- Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční výkonnosti vybraných bank. Diplomová práce popisuje fungování bank, proces finanční analýzy a jednotlivé poměrové ukazatele. Dále se diplomová práce zabývá poměrovými ukazateli vztahujícími se k finanční výkonnosti bank a metody CAMEL. Na základě zjištěných výsledků je provedena komparace výkonnosti vybraných bank, která je podpořena výsledky shlukové analýzy. Tato práce se dále věnuje i predikci budoucího vývoje finanční výkonnosti vybraných bank., The thesis deals with the evaluation of financial performance of selected banks. The thesis describes the functioning of banks, the process of financial analysis and individual ratios. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the ratios related to the financial performance of the bank using the CAMEL method. Based on the results, the performance of the selected banks is compared and supported by the results of cluster analysis. This thesis also deals with the prediction of the future development of the financial performance of the selected banks., Fakulta ekonomicko-správní, Studentka přednesla obhajobu práce s názvem Finanční analýza vybraných bank. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit finanční výkonnost vybraných bank na základě ukazatelů finanční analýzy, včetně jejich vzájemné komparace. Dále pak stanovit prognózu vybraných ukazatelů finanční výkonnosti zvolených bank. Během rozpravy byly položeny dotazy dle posudku vedoucího a oponenta diplomové práce: Otázka 1.: Jak se bude, podle názoru diplomantky, vyvíjet výkonnost komerčních bank v ČR a EU v nejbližší době. Uveďte hlavní faktory, které ji budou ovlivňovat. Domníváte se, že vývoj bank v ČR a EU bude odlišný? Otázka 2.: První rok zvoleného období, tj. rok 2017, je prvním rokem, kdy banka Creditas působila jako banka. Do jaké míry se ve výsledcích této banky mohlo podle autorky projevit to, že předtím působila jako družstevní záložna? Godinama se vode rasprave o pravilnoj upotrebi i razlici u definiciji izraza efikasnost i efektivnost vakcina. Dok prva podrazumeva procenu uspešnosti vakcine u kontrolisanim (laboratorijskim) uslovima, efektivnost vakcine se odnosi na procenu uspešnosti vakcinacije u terenskim nekontrolisanim uslovima nakon njene primene. Postoji čitav niz faktora koji utiču na efikasnost i efektivnost vakcine i oni se mogu svrstati u minimalno osam grupa. Iako efikasnost i efektivnost vakcine nisu uvek upravno srazmerni na oba parametra mogu uticati osobine same vakcine, način primene, karakteristike primaoca, vreme aplikacije u odnosu na pacijenta i okruženje, prisustvo patogena u prirodi, genetski diverzitet specifičnog patogena, način procene direktnih i indirektnih ciljeva vakcinacije kao i primenjeni dizajn obrade podataka sa parametrima koji se prate u cilju finalne procene efikasnosti i efektivnosti vakcine. Različiti uticaji i kombinacija više faktora može dovesti do značajnih razlika i skoro potpunog dispariteta efektivnosti i već dokazane visoke efikasnosti registrovanih vakcina kako u humanoj tako i u veterinarskoj medicini. Naš cilj je da razmotrimo što veći broj faktora, značaj i način njihovog uticaja na efikasnost i efektivnost vakcine u slučajevima „lege artis“ primene u skladu sa uputstvom već registrovanih vakcina za upotrebu u veterinarskoj medicini., For years there have been discussions about the correct use and difference in definition of the terms efficacy and effectiveness of vaccines. While the first implies the evaluation of the success of the vaccine in controlled (laboratory) conditions, the effectiveness of the vaccine refers to the evaluation of the success of the vaccine in uncontrolled field conditions after its application. There are a number of factors that affect the effectiveness and efficacy of a vaccine, and they can be classified into at least eight groups. Although the efficacy and effectiveness of a vaccine are not always directly proportional, both assessments can be influenced by the characteristics of the vaccine model, vaccine application, characteristics of the recipient, time of application in relation to the patient and the environment, the presence of pathogens in nature, the genetic diversity of specific pathogens, the way of assessing direct and indirect targets of vaccination as well as applied data processing design with parameters monitored for final assessment of vaccine efficacy and effectiveness. The different influence and combination of several factors can lead to significant differences in the assessment of vaccine effectiveness and an almost complete discrepancy between effectiveness and already proven high efficacy of registered vaccines, in human and veterinary medicine as well. Our goal is to consider as many factors as possible that constantly affect the efficacy and effectiveness of the vaccine in a positive and negative sense, in cases of “lege artis” application according to instruction for use of already registered vaccines in veterinary medicine.

