This paper aims to explore the likelihood of lost items to be recovered by public transport (PT) users with a focus on the moral values of other PT users in the city of Accra. To achieve this goal, a non-experimental research design was employed to identify the factors influencing PT users' decisions to return lost items. Data were collected using a revealed preference survey (RP), which was distributed both manually and online using Google Form. The survey consisted of a structured questionnaire with close-ended questions. A total of 603 respondents completed the survey, and the reliability of the questionnaire was verified using Cronbach's Alpha (CA), yielding a score of 0.804. The study's findings revealed that religious values (Mean = 4.41, SD = 1.97) and empathy (Mean = 4.37, SD = 1.92) were the two most significant factors that influenced respondents' decisions to return lost items. Regarding the 'value of an item', the high standard deviation indicates that respondents' perceptions of an item's value varied greatly and may not have affected respondents decision to return lost but found item. Future research in urban transportation should concentrate on experimental research where reflection of respondents' true decision to return or keep a found item can be ascertained. This study aims to investigate (1) curriculum integration, (2) values that are the basis of the learning process, (3) activities/programs developed, and (4) the involvement of parents and the community in character education in madrasas. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach, with data collected from school principals, teachers, students, madrasah staff, and official madrasah documents. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The data that has been collected is analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study show that (1) the integration of the curriculum in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Banyuwangi has succeeded in combining religious values in each subject, (2) the values that are the basis of the learning process, such as honesty and responsibility, are applied in various subjects, (3) activities/programs such as Tahfidz Qur'an and other extracurricular activities support the development of students' character, and (4) the involvement of parents and the community significantly supports strengthening student character education. So, to ensure the validity of the findings, data triangulation techniques are used to compare information from different sources and data collection methods. These results emphasize the importance of a holistic approach to character education based on religious values involving various education components.

Consumer behavior in the food industry has undergone significant changes in recent years, largely driven by growing consumer awareness of environmental, technological, religious, and social concerns. As a result, organic food has emerged as a popular alternative to conventionally produced food. Many emerging nations, including Bangladesh, promote its consumption due to its perceived health and safety benefits. Despite this growing trend, there remains a need for more understanding of consumer behavior, particularly concerning their motivations for continuous purchases toward mobile organic food delivery applications. In order to fill this knowledge gap, this study looks at how six indirect predictors (emotional support, informational support, environmental consciousness, religious consciousness, trust, and technological consciousness) affect customer loyalty through the intention to use organic food. This study employed a purposive sampling technique (i.e., judgmental sampling) and collected data from 386 respondents across three cities in Bangladesh. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3 software. The study found that all predictors, except for technological consciousness, significantly influenced behavioral intention, which, in turn, significantly influenced loyalty. Additionally, the study revealed that the five predictors, excluding technological consciousness, indirectly influenced loyalty through behavioral intention. The results of this study add to the existing literature on organic food by extending social support theory to include consumers' primary motivations, such as environmental, religious, technological, and social consciousness, as predictors of loyalty to use mobile organic food delivery applications. The study highlights the importance of sustainable food consumption in promoting environmental protection, ensuring social justice, creating economic success, and providing valuable insights for implementers looking to expand the organic food market. Abstract The interplay of principals’ religious values and servant leadership can play a prominent role in promoting job satisfaction among teachers in Bangladeshi schools and colleges. This study aimed to examine the mediating role of servant leadership style in the relationship between the principals’ religious values and the job satisfaction of teachers in Bangladesh. The study surveyed 335 participants from schools and colleges using a self-administered questionnaire and analyzed the data using Partial Least Square Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) via Smart PLS 4 software. The findings showed that principals’ religious values and servant leadership style have a positive impact on teachers’ job satisfaction, with servant leadership serving as a mediator in the relationship. The research expands upon the servant leadership theory in an educational setting where religious values play a significant role. It offers valuable insight into the impact of principals’ religious values and servant leadership style on teachers’ job satisfaction. The study has practical implications, in a setting where Islam as a dominating religion, for educational administrators, as it sheds light on how principals’ religious values and servant leadership impact teachers’ job satisfaction in schools and colleges in Bangladesh.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the phenomenological aspects of religious value development in the children of Muslim migrant worker households on Lombok Island and determine the tactics they employ to maintain their religious identity. This study employed a descriptive qualitative research method based on observations and interviews. This study's fundamental information was derived from primary data collected through in-depth interviews with several children (aged 4 to 10 years) from Muslim migrants' households. The findings emphasized the complex link between religious principles, cultural identity, and societal elements in the development of Muslim children. Meanwhile, this study will help us better understand the complex connection between migration, religion, and cultural identity and provide valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that migrant families face when keeping their religious beliefs.

