In order to study the anti-rust performance of the long cycle oil sealing rust prevention scheme, three anti-rust oils (thin layer anti-rust oil SF/Y216, lubricating oil type anti-rust oil SF/Y246B, and solvent-diluting anti-rust oil SF/Y1030 ) were used separately for oil coating and rust prevention. Then, the vapor phase anti-rust plastic film and desiccant (silica gel desiccant, quick acting desiccant) were used for combined rust prevention, and the anti-rust performance of the combined storage rust prevention scheme of three anti-rust oils was studied through 3 a of shed storage exposure test. Results showed that the combined storage rust prevention scheme of the three anti-rust oils had excellent anti-rust performance, which all met the requirements of long-term storage rust prevention for 3 a, and the thin layer anti-rust oil SF/Y216 had the thinnest oil film and the least amount of oil applied.

Abstract The most important aim in interpreting an oblique ionogram is to obtain the accurate Junction Frequencies (JFs) of the ordinary (O) and extraordinary (X) mode. This requires the correct identification of O- and X-mode traces, so it is very helpful and worthy to grasp the relative position between the two modes. This paper presents a statistical and simulation study of the separation in JFs between O- and X-waves based on observed oblique ionograms over three mid-latitude paths within China and a 3D ray-tracing program. The dependence on local time, season, geomagnetic activity, O-wave JF and group path, solar activity, direction, and length of propagation is investigated. The main conclusions are as follows: (a) the separation on east–west path is susceptible to ionospheric variability, while the separation on north–south path does not show a significant correlation with local time and season; (b) a general diurnal tendency and a summer anomaly on east–west propagation are first proposed and discussed, which may be related to the diurnal variation of hmF2 above the reflection point and the strong lower layers below the reflection point; (c) the separation varies approximately as a cosine function with the propagation direction owning two maxima in the north–south direction and two minima in the east–west direction; (d) the variation patterns of the separation with the propagation length are obviously not the same in different directions. In the case of east–west propagation, the separation decreases to a minimum near ground range of 2000 km and then increases very slowly with increasing ground range, while it monotonically increases for the north–south propagation path. The Karst region is a critical ecological barrier and functional zone in China. Understanding the spatiotemporal evolution of its ecosystem services and its relationship with human activities and climate change is of importance for achieving regional ecological protection and high-quality development. In this study, we used the InVEST model and CASA model to evaluate the spatiotemporal evolution pattern of ecosystem services in the study area from 2000 to 2020. The XGBoost–SHAP model was used to reveal the key indicators and thresholds of changes in major ecosystem services in the study area due to climate change and human activities. The results showed significant land use changes in the study area from 2000 to 2020, particularly the conversion of cropland to construction land, which was more intense in economically developed areas. The areas of forest and grassland increased initially but later decreased due to the impact of human activities and natural factors. Habitat quality (HQ) showed an overall declining trend, while soil retention (SR) and water yield (WY) services exhibited significant interannual variations due to climate change. The changes in rainfall had a particularly notable impact on these services; in years with excessive rainfall, soil erosion intensified, leading to a decline in SR services, whereas in years with moderate rainfall, SR and WY services improved. Carbon fixation (CF) services were enhanced with the expansion of forest areas. The XGBoost–SHAP model further revealed that the effects of rainfall and sunshine duration on ecosystem services were nonlinear, while population density and the proportion of construction land had a significant negative impact on habitat quality and soil retention. The expansion of construction land had the most significant negative impact on habitat quality, whereas the increase in forest land significantly improved carbon fixation and the soil retention capacity. By revealing the mechanisms of the impact of climate change and human activities on ecosystem services, we aimed to provide support for the promotion of ecological conservation and sustainable development strategies in the study area, as well as to provide an important reference for areas with geographic similarities to the study area. The feasibility of CuI and C60 as hole transport layer and electron transport layer in the perovskite solar cell is tested by using the software Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator (SCAPS). It is found that the thicknesses of the absorption layer, electron transport layer and hole transport layer, and the Interface Density of Defect State of their interface have a key influence on the efficiency of the perovskite solar cells. After optimization, the efficiency was as twice as that before, 22.70% to 11.62%, and the fill factor can still be at a high value, 76%.

