На сьогодні морська індустрія перебуває у глобальній Світовій економічній кризі і пандемії Covid-19. Криза Covid-19 окрім пандемії завдала нищівного удару по Світовій економіці і морські компанії, агенції постраждали найсерйознішим чином. Про те, що чекає економічно бізнес, морську галузь, менеджмент, персонал судноплавних, крюїнгових компаній найближчим часом, планувати ризиковано. Оскільки викликає тривогу ситуація зараз на бортах морських суден, проблемно відбуваються заміни штату, екіпажів. Також не сприяють дії менеджменту міжнародних організацій для розв’язання даних криз і також йдеться про те, як зберегти стабільний психоемоційний стан персоналу на борту суден і вдома. У даній статті авторами наводиться економічна модель формування однорідної команди, яка ґрунтується на розгляді ієрархій взаємних уявлень морських агентів за типами один одного, тобто математичних істотних параметрів, що визначають ефективність індивідуальної діяльності трудових ресурсів (чим вище ефективність діяльності агента – більше значення його типу, тим менше на його економічні витрати). При цьому передбачається, що автономність діяльності сформованої однорідної команди відповідає стабільному інформаційному рівню, рефлексивних ігор, рівноваги гри морських агентів, в якому очікування членів команди щодо поведінки один одного виправдовуються.Авторами дослідження наведено огляд відомих моделей команд, а також ряд оригінальних результатів проєкту. При цьому значний акцент робиться на «рефлексівні», теоретико-ігрові моделі, в яких автономність і злагодженість спільної діяльності членів команди забезпечується тим, що їх дії узгоджені з ієрархією взаємних уявлень один про одного.Отже, процес формування однорідної команди проекту описується динамікою взаємних уявлень морських агентів, агентських компаній за типами один одного в залежності від аналізу результатів діяльності менеджменту команди в цілому або її окремих членів., Today, the marine industry is in a global world economic crisis and the Covid-19 pandemic. The actions of the management of international organizations to solve these crises are also not conducive, and it also talks about how to maintain a stable psycho-emotional state of staff on board ships and at home.In this article, the authors present an economic model for the formation of a homogeneous team, which is based on the consideration of hierarchies of mutual representations of marine agents according to each other’s types, i.e. mathematical essential parameters that determine the effectiveness of the individual activity of labor resources (the higher the efficiency of the agent - the greater the value of its type, the lower its economic costs).It is assumed that the autonomy of the activities of the existing homogeneous team corresponds to a stable information level, reflective games, the balance of the game of marine agents, in which the expectations of team members for each other’s behavior are justified.The authors of the study provide an overview of well-known team models, as well as a number of original project results. At the same time, significant emphasis is placed on the "reflexive" game-theoretic models in which the autonomy and coherence of the team members’ joint activity is ensured by the fact that their actions are consistent with the hierarchy of mutual representations of each other.So, the process of forming a homogeneous project team is described by the dynamics of mutual representations of marine agents, agency companies according to each other’s types, depending on the analysis of the results of the management team as a whole or its individual members., Сегодня морская индустрия находится в глобальном Мировом экономическом кризисе и пандемии Covid-19. О том, что ждет экономический бизнес, морскую отрасль, менеджмент, персонал судоходных, крюинговых компаний в ближайшее время, планировать рискованно. Поскольку вызывает тревогу ситуация сейчас на бортах морских судов, проблемно происходят репатриации, замены штата, экипажей. Также не способствуют действия менеджмента международных организаций для решения данных кризисов и также говорится о том, как сохранить стабильное психоэмоциональное состояние персонала на борту судов и дома.В данной статье авторами приводится экономическая модель формирования однородной команды, которая основывается на рассмотрении иерархий взаимных представлений морских агентов по типам друг друга, т.е. математических существенных параметров, определяющих эффективность индивидуальной деятельности трудовых ресурсов (чем выше эффективность деятельности агента - большее значение его типа, тем меньше на его экономические издержки).При этом предполагается, что автономность деятельности сложившейся однородной команды соответствует стабильному информационном уровню, рефлексивных игр, равновесия игры морских агентов, в котором ожидания членов команды к поведению друг друга оправдываются.Авторами исследования приведен обзор известных моделей команд, а также ряд оригинальных результатов проекту. При этом значительный акцент делается на «рефлексивного», теоретико-игровые модели, в которых автономность и слаженность совместной деятельности членов команды обеспечивается тем, что их действия согласованы с иерархией взаимных представлений друг о друге.Итак, процесс формирования однородной команды проекта описывается динамикой взаимных представлений морских агентов, агентских компаний по типам друг друга в зависимости от анализа результатов деятельности менеджмента команды в целом или ее отдельных членов.