Příspěvek zkoumá vývoj produkce cukrové řepy s následnou výrobou cukru a hodnotí rozhodující faktory, které jsou nezbytné pro zachování této produkce nejen s ohledem na zabezpečení soběstačnosti ve výrobě jedné ze základních potravin na našem území, ale zejména její role v udržitelnosti venkovských regionů. Klíčové faktory jsou hodnoceny na bázi analýzy vývoje základních ukazatelů v oblasti pěstování cukrové řepy a následné výroby cukru včetně vlivu na cenový přenos v rámci vertikály a dopadu na zahraniční obchod. Specifikuje rozhodující faktory související se zachováním produkce cukrové řepy a výroby cukru v kontextu dynamického vývoje, kterým toto odvětví prošlo na základě aplikace SZP a zásahů v rámci reforem SOT, kdy je od roku 2017 tento trh po více než 48 letech plně vystaven tržnímu prostředí., The contribution examines the development of sugar beet production with the subsequent production of sugar and evaluates important factors that are necessary for the preservation of this production not only with regard to ensuring self-sufficiency in the production of one of the basic foods in our territory, but especially its role in the sustainability of rural regions. Key factors are evaluated based on the analysis of the development of basic indicators in the field of sugar beet cultivation and subsequent sugar production, including the effect on price transmission within the vertical and the impact on foreign trade. It specifies the production affects the context related to the preservation of sugar beet and sugar production in the dynamic development that this sector has undergone based on the application of the CAP and within the framework of the SOT reforms, when from 2017 this market is fully exposed to the market environment after more than 48 years.

Advertising is evolving at a steady pace, and the challenges that it is facing are significantly different from what they used to be. Nevertheless, an initial advertising goal, the one that precedes any future goal, attracting consumers’ attention, remains the same. The consumer attention is being refered to as the gatekeeper for higher order advertising outcomes. Advertisers’ aim is, thus, effectively attract consumers’ attention and guide it towards their message. Relationship between the advertisement presentation and these higher order advertising outcomes, such as positive feelings towards the product, brand loyalty, actual purchase, etc. is rather small. Especially compared to other promotional and contextual factors such as inertia, loyalty and prior purchases which explain almost two thirds in the variability of consumer behavior in markets. The sheer amount of events transpiring between the advert presentation and the consumers’ behaviour can confound the total advertising effects. For this reason, it is marketers’ goal to positively influence each event under their direct control, and advertisement design is certainly one of them. The present research continues on the abundance of research aimed at discovering how to most effectively attract consumers’ attention which started in the 1990s. Such studies report that consumers are attending to advertisements differently based on their involvement with the brand, brand attitude and ad recall ; that advertisement’s property to effectively hijack viewers’ attention and increase the future ad recall is related to advert being perceived as obtrusive and distracting and ; that three factors thought to influence consumers’ allocation of attention to ad processing aside from the task at hand are consumers’ motivation, opportunity and ability. Throughout the previous period, various ad design characteristics have been tested for their attention attracting properties including advertisement’s size, number of letters and clearance from the road., etc. Surprisingly, despite the fact that more than half of all the advertisements show human face in them, the human face has not received enough researchers’ attention, as it did consumers’. This practice has been related with an easier advertisement recall and more positive attitudes and purchase intentions according to scarce literature on the matter. However, even those researches that did explore human face in advertising context, have not focused on the factors influencing face’s ability to automatically attract attention, nor what happens with consumers’ attention once it is captured by the human face in advert. Through the course of the dissertation it will be argued that potential mechanisms through which human face is efficient in attracting consumers’ attention towards the ad are the model’s eye gaze and emotional expression. Eyes are regarded as one of the most important social stimuli capable of expressing complex mental states such as beliefs, desires and emotions. Thus, we will argue that this evolutionary importance of attending and recognizing another’s gaze direction can be utilized as the way of either attracting attention to the ad itself, or to guide attention towards the specific ad element (to which the model is gazing at). Much like eye gaze, facial expression of emotion is a primary channel through which individual is expressing his emotional state. Following the same rationale, people have evolved mechanisms for quick detection and recognition of emotional expressions, since it was preferential for an individual to give themselves enough time to prepare for the possible fight or flight when confronted with an individual expressing anger, for example. Final factor being researched through the course of the present thesis is the consumers’ cognitive load. It is almost impossible to research advertisement without including consumers’ cognitive resources which are more readily invested in other activities than to advertisement. This problem has been emphasized by the proliferation of the new media channels which has led to consumers being exposed to a huge amount of advertisements presented simultaneously through different channels. Each of these stimuli is competing for the same resource, consumers’ attention. To test whether advertisements’ efficiency can be enhanced by the use of the evolutionary important social stimulus, such as human face, and how is this relationship dependent on the consumers’ cognitive load, two studies were designed. In each study, one type of cognitive load was manipulated. By increasing the complexity of the scene in which the advertisement stimuli were presented, external cognitive load (i.e. the amount of information presented in the visual field) is manipulated, and its effect on attention is examined for different types of advertisement stimuli. Participants’ internal cognitive load was manipulated in the second study by involving them with a memory task in which they are required to memorize a short (low load) or a long (high load) digit string for the duration of the study. This time, we had tested