У статті досліджено динаміку основних соціально-економічних показників розвитку внутрішньої торгівлі України впродовж 2010–2020 років та висвітлено закономірності і тенденції її розвитку. Метою статті є вивчення інсти-туційних передумов та дослідження факторів результативного розвитку внутрішньої торгівлі України на сучасному етапі. Побудовано регресійну модель залежності ВВП України від ВВП внутрішньої торгівлі за статистичними да-ними 2010–2020 років. З’ясовано фактори стабілізації національної економіки України впродовж 2020–2021 років, які позитивно вплинули на формування внутрішнього споживчого попиту. Проведено кореляційний аналіз впливу основних факторів зовнішнього середовища на рівень товарообігу торговельних підприємств. Систематизовано ключові фак-тори за ступенем впливу на обсяг товарообігу торговельних підприємств. Виявлено негативні тенденції структурних змін товарного асортименту. The article examines the dynamics of the main socio-economic indicators of domestic trade in Ukraine during 2010–2020 and highlights the patterns and trends of its development. The purpose of the article is to study the institutional preconditions and study the factors of effective development of domestic trade of Ukraine at the present stage. The share of trade GDP in the total GDP of Ukraine is determined. A regression model of dependence of Ukraine’s GDP on GDP of wholesale and retail trade according to the data of 2010–2020 is constructed and a rather strong influence of the trade branch on the size of the country’s GDP is revealed. The factors of stabilization of the national economy of Ukraine during 2020–2021, which had a positive im-pact on the formation of domestic consumer demand, have been clarified. The level of profitability of operating activities of large and medium enterprises in general in the national economy and trade for 2010–2020 is determined. It is proved that the level of profitability of large and medium enterprises in trade is more than twice the value of this indicator in general in 2016–2020. The development of wholesale and retail trade turnover of wholesale and retail trade enterprises during 2010–2020 is studied and the tendency to growth is revealed. A correlation analysis of the impact of key environmental factors on the level of trade turnover of trade enterprises: GDP, household income, population expenditures, imports, average wages, total wages, profits and total income, property income. The key factors of the external environment are systematized according to the degree of influence on the volume of trade turnover of trade enterprises. The share of sales of goods produced by retailers in Ukraine was determined and it was found that during the analyzed period it decreased by 10.9%. Negative trends in structural changes in the product range have been identified, which indicates a low level of use of the resource potential of the national economy of Ukraine. The internal factors-reserves of ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of wholesale and retail trade in Ukraine in the future are argued.

Article is dedicated to the trade and economic links of USA and EU. The authors tried to find out key features and characteristics of these cooperation. The result of the investigation and the analysis is development of the term “economic anamorphosis”, the concept of which is the critical domination of the weight and share of limited list of partners in the system of bilateral cooperation, when one of the partners is regional economic integration, and the biggest share of trade, capital, human and other flows is attracted by these determined limited list of countries. Such situation can be estimated as disproportion of partner’s estimation and evaluation by each other. It means that economic integration is estimated not as the complex partner and subject of the global economy but with the using of deduction method.

