Cancer-related fatigue is a severe form of fatigue among people with cancer, influencing the treatment outcome and quality of life of the patient. This paper reviewed the studies about cancer-related fatigue and related systematic nursing interventions, and provided evidence for establishment of systematic nursing model suited to national circumstances. Combination of peginterferon-alpha (PEG-IFN) and ribavirin (RBV) therapy is the current standard of care for chronic hepatitis C. This paper reviewed the studies of drug-related adverse reactions in hepatitis C patients who received PEG-IFN and RBV therapy, in order to increase awareness of medical staff and patients on drug-related adverse reactions, and provide reference for implementation of comprehensive interventions. Objective To explore the application of diversified prevention and nursing of osteoporosis for male schizophrenia patients in long-term hospitalization. Methods Totally 66 male schizophrenia patients with long-term hospitalization were enrolled as research objects. A two-year follow-up of the diversified prevention and nursing of osteoporosis was carried out. The changes in bone mineral density were measured before and after intervention. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was used to assess the severity of psychiatric symptoms, and Scale of Social Skills for Psychiatric Inpatients (SSPI) was used to evaluate the daily living skills and social function of patients. Results An increase in bone mineral density was observed after intervention (0. 88±0. 15 g/cm2 vs. 0. 93±0. 18 g/cm2 , P＜0. 05). The scores of positive symptom, negative symptom and general psychiatric symptom after intervention were higher than those before intervention (P＜0. 01). The scores of ability of daily living, dynamic and communicative situation, and social activity skills were higher than those before intervention(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Osteoporosis or osteopenia in male schizophrenia patients with long-term hospitalization should not be ignored. Implementation of a diversified prevention and nursing strategy can increase the bone mineral density, relieve the psychiatric symptoms and improve the daily living skills and social function of patients. (目的 探讨多元化骨质疏松预防护理在长期住院男性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取66名长期住院男性精神分裂症患者为研究对象, 实施多元化骨质疏松预防护理, 干预时间为2年。检测并记录干预前后患者的骨密度数据变化, 采用精神分裂症阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估患者精神症状的严重程度; 采用住院精神患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评估生活能力和社会功能。结果 实施护理干预后患者骨密度值为(0. 93±0. 18)g/cm2, 高于实施护理干预前的(0. 88±0. 15)g/cm2, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 患者PANSS量表评分中阳性症状、阴性症状和一般精神病理量表评分均较干预前下降, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01); 患者SSPI量表评分中日常生活能力、动性和交往情况和社会性活动技能评分均较干预前上升, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 长期住院男性精神分裂症患者的骨质疏松或骨量减少问题不容忽视。通过对其实施多元化骨质疏松预防护理, 可明显促进其骨密度增加, 改善患者精神症状的严重程度, 提高生活能力和社会功能。)

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing based on Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA) cycle in prevention of falls in long-stay senile psychiatric patients. Methods Totally 140 senile psychiatric patients with hospital stay more than one year were included as the control group. After implementation of predictive nursing based on PDCA cycle, another 140 senile psychiatric patients with hospital stay more than one year were recruited as the observation group. To compare the incidence of falls and related nursing quality scales between two groups. Results Two cases in the observation group were lost to follow-up. There were 8 (5. 80%)cases of falls in the observation group and 20(14. 29%) cases of falls in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). The scores of nursing quality in aspects of management, implementation, equipment and environment, education and feedback were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The predictive nursing based on PDCA cycle is effective to reduce the risk of falls in long-stay senile psychiatric patients. In order to explore the ability of Australian tea tree tissue culture seedlings to tolerate low temperature and the response mechanism to low temperature stress, this paper determined the 3-month-old Australian tea tree group The process of low temperature treatment of seedlings and the recovery of the leaf chlorophyll (Chl), malondialdehyde (MDA), antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT), ascorbic acid Changes in acid (AsA), glutathione (GSH), soluble sugar (SS), soluble protein (SP), and free proline (Pro). The results show that: (1) －5 ℃ stress for 24 hours, the content of protective enzymes and antioxidants decreased significantly, and the content of MDA increased significantly. (2) At 0 ℃, AsA and GSH