how does the ad design affect not only attention to advertised product, but also how the advertisement is perceived by the consumer depending on the different mental effort involved with advertisement processing. Results confirmed predictions from the evolutionary psychology that human face’s importance can be used as a way of increasing advertisements’ attention grabbing efficiency, but also the attitudes toward the presented ad. Possible reason for such finding is the ease with which the face is being processed and perceived due to its evolutionary importance which has made the face prioritized by humans’ cognitive system. Most importantly, we have gained a support for the observation that faces can be also used to point viewer’s attention to the certain place where the key advertisement message, or product is presented on advert. The mechanism through which the face acts as the efficient attention grabber is the increased saliency of the ad. When the advertised product’s saliency is significantly higher than the saliency of the surrounding stimuli, all other design characteristics are less important. This can be achieved in a number of ways, such as by varying the product’s colour, luminescence, size, orientation, etc. However, when the advertised product, or an ad itself does not automatically pop-out from its surrounding, consumers’ attention is being guided by the stimuli which are preferentially searched for, for example human face making the advertisement containing it more salient compared to its surrounding. Model’s emotional expression (happiness) significantly increased advertisements’ saliency, resulting in shorter search times compared to other emotional expression and other cue types. The same emotion was positively related with the ad evaluation. Eye gaze effect was not as strong as the emotional expression, although some reduction in time needed for reacting to a presented product was observed, effect was rather small. Finally, internal cognitive load, unlike the external one, was not associated with attention (i.e. reaction time) needed for clicking the advertised product. Instead, internal cognitive load had a significant effect on ad evaluation phase, with ads being perceived more positive when consumers had more of their cognitive resources at their disposal (low internal load).

An evaluation was made of the effectiveness elements of the pig breeding industry in Bulgaria in the period 2001-2016, through cluster analysis. The studied period was divided in 3 subperiods, each one with three similar groups (clusters). Through application of cluster analysis, the proximity of the different administration regions in the country was defined in accordance with certain indicators of the pig breeding effectiveness. It was found that in the first cluster for the period 2001-2006 fall North-Western and South-Western region. The North-Eastern and North-Central region form the second cluster. The South-Eastern and South-Central region fall mainly into the third cluster. In the first cluster for the period 2007-2011, the North-Western, South-Western and South-Central regions have a priority with the lowest number of sold animals. The North-Eastern and the North-Central region, forming a third cluster, remain with the highest effectiveness of the pig farming. After the end of 2013 an aggregation of the sector began. For the period 2012-2016, the second cluster is formed from three regions - North-Western, South-Western, and South-Central in 2013. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

18. EMOTIONAL CONTEXT AND EFFECTIVENESS OF TV ADVERTISING.

This study examined the impact of emotional context on effectiveness of TV commercials (TVCs). In two experiments, participants were exposed to either emotionally positive or emotionally negative stimuli before watching a TVC. The effectiveness of the TVC was measured by 4 indicators: Ad recall, attitude toward the ad (Aad), attitude toward the brand (Ab), and purchase intent (PI). Results of Experiment 1 revealed that participants who were pre-exposed to a positive emotional context had a more positive Aad, Ab and a higher PI, when compared to those who were pre-exposed to a negative emotional context. Experiment 2 demonstrated that pre-exposure to the positive emotional context was associated with more positive Ab and a higher PI, while preexposure to the negative emotional context led to more negative Aad. In both experiments there was no indication of the influence of the emotional context on Ad recall. However, data from Experiment 2 suggested that both positive and negative emotional contexts positively affected ad recognition, when compared to an emotionally neutral situation. In conclusion, our findings advocate the importance of emotional context in which TVCs are broadcasted to the general public, a fact that has been vastly neglected so far by media planners. The aim of the paper is to present the views of the doctrine on the mediation and the benefits it brings to the victim, the perpetrator and society. The paper analyses the significance of implementation of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2012/29. This document, devoted to victims' rights protection, has had significant impact on introducing restorative justice provisions into the Polish Code of Criminal Procedure of 1997. The paper discusses effectiveness of mediation in the Polish criminal procedure. It also examines statistical data collected from Polish courts regarding mediation. The conclusion is that mediation does not constitute a competitive institution towards the traditional judicial system which still remains the only „supplier" of cases for mediation in criminal matters in Poland. Procesné spojenie informačného systému lietadla a človeka (operátor-pilota) sa realizuje prenosom zadanej alebo novo vzniknutej udalosti so známymi súradnicami (x0, t0) do požadovanej pozície s0, so súradnicami (x,y,z) v čase t≥t0 s vopred známou presnosťou a bezpečnosťou. Výrobcovia leteckej techniky venujú značnú pozornosť zvyšovaniu bezpečnosti a presnosti, ako aj ekonomickej výhodnosti lietadlových navigačných ergatických systémov. Do pojmu bezpečnosť zahrňujeme aj pojem spoľahlivosť- miera bezporuchovej prevádzky navigačného ergatického systému, kedy je potrebné, aby istila lietadlový palubný systém v stave najvyššej úrovne bezpečnej prevádzky. Pojem spoľahlivosť je definovaný pravdepodobnosťou, ktorou sa hodnotí navigačný ergatický systém. Spoľahlivosť však nerieši problémy, čo sa stane, ak systém zlyhá. V takom prípade vstupuje do procesu ergatickej navigácie človek (operátor-pilot), ktorý spravidla rieši štatisticky vymedzené prípady, určené konvenčnými koeficientmi vzťahu: posádka - objekt (lietadlo). V článku je navrhnutý model nákladovosti využiteľný pri riešení vyššie uvedených vzťahov a zaistenia spoľahlivej činnosti navigačných ergatikých systémov.

