The system calibration determines the position and orientation between the sensor and the navigation systems, such as boresight misalignment. Although there is much research about boresight calibration, there are not sufficient studies on the frequency of the calibration performance. The shortterm stability of boresight misalignment was investigated in previous studies, but long-term stability research could not be done. It is important to emphasize that long-term stability is still open to questions. In this study, an Ultracam Eagle digital aerial camera's data from 2012 to 2016 were analyzed and the question of how often calibration should be performed was investigated. Boresight misalignment does not remain constant on a yearly basis and should be calibrated every year before the flight season. It was observed that the boresight misalignment changed dramatically when the inertial measurement unit or camera was removed from the aircraft and sent to the manufacturer for factory calibration. Noise and an abnormal distributed-image histogram is the main challenge of using SAR data. From this point of view, this study's authors motivated the non-use of user-defined input parameters. To achieve this purpose, a fuzzy approach was proposed to extract shoreline from SENTINEL-1A data. The parameters in the processing of the SENTINEL-1A image were generated automatically with LIDAR-intensity-derived object-based segmentation results. The LIDAR-intensity image was segmented with the Mean-shift method. The corresponding result was used to estimate the input parameters for fuzzy clustering of the SENTINEL-1A image. Fuzzy segmentation was proposed, due to the expected large number of values regarding water and land classes except for the pixels along the shoreline. The memberships for land and water classes were separately computed. In the proposed approach, the results from LIDAR and SENTINEL-1A dataset are promising, with differences below 1 pixel (10 m) by evaluation with the used reference vector data. This study is aimed to investigate culturable airborne bacteria concentrations and the composition of methicillin-resistant staphylococci in eleven different locations on the basis of specific activities conducted within different parts of the European side of Istanbul. The highest bacterial levels were observed at the Bakirkoy station (1 100 CFU/m3) while the second highest levels were found at the Bahcelievler station (1 040 CFU/m3) in October; the lowest levels (10 CFU/m3) were measured at other different stations (Atakoy, Yesilkoy). Fifteen methicillin-resistant isolates [ Staphylococcus hominis (n=11), S. cohnii spp. cohnii (n=2), S. sciuri (n=1), S. capitis spp. capitis (n=1)] were identified. The disc diffusion method was used to identify the antimicrobial resistance of these isolates, it was observed that the most common resistance was to penicillin (P) (n=11), doxycycline (DO) (n=4) and tetracycline (T) (n=5). None of the isolates was resistant to imipenem, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, vancomycin (IPM, AMC, VA). However, multiple antimicrobial resistance was found to be 26.7%. The results of this study revealed the importance of isolated methicillin-resistant staphylococci in the stations with densely active human population and traffic, for public health. As a result, the importance of resting along known shorelines, where culturable airborne bacteria concentrations are much lower, and its importance for human health have been emphasized. Due to improvements on the technology, web-based Geographic Information Systems become an indispensable part of the projects. Because it provides accessibility, easy usage functions and effective sharing options, it can address to the public people, so the web based Geographic Information Systems are chosen for the purpose of solving techniques in presentation sections. Historic heritage sites of countries present very much emphasis for various ways e.g., tourism, publicity of country, economical gains supply. Because of having lots of historical heritage, Turkey takes part of these lucky countries. Not only having historical heritage is important, but also it is very important to protect and revitalization of these sites. For this purpose, UNESCO takes important historical sites into world historical heritage list for the aim of helping world countries. In our country, nine historical areas are under protection of UNESCO and one of these is Safranbolu historical city. The aim of this study is to design a web based information system for the historical structures in city of Safranbolu.
