在减震球型钢支座的基础上，提出了一种新型功能分离型自复位耗能支座，其减震耗能组件由耗能钢元件与钢板弹簧元件以类似系杆拱的形式组成。本文采取试验与数值模拟相结合的研究方法分析其减震机理和减震效果，设计进行了耗能元件的LYP100钢材材料性能试验、板簧元件的刚度性能试验，同时对减震耗能组件进行了拟静力加载试验和数值模拟研究。研究结果表明，LYP100钢材滞回曲线饱满，耗能性能优良；钢板弹簧在横向荷载作用下工作性能稳定，可以为减震耗能组件提供稳定的刚度；在工作过程中，板簧元件始终保持弹性状态，实现支座的自复位功能，耗能元件在加载初期就进入塑性状态，实现塑性耗能。

现行设计规范针对矩形钢管混凝土柱承载力提供了3种不同的计算方法，在实践中发现各种计算方法之间存在一定程度的偏差。分别使用3本规范提供的承载力计算方法并结合试验数据，对不同高宽比截面和套箍系数的矩形钢管混凝土柱的轴压强度承载力、轴压稳定承载力、强弱轴抗弯承载力以及强弱轴单向压弯承载力进行对比分析。对比结果表明：当截面高宽比大于2.0时，《钢管混凝土结构技术规范》（GB 50936—2014）得到的弱轴面内压弯承载力与试验值偏差较大；《矩形钢管混凝土结构技术规程》（CECS 159：2004）在构件长细比大于50时，弱轴面内压弯承载力计算值与试验值相比偏不安全；《组合结构设计规范》（JGJ 138—2016）在计算强轴压弯承载力时偏于保守。采用结构稳定理论重新推导出了新的矩形钢管混凝土柱单向压弯承载力计算公式。最后对3本规范公式的适用范围给出了建议，可为设计人员在实际工程中选择合适的规范提供参考。

A distinct layer of Ironic oolitic siltstone stratum is observed at the lower part of the Benxi Formation of the Middle Carboniferous in Liujiang Basin, exhibiting prominent lithological characteristics and consistent thickness within the region. According to the observation of rock thin sections and scanning electron microscopy, ironic oolites exhibit a diameter ranging from 0. 1 to 1. 0 mm, characterized by a ring structure with indistinct boundaries consisting of 3 to 5 layers enclosing fine quartz silt particles. According to the results of energy spectrum analysis, the oolite exhibits varying elemental compositions including Fe, Si, Al, O, K, C, and Ti in distinct regions. Through comprehensive analysis, it is determined that the predominant mineral constituents comprise limonite, hematite, quartz, and clay minerals. Through the analysis of trace elements, it is inferred that during the initial sedimentation of the Benxi Formation, the region was characterized by a relatively warm and semi-humid climate, a partially enclosed reducing environment bay, and brackish water conditions. After a prolonged period of weathering and erosion, the surface underwent deposition, resulting in a relatively enriched residual Fe element. Subsequently, through sedimentation and runoff processes, it was transported into the bay. The participation of organic carbon facilitated the formation of siderite (FeCO3) through its combination with Fe2O3. This resulted in the gradual deposition of siderite layers around suspended small quartz particles in the water body, which eventually settled on the seabed as particle concentration increased. Siderite undergoes diagenesis, leading to its instability and subsequent decomposition into Fe3O4. This process is further accompanied by oxidation, ultimately resulting in the transformation of siderite into limonite [FeO(OH)·H2O]. Additionally, under extremely arid and hot conditions during later stages, siderite readily oxidizes into hematite, thereby giving rise to the coexistence of limonite and hematite within irony ooids. Introduction of meta-aramid units into poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) allows regulation of its crystallization and processing properties, therefore, quantitation of the meta units in PPTA is of practical importance. In this paper, blends of PPTA with poly (m-phenylene isophthalamide) (PMIA) were prepared and analyzed by infrared and Raman spectroscopies. In the infrared spectra, it was found that the absorption band at 659 cm−1 attributed to C—H in-plane wagging vibration of the m-disubstituted benzene ring can be utilized for quantitative analysis of PMIA, the intensity of which exhibited good linear relationship with PMIA content, allowing detection of meta units of 2. 0% (mass percent) and above. In the Raman spectra of the blends, the breathing vibration of the meta-disubstituted benzene ring at 1002 cm−1 characteristic of PMIA was found to exhibit an intensity proportional to its content with excellent linear correlation, which enabled detection of meta units of a low content of 0. 25% (mass percent）. In conclusion, the Raman method is more accurate with a lower detection limit, and therefore is superior to the IR method for quantitation of meta units in para-aramids. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based on simulating the preparation of aged diet with excessive aflatoxin, the effects of aged diet on the feed-meat ratio, immune organ indexes and blood cell count of chicken, and the recovery effect of Lactobacillus sp. were studied. Thirty-six white Laihang Chicken were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, high-dose aflatoxin group, low-dose aflatoxin group, high-dose aflatoxin+Lactobacillus sp. group, the test period was 28 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, aflatoxin had a significant retardation effect on the daily weight gain of chicken. Compared with the control group, the feed-meat ratio in the low-dose aflatoxin group and high-dose aflatoxin group significantly increased. Adding Lactobacillus sp. had a significant improvement effect on the feed-meat ratio (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, aflatoxin had a significant retardation effect on the formation of chicken blood cells and the development of immune organs (P<0.05), resulting in the blocked synthesis of blood cells and delayed development of immune organs, while Lactobacillus sp. had some recovery