Air pollution is a growing problem and poses a challenge to people's healthy lives. Accurate prediction of air pollutant concentrations is considered the key to air pollution warning and management. In this paper, a novel PM2.5 concentration prediction model, CBAM-CNN-Bi LSTM, is constructed by deep learning techniques based on the principles related to spatial big data. This model consists of the convolutional block attention module (CBAM), the convolutional neural network (CNN), and the bi-directional long short-term memory neural network (Bi LSTM). CBAM is applied to the extraction of feature relationships between pollutant data and meteorological data and assists in deeply obtaining the spatial distribution characteristics of PM2.5 concentrations. As the output layer, Bi LSTM obtains the variation pattern of PM2.5 concentrations from spatial data, overcomes the problem of long-term dependence on PM2.5 concentrations, and achieves the task of accurately forecasting PM2.5 concentrations at multiple sites. Based on real datasets, we perform an experimental evaluation and the results show that, in comparison to other models, CBAM-CNN-Bi LSTM improves the accuracy of PM2.5 concentration prediction. For the prediction tasks from 1 to 12 h, our proposed prediction model performs well. For the 13 to 48 h prediction task, the CBAM-CNN-Bi LSTM also achieves satisfactory results. This article focuses on the study of intelligent art resulting from the fusion growth of artificial intelligence and art, and proposes the process of collision and integration between them. At the same time, this paper explores the space and possibility of the fusion development of AI and art, illustrates how technology reconstructs and further inspires art design innovation. Beijing Winter Olympics opening ceremony is selected as an example, to underline the application of AI technology in large-scale visual art design. In addition, it summarizes also the advantages and limitations of AI applications in art, analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing the integration of such technology and art, and discusses their future development and outlook. With the development of modern cities, urban rail transit has become an indispensable part of residents' travelling mode, and accurate prediction of urban rail transit passenger flow is particularly important. However, due to the non-linearity and non-stability of passenger flow, the low quality of big data and the lack of data make it more and more difficult to predict the passenger flow of urban rail transit. In this paper, we propose a unique model structure that ingeniously integrates Gated Recurrent Units (GRU), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) with fused residual network connections, and a self-attention mechanism. The design of this model is primarily to effectively handle complex and low-quality data, which is often prevalent in passenger flow prediction scenarios. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed model, we used data from the Beijing urban rail transit in 2016 for prediction. In the experiments, we performed comparison study and ablation study. The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper has significantly improved prediction accuracy in both horizontal and vertical comparisons. Recently, due to the proliferation of IoT sensors, the development of big data and artificial intelligence, time series prediction research on fine dust pollution is actively conducted. However, because the data representing fine dust contamination changes rapidly, traditional time series prediction methods do not provide a level of accuracy that can be used in the field. In this paper, we propose a method that reflects the classification results of environmental conditions through CNN when predicting micro dust contamination using LSTM. Although LSTM and CNN are independent, they are integrated into one network through the interface, so this method is easier to understand than the application LSTM. In the verification experiments of the proposed method using Beijing PM2.5 data, the prediction accuracy and predictive power for the timing of change were consistently improved in various experimental cases. The concentration of PM2.5 is an important index to measure the degree of air pollution. When it exceeds the standard value, it is considered to cause pollution and lower the air quality, which is harmful to human health and can cause a variety of diseases, i.e., asthma, chronic bronchitis, etc. Therefore, the prediction of PM2.5 concentration is helpful to reduce its harm. In this paper, a hybrid model called CNN-BiLSTM-Attention is proposed to predict the PM2.5 concentration over the next two days. First, we select the PM2.5 concentration data in hours from January 2013 to February 2017 of Shunyi District, Beijing. The auxiliary data includes air quality data and meteorological data. We use the sliding window method for preprocessing and dividing the corresponding data into a training set, a validation set, and a test set. Second, CNN-BiLSTM-Attention is composed of the convolutional neural network, bidirectional long short-term memory neural network, and attention mechanism. The parameters of this network structure are determined by the minimum error in the training process, including the size of the convolution kernel, activation function, batch size, dropout rate, learning rate, etc. We determine the feature size of the input and output by evaluating the performance of the model, finding out the best output for the next 48 h. Third, in the experimental part, we use the test set to check the performance of the proposed CNN-BiLSTM-Attention on PM2.5 prediction, which is compared by other comparison models, i.e., lasso regression, ridge regression, XGBOOST, SVR, CNN-LSTM, and CNN-BiLSTM. We conduct short-term prediction (48 h) and long-term prediction (72 h, 96 h, 120 h, 144 h), respectively. The results demonstrate that even the predictions of the next 144 h with CNN-BiLSTM-Attention is better than the predictions of the next 48 h with the comparison models in terms of mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RMSE), and coefficient of determination (R2). Social media has seen a significant change in the current day in terms of how people use it to interact with friends and family, publish content, and share it. A few social media platforms, like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, were also utilized to share the current everyday trends in the actual world. People often struggle to get to their destinations on time in major cities with heavy traffic, like Washington DC, Beijing, and New Delhi. To ensure that travelers reach their destination or locations quickly, we concentrated on collecting useful traffic-related data from social media content in our study. Additionally, we were committed to providing immediate safety precautions for traffic incidents. The key benefit is the improvement of traffic event accuracy and the presentation of location data for heavy traffic.