Educational institutions are a forum or means for forming children's character. Within these religious values ??there are moral values. Schools must be able to carry out systematic planning or good management as a serious form of managing the best personality of children. This research aims to determine the Principal's Management Strategy in Instilling religious values ??in MTs Al-Fajar Sei Mencirim Education Foundation schools so that students' moral values ??are formed from Islamic activities in instilling religious values. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, by interviewing three research informants, namely the school principal and teachers. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that the management strategy carried out by the school principal in instilling religious values ??is that there are graduation requirements for MTs Al-Fajar students in the form of memorizing surahs and practicing worship. There are also routines carried out by saying hello, praying and worshiping. Supporting factors are prayer room facilities, mukena and Al-Qur'an

Objectives The aim of the work is to look at the spiritual aspect of human life in the era of computerization of life, which is certainly one of the greatest achievements of human reason; which brings about a breakthrough in the lives of individuals and the entire human community. The fascination with the product is so great that it blurs the cold calculation of profits and costs and common sense action within the boundaries of safety, including the spiritual one. Curiosity stimulates fantasy, which raises questions and anxiety. The ubiquity and indispensability of IT amazes people. But what about the risk of complete "immersion" in technology and at the same time "detaching" ourselves from the essence - indeed spiritual, but real dimension - of humanity? Material and methods The work uses materials published by domestic and foreign authors and Church documents. Results Electronic media are therefore a new plane of human activity, also in the sphere of spiritual intimacy. Through easier access to sources, through the possibility of direct and personal contact, they allow you to search, receive and analyze a variety of content, but they cannot directly force you to learn it. This can be perceived as a threat to traditional forms of transmitting and teaching about values and religion. And that's probably true, but it also creates an opportunity to reach with this message where until recently it was quite impossible. Conclusions Electronic media are a plane of activity, also in the sphere of spiritual intimacy. They allow you to search, receive and analyze a variety of content, including religious ones. They may pose a specific threat to traditional forms of transmitting and teaching about values and religion or a platform for their transmission and propagation.

Simple Summary: The welfare of invertebrates is a result of ethical human behaviour, presently stemming from religious traditions, but how do we get from religious traditions to ethical behaviour to the welfare of invertebrates? The Judaeo–Christian religions are firmly anthropocentric, though they urge utilitarian care for domestic animals. Similarly, the Buddhist tradition of rebirth, possibly as an animal, leads to a belief in ahisma or doing no harm. The theory does not necessarily lead to practice in either case, and Indigenous societies are not usually hunter-gatherers nowadays. Religious practices are often close to good ecology and lead to better consideration. None of these traditions extends much to invertebrates, as only those invertebrates thought 'worthy' of consideration are ones that might be sentient. Philosophy is often not based on biological reality, and science demands the simplest possible explanation and 'objective factual truth.' The result is a long haul to find and apply the best ethical principles to the welfare of these invertebrates, which are the majority of animals on the planet. Ethical behaviour tends to lead to the welfare consideration of animals, but much less so for invertebrates. Indigenous tradition often valued all animals as having an important role in life on the planet, a practical application of modern ecology. The Judaeo–Christian–Islamic tradition postulated 'man' as having dominion over all of Earth, resulting in anthropocentrism and careless practices. In contrast, the Buddhist/Hindu belief in rebirth leads to ahisma, or doing no harm. In the face of capitalist systems, practice does not necessarily follow these beliefs, especially in the 'shepherding' of domestic animals. Only Jainist beliefs value the lives of all invertebrates. Philosophers are often divorced from the physiological reality of the animals they muse about, and science's traditions of objectivity and the simplest possible explanation of behaviour led to ignorance of invertebrates' abilities. Ninety-seven percent of animals on the planet are invertebrates. We have a long way to go to provide moral standing and welfare consideration, which is consistent with the new information about the sentience of some of these animals. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to enhance the understanding of religious values and self-confidence among elderly women at Panti Werdha Mental Kasih Lamongan through a day care program. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: 1) the implementation of the day care program through religious values involves activities that encompass elements of faith, worship, and morality, while self-confidence includes aspects of behavior, emotion, and spirituality. 2) The effectiveness of enhancing the understanding of religious values and self-confidence among elderly women through the day care program, based on interviews and field observations conducted continuously and sustainably every day, was concluded to show a 75% improvement. 3) The impact of improving the understanding of religious values includes being faithful, devout, moral, optimistic, and humble. In contrast, the character impact of self-confidence among elderly women includes being more self-assured, courageous in expressing themselves, learning new skills, and being independent. The day care program at Panti Werdha Mental Kasih Lamongan offers various activities such as public religious studies, regular elderly discussions, counseling activities, group exercises, elderly community service, creative life skills, art performances, and elderly health posts (posyandu lansia). This study contributes to providing solutions to improve the quality of life for the elderly.

Background: The main basis of this research is based on the importance of understanding the vision and mission of school institutions as ideals that want to be realized. Formulating the school's vision and mission certainly has a foundation of values ​​that form its spirit, so that there is harmony between the activities carried out by the school and the realization of the vision and mission that have been formulated. Purpose of the Study: This research aims to determine the basis for formulating the school's vision and mission at the early childhood education level. This research approach is qualitative, with data collection techniques using documentation. Methods: The data analysis technique uses content analysis using Nvivo 12. The research was conducted in 5 early childhood education schools. Results: The results of the research show that the formulation of vision. Mission in early childhood education schools is based on religious values ​​and general or non-religious values. Conclusion: The conclusion of the research results, explicit value content in the formulation of the school's vision and mission, namely religious and non-religious or general values.

