Open educational resources (OER) are freely and openly licensed educational materials that can be used for teaching, learning, research and development purposes. Some openly available Online Learning Resources (OLRs) were developed by Ministry of Human Resource Development. MHRD initiated a number of projects to assist students, scholars, teachers and lifelong learners continuing their studies. These initiatives cover educational requirements of learners ranging from school to scholars. This paper providesdetail description of online learning resources which are freely available and their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis and how fulfills the objective of national mission. Six online initiatives for higher education have been taken for studies. Swayam, Swayam Prabha, National Digital Library of India, Virtual labs, eyantra, and fossee are online learning tools and those are facilitated better learning throughout India especially in pandemic situation.Mostlythe provided courses, documents, facilities are available at free of cost and findings represented that all 6 digital initiatives fulfill the objectives of national mission through ICT laid down byMinistry of Education., {"references":["Ally, M., & Samaka, M.
