Objective To investigate the demands of clinical teaching and perception of the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice among nursing undergraduates at school, and provide reference for establishment of a systematic teaching management system and improve the quality of clinical teaching. Methods Totally 161nursing undergraduates at school were recruited by a convenience sampling method, and an open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the nursing undergraduates’ demands of clinical teaching. Results The top-ranked demand for clinical teaching was the combination of theoretic knowledge and clinical practice (91. 93%), followed by the diversified teaching methods including video-assisted and real case teaching (85. 71%) and developing students' interest in clinical work(81. 99%). Most of students were satisfied with clinical teaching. Conclusion Clinical teachers should help students build clinical thinking ability by adopting the teaching method combining theory with practice. Clinical teachers should help students build conference and establish identity and self-worth in clinical practice. Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Chinese herbal medicine Shuanghuangdan dressing combined with silver ion dressing change in improving the healing of diabetic foot wounds. Methods Totally 45 patients with diabetic foot wounds were randomly divided into three groups: Shuanghuangdan group (n=15), silver ion group(n=15) and combined treatment group (n=15). Based on the symptomatic treatment, dressing change with different dressing materials was performed. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome integral and wound healing condition were evaluated and compared between three groups. Results The combined treatment group demonstrated the smallest wound remaining after a four-week intervention, and there was a significant different between combined treatment group and Shuanghuangdan group in wound remaining(P＜0. 05). The VEGF level in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the Shuanghuangdan group and silver ion group, respectively (P＜0. 05). The TCM syndrome integral in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the Shuanghuangdan group and silver ion group, respectively (P＜0. 05). Conclusion By promoting growth of granulation tissue and blood capillary, Chinese herbal medicine dressing combined with silver ion dressing change shows a positive effect in relief of inflammation and healing of diabetic foot wounds. It is a safe and effective treatment for patients with diabetic foot wounds (目的 观察中药制剂双黄丹敷料、银离子敷料联合换药促进糖尿病足创面愈合的临床疗效, 评价其有效性和安全性。方法 选择2021年3月—9月在贵州中医药大学第一附属医院就诊的糖尿病足患者45例, 按随机数字表法分组分为双黄丹组、银离子组和双黄丹联合银离子组(联合组), 各15例。在常规对症治疗的基础上, 三组分别给予自制中药双黄丹敷料换药、银离子敷料换药和中药双黄丹联合银离子敷料换药。比较三组中医证候积分, 评估创面愈合情况。结果 治疗后, 联合治疗组创面面积最低, 与双黄丹组比较, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。VEGF水平联合治疗组高于双黄丹组和银离子组, 中医证候积分联合治疗组低于双黄丹组和银离子组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 中药制剂双黄丹敷料联合银离子敷料换药能明显减轻患者的炎症反应, 促进肉芽组织和新生毛细血管生长, 促进伤口创面愈合, 且创面愈合效果明显优于单纯双黄丹敷料或银离子敷料换药。)

Objective To observe the curative effect of massage technique and acupoint application in treating constipation after stroke. Methods Totally 78 patients with acute constipation after cerebral infarction were selected, divided into control group, acupoint application group (Acupoint application group) and massage treatment group (massage group), among which 22 patients in control group, 31 patients in application group and 25 patients in massage group. The control group patients received integrative medicine treatment and nursing. On this basis, the massage group patients received acupoint massage technique; the Acupoint application group patients were given Traditional Chinese Medicine Shenque acupoint application. The defecation situation of the three groups was observed daily for 2 weeks, and the defecation frequency of the three groups was compared with the 7th and 14th day of treatment. Barthel Index was used to evaluate the activity of daily living of patients before discharge from hospital. This paper summarized the experience of wound care for a patient with diabetic foot of Wagner grade 3. Based on the clinical evaluation of illness condition and risk assessment, targeted nursing interventions on wound dressing, pain control, nutrition support and psychological care were carried out, in order to improve the recovery of diabetic foot ulcers. Diabetic foot disease is a common and serious complication for diabetes and is characterized with impaired angiogenesis. Nurses are the primary providers of prevention and early diagnosis of diabetes and its complications. This paper summarized the role of clinical nurse specialist in prevention of diabetic foot disease, diabetic foot care and prevention of diabetic foot wounds. In terms of nursing, nurses are responsible for the observation of change in foot soft tissue and skin sensitivity, as well as foot care, dressing and use of the new technologies. Objective To investigate the clinical value of energy spectrum CT single energy imaging and single energy + multi artifact reduction system (MARs) in removing artifacts around denture, and compare effects of different denture materials on image quality. Methods One hundred patients with denture implantation were scanned, including 30 cases of nichcr alloy, 30 cases of porcelain and 40 cases of glue bracket + stainless steel bracket. Under the same CT scanning parameters, energy spectrum imaging (GSI) was used to obtain mixed energy images (QC), single energy images of 70-140 keV and single energy+MARs images. At the level of the most serious denture artifact in each patient, two areas of interest (ROI) were defined: ROI1 selected at the head muscle without artifact in the same level and ROI2 selected the light-dark artifact area of soft tissue of tongue in the middle of the mouth with ROI of about 150-200 mm². The average noise (SD) and CT were measured respectively, and the artifact index (AI) was calculated. SD and AI were used as objective evaluation parameters. The image quality of mixed energy image, single energy image and single energy+MARs image were subjectively scored by two senior attending radiologists. Results The noise and artifact index of adjacent tissues of three materials, namely, nickel-chromium alloy, porcelain, glue holder + stainless steel holder, decreased with the increase of tube voltage, and it was significantly lower than QC above 90 keV, which was significantly lower than that of QC mixed energy image. The SD and AI of single energy+MARs images were significantly lower than those of single energy images with same parameters. The contrast of oral soft tissue decreased significantly with the increase of tube voltage. The contrast of oral soft tissue was the best at 110 keV+MARs, and the subjective score was the highest. Comparing the best imaging parameters of three kinds of dentures, namely, nichcr alloy, porcelain plate, glue plate+stainless steel plate, SD and AI of porcelain base were the smallest. Conclusion Energy spectrum scanning combined with MARs technology can effectively reduce metal artifacts of nichcr alloy, adhesive bracket + stainless steel bracket and porcelain, and can be used as an effective method to remove artifacts of dental prosthesis. Objective To analyze the current occurrence and influencing factors of female sexual dysfunction (FSD) in young breast cancer patients during endocrine therapy. Methods A total of 189 young female breast cancer patients who underwent posto⁃perative adjuvant endocrine therapy in Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2021 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The general information questionnaire, female sexual function index scale (FSFI), body image scale for breast cancer patients (BIS), hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS), social science research solutions (SSRS) and the revised dyadic adjustment scale (RDAS) were collected and analyzed. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of FSD. Results Among 189 young female breast cancer patients, the incidence of FSD was 81.0% (153/189). Multivariable analysis showed that breast reconstruction reduced the risk of FSD, compared with mastectomy (OR=0.243, 95%CI: 0.076-0.779, P=0.017). Postoperative BIS score≥8 was a protective factor for FSD (OR=0.176, 95%CI: 0.059-0.526, P=0.002). Previous chemotherapy (OR=5.250, 95%CI: 2.065-13.347, P<0.001) and anxiety (OR=6.348, 95%CI: 1.985-20.299, P=0.002) were independent risk factors for FSD. Conclusions Young female breast cancer patients have a higher incidence of FSD during endocrine therapy, especially in the patients who have been treated with chemotherapy, have anxiety disorders and poor body image.