Background: Life Orientation educators hold great responsibility for the well-being of their students, which can be supported through imparting sexuality education. However, the absence of formal training for this subject may have negative consequences in fulfilling professional duties. Objectives: This article intends to foreground how Life Orientation educators impart sexuality education to their students, exploring aspects of their personal attitudes and comfort in imparting education related to sexuality and queerness. Methods: This qualitative study consisted of five Life Orientation educators in the Gauteng Province to understand their approaches to impart sexuality education to their students and the influence of their personal upbringings. The research was thematically analysed through a systems theory framework. Results: The results emphasise how personal religious beliefs impact sexuality education’s delivery and educators’ discretion in implementing the curriculum. The ambiguity of the curriculum and diverse teaching backgrounds also contribute to avoidance of topics like sexuality education and queer identities. Moreover, the non-examinable nature of these topics, combined with subjective interpretations of age-appropriateness, further marginalise them. Conclusion: This article calls for awareness of the consequences of religious convictions and subjective perceptions of age-appropriateness of educators on the delivery of sexuality and queer education. Contribution: This study contributes by highlighting challenges faced by Life Orientation educators in creating inclusive environments when personal religious beliefs conflict with comprehensive sexuality education. It enhances understanding of areas for improvement in training and subject knowledge to ensure educators affirm diverse identities and impart sexuality education effectively.

Background: Early Childhood Education Institutions (ECEIs) require a model for the cultivation of religious values from an early age. Religion encompasses fundamental values that strongly instil belief in the existence of God and promote harmonious relationships among individuals. This study examines the role of ECEIs in fostering religious values in early childhood. Aim: This study aims to explore the cultivation of religious values in early childhood, which includes philosophy and models of the cultivation of religious values. Setting: This research was conducted in Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. Methods: Researchers chose five early childhood educational institutions with 30 participants, teachers, and managers of early childhood educational institutions. The analytical approach used is the Discovering Cultural Themes model. Results: The spirit of ‘Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo, Ing Madya Mangun Karso, and Tut Wuri Handayani’ serves as the philosophy guiding teachers to act as role models, inspire enthusiasm, and recognise the potential of young children. This philosophy is broken down into four main themes: ‘I Love the Earth’, ‘I Love Indonesia’, ‘Playing and Cooperating/We Are All Brothers’, and ‘My Imagination and Creativity’. The cultivation model includes introduction, habituation, and exemplary actions by parents and teachers. Conclusion: Philosophical values are cultivated through recognition, habituation, and example. The acculturation model starts from the identification of religious and cultural values followed by institutionalisation and encouragement by teachers and parents. Contribution: The role of early childhood educational institutions in the acculturation of religious values is a vital characteristic of schools managed by the government and foundations in Indonesia.

Conserving sacred trees is of paramount importance for preserving biodiversity and safeguarding biocultural heritage. However, evolving perceptions across generations raise concerns about the future existence of these significant landscape elements. The objective of this study is to examine the factors influencing the intention and behavior of two generations towards sacred tree conservation. In this research, we integrate ''cultural values'' and ''religious values'' as new variables into an extended theory of planned behavior. A questionnaire survey was conducted, involving 399 individuals representing both young and old generations. Structural equation modeling was employed for data analysis. The research variables explained 57 % and 60 % of the variance in intentions and 7 % and 81 % of the variance in actual behaviors for the young and old generations, respectively. Attitude was found to be crucial in shaping intentions for both generations. Subjective norms significantly influenced the intentions of the older generation but were not observed among the younger generation. Perceived behavioral control had a positive impact on intentions in both age groups, although its effect on actual behavior varied. While it translated into conservation behavior among the older generation, it did not have the same effect on the younger generation. Furthermore, cultural and religious values positively influenced intentions in both generations, but their impact on behavior differed. While these values influenced the behavior of the older generation, they did not translate into actual conservation practices among the younger generation. These findings emphasize the interplay of generational differences, cultural values, and religious values in shaping conservation intentions and behaviors.Given the crucial role of the younger generation in the future of sacred trees, targeted conservation initiatives addressing their specific needs are essential, as they exhibit lower intentions and behaviors towards conservation. This study provides valuable insights for designing effective strategies for the sustainable conservation of sacred trees and the fostering of biocultural heritage.

This article focuses on the specification of the hypothesis of the relationship between religiosity and fertility in Russia. On the surface, the situation looks like a paradox: (1) Churches and religions are generally known to support childbearing values; religious people are believed to have more children than non-religious people. (2) In Russia, however, religiosity has been growing in recent years, but fertility rates have been falling. Despite the fact that in contemporary Russia a large part of the population identifies with Orthodoxy and the number of such people is growing, family and marriage norms characteristic of Orthodoxy, in particular those related to the ideal of large families, are not actually being realized. This article proposes to consider mechanisms that might explain this circumstance. In order to specify the hypothesis of the potential influence of religion on fertility, a literature review was prepared, followed by the identification of key potentially important variables. Three approaches (and correspondingly three groups of texts) were identified that analyzed the relationship between religion and fertility: reduction of religion to individual religiosity; reduction of religion to a set of extra-religious variables; and analysis of religion as environment and community. Using the resources of the first two approaches does not allow us to formulate a hypothesis to explain today's Russian paradox of religion and fertility. It is possible to formulate an explanatory hypothesis based on the third class of texts. Kevin McQuillan's study is used to construct a hypothesis and to specify a vocabulary of variables about the Russian paradox. He identifies three aspects of the religious situation (pro-natalist doctrine, strong religious institutions, strong religious identity), which, in his opinion, can only work together to ensure that the principles preached by religion are actually realized. Based on the distinction made by C. McQuillan, as well as on the research of the third group of authors mentioned above, we show that contemporary Russian Orthodoxy cannot fully rely on any of these mechanisms of influence on believers, which, presumably, can explain the lack of an appropriate influence on their decisions in matters of family and marriage.