В последнее время к Дальнему Востоку приковано пристальное внимание государственных органов власти и управления России. Одним из способов ускоренного развития экономики дальневосточных регионов как открытых экономических систем является расширение их торгово-экономических взаимодействий как с зарубежным, так и с отечественным рынками, что подразумевает снижение различного рода барьеров. Целью исследования является оценка внешних и внутренних барьеров в торговле регионов Дальнего Востока. Оценка данных барьеров предполагает формирование массива из непротиворечащих друг другу статистических данных и применение корректной модели для расчетов. В рамках современного подхода к расчетам гравитационных зависимостей на основе оценки барьеров в торговле, отражаемых в значениях сравнительной интенсивности торговли и сравнительных транспортных издержек, подтверждено отклонение торговли Дальнего Востока в пользу отечественного рынка в долгосрочном периоде. Выявлено, что в рамках торговых взаимодействий Дальнего Востока с отечественным рынком высокие значения сравнительных транспортных издержек компенсировались высокой сравнительной интенсивностью торговых взаимодействий. Показано, что при условии снижения внешних барьеров при взаимодействиях с зарубежными странами торговля Дальнего Востока с ними может заметно увеличиться. Полученные оценки позволили обнаружить складывающуюся за последнее десятилетие привязку регионов Дальнего Востока к российскому рынку с точки зрения снижения барьеров в форме транспортных издержек. Данное исследование может иметь дальнейшее развитие, поскольку использованная методика количественной оценки внешних и внутренних барьеров применима для анализа издержек торговли на уровне конкретных товарных рынков, декомпозиции барьеров, сдерживающих экспортные и импортные потоки товаров, а также для выявления потенциала расширения торговли регионов с зарубежными странами. Recently, the Russian Far East has been receiving close attention from the government of the Russian Federation. Accelerated economic development of the Far Eastern regions requires trade intensification with foreign and domestic markets, which implies a reduction of various barriers. The study aims to assess the external and internal trade barriers of the Russian Far East using a consistent dataset and relevant econometric model for estimations. The assessment of trade barriers, expressed as values of the relative trade intensity and transport costs in the framework of modern gravity models, confirmed the trade bias of the Russian Far East in favour of the domestic market in the long term. High values of relative transport costs were offset by a high relative trade intensity between the Russian Far East and the domestic market. The conducted analysis shows that the reduction of external trade barriers between the Russian Far East and foreign markets can significantly increase their turnover. The obtained estimates revealed a trend of linking the regions of the Russian Far East to the domestic market due to the barrier reduction in the form of transport costs. This study can be further developed, as the presented methodology for qualitative assessment of internal and external barriers can be applied to analyse the costs of trade in commodity markets, to decompose export and import barriers, as well as to determine the potential for expanding regional trade with foreign countries.

В мировой экономике сохраняется повышенный уровень неопределенности. Высоки риски замедления экономического роста, а также обвалов на глобальных фондовых рынках. В таких условиях в России, экономика которой многие годы зависела от внешних факторов, а сейчас еще действуют и антироссийские санкции, закономерно встает вопрос поиска и обеспечения внутренних основ экономического роста, важнейшей из которых является внутренний спрос. Однако в стране сохраняется довольно неблагоприятная среда для развития экономической активности. Остаются высокими процентные ставки, курс рубля нестабилен, повышаются налоговые ставки, экономическая политика недостаточно понятна. На основе эконометрического анализа статистических данных регионов России (включающих ряд регионов ЦФО) была подтверждена выявленная другими экспертами слабая взаимосвязь инвестиций и валового регионального продукта. Это может быть следствием низкой эффективности осуществляемых инвестиций и относительно невысокого мультипликативного эффекта инвестируемых направлений. В сложившихся условиях правильный выбор отраслей с высоким мультипликатором и эффективностью инвестиций создает потенциал для повышения внутреннего спроса. При этом важны механизмы расширения ресурсов, направленных на региональный экономический рост. В этой связи сформулированы конкретные подходы, которые могут создать условия для расширения финансовых ресурсов регионов с целью поддержания экономической активности, внутреннего спроса и экономики в целом, в том числе с учетом социальной составляющей этих процессов. В числе подходов - формирование механизмов, стимулирующих участие в финансировании экономических процессов со стороны банков, выпуск федеральных или региональных облигаций с участием Банка России в качестве покупателя таких бумаг и др. Предложения в статье учитывают также зарубежный опыт стимулирования роста, включая региональный уровень. Они могут быть применены финансовыми регуляторами, а также профильными ведомствами регионов при выработке экономической политики. World economy shows a high level of uncertainty. There are considerable risks of economic slowdown and stock market collapse. For many years, the Russian economy has been dependent on external factors. Recently, when anti-Russian sanctions are imposed, it is particularly important to find internal sources of growth, including domestic demand as the most significant factor. However, environment for the development of the Russian economy remains unfavourable due to high interest rates, volatile exchange rate, increasing tax rates, and ambiguous economic policy. Based on the analysis of regional statistics (including some regions of the Central Federal District), we confirmed the weak relationship between investments and gross regional product (GRP) revealed by other scientists. This may be the result of poor investment efficiency and its low multiplier effect. In this situation, the right choice of sectors with high multipliers and investment efficiency creates the potential for increasing domestic demand. Simultaneously, mechanisms for the expansion of resources ensuring regional economic growth play an important role. In this regard, we developed approaches aimed at the creation of conditions for the expansion of regional financial resources to support economic activity, domestic demand and economy in general, considering a social aspect of these processes. Some of the proposed mechanisms stimulate the participation of banks in financing economic processes, federal or regional bond issuance (the Bank of Russia would be the main buyer), etc. These proposals consider the experience of other countries in stimulating economic growth, including at the regional level. Financial regulators and relevant regional agencies can use the research results for developing economic policies. The article considers the peculiarities of the formation and development of international relations in the Black Sea Region, defines the role and influence of the Organisation of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation on the policy of international cooperation between the countries of the region, taking their foreign policy and economic priorities into account. The authors determined that, despite existing barriers, the region has potential areas for developing cooperation at the international level, and in the new geopolitical situation, the countries of the Black Sea Region have objective opportunities to create a mechanism for realizing their geopolitical interests on the basis of a balanced long-term policy.

