Based on the construction of the wild practical bases located in Tianmu Mountain, Qiandao Lake and Zhujiajian, this paper illuminates that wild practice is the important part of biology teaching and the important way to develop the scientific literacy and capacity of students. Seeting up field biology courses and increasing scientific questions for exploring are discoursed to be the useful teaching methods to develop the scientific literacy and innovation of students. Various detailed means are also explored, such as the biological bases open to the whole country for practice, cooperating with world-class universities and Taiwan universities to set up field biology courses, as well as the course practice and research practice aiming at different scientific propositions.