Finding out how the planning, execution, and assessment phases link to the instillation of moral and religious values at RA Diponegoro 71 Banjarparakan is the goal of this study. A case study style qualitative research methodology is applied. Data was gathered by means of observation, documentation, and interviewing procedures. Data condensation, data display, and conclusion drafting and verification are the three phases of data analysis employing Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Verification of data using source triangulation. The research findings indicate that: 1) the implementation of instilling religious and moral values is carried out in curricular and co-curricular activities; 2) Religious and moral principles are implemented through co-curricular and extracurricular activities. 3. evaluation related to assessments used to determine the implementation of the cultivation of religious and moral values. Curricular activities are related to learning in the classroom in accordance with the set learning objectives, while co-curricular activities are related to daily, weekly, or annual habits. Anecdotal notes, checklist evaluations, and work products are used in assessment. Implementation challenges stem from variations in student characteristics and environmental conditions.

Nigeria is a democratic country. Political actors in Nigeria have covered themselves with the spirit of favouritism, unequal allocation of resources, sectionalism, unbalanced political structure and political struggle to be in control of power. This negates the principle of organic unity in diversity which could amount to crisis. Democracy connotes respect for the sovereignty of the people and can only be realized in an atmosphere of love for one another and patriotism. Therefore, integrating religious values into the democratic system becomes paramount. This paper examines how religious values could be used to improve the democratic culture of the country. It adopts a qualitative research approach and data was collected from secondary sources. The findings revealed the ineffectiveness of democracy without religious values; some religious values have direct link with essential of democracy. This paper advocates religious values for lasting democracy and continuously advancing towards an improved society.

This study is an evaluation that aims to analyze the development of religious and moral values aspects of early childhood. The method used is a qualitative method, where data are collected through in-depth discussions with a logical model evaluation analysis in early childhood religious and moral values (NAM) development programs. The results of the study found three important things, namely first, so far value-based learning for early childhood is done through understanding religious symbols, daily routine worship practices, and daily prayers, while moral strengthening is done through fairy tales containing good values. Understanding and strengthening religious moral values in early childhood is implemented variably according to the needs of each school. This study also identified some weaknesses in the cultivation of religious and moral values in early childhood, namely routine activities that can obscure children's understanding and children's lack of enthusiasm due to mistakes in approaches that are not adapted to psychological development. Variations in teaching methods that are not appropriate for children's psychology can cause a distorted understanding of religious and moral values to become shallow. A holistic and diverse approach that takes into account the needs and characteristics of each child is needed to ensure that the cultivation of religious and moral values is effective and sustainable.

In recent years, Ghanaian students have exhibited a concerning trend of drifting away from the values integral to sustaining and preserving Ghanaian norms, culture and societal well-being. This shift has led to a proliferation of immoral behaviour among students, prompting widespread concern among Ghanaians. This decline is often attributed to the perceived prioritization of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education in the current curriculum. There is an urgent need to tackle this issue to ensure students’ moral development is not overlooked in favour of STEM education. In light of this challenge, the approach proposed in this article was the “Soulful Science” approach. The study explored the feasibility and impact of soulful science in Ghanaian STEM education. The researchers employed a descriptive survey design for this study. Interviews were used to collect data from 50 participants (Senior High School (SHS) teachers, students, and parents in Sefwi Wiawso Municipality). It was established that the proposed soulful science approach is achievable with its accompanying methods like inclusive curriculum pedagogies, interdisciplinary projects, case studies, and the incorporation of religious perspectives into STEM lessons. However, challenges such as potential conflict between religious beliefs and scientific principles were identified. It was recommended that adequate efforts should be made to develop a curriculum that successfully integrates religious and moral education with STEM subjects while respecting the diversity of beliefs. In conclusion, the soulful science approach creates an inclusive, culturally relevant learning environment that enhances students’ religious and moral development, employability and fosters sustainable economic growth. This study’s contribution is significant for the fields of moral and STEM education, and curriculum development, as it advocates for a more holistic approach to education that prioritizes moral development alongside technological proficiency.