effects on the formation of chicken blood cells and the development of immune organs. [Objective]The aims of this study are to analyze the characteristics of soil nutrients and biological properties of shrubbery in windy desert area, and to quantitatively assess soil quality of different sand-fixation shrubs, which is crucial for selecting the sand-fixation shrub species and guiding the ecological restoration. [Methods]The 5 sand-fixation shrub species (Nitraria tangutorum Bobr., Reaumuria songarica (Pall.) Maxim., Calligonum mongolicum Turcz., Ephedra przewalskii Stapf and Limonium aureum (L.) Hill.) in windy desert area of minqin were selected as the samples. The bare sandy land was set as the control, and the soil nutrient, microbial quantity and enzyme activity of 5 sand-fixation shrubs were measured and analyzed. At last the improving effects of 5 sand-fixation shrubs on soil quality were quantitatively evaluated by using principal component analysis and soil quality index. [Results] (1) For 5 sand-fixation shrubs, the contents of soil organic matter and nitrogen were low, phosphorus was deficient, potassium was high, and total salt concentration was too low. Compare with bare sandy land soil, the contents of soil organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, microbial quantity and enzyme activity increased. For different soil layers (0-20 cm, 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm), the soil nutrition contents of Reaumuria songarica (Pall.) Maxim, were the highest among all shrub species. The soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity varied among all sand-fixation shrubs. (2) With the increase of soil depth, soil nutrient content gradually decreased but no significant difference between the soil layers, and the changes of soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity were different. (3) There were close correlations among soil nutrients, salt, microorganism and enzyme activity, among which soil nutrients and microorganism achieved a very significant positive correlation (p＜0. 01) . (4) The improvement effect of different sand-fixation shrubs on soil quality varied in different soil layers. The sequence of 5 comprehensive scores were Reaumuria songarica (Pall.) The low cycle fatigue experiment of Ti65 titanium alloy manufactured by laser deposition was carried out at room temperature, and the low cycle fatigue performance of high and low power samples was compared. The results show that both high and low power samples show the characteristics of cycle softening, and the softening rate of the sample is constantly increasing with the increase of strain amplitude. The high power specimens have higher softening rates and fatigue life than the low power specimens at the same strain amplitude. The fatigue life was predicted by the damage evolution models and the prediction results were quite accurate, all within the 1. 5 fold dispersion band. Under low strain amplitude, the fatigue source of the low power specimen germinates from stomatai defects, the fatigue source of high power specimen germinates from surface cracks, and the crack initiation speed of the low power specimens is significantly faster than that of the high power specimens, and the fatigue life is lower. Under high strain amplitude, the specimen has multiple fatigue sources, and the fatigue life is significantly reduced. Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to study the effects of nitrogen addition, water change and their interaction on bacterial and fungal diversity and community composition of red soil in a modeling subtropical plantation, as well as their relationships with soil properties. The results showed that: soil bacterial diversity decreased with the decrease of water content, and the inhibition effect was enhanced by the addition of nitrogen. The Shannon index of soil fungi under medium water treatment was significantly higher than that under low water treatment. Nitrogen addition significantly decreased the relative abundance of Acidobacteria, while increased the relative abundance of Actinobacteria and Bacteroidetes. In the soil, the relative abundance of Acidobacteria and Bacteroidetes increased with the increase of soil water content, while Actinobacteria and Firmicutes were on the contrary. Drought intensified the inhibition effect of nitrogen addition on the relative abundance of Acidobacteria. Nitrogen addition and soil water interaction significantly affected the relative abundance of Cyanobacteria. But nitrogen addition, soil moisture and their interactions had no significant effects on soil fungal community composition. The results of redundancy analysis showed that the changes of soil bacterial community composition were significantly related to soil water content, pH, NO3 – -N content and TN, which accounted for 65.6%, 26.1%, 21.5% and 20.7% of the changes of soil bacterial community composition, respectively. These results suggest that nitrogen addition may alter the intensity and direction of the effects of drought on soil bacterial diversity and community composition. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