decreased first and then In contrast to CAT, SOD continued to increase. After 48 hours of stress, the activity of protective enzymes increased significantly, and the content of antioxidants decreased significantly. (3) 10 ℃ The SOD activity first decreased and then increased. After 48 hours of stress, the content of osmotic adjustment substances increased significantly. Therefore, the 3-month-old Australian tea plant tissue culture seedlings were at -5 ℃. Subject to lethal freezing damage, seedlings can respond to low temperature stress above 0 ℃ by activating the antioxidant system and quickly accumulating osmotic adjustment substances. However, there are some differences in the response mechanisms of the two low temperature stresses at 0 ℃. To explore long term preservation of Pinus massoniana seeds through cryopreservation technology, aseptic seeds of P. massoniana with different water contents(WC)(27.4%, 24.6%, 22.7%, 16.8%, 15.8%, 10.7%, 7.5%, 6.1%, 4.8%, 3.2%)were cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen. Our results showed that:(1)The germination of cryopreserved seeds increased when the seed WC elevated from 3.2% to 6.1%, reaching the highest rate of 91.33% at the optimum WC of 6.1%; However, seed germination decreased as WC further increased from 6.1% to 27.4%, in particular, with a rapid decline in germination of seeds with 15.8% or higher WC; There is a wide range of safe WC, within 3.2%-7.5%, the average germination rate reached above 80%.(2)In addition to WC, freezing and thawing methods also affected cryopreservation. Rapid freezing by directly immersing seeds into liquid nitrogen is better than pre-freezing at -20 °C prior to liquid nitrogen freezing; a slow air-thawing at room temperature gave a better germination result compared with a rapid thawing in a 42 °C water bath that caused seed episperm cracking.(3)The episperm also played an important role, which protected the seeds from the mechanical damage. The germination rates without episperm were significantly lower than those with episperm, and the abnormal seedlings were more observed when the episperms were removing.(4)At the optimum WC of 6.1%, cryopreserved seeds germinated better than those non-cryopreserved(control), indicating that cryopreservation may stimulate seed germination of P. massoniana. Collectively, our results showed that water content, freezing and thawing methods as well as the episperm structure can significantly affect cryopreservation of P. massoniana seeds; and the best method for cryopreservation of P. massoniana seeds is to directly freeze seeds with 6.1% WC using liquid nitrogen followed by a slow air-thawing at room temperature, by which the germination can reach above 90%. Objective To analyse the change of DNA methylation with 5-Azac injection in acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) mouse model, which received allogeneic bone marrow transplantation, and explore the immunomodulatory effects of 5-Azac. Methods Male C57BL/6 (H-2b）and female BALB/c (H-2d) mice were selected as donor and recipient of complete allotransplantation. BABL/c mice were divided into two groups, transplantation control group and 5-Azac experimental group. At 1-7, 14, 21 and 28-day after transplantion, 5-Azac 0.25 mg/kg (0.3 mL/time) was injected by tail vein in experimental group, while the control group were injected with sterile water 0.3 mL/time. Peripheral blood DNA samples were collected from three control mice and three experimental mice, then mixed with equal amount respectively. The MeDIPseq method was selected to detect methylation changes in mice, and the differential DNA methylation in the biological pathways was analyzed. Results The survival time was prolonged, and the rejection reaction was decreased in 5-Azac experimental group, which suggested immune hyporesponsiveness post aGVHD. The MeDIP-seq result showed that 369 different DNA methylation located in the promoter regions, including 239 up-regulated genes and 130 down-regulated genes. There were 184 differential DNA methylation genes located in the exon regions, including 113 up-regulated genes and 71 downregulated genes. Differential DNA methylation genes involved in 10 immunological signaling pathways, respectively. Among them, TGF-β, GSK-3β, SYK, PI3K, NFAT, CD28 and α4β7 were closely related to the development of aGVHD. 目的探讨他克莫司(FK506)对肝移植患者外周静脉血IL-2、IL-10基因表达的影响及意义。方法选择接受原位肝移植患者60例,均采用FK506+甲基强的松龙+吗替麦考酚酯三联用药治疗。肝移植术后第1、3周取外周血,检测血清ALT、AST及外周静脉血IL-2、IL-10基因表达。结果与肝移植术后1周比较,肝移植术后3周患者血清ALT水平明显降低(P<0.05),而血清AST水平变化不明显(P>0.05);肝移植术后3周外周静脉血IL-2基因表达明显降低(P<0.05),IL-10基因表达明显升高(P<0.01)。血清ALT水平与IL-2基因表达呈正相关,与IL-10基因表达呈负相关(P均<0.05);血清AST水平与IL-2、IL-10基因表达均无相关性(P均>0.05)。结论FK506可能通过影响外周静脉血IL-2、IL-10基因表达,从而抑制免疫排斥,诱导免疫耐受。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