Je v záujme každého prevádzkovateľa, aby jeho technické komplexy ako napr. ergatický bázový komplex boli nie len spoľahlivé, ale aj ekonomicky efektívne, čo nám pomáha si utvoriť celkovú predstavu nie len o kvalite jednotlivých prvkov, ale systému tj. podniku ako celku. Na stanovenie kvality práce so zložitými systémami možno použiť rôzne metódy. Navrhnutá metóda pri vyhodnotení využíva ukazovateľ efektívnosti skúšok spoľahlivosti, ktoré sú súčasťou zavádzania nových zložitých systémov do ergatického bázového komplexu, kedy výstupy skúšok vytvárajú vyčíslenú charakteristiku podľa ktorej je možné odhadnúť úroveň zhody medzi vynaloženými nákladmi a ich samotnou prevádzkou. Pri spracovávaní danej problematiky prostredníctvom MATLAB bolo nevyhnutné pracovať s optimalizáciou finančných nákladov na udržanie spoľahlivosti vyššie uvedených komplexov ako aj nepredvídaných nákladov prevádzkovateľa napr. letiskového bázového systému.

Contracting waste management services is one of the most commonly used approaches to the delivery of this service and this topic is clearly in the focus of frequent academic research. The goal of this article is to examine trends in the area of solid waste collection and disposal on the municipal level for the Czech Republic and Slovakia in terms of developments over the past 20 years with a focus on the share of inter-municipal cooperation in the delivery of this service. In contrast to Western European countries, which are undergoing re-municipalization, the data obtained for Slovakia and the Czech Republic over 20 years show that the municipal solid waste management service is dominated by contracting, which has increased over the examined period. This fact is apparently a reflection of the high rate of fragmentation in municipal structures and the low willingness among municipalities to cooperate. The data obtained also indicate that using external suppliers seems to bring marginal savings that could certainly be substantially larger; potential increases in efficiency via contracting are unequivocally limited by the low quality of contract management. Regarding our core question, we found that the proportion of inter-municipal cooperation between service delivery modes did not significantly increase during the investigated period. The experts interviewed almost uniformly agreed on three critical limits related to the issue of inter-municipal cooperation in MSW management delivery - transaction costs of different types, non-existent regular comparisons of best solutions, and limited motivation to select optimal service delivery modes Kontrahování nakládání s odpady je jedním z nejčastěji používaných přístupů k poskytování této služby a toto téma je zjevně v centru častých akademických výzkumů. Cílem tohoto článku je prozkoumat trendy v oblasti sběru a odstraňování pevných odpadů na komunální úrovni pro Českou republiku a Slovensko z hlediska vývoje za posledních 20 let se zaměřením na podíl meziobecní spolupráce na dodání této služby. Na rozdíl od západoevropských zemí, které procházejí rekomunalizací, data získaná za Slovensko a Českou republiku za 20 let ukazují, že v nakládání s komunálním odpadem dominuje kontraktace, která ve zkoumaném období narůstá. Tato skutečnost je zřejmě odrazem vysoké míry fragmentace v obecních strukturách a nízké ochoty obcí spolupracovat. Získaná data rovněž naznačují, že využití externích dodavatelů zřejmě přináší marginální úspory, které by jistě mohly být podstatně větší; potenciální zvýšení efektivity prostřednictvím uzavírání smluv je jednoznačně omezeno nízkou kvalitou řízení zakázek. Co se týče naší základní otázky, zjistili jsme, že podíl meziobecní spolupráce mezi způsoby poskytování služeb se během zkoumaného období významně nezvýšil. Dotazovaní odborníci se téměř jednotně shodli na třech kritických limitech souvisejících s problematikou meziobecní spolupráce při dodávkách TKO – transakční náklady různých typů, neexistující pravidelná porovnávání nejlepších řešení a omezená motivace k výběru optimálních způsobů poskytování služeb. U radu je prikazan jedan pristup u oceni efektivnosti sistema za zvukometrijsko izviđanje. Sistem za zvukometrijsko izviđanje modelovan je kao sistem masovnog opsluživanja, opisana su stanja sistema, parametri i izveden izraz za određivanje verovatnoće opsluživanja sistema za zvukometrijskao izviđanje, kao kriterijuma za ocenu efektivnosti. / One approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of a system for acoustic source localization and identification has been shown in this article. The system for acoustic source localization and identification has been presented as a model of mass servicing system. The states of the system as well as its features have been described while the formula for service probability determination has been derived as a criterion for effectiveness evaluation. The introductory part of the article describes the system for acoustic source localization and identification and shows a model for quantity estimation of the function of technical system effectiveness E (t). The system effectiveness represents a probability of system initiation as well as a probability of its successful mission accomplishment on the basis of designed capabilities within the given time period and operational conditions. The basic characteristics of the Boomerang system for acoustic source localization and identification show the system elements and its designed capability to detect, analyse and distribute acoustic source location data. The analytical model for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the Boomerang system for acoustic source localization and identification shows that 'n' stations for acoustic source localization can exchange information with each other using the network link. The system conditions are described and the expression for the determination of service probability as a criterion for system effectiveness evaluation is derived. