The diurnal variability of total electron content (TEC) in midlatitude summer nighttime anomaly (MSNA) region varies seasonally. Whether the characteristics of MSNA can be effectively described is one of the key indicators to test the accuracy of ionospheric empirical TEC model. A new ionospheric empirical TEC model named SSM ‐T2 (single station model type2) is proposed for MSNA anomalies. The effective‐ ness of the model is verified by an example of ohi3 located in the Antarctic Peninsula in the MSNA region. The SSM ‐T2 model consists of three parts: The diurnal variation component of TEC, the seasonal varia‐ tion component and the solar activity component. The coefficients in the model are obtained by least square fitting. At the ohi3 station in the Antarctic Peninsula, test results of the model fitting show that the SSM ‐ T2 ‐ ohi3 model fits well with the modeling data GPS ‐TEC, and describes the MSNA phenomenon well. By comparing and analyzing the models, it is found that SSM ‐T2‐ ohi3 is in good agreement with CODE GIMs （Center for Orbit Determination in Europe, Global Ionosphere Maps） and SSM ‐month models at extrapolated time points. A new Ag2CrO4/Ti3C2Tx composite was prepared by simple precipitation method for the first time, and the two energy-level matched semiconductors were designed to form a heterojunction. The materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, EIS and DRS. The results showed that the pure Ti3C2Tx prepared by HF etching was accordion layered structure, and the polyhedral Ag2CrO4 nanoparticles were firmly adhered to the surface of Ti3C2Tx. The photocatalytic activity under visible light was studied. The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of the composite was the highest when the content of Ti3C2Tx was 0.4 wt%, which was 1.9 times that of pure Ag2CrO4. After repeated photocatalytic experiments, Ag2CrO4/Ti3C2Tx showed great stability. ESR and reactive specie trapping experiments showed that superoxide radicals and holes were the main active species. Objective To investigate the clinical application value of liquid based cytology（LBC） in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant hydrothorax and ascites．Methods　Nine hundreds and forty-seven cases of hydrothorax and ascites samples， including 752 cases of hydrothorax and 195 cases of ascites， were collected. Liquid based cytology（LBC） test and conventional cytology（CC）test were performed to differentially diagnose benign and malignant hydrothorax and ascites， and the difference in the quality and satisfaction of cell slide preparation and the diagnostic results were compared between the two cytology tests．Results（1） Cell slide prepared with CC: the positive cells were few and scattered and had more overlap， the cell distribution was thick and uneven， the background was not clear and often interfered by red blood cells and inflammatory exudate. Cell slide prepared with LBC: the positive cells were more and concentrated and had no overlap， the cell distribution was uniform and in monolayer， the background was clean and clear. The satisfaction rate of slide preparation with CC and LBC was 86.5% and 95.2%， respectively（P＜0.05）. （2）In the total 947 cases of hydrothorax and ascites，the positive rate（27.2%）of LBC test was a little higher than CC test（27.2% vs. 24.6%），but the difference had no statistical significance（P＞0.05）. Conclusion　Liquid based cytology is better than conventional cytology in the quality and satisfaction of the cell slide preparation of hydrothorax and ascites samples， and has a little higher positive diagnostic rate of malignant hydrothorax and ascites. Objective To explore influence of sequential feeding two kinds of high-fat diets on the body weight and blood lipids of rats．Methods 30 SD rats （male） were randomly divided into two groups: control group and study group （n＝15 in each group） . Rats in the study group were given sequential feeding two kinds of high-fat diets （high-fat diet A for 1-7 week and high-fat diet B for 8-16 week） on the basis of intraperitoneal injection of VD3 （750 000 U/kg） . Rats in the control group were only given the the basal diet. The body weight of rats were recorded once every week and the blood lipids （TC，TG，LDL-C and HDL-C） were tested every two weeks． Results The body weights of rats in the control group increased continuously during this study. The body weights of rats in the study group increased in the first 2 weeks，decreased continuously from the 3rd week to the 7th week， then increased continuously from the the 8th week after changing high-fat diet A with B. There were statistically significant differences in the body weights between the two groups at different time points except before study and the 16th week after study （ ＜0.05） . The blood lipids levels of rats in the control group were stable during the study. In the control group， the srum levels of TC， HDL-C and LDL-C of rats increased firstly and then decreased， and reached the peak values on the 6th and 4th week， respectively; the srum levels of TG had no significant change in the first 6 weeks， and gradually increased from the 8th week after changing high-fat diet A with B， and were significantly higher than those in the control group （ ＜0.05） ．Conclusion Sequential feeding two kinds of high-fat diets may accelerate the establishment of rat model of atherosclerosis [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