It is noted that, simultaneously with the emergence and development of human society, the presence of certain general rules in regulating the behavior of members of society arises. Social life at all stages of its development required the presence of such rules with which we humans could coordinate our behavior and actions and count on a certain predictable result from such behavior or actions. At various stages of the development of society, these or other social regulators become a tool for ensuring such a need. Historically, social norms formed under the influence of requirements and patterns of development of primitive society become the first social regulator. To a greater extent, such societies normalized their focus on the duties of the individual by installing a large number of prohibitions that required members of the society to refrain from undesirable behavior. It is indicated that with the complication and branching of social relations in society, general social norms support the impetus for further development and are differentiated in the following form of social regulators, in particular, morality, religion, and law. In our opinion, this order of progression of the development of social regulators is correct and natural. That is, initially the individual in the first society is aware of his responsibility to this or that social association, which is engaged in the creation of moral obligations. Gradually, certain beliefs appear in the primitive society, which contribute to the emergence of religious duties, which do not exclude moral positions, but complement them and values in interaction with them. And only with the appearance of the first state entities, we can talk about introducing obligations into the legal field with their further legal consolidation. It is important to note that in the pre-state period of human development, which occupies a sufficiently long period of time, duties developed outside the law and arose in accordance with human nature, customary norms, traditions, religious dogmas or moral ideas, based on the simplest rules of interpersonal interaction. All these factors - religion, morality, customs and traditions, to a greater or lesser extent changed their role in shaping the future idea of duties, that is why we consider it necessary to investigate the foundations of the institution of duty, in particular through the prism of religious influence. Current technological advances do not rule out the possibility of eliminating religious values ​​in the younger generation, especially at the high school level because information is spreading very quickly, both from within and outside the country, to keep the younger generation from being carried away by the negative impacts of technology, educators is expected to help students through a good strategy to develop student religiosity.The purpose of this study was to explain the strategy of internalizing the religious values ​​of PAI in SMA NW Suralaga.This research uses qualitative research. So the results obtained are descriptive results or exposure of an event under study. In connection with this, in this study the researchers used several data collection methods such as observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model analysis in reducing the data so that the data became systematic and logical.This study resulted in the findings that: In internalizing religious values ​​in PAI learning the teacher must have a strategy so that the values ​​to be internalized can be successful, the strategy for internalizing religious values ​​at SMA NW Suralaga is a strategy of exemplary, Ibrah and Amtsal, giving advice, habituation, and discipline.

Inadequate of schools and educators is less than optimal in implementing character education and the values contained in the Pancasila principles into learning at school or personal habituation. Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile is less than optimal. This research aims to examine the implementation of religious values in the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools in Madura. The type of research chosen in this research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The aim is to describe the implementation of Religious Values in the Pancasila Student Profile in Madura. This research was conducted at several elementary schools on Madura Island, including: SDN Gili Anyar 1 Bangkalan, SDN Kamal 2 Bangkalan, SDN Buddagan 2 Pamekasan, SDN Blumbungan 3 Pamekasan. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of religious values is carried out through activities (a) praying after and completing learning (b) memorizing short surahs before starting lessons (c) listening to chants of the holy verses of the Koran every Friday during learning activities (d) commemorating Islamic holidays (e) celebration of santri day by wearing Muslim dress.

Objective and Participants: The authors sought an updated examination of attitudes toward Human Papillomavirus (HPV) catch-up vaccination among college students at a private religious university. Methods: A total of 1557 college students completed a 62-question survey of religious and HPV vaccination attitudes during the fall of 2021. Students' willingness to receive catch-up HPV vaccination and willingness to vaccinate a future child against HPV were recorded. Results: Of the 46.8% of students who reported being unvaccinated or unaware of vaccination status, ~26% reported being uninterested in receiving catch-up HPV vaccination; ~22% of all students surveyed reported being unwilling to vaccinate a future child against HPV. The strongest predictors of vaccine hesitancy included religious concerns about sexual abstinence and safety concerns. Conclusions: College health professionals can increase the rate of HPV vaccination among college students and subsequent future generations by addressing the safety and utility of the vaccine regardless of intentions for sexual abstinence prior to marriage. Additionally, rather than a uniform approach to all students who self-identify as Christian, an effort to identify and discuss the unique religiously influenced beliefs of individual students is recommended when discussing HPV vaccination. Sexual abnormality or deviation is a social disorder that is considered a violation of social norms and expectations of civility. Such behavior is deemed deviant because it goes against religious rules and values upheld by society. This research aims to establish a middle ground between sexual deviation and Islamic jurisprudence with regard to sexual deviation activities. To achieve this, a comprehensive review of linked data sources was conducted using qualitative and literary research. The findings showed that certain types of sexual deviance such as sadomasochism, exhibitionism, voyeurism, fetishes, and others have not been extensively discussed in fiqh books. According to the rules of Uşul Fiqh, "al-wasāil laha hukmu al-gāyah ", indicates that the law of means (instruments) follows the law of purpose. This shows sexual deviance is considered one of the means to adultery, and as such, it falls under the law of adultery.

The limited integrated mathematics teaching materials focusing on discussing reasoning are one in learning mathematics problems, especially in preparation for integrated mathematics Olympiads. This study aimed to develop teaching materials for mathematical reasoning abilities integrated with religious values and students' attitudes towards mathematics integrating religious values. This research method is the ADDIE model development research method. At the implementation stage, the teaching materials were tested on research samples from MAN in the Regency and City of Sukabumi, with 76 students as research subjects. The sampling technique was purposive sampling—implemented through the Schoology application. The study results are as follows: teaching materials in integrated mathematical materials and questions to improve critical, creative, and adaptive reasoning skills towards religious values have good results and need to be developed more broadly than various materials with the separate presentation of mathematical material, teaching materials can improve critical, creative, and adaptive reasoning abilities with good results with an average score using module 60 and without module 52 with a maximum score of 100. Students' attitudes towards learning this integration method are in a suitable category. Integrated mathematics learning provides new experiences for students because learning mathematics is accompanied by learning to understand the contents of the Qur'an verses.