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the Boomerang system for acoustic source localization and identification is presented with a formula for determining mass servicing system probability from the Matlab 6.5R13 program. The following graphs have been obtained: - correlation between mass servicing probability and processing acoustic signal intensity for m=1,2,3,i; - correlation between mass servicing probability and the number of stations for acoustic source localization and identification. The obtained graphs help in the optimization of the system for acoustic source localization and identification. The conclusion gives some guidelines in applying this analysis and achieving optimal resources employment in combat environment.

Od samih začetaka različitih oblika oglašavanja, masovni mediji načinili su najveći preokret početkom 20. stoljeća. Svijet bez masovnih medija u modernom dobu 21. stoljeća čini se nezamislivim. Stvoreni znanjem i umijećem čovjeka, postali su neizostavni dio modernoga društva, oblik poslovanja, vođenje evidencija i analiza te dio suvremene potrebe odnosa s javnošću. Suvremeni oblik oglašavanja putem masovnih medija otkrio je novu dimenziju prepoznatljivosti novih, ali i starih poznatih tvrtki, poslovnica, brendova, kao i trendova u svijetu. Ovaj rad sastoji se od devet naslovljenih poglavlja. U prvom poglavlju govorimo o samoj svrsi završnoga rada kao i predmetu i cilju koji su okvir teme. Drugo poglavlje svjedoči o rasprostranjenosti medija, masovnih medija i oblicima oglašavanja. Nakon uvoda i značaja masovnih medija i njihovih oblika, osvrt iduće točke rada je na prošlost medija i prvim značajnim oblicima oglašavanja, tj. načinu na koji su izrealizirane reklamne kampanje i njihova efektivnost. I u nastavku u sljedećem poglavlju proći ćemo kroz uspješne i manje uspješne reklamne kampanje u Republici Hrvatskoj u začetcima 20. stoljeća. Aktualni oblik oglašavanja putem virtualnih mreža iduće je poglavlje koje govori o ozbiljnoj zastupljenosti oglasa na internetu, njihovoj zastupljenosti, svrsi i navikama u suvremenom svijetu. Virtualne platforme su iduća točka koja govori o korištenju i prednostima raznih platformi poput Instagrama, Facebooka i Twittera i njihovim laganim, kratkim, ali efektivnim načinima stjecanja pozornosti od strane korisnika, kao i njihovih administratora. Nakon virtualnih platformi, u sedmom se poglavlju spominje kohezija između oglašavanja i reklamiranja prehrambenih dijetalnih i zdravih proizvoda putem Facebook platforme, točnije istoimene društvene mreže. Vezano uz to, osvrnut ću se na stari poznati brand Kraša „Životinjsko carstvo“, kao primjer starog oblika oglašavanja i njegovu učinkovitost na prodaju. Nakon primjene oglašavanja rezultatima ankete će se prikazati rezultati istraživanja, stavovi ispitanika te učestalost gledanja reklamnih poruka kupaca na primjeru praćenja reklama prehrambenih zdravih proizvoda te zainteresiranost gledatelja za isto. From the beginnings of the advertising form, the mass media made the greatest turnaround at the beginning of the twentieth century. It is impossible to imagine today's modern age, the twenty-first century, without a world without mass media. Created by human knowledge and skill, mass media have become an indispensable part of modern society, a form of business, record keeping, and analysis, and they have become part of today's need for public relations. Today's form of advertising through the mass media has opened up a new dimension of awareness of new and old well-known companies, subsidiaries, industries, brands and trends in the world. This paper consists of 9 chapters with different titles. The first chapter deals with the actual purpose of the thesis as well as the topic and objective that frame the topic. The second chapter deals with the dissemination of media, mass media and forms of advertising. After the introduction and importance of mass media itself and its forms, the next point of the thesis is about the past of media and the first significant forms of advertising. The way in which advertising campaigns were carried out and their effectiveness for the continuation of the whole are discussed in the fourth chapter, based on successful and less successful advertising campaigns in the Republic of Croatia at the beginning of the 20th century. The modern form of advertising through virtual networks is the next chapter, which deals with the serious presentation of advertising on the Internet, its presentation and its purpose and habit in the modern world. Virtual platforms are the next point of continuation, which deals with the use and advantages of different platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) and their simple, concise, but effective way of attracting the attention of users and their administrators. After the virtual platforms, the seventh chapter mentions the relationship between advertising and promotion of dietary and healthy products through Facebook platform i.e. social network. In addition, a review of the old known brand „Kraš“; "Životinjsko carstvo" is touched upon as a review of the old form of advertising and its sales effectiveness. Following the application of advertising will be a survey based on the respondents the frequency of viewing advertising by customers on the example of watching advertisements for healthy food products and the interest of viewers as well.

