目的 探讨在病理学实验教学中实施同伴辅导教学的方法和效果。 方法 在该校五年制高职护理专业二年级11个班中随机抽取4个班级，2个班为试验组，在病理学实验课中采用同伴辅导教学方法；另2个班为对照组，采用以教师讲授为主的传统教学方法。学期结束时，比较两组学生的实验操作能力及实验报告完成情况，并用自设问卷调查学生对教学效果的评价。 结果 试验组学生各项操作成绩、对教学效果的评价均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05或0.01）。 结论 在病理学实验教学中，采取同伴辅导辅助教学方法可以较好地达到教学目标，培养学生团结合作的精神，提高学生多方面的能力。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