The article discusses the cult behavior of the Mountain Jews, the frequency of their observance of religious precepts and rules of Judaism. The study of the cult behavior of the Mountain Jews using F.N. Ilyasov’s methodology of diagnosing religiosity, where “faith” and “attitude to religious (atheistic) activity” are used as indicators, allows us to classify them as active and passive. It has been found that the Mountain Jews show the behavior inherent to “convinced believers” in terms of participation in religious practice, although in terms of the totality of indicators there is also a behavior characteristic of the types of “hesitant”, “unbelievers” and “convinced unbelievers”. At the same time, the interviewed Mountain Jews demonstrate the cult behavior activity, expressed in visiting synagogues, reading religious texts, prayers and abstinence. Meanwhile, there is also a certain inconsistency between the religious behavior declared by the Mountain Jews and their real cult behavior. According to the results of the study, it has been established that the religious factor plays a key role in the daily life of the Mountain Jews and regardless of their worldview (a confident believer, a believer, a hesitating person, an unbeliever, a convinced unbeliever) they are focused on observing the precepts of their faith in the family, marital and funeral ritual sphere.

The poet, author, and Protestant priest Bohuslav Tablic (1769 – 1732) only published seven occasional speeches from his sermon writings. As he explained, this was due to the lowered interest of the readers in religious literature as such. Sermons that were published strongly aimed at forming the readers’ values and opinions with respect to general religious issues. Influenced by Enlightenment rationalism, Tablic focused on moral norms in his sermons. He saw the solution to the critical state of his own Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession and the loose morals of its members in a deepening of the confessional awareness of the community. He believed in a strong (supernatural) motivation of religion towards moral purity and sought the benefits of religion in spiritual unity of the society, its effective working, and quality social relations. He saw religion as a significant educational and culture-forming phenomenon. The country’s progress in Tablic’s view was to be based on active participation of morally mature and educated citizens on the religious and public life. In his sermons, like in his other writings, he is a moderate enlightened thinker and author.

The discourse of Islamism in Indonesia in the last ten years has been closely associated with the term radical Islam. In previous studies among students, this term has been often contrasted with nationality values concerning democracy, tolerance, and support for the Unitary State of Indonesian Republic (Known as NKRI). This study aimed to find the particularity and universality of individual political values among university students. This research argued that religious and nationality values become part of individual political values. This research used a quantitative method involving 208 respondents of university students at a state university. The data were analysed using cluster and discriminant analysis to identify the discursive conditions of university students. This research generated three clusters. Cluster 1 is the political tolerant, social media savvy of politics, financially unsatisfied. Cluster 2 is the non-political religious. Cluster 3 is the political religious enthusiast, social media savvy of politics. The three clusters have diversities in terms of interest in politics, the use of social media for political issues and activities, and religious values. However, the three clusters have similarities in nationality values. This research also shows that there is a relationship between political values and the faculty; a correlation between political values with political figures and political parties. The habit of tadarus al-qur'an plays an important role in learning activities because it is an activity in the form of worship which is believed to be able to get closer to Allah, can increase faith and piety which has implications for a positive attitude. . and behavior in students. The importance of habituation of tadarus al-Qur'an in instilling religious values in students is to create a generation of Muslims who are able to instill and practice according to religious teachings. This writing aims to find out the activities of tadarus al-qur'an habituation in instilling religious values in students at MTs Al-Imaroh. In this method, the author uses qualitative research methods, namely research that emphasizes the study of data analysis from literature studies using a descriptive research approach. The results of this study indicate that the habit of tadarus al-Qur'an has an impact on the religious values of students at MTs Al-Imaroh. With the habit of tadarus al-Qur'an students can instill basic religious values such as Faith, Islam, Taqwa Ikhlas, Tawakal, Gratitude and Patience in everyday life.

This study aimed to reveal the impact of religious values on family cohesion and to find out the extent to which stability and balance are achieved at the level of structure and structure, whether it is marital or family This study is a descriptive study that relied on the social survey method by means of the sample. It is interesting to study Sumur Tanpa Dasar's drama script as it contains many symbols describing conflicts between the characters and God. This study aimed to describe religious values in the drama script. The study used a descriptive research design. Data was collected through reading and note-taking techniques. Instruments of the study were arranged according to criteria of 3 aspects of religious values; faith, living standards, and attitude. The data was validated by conducting extended observation and increasing the reading routine. The data was analyzed by: grouping into data of religious values; elaborating the data; concluding the data; and displaying the data. This study ended up with a concept that religious values could not be seen from the physical appearance, but more essentially could be seen from attitude and behavior as the manifestation of a pure heart. Religious values in STD drama scripts emerged in 3 aspects; faith, life standard, and attitude aspects.Naskah drama Sumur Tanpa Dasar menarik untuk dikaji karena menampilkan banyak simbol yang menggambarkan pergulatan para tokoh dengan Tuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai religius dalam naskah drama tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pembacaan dan teknik pencatatan. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan kriteria tiga aspek nilai religius, yaitu keimanan, norma kehidupan, dan sikap perilaku. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan dan meningkatkan ketekunan pembacaan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara: mengelompokkan data nilai religius; menguraikan data; menyimpulkan data; dan menyajikan data. Penelitian ini menghasilkan satu konsep bahwa nilai religius tidak bisa hanya dilihat dari tampilan fisik saja, tetapi yang lebih esensial adalah kejernihan hati nurani yang mengejawantah melalui tutur dan laku. Nilai religius dalam STD muncul dalam tiga aspek yaitu aspek keimanan, norma kehidupan, dan aspek sikap perilaku.

