Abstract

Trichinosis is one of the most dangerous helminthozoonoses. Methods of compressor trichinelloscopy and peptolysis of animal muscle tissue in artificial gastric juice used for postmortem diagnosis of trichinosis are reliable enough to identify sources of infection and prevent the development of helminthiasis in humans. In addition to these methods, indirect solid-phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) and crystalloscopy were used. Meat juice samples obtained from domestic pigs from various regions of the Russian Federation and wild boars were used as the tested biological material. The formulation of ELISA and crystalloscopy, accounting and interpretation of the results obtained were carried out according to the classical method: the result was considered positive, exceeding the negative control by 0.08 units or more in optical density. The specificity of ELISA in all animals with heterologous invasion was 98%, hydrosol-hydrogel reactions - 80% and crystalloscopy - 75%. These methods can be used for testing for trichinosis, but the examination should be comprehensive: immunological and crystallographic methods should be confirmed by compressor trichinelloscopy and peptolysis using artificial gastric juice. Currently, in the system of veterinary and sanitary measures for trichinosis, there is a change in the structure of the sources of invasion. The probability of human infection with hunting products is higher than when eating pork obtained from meat processing enterprises. Therefore, field trichinelloscopic control in the field (CT, HH etc.) occupies a leading place in diagnostics. Thus, the development of portable equipment for veterinary examination and the training of hunters in basic trichinelloscopy skills, as well as the improvement of the formulation and accounting of crystalloscopy and НН are becoming extremely relevant.

Abstract

This article examines the economic mechanisms of nature protection and their effectiveness in the modern dynamically developing world. The authors discuss various economic instruments that are used to reduce the harmful effects of humans on the natural environment and evaluate their effectiveness in achieving their goals. It provides an overview of the main problems related to nature protection and environmental sustainability in the modern world, discusses various economic mechanisms of nature protection, such as taxes, fees, emissions trading and environmental certificates. Examples of successful implementation of these mechanisms in various countries of the world are described and their effectiveness is analysed. In conclusion, the authors summarize and conclude that economic mechanisms of nature protection can be an effective way to combat environmental problems in the modern world. However, in order to achieve maximum effect, it is necessary to work together with the government, business and the population, as well as to improve the legal and institutional framework for the implementation of these mechanisms. It is important to make sure that these measures will not lead to negative social consequences for the population and business, and also do not have a negative impact on the economy as a whole. The article emphasizes the importance of using economic mechanisms of nature protection in the modern world and calls for a wider application of these mechanisms in various countries and regions of the world to achieve environmental sustainability and preserve natural resources for future generations.

Abstract

The article substantiates the role of education, puts forward and confirms the hypothesis of the importance and necessity of social partnership for financing and developing education in a knowledge-based economy. To confirm the hypotheses put forward, the evolution of the concepts of social interaction and social responsibility is studied, the laws of social partnership in a knowledge-based economy are substantiated, which allows using the triple helix model to show the need for interaction between the state, universities and corporations to advance along the path of innovative development. The lack of budget funds for the development of education requires the search for other sources of financing of infrastructure facilities for education. The article discusses the use of concessions as a form of public-private partnership in preschool education, which has recently found application in Russia. Based on the study of international best practices, the authors propose using investment funds, in particular, the mechanism of the impact of investment in education as a promising technology.. One of the solutions to these problems is the mutual investment of funds in intellectual property. The formation of endowment funds for financing education and innovation in the knowledge-based economy is also widespread.

Abstract

Environmental management is principally aimed at the formation of ecological productivity, ecological culture and human viability. Development of technologies and processes in environmental management characterized with the principles and items which are specified on the global environmental impact. The very concept of environmental management includes many management problems related to the environmental process as an object of management. Along with governance systems (laws, legislation, rules/regulations, codes and standards etc.), education (awareness raising, capacity building, training, professional development etc.), technology (technologies, and the skills, knowledge and innovation needed to manage those technologies)forms the third and a critical pillar in a policy mix that is needed to tackle environmental problems and aim for sustainability in the long run. Developing technologies that can help solve environmental problems requires a broad range of actions that are to be taken by different “external” stakeholders, besides those that actually develop and operationalize the technologies’ private sector companies, universities and research institutions et. al High levels of pollution and gradual reduction of natural resources, inefficient system of economic incentives for environmental activities - in many cases it will be easier for companies to pay fines than to solve environmental problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was assess the protective efficiency of homeopathic drug such as Cina C6cH and meglumineacridonacetate(cycloferon) against experimental trichinosis, that can affect the muscle phase of the parasite T. spiralis in mice. The maximum protection was obtained in mice immunized with cycloferon, the number of T. spiralis larvae detected in animals was 733.5±25.1 larva/per animal. The number of larvae detected in the group immunized by Cina C6cH was 2840,5±183,3. This was 6.1 and 1.6 times less than in the mice of control group (4485±430.6 larvae/mouse).