Istraživanje u oblasti različitih ekoloških tema, među kojima je i tema zelenog oglašavanja, dobija sve veći značaj tokom poslednje tri decenije, iako bi tek trebalo da dostigne svoj puni potencijal. Kako koncept zelenog oglašavanja privlači sve veću pažnju naučnika, uporedo raste i znanje o ovoj temi. Zeleno oglašavanje, generalno, ima za cilj promociju proizvoda proizvedenih na ekološki prihvatljiv način ili promovisanje korporativne odgovornosti oglašavača prema životnoj sredini. Procena efektivnosti zelenog oglašavanja je neophodna kako bi se podstakle kognitivne i afektivne reakcije potrošača na ove oglasne poruke, kao i njihovo naknadno ekološko ponašanje. Ovaj rad sadrži pregled relevantne literature na temu efektivnosti zelenog oglašavanja. Rezultati analize literature pokazuju da zeleno oglašavanje predstavlja efikasno sredstvo komunikacije u kontekstu uticaja na stavove i ponašanje potrošača, iako je ostvarena efektivnost često posredovana dejstvom određenih faktora, kao što su: svest potrošača o životnoj sredini, regulatorni fokus potrošača, skepticizam potrošača, tip oglasne poruke., Research on various environmental topics, among which is the topic of green advertising, has been growing during last three decades, but it is yet to gain its full potential. Since the topic of green advertising has been gaining rising attention of scholars, the body of knowledge on this topic has been growing as well. Green advertising in general aims to promote products produced in an environmentally-friendly manner, or to promote advertiser's corporate responsibility toward an environment. The evaluation of green advertising effectiveness is necessary in order to stimulate cognitive and affective reactions of consumers to green advertisements, as well as their subsequent environmentally friendly behaviour. This article contains the review of the relevant literature on the topic of green advertising effectiveness. The findings of the literature review indicate that green advertising represents an effective communication means to influence consumers' attitudes and behaviour, even though its effectiveness is often mediated by certain factors, like: consumers' environmental consciousness, consumers' regulatory focus, consumers' scepticism, claim type.

Efektivnost tehničkog sistema je kompleksni pokazatelj kvaliteta funkcionisanja sistema i, zavisno od njegove osnovne namene i funkcije cilja, obuhvata različite karakteristike sistema i procesa održavanja. Odgovarajući modeli ocene funkcije efektivnosti tehničkog sistema obuhvataju relevantne parametre funkcionisanja sistema i ispunjavanja postavljene funkcije cilja. Veliki broj složenih tehničkih sistema zasnovan je na odgovarajućim konstruktivnim i strukturalnim rešenjima, kojima se pri otkazu određene komponente obezbeđuje samo delimično pogoršanje kvaliteta funkcionisanja i smanjenje efektivnosti sistema u celini. Pri ocenjivanju kvaliteta funkcionisanja složenih tehničkih sistema opravdano je uvođenje kvantitativnog uslovnog pokazatelja efektivnosti funkcionisanja, preko kojeg se razmatra uticaj pojave otkaza. / The technical system effectiveness, is a complex indicator of the system functioning quality, and depending on its basic purpose and the objective function, it encompasses different characteristics of the system and the maintaining process. The appropriate models of the effectiveness evaluation of the technical systems include all relevant parameters of the system functioning and they satisfy the objective function. Lot of the complex technical systems are established on the appropriate constructive and structural solutions, which in the case of failure of the specific components, provide only partial deterioration of the function quality evaluation of complex system, it is justified to take into consideration of the quantitative conditional indicator of the effectiveness, which discusses the influence of the mentioned partials failures.

