目的 探讨以问题为导向的教学法（problem-based learning，PBL）联合循证医学教学法（evidencebasedmedicine，EBM）在高级卒中中心进行住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。 方法 连续入组2019-2021年在神经内科高级卒中中心学习的60名规培住院医师，随机分为观察组和对照组各30名，观察组采用PBL+EBM教学法，对照组采用授课式教学法（lecture-based learning，LBL），以3个月为培训周期，培训后对2组进行理论及操作实践考核，比较教学效果，并对培训人员进行教学满意度的调查。 结果 观察组的理论测试成绩（83.66±5.12分 vs. 75.53±7.36分，P＜0.001）、临床操作实践测试成绩合格率（93.3% vs. 73.3%，P =0.040）以及教学满意度（76.6% vs. 40.0%，P =0.001）均高于对照组。 结论 PBL联合EBM教学法可提高高级卒中中心规范化培训的教学效果。 Abstract: Objective To explore the teaching results of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with evidence-based medicine (EBM) teaching method in standardized training for residents at advanced stroke center. Methods Sixty residents who studied at advanced stroke center from 2019 to 2021 were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. To ensure PV running at the optimal stale, and to reduce the operation cost of large - scale PV connected to grid, this paper established the model of PV array, discussed the characteristics of PV array, and proposed the improved voltage perturbation method, which can keep PV running stably at the optimal state. It is a method that at the same time adopts the coordinate control strategy, which uses power outer loop and current inner control, to realize the PV array optimal power output to grid. This paper analyzed the optimization problems of distribution generation (DG) in distribution network，proposed an index of active power loss，and established the mathematical multi - objective optimization planning model considering the cost of investment，the active loss of network and the quality of voltage. Meanwhile，the improved non - dominated sorting genetic algoritlim (NSGA - II ) was proposed to solve this model. In order to enhance the global search ability，the strategy of accumulative rank fitnes assignment was adopted in this paper. Finally，the model and algorithm were tested by IEEE 33 - node power system.