У статті розглянуто сучасний стан, умови функціонування і розвиток торговельної галузі в Україні, а також чинники, які впливають на розвиток підприємств роздрібної торгівлі. На основі проведеного аналізу динаміки та структури підприємств роздрібної торгівлі України з’ясовано, що за останнє десятиріччя суттєво скоротилася кількість підприємств роздрібної торгівлі, на внутрішньому ринку працюють переважно малі підприємства. На основі аналізу статистичних даних Державної служби статистики України проаналізовано основні показники, які свідчать про розвиток галузі торгівлі. Проаналізовано динаміку та структуру роздрібного товарообороту і фінансових результатів підприємств роздрібної торгівлі України. Досліджено основні проблеми, які стримують розвиток ринку роздрібної торгівлі, та визначено тенденції розвитку підприємств роздрібної торгівлі. The conditions of functioning and development of retail industry require a deep analysis to identify the key factors that influence economic development in Ukraine in general and, in particular, in retail. It is important not only to identify these factors but also to find out their place and role in the overall economic system. The purpose of this article is to study the current state of retail enterprises in Ukraine, to identify the conditions of their economic activity and to conduct the analysis of trends in retail industry. The article considers the current state, conditions of functioning and development of retail industry in Ukraine. The factors influencing the development of retail enterprises are identified. Based on the analysis of the dynamics and structure of retail enterprises in Ukraine, it was found that the number of these enterprises has significantly decreased over the past decade, small businesses dominate in the domestic retail market. Based on the statistical data provided by the State statistics service of Ukraine, the dynamics and structure of retail turnover and financial results of retail enterprises in Ukraine are analyzed. The obtained results show that during the period of 2010-2018 there was a huge growth of retail turnover (more than 2,4 times). At the same time financial results were unstable, although the number of unprofitable retail enterprises decreased. Based on the statistical data, the main factors favoring and hindering the development of Ukrainian retail are investigated, and the development trends of retail enterprises are estimated. The author also substantiates that the innovative economic development requires new approaches to conducting retail, taking into account European and world technologies in this field. The obtained analytical results allow the author to identify the overall positive dynamics, trends, and potential of the further development of the Ukrainian retail industry. All this is an important condition for the justification and development of necessary measures to increase the economic efficiency of the retail industry and to promote its dynamic development.

The work contains a brief analysis of socio-economic events for more than five centuries, beginning with the reign of the Qing dynasty. The current state of relations is characterized as the most favorable. The opposite characteristics of the economies of the two countries, which harmoniously complement each other, are revealed. The analysis of the social portrait of the country, which showed the differences and revealed the General need for good neighborly relations in a multipolar world.