U radu su analizirani, definisani i kvantifikovani efektivnost i efikasnost, kao osnovni operativni kriterijumi, i troškovi, kao ekonomski kriterijum, koji služe za ocenjivanje funkcionisanja sistema uopšte i posebno sistema logistike, na osnovu kojih se može definisati niz drugih kriterijuma. Analizirani su i parametri koji utiču na ove kriterijume, kao i njihov matematički model, prilagođen za praktičnu primenu. Ukazano je na mogućnosti i ograničenja u primeni ovih kriterijuma kod organizacionih, tehničkih i bioloških sistema, kao i na mogućnosti optimizacije u izgradnji i funkcionisanju pojedinih sistema. / Effectiveness and efficiency, as basic operational criteria, and costs, as basic economic criteria, are analysed, defined and quantified. These criteria are used for assessing any system functioning, logistics system in particular, as well as for defining other criteria. The parameters influencing these criteria are analysed as well as their mathematical model, adapted for practical implementation. Possibilities and limitations while applying these criteria in organizational, technical and biological systems have been pointed out. Possible optimizations in particular systems design and functioning have been stressed as well.

U suvremenom poslovnom okruženju koje je obilježeno digitalizacijom poslovanja, turističke agencije ulažu značajna sredstva u razvoj vlastitih digitalnih kanala prodaje (posebno web stranica) te na taj način izbjegavaju plaćanje provizija i naknada velikim turističkim portalima. Za turističke agencije je stoga od velike važnosti znati koji faktori utječu na efektivnost njihovih web stranica. Faktori koji povećavaju upotrebljivost i kvalitetu web stranice, povećati će i njezinu efektivnost te utjecati na ponašanje korisnika. Sintezom postojeće literature određeni su najznačajniji faktori efektivnosti web stranica turističkih organizacija: kvaliteta informacija, lakoća korištenja, sigurnost (privatnost), odzivnost te vizualni izgled. Za potrebe ovog rada, evaluirano je 10 najposjećenijih web stranica hrvatskih turističkih agencija prema spomenutim faktorima efektivnosti. Evaluacija je provedena metodom analize sadržaja pri čemu se dokazivalo dali pojedina web stranica ispunjava ili ne ispunjava svaki od 68 postavljenih kriterija efektivnosti. Nakon provedenog istraživanja, potvrđena je početna hipoteza te je dokazano da postoje razlike u efektivnosti vodećih web stranica hrvatskih turističkih agencija. Kao najefektivnija se pokazala web stranica turističke agencije „Adriagate“ (www.adriagate.com) koja je u svom sadržaju uključila najveći broj značajki koje pridonose efektivnosti web stranica turističkih agencija. Općenito, web stranice hrvatskih turističkih agencija trebaju najviše poraditi na unapređenju odzivnosti kao faktoru koji značajno utječe na ukupnu efektivnost web stranica. In the modern business enviroment, which is characterized by growing digitalization, travel agencies invest significant funds into developing their own digital sales channels (especially websites) in order to avoid paying commissions to major tourist portals. This is why it is very important for the travel agencies to know which are the factors that affect the effectiveness of their websites. By synthesizing the existing literature, the most significant effectiveness factors of travel agency websites have been determined: information quality, ease of use, security / privacy, responsiveness and visual appearance. For the purpose of this study, 10 most visited croatian travel agency websites were evaluated according to the mentioned effectiveness factors. The evaluation was performed by using the content analysis method. The goal was to determine weather each particular website meets or does not meet each of the 68 set criteria of effectiveness. After the research was conducted, the initial hypothesis was confirmed and it has been proven that there are differences in the effectiveness of the leading websites of croatian travel agencies. The website of the travel agency „Adriagate“ (www.adriagate.com) proved to be the most effective, including in its content the largest number of features that contribute to the effectiveness of the websites of travel agencies. Generally speaking, croatian travel agencies should work the most on improving their website's responsiveness as a factor which significally affects the overall effectiveness of websites.

