relevant mean flow (resolvent modes). The projections are, subsequently, used to initiate Newton-Krylov-hookstep searches, and new (relative) periodic orbits and equilibria are discovered. We call the process project-then-search and validate the process by first applying it to previously known fixed point and periodic solutions. Along the way, we find new branches of equilibria, which include bifurcations from previously known branches, and new periodic orbits that closely shadow turbulent trajectories in state space. Infection of tomato by Begomovirus is known to cause serious disease and yield losses. Samples of tomato plants showing typical symptoms of begomovirus infection were collected from eight locations in Java and Sumatra. Amplification of a putative AV1 gene was performed using AV1 specific primers for Geminivirus, total nucleic acid isolated from tomato samples exhibiting leaf curl disease as the template, and the PCR technique. Direct sequencing of PCR product was carried out, followed by nucleotide and predicted amino acid sequence analysis using the BLAST program. Positive results were obtained, the PCR amplification proved that diseased tomato samples collected from eight locations in Java and Sumatra were infected with Begomovirus. When nucleic acid and amino acid sequences of the eight isolates were compared to other begomovirus’s sequences present in the GenBank it was found that the isolates determined in this research were Indonesian isolates of AYVV. Further phylogenetic analysis of eight Begomovirus isolates identified in this study indicated they belonged into two different clades. Results of this research also suggest that the existence of Begomovirus genetic diversity in various regions in Indonesia needs further investigation. Moreover, the prevalence of distinct Begomovirus species or isolates also need investigation.

We report that many exact invariant solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations for both pipe and channel flows are well represented by just a few modes of the model of McKeon and Sharma [J. Fluid Mech. 658, 336 (2010)]. This model provides modes that act as a basis to decompose the velocity field, ordered by their amplitude of response to forcing arising from the interaction between scales. The model was originally derived from the Navier-Stokes equations to represent turbulent flows and has been used to explain coherent structure and to predict turbulent statistics.