The claim that religion has any bearing on a country’s growth is still up for discussion. Nigeria is not exempt from the widespread underdevelopment that is currently sweeping through the African continent. Religious leaders and their followers’ personal interests affect the contributions that religion should have made to the nation’s growth and development. Religion itself is being misused for nefarious and selfish ends. The decline in the country educational, social, political, and economic conditions coupled with problem of insecurity is proof of this. The nation is witnessing high level of insecurity, kidnapping, banditry, and corruption in public sectors is getting worse. This paper aims to identify reasons why religious values are being relegated, and why religion is not doing much to counter some of the menaces retarding development. It was discovered that religious leaders and adherents had contributed negatively to the development of the nation by placing personal interest above religious values through desire for power and love for money. Karl Marx’s theory on religion is applicable to this research considering the practise of religion in our society. The article suggests, among others, that religion must play the social role of helping to conserve the national values that can guarantee virtues of national development as against private gain.

The present paper investigates the essential tenets of the Southwestern Neo-Kantians’ take on the philosophy of religion. Specifically, I concentrate on two diverse aspects of Windelband and Rickert’s approaches to religion. In the first place, I look at the way in which they determine religious values. In the second place, I focus on the manner in which they confront religion with the systematic structure of culture. As a result of the analysis of the texts of both authors, we see that it is possible to detect at least three possible roads to elaborate a philosophy of religion. In spite of this plurality of paths, I argue that they exhibit a similar underlying problem, namely, the problematic relationship between transcendental philosophy and metaphysics. It is for this reason that the philosophy of religion takes the form of a reflection on the limits of knowledge, and with it, on the limits of transcendental philosophy.

This research aims to investigate the impact of religious values on the adoption of Government Resource Planning (GRP) systems by public sector employees in Saudi Arabia. The study also explores the impact of demographic characteristics as moderating factors between the religious factors and perceptions of GRP systems in Saudi government agencies. Not many studies have been conducted on religious values concerning to what extent technological innovation is embraced. Most research on the effects of cultural norms has been conducted in Western countries and little has been published on Arab nations. This research fills that knowledge gap by investigating the effect of religious values on public sector employees’ adoption of technological innovation in Saudi Arabia. Theoretically, this study related to religious factors will facilitate an understanding of the issues affecting individual employees’ adoption of new technologies in the workplace context where conservative social and religious values hold sway. The study developed a conceptual model based on two theories: Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and Theory of Reasoned Action. The sample data comprised 340 responses to an online survey questionnaire sent to employees at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia. Data were analyzed using multivariate statistical analysis. Results show that 37% of the variance ( ${\mathrm {R}}^{2}=.372$ ) of employees’ attitudes to GRP application can be explained by the effect of religious variables. Findings show that the religious factors - perfection (Itqan) (t (340) =7.678, $\text{p} < 0.000$ ), cooperation (Ta’awun) (t (340) =4.007, $\text{p} < 0.000$ ), and transparency (Shaffaf) (t (340) =4.700, $\text{p} < 0.000$ ) exerted a significant effect on users’ attitude to the system’s usage. However, responsibility (Mas’uliyyah (t (340) =1.284, $\text{p} < 0.200$ ) did not reveal any level of significance. This research will help managers identify and benchmark strategies to motivate technology adoption in their workplaces and customize them to best fit their users’ unique characteristics in a traditional and conservative society such as Saudi Arabia. Contributions, implications, limitations of this study and what future research could pursue are highlighted in the paper.

In the article, the author analyzes the differences in value orientations and the specifics of the party-political systems of Western countries and Russia, the features of the basic values of the United Russia party and the value orientations of Russian citizens. The problem of borrowing and using successful foreign experience and finding one's own way of development has always been in the center of Russian political discourse. Today conservative as well as liberal approaches prevail in politics in Western countries, until recently they were present in the form of the ideology of the new right. In Russia the dominant “United Russia” party has been in power since 2003 and it positions itself as an all-encompassing or "catch-all" party. However, there are liberal and conservative wings in United Russia. The second one is closer to the ideological platform of the parties of the new right, which in practice in politics abandon the model of the welfare state. According to the surveys, in Russia the neoliberal values recorded in the program documents of United Russia do not meet the expectations of the majority of Russians who demand an active social policy. This contradiction, according to the author, is connected with the decline in popularity of the pro-presidential United Russia, which Russian President Vladimir Putin is trying to stop by supporting social programs, while relying on some members of United Russia and the ONF. United Russia won the elections to the State Duma in 2021, but the influence of socially oriented political parties in society and the state is increasing.