The forecasting of the cost of sales, the income of enterprises of the dairy and construction industries of Ukraine on the basis of statistical data of several enterprises is the object of research. It is necessary building economic-mathematical models for forecasting of the production cost and other economic indices of enterprise activity.The factors that have the greatest impact on the cost of sales are determined. It is obtained that the first, third and fourth factor signs could be included in the regression model for the researching enterprise of dairy industry.Correlation-regression analysis is used to analyze and forecast the indices of enterprise activity. Economic-mathematical models are constructed in the form of a linear multiple regression equation. These models describe the relationship between the production cost and the factors which affect on its result for the dairy industry, as well as between the net income of the enterprise of the construction industry of Ukraine and the cost of sales. Multiple correlation and determination coefficients (0.9566841 and 0.91524451) for the first and (0.972 and 0.945) for the second models are found. These coefficients show that the constructed models are adequate to experimental data and can be used for analysis and forecast of indices of enterprise activity.The values of -statistics and -criterion show the significance of the model of the cost of sales and the correlation coefficient. The economic-mathematical model is obtained, which allows estimate the dependence of the change of the cost of sales from the change of the expenses of the dairy industry enterprise of Ukraine with a sufficiently high accuracy (95 %).The obtained models can be used for analysis, forecasting and management of indices of enterprise activity in the system of effective using of enterprise resources, which will lead to rational using of production resources, increase profitability of enterprises., Исследована взаимосвязь между себестоимостью реализованной продукции и операционными затратами, а также между чистым доходом и себестоимостью реализованной продукции нескольких промышленных предприятий. Разработаны экономико-математические модели в виде уравнения множественной регрессии на основе статистических данных нескольких промышленных предприятий Украины. Проверена адекватность моделей экспериментальным данным., Досліджено взаємозв'язок між собівартістю реалізованої продукції і операційними витратами, а також між чистим доходом та собівартістю реалізованої продукції деяких промислових підприємств. Розроблено економіко-математичні моделі у вигляді рівняння множинної регресії на основі статистичних даних кількох промислових підприємств України. Перевірено адекватність моделей експериментальним даним.

This material attempts to analyze the existing economic and mathematical models for taking into account the impact of the existing idea of corruption and the impact on its real situation. The paper describes a wide range of economically important situations the presence of contradictions in the national legislation, ineffective mechanisms of law enforcement and the judicial system, the lack of examination of administrative decisions, etc. The author generalizes diverse situations regarding the behavior of companies that compete with each other to obtain a contract, and the corrupt official acts as the monopoly. The article summarizes a variety of situations concerning the behavior of enterprises competing with each other in order to obtain a contract. The article describes the basic model of corruption the neoclassical mathematical model proposed by Argentinean scholar Susan Rose-Ackerman, in which corruption is considered in the context of “external” risks. This model is based on the principle of simulating economic relations in the triad: “customer – agent – client”.Article received 27.04.2017, У статті зроблено спробу аналізу економіко-математичних моделей для врахування впливу наявного в суспільстві уявлення про корупцію та впливу на її реальний стан. Oписано широке коло економічно важливих ситуацій: наявність протиріч у національному законодавстві, неефективні механізми правоохоронної та судової систем, відсутність системи проведення експертизи управлінських рішень тощо. Узагальнено різноманітні ситуації щодо поведінки підприємств, що конкурують між собою для отримання контракту. У статті описано базову модель корупції – неокласичну математичну модель (її автором є аргентинська дослідниця Сьюзан Роуз-Аккерман), яка розглядає корупцію в умовах «зовнішніх» ризиків. The article discusses financial crisis prediction models developed for Ukrainian insurance companies by using conditional probability models, namely the logistic regression. The Superdiscretization procedure for the bankrupt insurers has been implemented in order to enhance the classification characteristics of the models. The paper introduces a criterion for selecting the most applicable logistic model.Article received 17.03.2016, У статті побудовано моделі передбачення фінансової кризи в українських страхових компаніях на основі застосування моделей умовної ймовірності, а саме – логістичної регресії. Проведено процедуру супердискретизації класу страховиків-банкрутів для покращення класифікаційних характеристик одержаних моделей. Consider regularities and tendencies for the three types of entrepreneurial structures — small enterprises, medium enterprises and individual entrepreneurs. The aim of the research was to confirm the possibilities of describing indicators of aggregate entrepreneurial structures with the use of normal law distribution functions. Presented proposed by the author the methodological approach and results of construction of the functions of the density distribution for the main indicators for the various objects: the Russian Federation, regions, as well as aggregates ofentrepreneurial structures, specialized in certain forms ofeconomic activity. All the developed functions, as shown by the logical and statistical analysis, are of high quality and well-approximate the original data. In general, the proposed methodological approach is versatile and can be used in further studies of aggregates of entrepreneurial structures. The received results can be applied in solving a wide range of problems justify the need for personnel and financial resources at the federal, regional and municipal levels, as well as the formation of plans and forecasts of development entrepreneurship and improvement of this sector of the economy.