Post-silking heat stress is one of the main stresses affecting grain filling and yield formation of summer maize in the Huang-Huai-Hai plains. At present, it has been confirmed that increasing nitrogen application can alleviate the inhibition of post-silking heat stress on the yield formation of wheat, maize, and rice, but the regulatory pathways and physiological mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, two maize varieties Zhengdan 958 (ZD958) and Xianyu 335 (XY335) were selected in pot experiment. To study the effects of increased nitrogen application on carbon and nitrogen metabolism of maize under heat stress during post-silking stage, two temperature treatments [ambient temperature (CK) and heat stress (HS)], three nitrogen application levels [low nitrogen application rate (LN): 120 kg hm-2, middle nitrogen application rate (MN): 240 kg hm-2, and high nitrogen application rate (HN): 360 kg hm-2] were set. The results showed that the dry weight of ZD958 and XY335 cultivars at maturity stage decreased by 10.6%-19.3% after 20 days of post-silking heat stress (35°C) compared with the ambient temperature. However, the decrease of kernel dry weight under heat stress was gradually decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate, and the decrease rate (10.6%-11.2%) of kernel dry weight under medium nitrogen application rate (MN) and high nitrogen application rate (HN) was lower than that (16.2%-19.3%) under low nitrogen application rate (LN), which indicating that increased nitrogen application could significantly increase maize kernel dry weight under post-silking heat stress. This was mainly due to the increasing application of nitrogen effectively alleviated the inhibitory effect of early post-silking heat stress on maize grain nitrogen metabolism, and significantly increased the activities of key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism such as glutamine synthetase (GS) and glutamate synthetase (GOGAT). At the same time, the activities of sucrose phosphate synthetase (SPS) and sucrose synthetase (SS), which were key enzymes of carbon metabolism, were maintained, and the synthesis of soluble sugar in grains was increased, thus ensuring a larger amount of material for grain filling. In conclusion, increasing nitrogen application can alleviate the inhibition of post-silking heat stress on grain carbon and nitrogen metabolism and promote the accumulation of assimilates in grain and increase the kernel weight and yield, which provides a way for the resistant cultivation of summer maize in the Huang-Huai-Hai plains. With the popularity of spatiotemporal big data applications, more and more sensitive data are generated by users, and the sharing and secure storage of spatiotemporal big data are faced with many challenges. In response to these challenges, the present paper puts forward a new technology called CSSoB (Classified Secure Storage Technology over Blockchain) that leverages blockchain technology to enable classified secure storage of spatiotemporal big data. This paper introduces a twofold approach to tackle challenges associated with spatiotemporal big data. First, the paper proposes a strategy to fragment and distribute space–time big data while enabling both encryption and nonencryption operations based on different data types. The sharing of sensitive data is enabled via smart contract technology. Second, CSSoB's single-node storage performance was assessed under local and local area network (LAN) conditions, and results indicate that the read performance of CSSoB surpasses its write performance. In addition, read and write performance were observed to increase significantly as the file size increased. Finally, the transactions per second (TPS) of CSSoB and the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) were compared under varying thread numbers. In particular, when the thread number was set to 100, CSSoB demonstrated a TPS improvement of 7.8% in comparison with HDFS. Given the remarkable performance of CSSoB, its adoption can not only enhance storage performance, but also improve storage security to a great extent. Moreover, the fragmentation processing technology employed in this study enables secure storage and rapid data querying while greatly improving spatiotemporal data processing capabilities. P. aegyptiaca is one of the most destructive root parasitic plants worldwide, causing serious damage to many crop species. Under natural conditions P. aegyptiaca seeds must be conditioned and then stimulated by host root exudates before germinating. However, preliminary experiments indicated that TIS108 (a triazole-type inhibitor of strigolactone) and fluridone (FL, an inhibitor of carotenoid-biosynthesis) both stimulated the germination of P. aegyptiaca seeds without a water preconditioning step (i.e. unconditioned seeds). The objective of this study was to use deep RNA sequencing to learn more about the mechanisms by which TIS108 and FL stimulate the germination of unconditioned P. aegyptiaca seeds. Deep RNA sequencing was performed to compare the mechanisms of germination in the following treatments: (i) unconditioned P. aegyptiaca seeds with no other treatment, (ii) unconditioned seeds treated with 100 mg/L TIS108, (iii) unconditioned seeds treated with 100 mg/L FL + 100 mg/L GA3, (iv) conditioned seeds treated with sterile water, and (v) conditioned seeds treated with 0.03 mg/L GR24. The de novo assembled transcriptome was used to analyze transcriptional dynamics during seed germination. The key gene categories involved in germination were also identified. The results showed that only 119 differentially expressed genes were identified in the conditioned treatment vs TIS108 treatment. This indicated that the vast majority of conditions for germination were met during the conditioning stage. Abscisic acid (ABA) and gibberellic acid (GA) played important roles during P. aegyptiaca germination. The common pathway of TIS108, FL+GA3, and GR24 in stimulating P. aegyptiaca germination was the simultaneous reduction in ABA concentrations and increase GA concentrations. These results could potentially aid the identification of more compounds that are capable of stimulating P. aegyptiaca germination. Some potential target sites of TIS108 were also identified in our transcriptome data. The results of this experiment suggest that TIS108 and FL+GA3 could be used to control P. aegyptiaca through suicidal germination.

Cu2O is considered as a good potential alternative material of Pt as the counter electrode in dye-sensitized solar cell. While for Cu2O-based dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), the counter electrode is unstable, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) is still very unsatisfactory. In this work, we tried alloy Sn to Cu2O for improvement. It turns out that Sn-alloyed Cu2O can produced uniform nanoholes in the counter electrode film, which can increase the specific surface area of electron transport. The process annealing can play important role for decrease the band gap of the film. The reaction time of Sn alloying has a key influence on the PCE of Sn-alloyed Cu2O-based DSSCs. Generally, more reaction time makes better PCE, of which in our experiments, the 8 h one has the best PCE than others, which has improved more than 5 times of the pure Cu2O one. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