Many believe religion has no place in modern medical and professional fields. Nevertheless, recent studies show that religion remains integral to many people's lives and professional practices, such as physicians. This study addresses the significance that American Muslim physicians (AMPs) attribute to their religious values in shaping their identity; and examines how the values held by self-identified Muslim physicians affect their medical practice, specialization, public roles, and civic engagement. This paper also discusses how complex lives may not be adequately addressed by theories of value derived from modernization theory and more normatively conceived Muslim ethical principles. Individual interviews were conducted with 62 AMPs. Grounded thematic analysis guided the processing of qualitative interview data. The results suggest that many of the AMPs' religious values converge with shared cultural and professional values in the United States and elsewhere. The authors suggest that focusing on how AMPs articulate their values will lead to more humane professional, community, and healthcare settings. Regardless of the religious beliefs of professional providers, they should not ignore the impact of religion on their medical practice, especially since religion is still a vital part of many patients' lives. Covid-19 was declared as one of the pandemic outbreaks on an international scale, with the existence of covid teaching and learning activities that were originally running in normal social conditions were hampered and transferred to the latest technological advances, using several applications and platforms that support teaching and learning activities. However, some parties consider that this transfer is an ineffective solution, especially in an effort to instill religious values in junior high school (SMP) students. This study uses a literature study research model by utilizing existing literature and contextualized with current situations and conditions. This study presents information in a descriptive qualitative narrative. This study argues that online learning is an ineffective activity. The authors propose a reverse theory and find that there are several solutions in the process of internalizing religious values in junior high school students. This can be overcome with a varied, attractive, and active learning model. In addition, the responsibility and role of the environment has a significant influence in the succession of teaching and learning activities in order to implement the cultivation of good religious values in junior high school students.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the structure of the library and other cultural institutions, how they are managed and the selection and use of human resources in the Ilkhanid period. Methodology: In this study, artistic management theory is used to evaluate inductively, using Ilkhan's practices, management and planning, and their success in transforming ideas into action or defining values and goals to the stage of implementation of library outputs (works). To be consolidated. The sources of this library research and images are from digital sources in museums. Findings: The importance and value of preserving ancestral information among the Mongols led to the writing of books on Mongol history as well as an increase in historiography during this period. The Mongols, by gaining military and political power and conquering vast territories, not only needed to run the country but also had to build cultural infrastructure. Art and writing were two essential elements for introducing, propagating, justifying and bringing cultures together by combining them. The purpose of the Ilkhanid is clearly stated in the Ghazan reforms and Oljaito's words about combining the law and policy of Genghis with Islamic laws. It is considered to be the most important duties and deeds of the Mongol and Ilkhanid rulers. The design and painting of patterns in this period began and expanded in relation to architectural decorations. Then, from the Ghazan period onwards, the same colors, patterns and ritual values ​​manifested in the art of architecture were transferred to the art of book decoration. The subjects of the paintings are inspired by the subjects of books written, translated and compiled by the Ilkhanid. Paintings are intersexual works and are the same subjects that the Ilkhanid were interested in or wanted to visualize in order to become familiar with religious subjects. The predominance of dark blue, light blue and gold colors in gilding is precisely related to the colors mentioned in the description of the values ​​of the Ilkhanate religion. Attention to geometric patterns and support of geometric sciences, which led to an increase in patterns in this period. Geometric patterns expressing the sun and Khaqan in a symbolic pattern can be found not only in gilding but in all works of this period. These motifs have found Islamic meanings after Ilkhan became a Muslim. To implement the cultural composition strategy, they likely selected and employed artists and writers tailored to the organization's goals. This first affects the transfer and implementation of values ​​and also facilitates the institutionalization of values. Conclusion: The results show that speech values are compiled. Topics such as astronomy, geometry, wisdom, medicine and history were supported. Religious values were used in architectural decoration, then combined in Islamic design and painting.

Problems in the world of education are increasingly worrying, it is necessary to immediately make improvements from all lines in the world of education. Including students with problems in school. should get treatment immediately. The purpose of this article is to examine the problems of problematic students at MA Alam Muhammadiyah 5 Pulung, Ponorogo. Troubled students are increasingly different. Both from trivial problems to big problems. This school is able to turn problem students into better students than before. The method in this article is a case study. Researchers looked closely at the case and its handling. The results in this study are the inculcation of religious values must be in the form of (a) consistent teacher exemplary, (b) the teacher's personal approach to students, (c) the habit of doing good to students and (d) no need for punishment. So with the treatment carried out by MA Alam Muhammadiyah Pulung, Ponorogo can be applied in other schools.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the correlation between the process of mediatization of religion and the modern Orthodox fundamentalist discourse, which is a specific phenomenon in-between political ideology and the religious system. In the article, Orthodox fundamentalism is considered as a new phenomenon that emerged as a response to the massive changes in modernity in 20th and 21st centuries. The technological progress and digitalization processes bring new aspects to everyday life and cause change in the existing religiosity. The novelties result in the integration of new mechanisms into the traditional functioning of religious organizations, social movements and ideologies. However, the very concept of mediatization is relatively new to science and has not been fully formed yet. At this stage religious institutions in Russia continue their development as full-fledged public institutions after the long period of state atheism in the USSR. The author points out the formats and forms of interaction in the media of official religious institutions and organizations, as well as informal and marginal associations. Special attention is paid to the unique nature of the new religious media and functioning of religion in the media. The empirical part of this study is based on the qualitative and quantitative content analysis of the four Orthodox media outlets. This analysis is aimed at classifying and clustering the main types of content and thematic blocks in the analyzed media. This approach has a number of advantages, because it allows us to understand the attitude of people to certain topics, images or events. The discourse of the selected four media has partial fundamentalist tendencies. The main variables of the study are such variables as the volume of the audience, the number of published posts, “like” marks, reposts from the group for the specified period, the most popular posts by views, the most popular topics by ratings. The author also describes and conceptualizes the basic concepts inherent in the religious conflict in the media about religious values, their relationship with secular ones. Orthodox religious media in Russia vary in their media outreach and identification of their core audience. It is concluded that for Orthodox fundamentalist media, the most important part is not religious, but socio-political.