Shvatanje da se preduzetništvo odnosi ne samo na mala preduzeća, već i na napore velikih preduzeća da stvore nove poslove ili generišu nove ideje, sve do nedavno zavređivalo je malu pažnju u literaturi o preduzetništvu. Korporativno preduzetništvo predstavlja termin koji se koristi da objasni preduzetničke napore već etabliranih srednjih i velikih preduzeća. Iako je, u savremenim uslovima poslovanja, uloga inovacija nepobitna, postavlja se pitanje važnosti doziranja i adekvatnog upravljanja inovativnim aktivnostima pojedinih privrednih subjekata. Otuda, centralna tema ovog istraživanja je ispitivanje prirode i jačine veze korporativnog preduzetništva i performansi srednjih i velikih preduzeća u Srbiji, ali i identifikovanje faktora koji bitno utiču na tu vezu. Istraživanja, koja u fokusu imaju analizu ovog i povezanih problema, uglavnom nalaze da veći stepen preduzetničke aktivnosti poboljšava rezultate poslovanja. Na koji način onda objasniti loše poslovne rezultate velikog broja kompanija koje su upravo inovativnost i preduzetnički duh isticale kao kritične elemente poslovne strategije, odnosno kako objasniti zašto su neka preduzetnički orijentisana preduzeća uspešnija od drugih. Pored praktičnih primera i u teoriji se u poslednje vreme javljaju nalazi u kojima se govori o opadajućem doprinosu, pa čak i o negativnom uticaju korporativnog preduzetništva na performanse preduzeća. Polazeći od premise da, iako je značajan broj radova predložio, ali i dokumentovao postojanje čisto pozitivne ili čisto negativne linearne veze korporativnog preduzetništva i performansi, može se zaključiti da još uvek nije specifično precizirano da li je ta bilo pozitivna bilo negativna linearna veza beskonačna, odnosno da li postoji optimalni nivo preduzetničkih aktivnosti. Polazeći od suprotstavljenih rezultata dosadašnjih istraživanja, rad ima za cilj da pristupi analizi veze iz nekoliko različitih, ali međusobno povezanih perspektiva, ispitujući: prisustvo nelinearnosti i postojanje op, Until quite recently, the view that entrepreneurship refers not only to small enterprises, but to the efforts of large companies to create new business deals or generate new ideas as well, has attracted little attention in the literature on entrepreneurship. Yet the very term corporate entrepreneurship is used to describe entrepreneurial efforts of already established medium-sized and large companies. Although the role of innovation is unquestionably vital in modern business, the question that is posed is that of the extent and adequate management of innovation activities within certain business entities. Therefore, the focus of this research is investigation of the nature and strength of the link between the corporate entrepreneurship and performance of medium-sized and large companies in Serbia, as well as identification of the factors with a significant impact on this link. Almost all research studies dealing with the analysis of this and related problems, a priori use as their starting point the thesis that more intensified entrepreneurial activity improves performance. How can then we explain poor performance of great many companies that highlighted innovation and entrepreneurial spirit as the very core of their business strategies? In other words, how can we explain why some of the entrepreneurship-oriented companies are more successful than others? In addition to numerous examples in practice, there have been more and more recent theoretical findings of corporate entrepreneurship’s decreasing contribution to and even its adverse impact on the performance of business companies. Although a significant number of studies have suggested and documented the existence of a clearly positive or a clearly negative linear correlation between the corporate entrepreneurship and performance, it may be concluded that it has not yet been specified whether such either positive or negative linear correlation is indefinite, i.e., whether there is an optimal level of entrepreneur

U dinamičnim i neizvesnim uslovima poslovanja ljudski resursi postaju ključni izvori konkurentske prednosti, a efektivno liderstvo uslov za opstanak i razvoj savremene organizacije. Kao sastavni deo menadžmenta, liderstvo ima značajnu ulogu u svim tipovima poslovnih organizacija, bez obzira na njihovu veličinu ili delatnost kojom se bave. Značaj, uloga i uticaj liderstva raste sa povećanjem dinamizma promena u savremenom poslovnom okruženju. Osnovni cilj rada je da se na sveobuhvatan i sistematičan način analizira uticaj liderstva na poslovne performanse preduzeća. U radu se sagledava efekat koji različite menadžerske/liderske prakse imaju na kreiranje konkurentske prednosti. Imajući u vidu da je reč o procesu gde svi učesnici imaju ravnopravnu ulogu i učešće, faktore koji determinišu kvalitet vođstva moguće je identifikovati u ponašanju i karakteristikama lidera, ali i njihovih sledbenika. Istraživanjem koje je sprovedeno u radu prepoznati su brojni faktori egzogene i endogene prirode koji utiču na kvalitet liderstva. Empirijskim istraživanjem je potvrđeno da ne postoji univerzalno rešenje za efektivno liderstvo. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da je liderstvo determinisano brojnim faktorima: veličinom preduzeća, strukturom moći, osobinama i ponašanjem lidera i zaposlenih, okruženjem, organizacionom i nacionalnom kulturom i drugo. Pod uticajem navedenih, kao i drugih situacionih faktora, postoje i značajne razlike u stilu liderstva između javnih i preduzeća u privatnom sektoru.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku bank, hodnocení výkonnosti a efektivnosti českého bankovního sektoru. V první části je teoreticky definována výkonnost a efektivnost a vymezeny vhodné metody, na teoretickou část navazuje analýza výkonnosti českého bankovního sektoru s použitím čtyř vybraných ukazatelů.