Данная работа развивает направление исследования торгово-экономического взаимодействия между Россией и Китаем в рамках современных тенденций мировой экономики, сложившейся в последние 15 лет. Целью данной работы являются изучение и оценка состояния, проблем и перспектив развития торгово- экономических отношений между Россией и Китаем, а также выявление факторов, определяющие торговый оборот между данными странами. В ходе работы был осуществлен анализ статистических макроэкономических показателей в отношении России и Китая в контексте торговых взаимоотношений. Первая часть работы посвящена краткой характеристике основных тенденций, сложившихся в торговых отношениях двух стран, а вторая часть отражает результаты эконометрического исследования в определении факторов, которые способствуют увеличению объемов торговли. Именно поэтому, в качестве показателя увеличения был взят торговый оборот меду странами. Определяющими регрессорами стали: ставка рефинансирования РФ, внутренний валовой продукт РФ, безработица РФ, денежный поток М2 для РФ, индекс потребительских цен для РФ, состояние курса рубля к курсу доллара США, ставка рефинансирования КНР, индекс потребительских цен для КНР, денежный поток М2 для КНР, состояние курса юань к курсу доллара США, мировые цены на нефть марки Brent. Данные рассматривались за период 2000-2016 гг. (помесячно). В результате оценивания регрессии можно говорить о подтверждении предположений (гипотезы) о зависимости торгового оборота от цен на нефть и курса юаня к доллару. На фоне данных факторов складываются тенденции к увеличению российско-китайской торговли, что свидетельствует об активизации партнеров в расширении торгово-экономических контактов, происходящем при действенном государственном участии. This work develops the direction of research of trade and economic interaction between Russia and China within the framework of modern trends of the world economy that has developed over the past 15 years. The purpose of this work is to study and assess the state, problems and prospects for the development of trade and economic relations between Russia and China, as well as identify factors that determine the trade turnover between these countries. In the course of the work, the analysis of statistical macroeconomic indicators in relation to Russia and China was carried out in the context of trade relations. The first part of the work is devoted to a brief d escription of the main trends in the trade relations between the two countries, and the second part reflects the results of the econometric study in determining factors that contribute to increasing trade volumes. That is why, as an indicator of the increase, the trade turnover between countries was taken. The decisive regressors are: the refinancing rate of the Russian Federation, the gross domestic product of the Russian Federation, the unemployment rate of the Russian Federation, the M2 cash flow for the Russian Feder ation, the consumer price index for the Russian Federation, the ruble exchange rate against the US dollar rate, the refinancing rate of the PRC, the CPI consumer price index, the M2 cash flow PRC, the state of the yuan exchange rate to the US dollar rate, world prices for Brent crude oil. Data were considered for the period 2000-2016. (per month). As a result of estimating the regression, we can recognize that confirming the assumptions (hypothesis) about the dependence of trade turnover on oil prices and the exchange rate of the renminbi against the dollar. Against the background of these factors, there are tendencies to increase the Russian-Chinese trade, which indicates the activation of partners in expanding trade and economic contacts, taking place with effective state participation.