В статті досліджено економічні методи, пов’язані з підвищенням ефективності процесу управління фінансово-економічної діяльності промислових підприємств. Розроблено концептуальний підхід до механізмів стратегічного управління фінансово-економічною діяльністю промислових підприємств, який базується на ідеї комплексного аналізу, стратегічного й оперативного планування та контролю із використанням сучасних методів і моделей. Обґрунтовано методи, які враховують наступні коефіцієнти: концентрації власного капіталу, маневреності власного капіталу, співвідношення власних і позикових коштів тощо.Запропоновано економіко-математичні моделі, які відображають взаємозв’язок рентабельності продажів з показниками в базисному та плановому періодах (прибуток, амортизаційні відрахування, матеріальні, фінансові та інші витрати в базисному та плановому періодах, витрати на оплату праці з відрахуванням на соціальні заходи). Після математичних перетворень отримано взаємозв’язок для регулювання співвідношення індексу прибутку та індексу обсягів виробництва., The article is to study economic methods connected with increase of efficiency of management process of financial and economic activity of industrial enterprises. The conceptual approach to mechanisms of strategic management by financial and economic activity of industrial enterprises, based on idea of complex analysis, strategic and operational planning and control with the use of modern methods and models, is developed. Methods which consider the following factors: concentration of own capital, maneuverability of own capital, ratio of own and debt funds and etc. are proved.Economic-mathematical models reflecting interrelation of profitability of sales with indicators in the basic and planned periods (profit, depreciation charges, material, financial and other expenses in the basic and planned periods, expenses on compensation with assignments on social actions) are offered. After mathematical transformations interrelation for regulation of a ratio of an index of profit and an index of volume of production is received.

В статье рассматривается анализ распределения основных показателей, характеризующих малые и средние предприятия, а также индивидуальных предпринимателей в субъектах Российской Федерации. Представлены функции плотности нормального распределения и итоги кластерного анализа по объемам производства, численности работников и количеству предпринимательских структур. Приведена сложившаяся дифференциация удельных весов этих показателей. The paper discuss analysis of distribution basic indicators, characterize small and medium enterprises, and also individual entrepreneurs in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Present functions density of normal distribution and results of cluster analysis on the turnover, number of workers and quantity of entrepreneurial structures. Show the existing differentiation specific weight of this indicators.

Метою дисертаційної роботи є розробка науково обґрунтованої системи управління промисловою безпекою праці на нафтогазовидобувному підприємстві. У відповідності зі сформульованою метою ; дослідження були поставлені та розв'язані такі завдання: обґрунтовано доцільність використання поняття «промислова безпека праці» як системи, що забезпечує раціональну (з позицій збереження життя, здоров'я і працездатності працюючих) взаємодію людей з технічними засобами і навколишнім середовищем у сфері їх трудової діяльності; - проведено аналіз виробничого травматизму в нафтогазовидобувній галузі України; - побудовано моделі прогнозування витрат на виконання заходів з промислової безпеки праці на основі оцінки комплексного впливу її чинників (показників) на величину таких витрат; - розроблено моделі забезпечення управління промисловою безпекою праці з урахуванням технологічних аспектів виробництва, стану умов праці, оцінки травмобезпеки, в яких використано випадковий характер відхилень від нормального ходу виробничих процесів; - обґрунтовано і проаналізовано на прикладі нафтогазовидобувних управлінь «Бориславнафтогаз», «Долинанафтогаз», «Надвірнанафтогаз» принципи промислової безпеки, які визначають політику в галузі промислової безпеки праці; - запропоновано схему контролю виконання заходів із забезпечення промислової безпеки праці на нафтогазовидобувному підприємстві.

In this paper we introduce and study polynomial spline collocation methods for systems of Volterra integral equations with unknown lower integral limit arising in mathematical economics. Their discretization leads to implicit Runge-Kutta-type methods. The global convergence and local superconvergence properties of these methods are proved, and the theory is illustrated by a numerical example arising in the application of such equations in certain mathematical models of liquidation.

Under the conditions of modern economy scientific and technical information is one of the most significant factors of economic growth. This article presents the results of studying the dependence between the volume of scientific and technical information (STI) and the quantity of the gross domestic product (GDP) of the Russian Federation. The authors view scientific articles, operating patents for inventions, operating patents for utility models and leading production technologies as composite elements of STI. They present assessments of the importance of particular information sources in terms of GDP formation and assessments of the STI value as a factor of economic growth. The article is based on the results of the study carried out at the expense of the budgetary funds under the R&D Thematic Plan of the Financial University for 2011.