Abstract

Introduction: Acute poisoning is often observed in children and can have serious consequences since it is characterized by rapid development of symptoms and obvious disfunction of vital organs. Materials and methods: Retrospective analysis of the case histories of the children with acute poisoning admitted to Voronezh Regional Children's Clinical Hospital No. 1 in 2016-2019 was carried out. Anamnesis, clinical and laboratory studies and effective treatment criteria were entered into electronic spreadsheets and served as the basis for a database on children's poisoning. Results and discussion: Analysis of 183 case histories of children with intoxication aged 4 months to 17 years old was performed. Distribution per age showed bimodal peaks at 1-2 years and 13-14 years. Poisoning was accidental in 96.2% of the cases, and 3.8% of the adolescents reported suicide cases. In the group of young children, acute drug poisoning is more frequent in girls (P < 0.05). In the older groups, there is no gender difference in frequency of poisoning cases. Early call for medical help is typical for the adolescent age group. Correlation between time of help-seeking and children's age is statistically significant (correlation coefficient r = 0.38, P < 0.05). Conclusion: Study of poisoning issue in children will allow to carry out targeted preventive measures to reduce the number of poisoning cases, prevent their consequences and to determine the most rational modus operandi for medical personnel for effective and safe pharmacotherapy. Abstract

A dynamic analysis of the composition and structure of the oil and gas sector of the Russian economy was carried out in the study, a relationship between cyclical fluctuations of the world economy and energy prices was analyzed, and trends in world market prices for energy were studied. The authors identified basic systematic risks and uncertainties affecting investment decision-making in the Russian oil and gas sector and studied the peculiarities of making investment decisions. The academic novelty of the study is to propose specific ways to improve the investment decision-making of the Russian oil and gas business entities in the context of high macroeconomic risks to ensure sustainable growth of the Russian economy. The results obtained in the framework of the present study may be implemented by enterprises of the oil and gas industry and will also be of interest to other business structures in risk management, which is especially relevant in the context of high economic and geopolitical uncertainty. The paper presents mathematical models and justifies the choice of parameters to evaluate the fields taking the uncertainty into account. The approaches to formation of the investment decision-making policy based on real options method are proposed

Abstract

The relevance of the work is stipulated by the need to study alternative financing instruments for the Russian agro- industrial complex whose products ensure the satisfaction of primary needs and national food security. The research aimed to study the potential of agricultural credit consumer cooperatives in the Russian economy as an institution of alternative financing and the sustainability of small business in agriculture. The authors of this article relied on a system-integrated approach, including statistical and comparative analysis, as well as case method and analogy method for identifying the determinants of the development of agricultural credit cooperation. The authors have revealed that the deterrent nature of the development of agricultural credit consumer cooperatives is determined by two groups of factors: exogenous (macroeconomic financial instability, lack of necessary institutional conditions, excessive requirements from the Bank of Russia) and endogenous (level of confidence of agricultural producers, lack of financial and digital literacy in rural areas). Agricultural credit cooperation can have real potential as an alternative source of financing in the field of small and medium-sized businesses in the agro-industrial complex with the support of this institution from the state and a high level of trust at the microlevel of rural territories. Abstract

Bu tez, Henry James'in Bir Kadının Portresi (The Portrait of a Lady) ve Olha Kobylianska'nın Prenses (The Princess) adlı klasik romanlarının feminist bir bakış açısıyla analizidir. Romanların ana kahramanları, içinde bulundukları toplumların ideolojilerine meydan okuyan kadın karakterlerdir.Bu tez, James ve Kobylianska'nın eserlerinde cinsiyet olgusuna paralel yaklaşımlar sergilediklerini göstermekte; `kadınsı/feminen' kavramının özü itibariyle kadınlara sunulan ve doğal gibi görülen ama aslında toplum tarafından şekillendirilen bir takım seçeneklerden ibaret olduğunu iddia etmektedir. Dahası, ben, Bir Kadının Portresi ve Prenses adlı romanların, 19.yy sonlarında kadınsı (feminen) ve feminist olarak adlandırılan şeyleri araştırmaya çalıştığını savunuyorum. Bu bağlamda, söz konusu romanlar, kadın sorunlarını ele alış biçimleriyle başlıbaşına birer başkaldırı ve modernite sembolü haline gelmişlerdir.Yapmış olduğum analizler, kadın kahramanların ataerkil kültüre inat, kendilerini serbestçe yeniden tanımlamak üzere takındıkları tutumları, aldıkları kararları ve fikir çatışmalarının çözümlenişlerini konu edinerek, söz konusu romanların liberal feminizmin teorik sınırları içerisindeki yerini tartışmaktadır.Tezimde, James ve Kobylianska'nın eserlerinde 19.yy'ın sonlarında kadınların sahip oldukları büyük olanaklara ısrarla ve yer yer meydan okurcasına değindiklerini göstermek amacıyla; kadının toplumdaki konumuyla ilgili o dönemin sosyal ve politik gündemine, kadınların toplumdaki yerleri, eğitimleri, arkadaşlıkları ve duygusal yaşamları hakkındaki bilinmeyenlere, ve ayrıca sosyal yaşamın zenginlik, bıkkınlık ve erkek hakim bakış açısı gibi bazı yönlerine odaklandım. The present thesis is a feminist analysis of two classic novels, Henry James?s The Portrait of a Lady and Olha Kobylianska?s The Princess. The novels? protagonists are female characters who challenge the ideology of the societies they live in.The thesis demonstrates that in their works James and Kobylianska developed analogous understandings of the construction of gender; thus, the essence of `feminine? is representative for a whole range of potential options for women which are seen as natural but in fact socially shaped. Moreover, I claim that The Portrait of a Lady and The Princess explore things feminine and things feminist at the turn of the nineteenth century, and in doing so, the novels become a cause and a symbol of modernity in their treatment of women?s issues.My analysis argues for the placement of the novels within the theoretical boundaries of liberal feminism as the resolutions of conflicts, the protagonists? decisions and actions point on liberal redefinitions of the heroines? selves in protest against patriarchal culture.I concentrate my discussion on the political and social issues of the day regarding women?s situation in society, on the questions of women?s space, education, friendship and affective life, on some aspects of social life such as wealth, boredom and male gaze, in order to demonstrate how James and Kobylianska?s writings persistently and defiantly at times suggest of the highest possibilities for a woman by the end of the nineteenth century. 108