Комерційна діяльність по реалізації продукції на підприємстві досить багатогранна, вона починається з координації інтересів виробника з вимогами ринку. Виробник продукції зацікавлений у зниженні витрат виробництва, а це можливо досягти при більших обсягах виробництва й невеликій номенклатурі продукції, що випускається. Однак ринок вимагає іншого: споживачі зацікавлені у великому виборі якісної, різноманітної продукції з різними споживчими властивостями за прийнятною ціною. В роботі визначено та проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти реалізації товарів на торгівельних підприємствах, розглянуто товарну політику, досліджені методи прогнозу збуту, проаналізовані стратегії управління збутом, основні напрями вдосконалення збутової діяльності організації. На основі аналізу існуючих методик прогнозування збуту виявлена найточніша та найбільш достовірна для ТОВ «РЕСУРС ЛТД-1». Реалізація запропонованої системи управління збутовою діяльністю на основі прогнозування допоможе організації з’ясувати майбутні об’єми реалізації продукції, що дасть можливість планувати подальші напрями розвитку ТОВ «РЕСУРС ЛТД-1» Коммерческая деятельность по реализации продукции на предприятии достаточно многогранна, она начинается с координации интересов производителя с требованиями рынка. Однако рынок требует другого: потребители заинтересованы в большом выборе качественной, разнообразной продукции с различными потребительскими свойствами по приемлемой цене. Дипломная работа магистра посвящена совершенствованию системы управления сбытовой деятельностью ООО «РЕСУРС ЛТД-1». В работе определены и проанализированы теоретические аспекты реализации товаров на торговых предприятиях, рассмотрены товарную политику, исследованы методы прогноза сбыта, проанализированы стратегии управления сбытом, основные направления совершенствования сбытовой деятельности организации. На основе анализа существующих методик прогнозирования сбыта обнаружена точная и наиболее достоверная для ООО «РЕСУРС ЛТД-1». Реализация предложенной системы управления сбытовой деятельностью на основе прогнозирования поможет организации выяснить будущие объемы реализации продукции, что позволит планировать дальнейшие направления развития ООО «РЕСУРС ЛТД-1» Commercial activity on sales of products at the enterprise is quite diverse, it begins with the coordination of the interests of the manufacturer with the requirements of the market. The thesis of the master's degree is devoted to the improvement of the sales management system of RESURS LTD-1. The theoretical aspects of sales of goods at trade enterprises are defined and analyzed, the commodity policy is considered, the methods of forecasting of sales are investigated, marketing strategies are analyzed, the main directions of improvement of sales activities of the organization. On the basis of the analysis of existing methods of forecasting sales, the most accurate and most reliable for "RESOURCE LTD-1" was revealed. Implementation of the proposed management system for sales activity on the basis of forecasting will help the organization to find out future volumes of sales of products, which will make it possible to plan further directions of development "RESURS LTD-1"

У роботі розглянуті теоретичні та методичні основи, щодо розробки та реалізація удосконалення системи управління збуту та маркетингу в діяльності підприємства MOYO. На основі залучення системного аналізу у вивченні процесів, управління збуту та руху товару визначення сутність та зміст побудови стратегії збута підприємства, з’ясовано актуальність і необхідність впровадження ефективної системи збуту в процесі торгової діяльності підприємства. Проведено дослідження організації та розробка системи управління збутом та маркетингом для ТОВ «НРП» і мережі магазинів MOYO. Проаналізовано ефективність системи управління збутовою діяльністю та розглянуто технологію процесу представлення товарів торгівельної мережі «MOYO». Запропоновано основні шляхи удосконалення системи управління збутом та маркетингом, визначено основні шляхи розвитку ТОВ «НРП» в мережі магазинів MOYO та розраховано її ефективність. В работе рассмотрены теоретические и методические основы по разработке и реализация совершенствования системы управления сбыта и маркетинга в деятельности предприятия MOYO. На основе привлечения системного анализа в изучении процессов, управления сбыта и товародвижения определение сущность и содержание построения стратегии сбыта предприятия, установлено актуальность и необходимость внедрения эффективной системы сбыта в процессе торговой деятельности предприятия. Проведено исследование организации и разработка системы управления сбытом и маркетингом ООО «НРП» и сети магазинов MOYO. Проанализирована эффективность системы управления сбытовой деятельностью и рассмотрены технологию процесса представления товаров торговой сети «MOYO». Предложены основные пути совершенствования системы управления сбытом и маркетингом, определены основные пути развития ООО «НРП» в сети магазинов MOYO и рассчитан ее эффективность. The paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development and implementation of the improvement of sales and marketing management system in the activity of MOYO. On the basis of attracting system analysis in the study of processes, sales management and commodity circulation definition of the essence and content of the construction strategy of the company, established the urgency and the need for the introduction of an effective marketing system in the process of trading activities of the enterprise. The research of the organization and development of the sales and marketing management system of LLC "NRP" and the network of MOYO stores was conducted. The efficiency of the management system of sales activity is analyzed and the technology of representation of goods of the trade network "MOYO" is considered. The main ways of perfection of marketing and marketing management system are offered, the main ways of development of LLC "NPP" in the network of MOYO stores are determined and its efficiency is calculated.

У статті розглянуто сучасний стан, закономірності та перспективи українсько-канадської торговельно-економічної співпраці. Визначено тенденції окремих аспектів розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі України з Канадою за 2015-16 рр., з‘ясовано проблеми та перспективи. Запропоновані найбільш пріоритетні напрями торговельного економічного співробітництва в рамках підписання угоди ЗВТ Україна-Канада та найбільш оптимальну диверсифікацію товарних потоків., The article deals with the current state, patterns and prospects of Ukrainian-Canadian trade cooperation. The trends of certain aspects of the development of Ukraine‘s foreign trade with Canada for 2015-2016 were determined, problems and perspectives were clarified. The most priority directions of economic-trade cooperation and the most optimal diversification of commodity flows are offered in the conditions of signing the Agreement of Ukraine-Canada Free Trade Agreement.

Based on econometric modeling, we proved the good relationship between foreign trade turnover and trade balance with the GDP of the Russian Federation. We identified the varying opinions of the Russian and foreign scholars on the impact of sanctions and countersanctions on the Russian economy. Based on the data on the absolute values of the trade turnover, export, import, and trade balance of Russia from 2010 to 2018, we revealed the positive dynamics of these indices, despite their negative values in 2014-2016. This allowed making a conclusion that the overall results of imposing sanctions and countersanctions for the Russian trade turnover and trade balance is rather positive than negative. This refutes the statements of western politicians, representatives of their subordinate international organizations, and some Russian and foreign scholars about the definitely negative role of sanctions and countersanctions. As a result, it is proposed to review the prospects of imposing additional countersanctions on western countries, which would allow developing the non-food sectors of the Russian economy.

Досліджено практичні аспекти стану функціонування роздрібної торговельної мережі України за 2011–2015 рр. Проаналізовано показники, що характеризують ефективність функціонування внутрішньої роздрібної торгівлі, зокрема: 1) ступінь забезпеченості населення торговельною площею; 2) середня кількість потенційних покупців на 1 000 м2 торговельної площі; 3) середній розмір підприємства торгівлі за масштабами торговельної площі, м2 на одне підприємство; 4) середній розмір товарообігу роздрібної торгівлі, млн грн на одне господарство; 5) рівень спеціалізації торговельної мережі, %. Охарактеризовано показники зовнішньоторговельного балансу України шляхом аналізу експортно-імпортних операцій, у тому числі у відсотках до ВВП. It is studied practical aspects of functioning of the retail trade network of Ukraine for 2011–2015. It is analyzed the indicators, characterizing effi ciency of functioning of the domestic retail trade, in particular: 1) the degree of security of the population of the trade area; 2) average number of potential buyers on 1 000 m2 of retail space; 3) the average size of trade enterprise scale retail space, m2 per 1 enterprise; 4) the average size of retail trade turnover, mln. per farm; (5) the level of specialization of the trade network, %. It is characterized by the indicators of foreign trade balance of Ukraine by analyzing the export-import operations, including in percentage to GDP.

Стаття присвячена проблемі участі України в міжнародній торгівлі. Проаналізовано зовнішньоторговельні відносини України з різними країнами світу. Розкрито динаміку торгівельного обороту, торгівельного сальдо, структуру експорту та імпорту, їх географічну спрямованість. Виявлено основні проблеми в області участі України в даному процесі. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності зовнішньоторговельних відносин України. The article problem Ukraine's participation in international trade has been devoted. International trade relations of Ukraine in different countries of world have been analyzed. The dynamic of Ukraine's trade turnover, trade balance, the structure of export and import, its sense of geographical purpose has been considered. The main problems in the area of Ukraine's participation in international trade have been identified. The recommendations directing of increase of effective Ukraine's international trade relations have been given: improvement of structure export and import, diversification of international trade relations, creation of favourable conditions for full using economic potential and production high-quality competitive goods.
